Nice clean room, Jacuzzi tub = romantic night. Good price for the accommodations!

When we arrived, our room was not cleaned at all. We requested a different room. The keys did not work so we had to go back to the front desk again for new keys. The shower door did not shut properly and you had to be in the shower completely in order to turn the water on. One of the pillow cases had a blood stain on it. The room felt damp the entire time.

Nice room and very clean. The rooms could have been a little bigger on the square footage but over all good stay. They do allow pets for an additional 10 dollars which I was glad to pay. Staff was very helpful and friendly. I would stay at this location again.

I would say that this hotel is inconsistent. We had a block of rooms here for a wedding. Some of us had no issues while others were not so lucky. I say proceed with caution. Our room was fine, clean and good enough for a short stay. If you need more bells and whistles, this is not the place for you.

Probably one of the worst hotels I have ever stayed in during my travel life. Upon arrival, was given a room, and when I opened to door, there was a person sleeping in the bed. Returned to the desk to tell them, and they acted like it was no big deal. I was given another room, however, the room was not clean at all. The shower had some type of brown dirt on the walls, and there was no toilet paper in the room. The room smelled like it had been soaked with water, and not cleaned up properly. When I called down to the desk they told me they were booked and had no other rooms. I also noticed mildew on the toilet bathtub and the air conditioning unit. The swimming area was horrible, it was almost impossible to be inside the room for longer than a few minutes due to the amount of chlorine in the air. Breakfast had eggs and sausage, however, they were cool, not warm. The breakfast was basically a joke. I don't normally complain, but there were several complaints I talked to the front desk about, in which they had a casual reaction too, like things were not a big deal. I would not recommend staying in this hotel to anyone, unless it's a last option and last minute.

Front desk very friendly and helpful. Elevator down due to storm night before and we were on 3rd floor. Dining room looked very dirty @ 2:30pm when breakfast was over at 10am, floors and stairs were not vacuumed and lots of dabree on them, pictures on web looked real nice but was very deceiving. Pool very small and looks dirty… Housekeeping needs better training…

Walls are thin can hear everything next door, the chair in our room had mysterious stains all over it, and the bathroom smelled moldy. The breakfast was ok and the beds were not bad. A little over priced for the quality. Stayed at much higher quality for the same price.

Would not recommend this to anyone. We were right beside a room with people who thumped music until midnight then literally sounded like they were demolishing everything, in and out slamming doors. Shady. Made the front desk aware on multiple occasions, nothing was done. DO NOT use this hotel, even if it is your last option. I only gave a rate of 1, because I had to to post.

Staff is always kind rooms are clean I never have problems whe I stay here.

After them thinking they were sold out of rooms the front desk attendant started calling around town to help find me a room when he realized he had one room left. Excellent customer service!

The hotel is in bad conditions, the elevator smells, the breakfast room was dirty such as eggs all over the floor and sticky floors. Room was dirty and there was tile broken in the bathroom I was scared that my kids would end up cutting there feetThe toilet moved wasn’t in all the way. I would not recommend this hotel at all. Not happy.

Staff at the desk quite friendly and very helpful but Housekeeping needs some more training. The first room I got had a clogged toilet and the replacement room had leftover Chinese food in the fridge. Did nobody think to tell their boss that the toilet was ready to overflow or throw out the stuff in the fridge before renting the rooms out again?

The staff is friendly the overall experience is satisfactory. However, whomever designed the layout of the rooms left A LOT to be desired. I couldn't go in & out of the bathroom if someone was at the sink. Also, the room would be better served with an actual closet instead of a clothes cabinet that took up unnecessary space in an already small room. Traveling with my wife and 3 children, definitely couldn't recommend staying here.

Door handle fell off in my hand showers need alot of work look like they never finished installing it I am a plumber license in Texas 25 yrs this shower bad work drywall sucked paint sucked asked for LAITE check out sense worked all night and they beating on our door at 10:30 I asked at 630 for LAITE check what's the point I am very dissatisfied.

I love staying here they are always welcoming the rooms are clean the little shampoo and soap smell great even if I bring my own I love using them and free breakfast.

Found the staff friendly. The room had an unidentified odor. The sink still had someone else's toothpaste and hair. Turned the bed down and what do you find. Someone's hair all over and makeup smeared on the pillow. Ok maybe just sleep on the clean flat sheet and cover with the bedspread. NOPE, guess not with the blood spots on the bedspread. Got new linens to change both beds in the room at 11pm. Don't get me wrong, I am farm girl and knew it wasn't the Ritz. However, I do have an issue with anyone not taking pride in what you are paid to do. The housekeeping needs attention.

Older hotel, a little well worn for the cost, but the bed makes it worth the money. Could use a deep cleaning.

The O'Fallon Sleep Inn has been my go-to lodging whenever I visit the area. This has been the case for a few years, primarily due to the attitude of Ben, the manager, and Kate. These people "get" customer service. The breakfast is good, also. UPDATE: Apparently, Ben is no longer the GM, but everything else still applies.

Good hotel experience. Clean rooms, hot breakfast, comfy bed. All not at a bad price. No complaints.

This location was excellent, easy to get to/from interstate 70. The amenities were just what we needed. All staff were helpful and friendly. Our room was quiet, clean and we slept well! Don't pass this by if you are in the area!

Great hotel. Friendly staff and very clean room. First hotel I've ever stayed in that had a stand up shower. Could use more outlets, but that's my only complaint and not enough to knock a star. Would recommend.

Very clean, comfortable hotel with friendly staff and easy check in/check out. The breakfast is one of the better hotel breakfasts I've had. Our dog was happy there and we had a great night's sleep — and all for a fairly reasonable price.

Overall the hotel and staff were fine. The staff was very apologetic and helped us as much as they could to deal with a problem caused by Choice Hotels. We had a confirmed reservation booked on-line several weeks in advance directly via Choice Hotels. When we arrived we discovered Choice had overbooked the hotel. They only had one room left, a single king, and our reservation was for a double queen (4 in our party). No hotels within 70 miles had rooms left (Solar Eclipse area) so we had to make do with the room by buying air mattresses and a pump from a nearby Walmart. And … they had two other reservations that had yet to arrive in addition to ours (ultimately, those people did arrive only to discover no rooms were left; we ran into them as we were coming and going to get set up in the room). An incident was submitted by the staff since the problem was caused by Choice Hotels. So, what did Choice offer us as compensation for the inconvenience, frustration, and added expense of our having to effectively purchase our own beds … 5000 Choice Points … like I'll every use those. ADVICE: 1 — Don't use Choice 2 — If you do, call the hotel hours before you arrive to ensure they actually have your room available.

Room was spacious and fairly comfortable. The TV was pretty small considering its distance from the bed, and the bathroom fixtures (toilet and tub in particular) were rather dated. Rest of the hotel seemed pretty nice, although I found a dead cockroach in a bathroom between the pool and breakfast area. Staff was okay, but not super friendly. The front desk clerk at check-in was not trained to handle a tax exemption form (I was traveling for a non-profit), and when she called the manager, he claimed that they don't charge state taxes, which was incorrect as evidenced by my final bill. The other Choice Hotels I stayed at this trip had no issue processing a tax exemption.

We were looking for a good travel stop with clean rooms and free hot breakfast (with eggs, not just sugar) and this fit the bill. The indoor pool and workout room were nice to blow off some steam too. They misquoted the price on the phone by $5 and wouldn't fix it when we got there, hence the knockdown of 1 star. Still seemed to be the cheapest place in this area regardless.

I wouldn't even give it a one star but had to in order to leave a review. Worst place I have ever stayed at. My husband and I got a queen room with a hot tub… well let's start it isn't a hot tub it is just an extra large jacuzzi! And on top of that our "hot tub" didn't work! Went to front desk and the guy said sorry but I can't move you all I can do is give you $10 off. What is $10 going to do? Not make my night the night I came all the way here for! I will NEVER stay here again! Very upset!

Clean rooms, friendly front desk clerks, comfortable beds. Showers only, which is fine by me. Overall a much better experience than I expected!

My husband and I stayed here last night. Notice I said stayed not slept! The water pipes made a HORRIFIC sound about every fifteen minutes. If you want to hear the noise I have it recorded on my phone because it was that loud! Nothing was spectacular about our stay. The desk clerks weren't even friendly. I'd only stay here if you can sleep through anything. What a disappointment.

Room is too small for children to play and has no bathtub but a stand up shower which is difficult to bath small children in. Bathroom door opens up past the sink making it hard for 2 people to use the facilities. Our original room was given to someone else and we were given a 1 bed room after asking for a 2 queen room as we have 2 adults and 2 children. Problem was resolved but we are still not happy to stay in a small room with no kitchenette for 11 days. Rooms are clean and there is a pool and excersize room down the hall. Free breakfast is decent.

Front desk was very helpful. Housekeeping didn't touch the room at all. We left to have a family outing on Saturday and when we returned that night the room hadn't been touched. The front desk clerk had to clean the room herself. Just spoke to the general manager about a discount for the inconvenience and he said there's nothing more he can do since I was already getting a discount from my employer. I guess you're allowed to pick and choose what rooms to clean when you work here. I won't return to this location again.

Overnight stay between Kansas and Florida. Seemed okay at first. Tried to use the pool but were told that it wouldn't be open till a month after we leave. Wi-Fi was horrible, about 1.5 down. 1 up, and that was when it worked which it didnt. Tub was missing plug, and once we got it we found out that the overflow drain fell off leaving the pipe exposed. We attempted to fix all of these issues by speaking with the front desk which was a futile effort as she was more interested in smoking outside.

It was a waste. The front desk service was garbage. He wasn't nice, never made eye contact. He didn't make me feel welcomed. My card didn't work for the pool. The towels in my room were dry rotted the hot tub wasn't clean. There was nothing special for the price they charge. A little decor in a bathroom goes a long way! The experience is like painting a turd pink. The Wi-Fi is slow. The pool only goes to four ft… I will not being coming back. A waste of money…

Good, clean rooms, only issue is mediocre to crappy breakfast, but price is great.

Pet friendly and clean. Enjoyed a roomie place to stay the night on our trip. Nothing to complain about. Enjoy.

The room was nice. It was on the 3rd floor and every time I entered the room, it smelled like smoke. But I'd recommend it to someone looking for a nice place to stay.

$100 dollars extra. Corporate lodging, direct bill or credit card. You will have to pay another $100 for your stay. Your suppose to get it back however while waiting to check in. The desk clerk was getting a previous customers info due to multiple charges. And if you search the web, this seems to be common practice.

The room is clean, and room is updated, and beds are medium in bed softness but no wheelchairs to use, and the way the room is set up is awkard for someone in a chair to get to the bathroom.
Plus the TV and internet doesnt work.

This hotel was pretty clean had a nice pool area and the girl who checks in was very polite, however the boy that was there in the evening hours was not friendly or polite at all… only downside was that and the fact that there isn't a tub only shower. So my twin 2 yr olds couldn't take a bath but they did enjoy the pool. Breakfast is free but it's basically cereal &, bagels. Gets the job done though good place to sleep.

Of all the hotels I've been to while traveling with my family, I would have to say that this Sleep Inn was the best hands down. The front desk was accommodating and the staff are polite. The breakfast was great and the updated rooms were a plus. I definitely recommend this hotel if you're in the St. Louis area.

Nothing to rave about. Just your regular hotel. I left a review just to let people know that the place is fine. It is not a glamorous hotel or anything, but it's safe and quite. I guess I would recommend this place to anyone looking for cheap rates and may be traveling on business.

Beautiful, clean and extremely accommodating! Had a reservation at a camp ground that did not work out and Sleep Inn gracefully accepted my dog and I in the wee hours of the morning, complete with a jacuzzi tub. Very well priced and friendly staff. Highly recommend!
