The staff at the front desk are the best! I’m here every few months for work and they strive to call me by name when I walk in. Truly a hotel where I look forward to coming to because they put in the extra effort to make me feel welcome.

I stayed at the hotel for 2 nights and it was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had in my entire life. When I first get there the elevator did not work I was stuck trying to get to my room for almost 30 mins. They charged me a total of over $1, 000 for my stay which is extremely too much for the quality of the room. On top of that I left some money on my dresser and when I got back to the room it was mysteriously missing. I tried resolving this issue with their front desk AND the manager and they did not seem to care nor did anything to assist me. Corporate will FOR SURE be getting notified.

AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS! This place is super run down for the price you pay, air conditioning in our room was broke, fridge was broke, $200 came up mysteriously missing after housekeeping came and last but not least they withdrew over 1100$ our of our bank account (for a 2 day stay) and the explanation was because the housekeeping noticed an “odor and evidence of smoking” in our room so we were charged a 250$ smoking fee. I had my 3 year old son in the room and know for a fact not one person smoked in there so it’s extremely frustrating that they can just charge this fee by what housekeeping says! Mind you we were staying here for our wedding night and brought them tons of customers and they still don’t care. The manager was extremely rude and did not care at all. Very disappointing for a Hilton!

Great stay as before. Very friendly girl at reception in the afternoon. Breakfast very good also. We'll be back next July.

Just ok, the room was clean so that is a positive. But a bit outdated rooms. The lobby was really nice and updated modern looking. The hallway leading up to our room had me worried what I would be walking into. The wallpaper was coming off the walls and hanging there, the floor trim was missing. Staff was friendly upon check in but I called later after check out because I left a shirt hanging in the closet. Pretty expensive one I special ordered. Called and the front desk lady kept saying they already cleaned the room, I was like ok but it should be hanging in the closet, hoping someone would go check. She said again the room was cleaned and no one turned in to lost and found. Well that leads me to believe that someone took it. Very disappointing. She said she would check and call back, guess what no call back. I won't be back that seems dishonest. It was less then 3 hours that I called when I realized it was missing.

I went for a wedding. The hotel was really nice. The room I stayed in seemed slightly run down. I enjoyed my stay very much.

The hotel is surrounded by greenery, the staff is very friendly and always helpful. The rooms are suitable for those who stay for long periods. They are equipped with all the amenities, but they would need a makeover. The Wi-Fi is also great in the free plan.

This hotel is in major need of updating. I stayed in a suite and the size of the room is nice but it is a bit run down. Little things make all the difference, like the bathtub not draining, and the remote not working. The bed is not very comfy and the curtain in the bedroom would not close. It just needs a modern remodel.

We were staying there for a wedding. Unfortunately for us, the boiler broke. They had to shut the water off from 9 am to 2:00 pm. I understand, not their fault. However they didn't let us know when we checked in. We found a note in our room when we came back from the rehearsal dinner at 10:00 at night. We had to be up at 6 am to get everyone showered in time for pictures at 2:00. The entire third floor hallway smelled like sewage and fish. And when we went down to ask for extra blankets, they only had ONE to spare. Ugh, not pleased at all.

We were recommended I would highly recommend this hotel. The customer service is exceptional, the hotel and the rooms are clean. They are pet friendly. They provide breakfast and dinner and serve a variety of foods daily Mon-Thursday with non-alcohol and alcoholic drinks (wine and beer).

Breakfast was to be ready at 6 AM — They FAILED to get this accomplished until 6:20. It may not seem like much, but when your told 6 and you have to be somewhere on time its unacceptable. They say they have a 100% satisfaction guarantee, well they do NOT. Clean place, but this put a bad taste in our mouths the first morning — no pun intended.

Event planners beware. Unreasonable rates in contract. Please read and be aware of small print! Hotel is beautiful, staff friendly, but beware when doing business with conference center. Check out reviews on yelp!

. Rooms are great, beds very comfy. The bathrooms were very clean and the staff were ready to help at any time. I recommend you come stay at this hotel.

Amazing customer service from Jessica, the receptionist. Lobby is updated but rooms are not. Room was clean and comfortable. Fitness center has 3 nice cardio machines but could add free weights. I did not use the pool but it looked nice.

This location was amazing! Unfortunately, our reason for staying was due to a battle buddies funeral, however, the guest services was amazing! When we arrived, the ladies at the front were quick to help us and make sure we had everything we needed. This even included a pack n play for our 10 month old. We didn’t even have to bring ours in. When we got to our room we found an envelope with our name, bottles of water and Hershey kisses candy. Inside was a hand written card giving condolences on our lost. Thank you Emily H for your amazing hospitality and your card! From all of the soldiers who traveled and stayed at this location, we thank you!

Very nice, very clean. Rooms well made up and homey. Breakfasts were great but that evening social was awful. Barely any food (and what their was was not good) and cheap wine.

A very clean, comfortable, and friendly environment. It was refreshing to be made to feel at home. Excellent complimentary food a plus.

I love this place! The staff is so friendly doesn't matter who you work with their all great. The room is great you can cook and they even have pots plates and pans. I didn't cook very much because I took advantage of the free dinner and drinks. Pet fee kinda sucks but if anyone complains about this place they just can't be pleased very glad my company chose this hotel.

One hotel room is pretty much the same as the next one. What makes this place is the staff! Friendly, welcoming, and overall pleasant to deal with. I have a ridiculous amount of Marriott points as I generally always stay at a Marriott when traveling. Unforseen circumstances caused me to need to book here and if they are a metric on how their other hotels are run then I'm all in. Also, Heidi bakes fresh cookies…

I was only there as a pizza delivery driver but from a quick 5 minute view of the entrance it has a very nice homey/comfortable feeling. The front desk receptionist was helpful and kind as well.

The place was very clean and charming. Rooms are a little smaller but still good overall.

Very nice and friendly staff. Rooms needed some updates, like the thermostats weren't working well and the sofa bed mattresses were pretty thin.

The rooms were great, everything was very clean, and the staff was very friendly and accommodating. The only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 was because the breakfast was terrible, we could not eat it.

Good breakfast but second floor smelled like honey, don't know if that is a good thing or bad.

Stayed here with my newly wed wife. Staff was amazing and they handled a special request perfectly. They even included a nice box of cookies and a small note which was a very nice touch.

Had an awesome stay, very clean and the staff is amazing. I totally appreciated how great they were with my 11 year old son, they befriended him and made his stay great, thank you guys. We will be back next year hope your all still here.

I made a booking yesterday and had to cancel it today due to my pregnancy. They have cancelled the reservation without charging me for a night. So considerate management and supportive. I promise I will rebook there once I get better. I have seen rooms. EXTRA clean and friendly ppl.
