Staff was very helpful and the room was clean. Bed was a little soft in the middle and the pillows were too soft. Nice place to stay.

Room 311 was a good size and clean but bed was a bit hard. 2nd night the air conditioner quit working! We were able to switch rooms though across the hall to 310. The breakfast offered was good, especially the orange juice which was excellent.

The staff at AmericInn in Monmouth were great very attentive to the needs of everyone. The rooms were very clean and the pool and hottub were very clean.

Great place that is pet friendly. Also the pool felt GREAT! Was not cold, perfect for getting right into.

Me and my 4 kids stay here often so we can spend time with my boyfriend who drives a truck for Hirschbach. Which I didn't know until the clerk told me they offer a discount for Hirschbach. The atmosphere is inviting and the whole facility is clean up-to-date and well kept. I also on my last stay had a couple issue. They were so eager to fix the problems and made it known they are there to help with anything and everything. They even allotted me a small refund and a free room upgrade on my next stay. I wont specify names but there is only one other hotel in this area of Monmouth… do not stay there go to AmericInn. They are amazing!

A very nice and comfortable place to stay. My room was very nice and well kept. The one issue I did have was handled promptly and diligently. Guest satisfaction is definitely a top priority for them and it is reflected in what they do. Easily the best experience I've ever had staying im a hotel.

Conveniently located across from Petey's and just the right distance to the university. It was cost efficient, clean and served it's purpose. If you have to stay in Monmouth, this is where you should stay. The continental breakfast wasn't great and the bathroom fan didn't work at all. Took for ever to get the TV going, but you get what you pay for. The service and the staff were great, also you get a discount at Petey's when you show them your hotel key card from AmericInn.

We really enjoy staying at this AmericInn. The staff and management are always friendly and helpful. The facility is always in excellent condition. The breakfast selections are always fully loaded. The exercise equipment and pools are well maintained. The rooms are very comfortable. The lobby is so comfortable and often has a treat waiting for you. Love the towels in the room soft and plush. Only negative is we had a mix up with housekeeping on getting our room cleaned. My wife asked for more towels and they thought we didn't need them to clean the room. But they were very quick to correct when we let them know.
