The nastiest hotel I have stayed at. Sheets were stained, along with the pillow cases. Shower curtain had mold all over it. There was hair left on the bed as well. Would rather sleep in my vehicle next time.

This hotel literally smells of rotten rugs, not a very clean hotel.

Super friendly staff, only problem was that we had to move rooms because the water wasn't working in the first one.

Rooms were damp. We had 2 rooms. One had a ceiling that was about to fall down. The other had a broken toilet which we fixed ourselves. There was a crack in a window. Would not recommend.

Bathroom door wasn't secured, the door fell and almost hit my wife in the head. The towel rack came out the wall. Had to go to the front desk 3 time about the TV remote not working, even after the remote had been changed.

Sad this app won’t allow me to post a picture of the Filthy tub in the replacement room we were offered. We requested a new room due to the tub in the 1st room was broken up and in safe.

Nice hotel, looks to be almost done with remodel. Bathroom is the only thing that needed some attention. Good rates and a comfortable bed.

Room was okay for the price. No fridge or microwave in the room (big con for me) and the only vending & ice machines were by the lobby. Their indoor pool was heated (huge pro for me) and their workout room was nice.

The room is gross and the maids do not clean the rooms between nights, the bathrooms are disgusting, the rooms are hot and the ac smells like vinegar.

This was a horrible place and should be condemned. The back entry was open for anyone to enter. The pool smelled musty. Towels were stained. Bedding was "moist" under the covers. There were stains all over the furniture. The toilet seat was missing its lid. There was a hole in the floor under the carpet by the bathroom. Most disgusting hotel I've stayed at. Do yourself a favor and stay at the Radisson next door.

Staff was super friendly and helpful, even after I left behind a phone charger! Rooms were basic but not bad. The only problem I had was some toiletries were missing from the bathroom.

We only stayed one night, but it was very nice! Everything was clean and looked good. It's close to the interstate and very quiet. We didn't go to breakfast but it was offered.

No hot water for a shower. No manager in sight. Front desk of little use. We won't stay here again.

Overall, a fine place to stay. The staff was friendly and the continental breakfast was good (waffle makers are always a plus! ). The room had kind of an awkward smell to it and the pool wasn't the cleanest. Having said that, nothing was dirty, per say, and we had an enjoyable time!

Our stay was horrible! Staff was rude and argued with us! Our keys never worked, we had to change them almost every time we wanted in our room, upon checking in they put us in a room with a dirty bathroom! Breakfast sucked, everything was cold and the toaster didn’t work. Also got locked out of one room for 20 minutes because our key and the master key wouldn’t work! Stained sheets! Pool area said hot tub and sauna while it had neither. Pool was small with not enough towels. The only good thing was the location!

Just walk n and look around the pool the lobby clean amazing place! Just wish u could smoke inside.

The good the bad and the ugly. The good, and really the only good thing at this hotel was an employee names Adame. We where here for a small Special Olympics gathering an Adame went out of his way from helping us with direction, finding places to order food from. Every room we checked into had minor problems from there being no towels, to dirty linens on the bed. Adame, while checking guest in also fixed all the issues we as a group where having. The bad was really bad, does this place actually clean? It appeared the housemaids are overworked and I don’t think my bed sheets actually got washed. The Ugly would be the overall appearance and upkeep of the hotel. Space heaters in the lobby, Adame tried his best telling us that the heater just went out, but if you read reviews from months ago this was an issue already. We all felt bad for Adame, after talking with him we found out he’s finishing up a Masters Degree and having a management system that doesn’t utilize talent like that shows why the place is falling apart. Other ugly factors include the incredibly disgusting breakfast, wiring hanging out of all sorts of areas a child could touch, what appears to a broken sprinkler system in the lobby? Does the town know how dangerous this place is? How is it still open?

Reasonably priced. Room was fine. Lots of kids making noise in the hallway, and the continental breakfast ends rather early. Kind of an average stay.

At first you think… oh, nice room for $56. But its VERY deceiving! There were very visible stains on the sheets from different incidents, which lets one know they are continuously using those same sheets over & over! Strands of hair on various surfaces throughout the bathroom is equally ridiculous. And the topper was the mildew on the bottom of the shower curtain! I'm giving two stars because at least the staff was great and check in was swift. I've never seen anything like it before & this is not the 1st time staying in a 2-3 star hotel.

This place was awful. In a suite which basically was two adjoining rooms with connecting door removed. No microwave or refrigerator. Stains on furniture. Carpet directly on concrete floors made it super cold and there was a large dip in the floor by the bathroom. The security chain could not be used as it was not placed correctly. Broken tiles. Huge gap around door. Worst of all, it snowed 4 inches and no shoveling was done by the entrance door in back. I asked for it to be shoveled and they did a 2 foot square directly in front of the door. I still had to wade through snow from my car to the door. Hairs found in bathroom including shaving remains in the sink. How can they pass health code inspections? I could not bring myself to eat there. Never ever again!

Not there long enough to have a complaint. Had a bed and it was great.

The integrity of the owners and the maintenance of the hotel are poor. In our case, upon entering the room, there were several basic health and sanitation problems, and other disconcerting issues: • So-called “non-smoking” room stank of smoke. More on this later. • Grey-stained beadspread hidden by a yellow-stained topsheet. • Two sticky smears not cleaned from previous occupant. • Broken bathroom tile that had been duct-taped instead of replaced. • Internet with no password protection cut out 80% of the time. Smoking issue: When I received conformation from the hotel that I had in fact booked a non-smoking room, I complained about the stink. Despite the owner acknowledging that Room 222 used to be smoking permitted, and still stank of smoke, she claimed that there was nothing she would do to make up for their false advertising. Despite their assurances that the entire building is now “non-smoking”, there was not a single non-smoking sign visible anywhere. Poor customer service from the desk clerk and intransigence from the manager and morning staff suggest dishonest owners who care little for their customers. I would strongly advise seeking another hotel.

Older building but clean and quiet. Easy access to major interstates. Friendly staff.

One of the worst motels we have ever stayed in. The smell of urine as you entered the hallway was a knock out. The upgraded suite had no fridge or microwave. There was makeup or something on one of the pillowcases and the top blanket was dirty as if someone laid with their shoes on. The breakfast was even more of a joke. Will not return.

Well priced room rate. In need of some upgrades. Pleasant and efficient staff.

Place did not feel clean. Carpets needed to be vacuumed, nasty stains on couch, and found hair on towels. I even went to the front desk, asked for new towels, brought them back to my room and found a larger hair ball in the next set. Bed was fine and the least terrifying part of this stay. Breakfast was as ok but messy and covered with syrup, the staff was not keeping up with cleaning there either… The staff seemed kind. For $65 it was as expected.

As soon as we came in, the fire alarm was hanging off the ceiling. Our bathroom had floss and q-tips on the floor. There were weeds in the flower bed outside and the pool area was dirty. The management was nice. But the cleaning people took our tip, and didn't clean our room. I will not stay here again in the future.

To start this has been the worst Baymont Inn & Suites I have ever stayed at. Upon checking in we had to wait a little over 10 minutes for someone to come to the front desk. When we got to the room it was not very clean. There were still big crumbs left on the carpet so it really needed to be vacuumed. The bed has lots of stains on the sheets and comforter. In the bathroom there was hair left on towels and hair still in the sink. There were a couple of little black ants crawling within the bathroom as well. Our TV did not work. It stated that “the signal is out and to check the antenna”. A couple of things I liked would be the breakfast and the Wi-Fi connection was good. Overall I would not stay at this location ever again.

Room was nice, and clean. Staff seemed helpful and apologetic. Only complaint is that although I had Wi-Fi there was absolutely no service in my room, made it very hard to place calls and download things. Very inconvenient.

Carpet was wet, beds were hard, ice machine didn't work, workers were not as commidating to us but to larger group was staying, pool bathrooms were disgusting, no toilet paper in them either, pool was cold as ice. Trashes on hallway were full from check in to check out, location was good, parking lot was awkward to get in and out though. And in room fire sprinkler was falling out of ceiling. And there was No Bible anywhere!

This place is a great find a real bargain. For 67 dollars two full beds and a free continental breakfast. Breakfast not great, but will get me back on the road for a while. Receptionist watchdogs your car all night.

Do not stay here. I made the mistake of booking online through expedia. I needed to check in around 3 pm in order to attend a wedding reception that evening. I couldn’t find anyone on staff. I tried calling 4-5 times but the phone kept ringing at the front desk (no answer). After about 30-40 minutes of waiting I left and found a different hotel. There were a couple of other guests that also left. Then when I called back to cancel they wouldn’t give me a refund and told me they were out maintaining the pool (which you can see from the front desk) there was no one there. There was one guy standing around the front door with a caulk gun and he had no idea where the manager was either. I went to the bathroom and walked up and down multiple hall ways and never found anyone. Then I called back later that evening after the reception I attended. The guy lied and denied not being at the desk and was going to have a manager call me but never did. I will be refuting the charges since I never stayed there and the customer service is terrible. I guess the moral of this story is you get what you pay for. You cannot treat customers this way and expect to stay in business. Do not recommend and will not use EVER again. I never was able to check in and view the rooms, but the property seemed shanty and run down. Paint was peeling off the exterior a few rain gutters were missing. The place was empty and quiet like a tomb.

Room fairly clean comfortable bed. Renovation under way The price was good. No hair dryer older furnishing and curtains no refrigerator.

The room was dirty. There was dust and crumbs in the desk, and an empty box of starburst and skittles in the night stand. And they advertise having an HD TV in the rooms which is a lie. They still have the old box type.

This is absolutely the worst hotel I've ever stayed in please do not bring your family here… Filthy!
