Stayed here 8/21/18 and the price of a $174 for a double queen bedroom was not at all worth it. The T. V. Did not work and the beds were both hard as a rock. After a long day of work and driving this was NOT AT ALL the kind of stay that I have come to expect/receive from Hampton. Definitely should bvb have stayed somewhere else in the area of Grayslake Illinois.

This is my company's go to hotel when my co-workers visit from out of town and for good reason. Nice newer rooms at a reasonable price.

This hotel was awesome… After being in the road for 5+ hours with a newborn & a 2 year old Mike greeted us with a warm welcome & made our night awesome. They have such friendly, attentive, & professional team working at this hotel. Breakfast was great, we got down there late but the food was hot & even with only about an hout left of breakfast everything was hot & full, you couldn't even tell breakfast was about yo be over. After just 1 stay, We are most definitely coming back to stay here. Mike was the best! Thanks again.

This hotel is a classic one. Even from the stricture both in side and outside. It looks very nice and the rooms are very neat.

Location was convenient. Free breakfast in the morning. Great staff.

The location is incredibly convenient for me (our office is just down the road) and I much prefer the Hilton styling and hospitality to that of other offerings nearby. Rooms are clean and comfortable; suites are huge and regular rooms are of a decent size. I really enjoy the daily breakfast.

The manager is very accommodating. His staff is very friendly. The hotel is very clean. Overall way above average experience.

Very comfortable and clean. We stayed for a wedding, and the accommodations made for it we're awesome. They even had a shuttle service to and from the wedding location.

This is a very nice place to stay. Our room was 5 stars. Great beds and the pillows were nice and soft. Great staff! Very informative!

The hotel staff is super kind and friendly. They offer coffee, tea and delicious cookies too. It was Clean And organized. Recommended.

Excellant service, exceptionally clean, wonderful breakfast and the bed was heavenly.

Service was exceptional, very attentive staff. Rooms kept clean daily. They also did an excellent job keeping the parking lot clear of snow during a few large snow storms. Recommended fully.

Room was adequate and clean. Small pillows but comfortable mattress. Tv selections above average. Breakfast was not as good as others I have had with the same chain but the serving and dining areas were excellent. Pool/jacuzzi hours do not accommodate traveling professionals working late, which is inexcusable.

Stayed for 3 days for my son's graduation from Navy boot camp. Very nice and clean. Close enough to the base. In would definitely go back.

The hotel was clean and had friendly staff. Mostly occupied by business professionals. Complimentary breakfast included hot food and was good. No surprises overall, easy overnight stay on a business trip.

Everything was great except for the oddly rigid comforters. The location was great. All of the workers were very helpful.

Nice sized rooms that are well maintained and clean. Good breakfast selections and they also have little brown bags with snacks and water for guests to take for the day which is a nice touch when traveling. The gym is pretty small and the treadmills feel old, but it is sufficient for a travel workout.

As expected. Beds are ok, showers are hot, breakfast lacks. No free Wi-Fi.

The rooms at this Hampton Inn are decently sized and comfortable. Everything is very clean and the breakfast bar is of decent quality.

The place was clean and very impressive. The staff were genuine and very nice. The food was delicious. All in all, I'd never sleep anywhere but here if I could while traveling on the road. The event hall was great.

The staff was friendly. We attended for a baseball tournament, they were very helpful with letting us use the main breakfast area for our pizza. Rooms were clean and well kept. The pool was what you would expect.

Really liked the Hampton Inn, the room was clean, the staff was very nice, and breakfast was great! Only a couple of things you need to think about if staying here, the beds were so uncomfortable! I woke up in the morning with my back hurting so bad! Also, the toilets dont flush very well, you have to hold down the handle for it to flush. This is a great hotel to stay at if you dont want to spend so much money and everywhere around is all booked up. Hope this helped!

Best hotel staff ever! I have been staying here since August and the staff has literally made me feel part of the family. I am not just a traveler, they make me feel like I am very important and it is my home away from home. Highly recommended!

ZERO stars if possible. My husband went in to get a room, then we decided to get a different hotel elsewhere, not even within an hour. So we canceled, and they still charged us! I've called them and they claim they will put in the refund that day, it's been almost a week and still nothing. We've never gotten keys so we never went into the room and they just somehow still think we got the room.

Hotel housekeeping stole my girlfriends red dress. We stayed after a wedding and left the next morning at different times. She left the dress in the room. I called the hotel, and was told it would take 1 to 2 days to find. They called after 1 day and said they could not locate the dress. Absolutely disgusting behavior, I will never stay in a Hampton inn again, and I will caution everyone I come across about their lying and stealing. Shame on you.

My family of 5 stayed here for a family wedding and we had a great experience. The room was spacious, clean, very comfortable. Every employee we encountered was helpful and nice. There was even a shuttle between the wedding and hotel, it was an all around great experience! We would stay here again, should the need arise.

The staff were super-helpful when a package arrived from me after I had already departed. They were really helpful. Also, the dude at reception when I arrived was genuinely happy.

New, Clean, great service. Accommodated me in less than a few hours, when the power went out at my hotel.
