No pool, no breakfast! Paper thin walls.

Nice rooms but dated, staff could be friendlier, this is where I stay when I come to town.

Friendly people, nice pool, comfortable beds.

SilknKells Productions (Facebook) attended A Chicago style stepping event hosted by déjà vu Saturday 6/15/2019 and it was off the chain the atmosphere was absolutely marvelous it was an all white party event and everyone dressed accordingly the room is really beautifully decorated huge the Omni Yonce was lovely I totally recommend this venue.

Nice ballrooms having had many events held there.

Best hotel in Chicago area.

You get what you pay for, but this place wasn't as great as the price I had to pay for it. Free breakfast was nice. Otherwise, amenities and rooms were mediocre and not bad.

Morning staff wasnt happy greeters, I wiped the table off with a towel, they will charge you for stains on the towels. Please beware, morning staff not friendly and you will try to charge you for anything. House keeping leaves early so you will have to keep your own room clean.

The hotel was fine and the staff were nice. The pool and hot tub were a nice addition. The hotel didn't have extra pillows for us, our windows had permanent steam stains, and our toilet screamed at us whenever we flushed.

My parents stayed here and I came to their room. This hotel was awful. Everything in the room was broken. The rooms were freezing cold and the non-smoking room reeked of cigars. The continental breakfast was terrible. Such a bad experience for them coming to visit.

Neat and very spacious. The night staff helped me switch to a room that was more my style, everybody working this morning was polite and helpful too. Cheers folks thank you.

Well I wanted to book this room but all the bad reviews, more than good reviews turned me off. At least 70 percent of customers had something negative to say, so I will go with the 70%. All these bad reviews, they all did not come together and said let write a negative review. It seem like it should be called a motel instead of a hotel. Thanks for all the reviews. I will stick to Hilton. I guess the Corp. Don't read reviews because that hotel should have been condemned some while back. I give it 3 stars because I never been there and I have no intentions of staying there after reading the reviews but Orland park is nice. So you be the judge.

BE CAREFUL — FRAUD ALERT *** My credit card was wrongfully changed by the hotel without my knowledge! Unfortunately I tried to contact the management and they brushed me off. I had to contact the corporate offices and my credit card company to get a refund. I stayed last weekend in the hotel for two nights and three days, my boss made the reservation and payed for it in advance, he actually called the front desk to make sure that a reservation under my name does exist and see if I can check in earlier. When I got there the lady at the front desk wasn’t able to find my reservation, I mentioned to her that the room was paid by my boss and it might be under his name. She eventually found my reservation under my first last names (I have two last names). She was even kind enough to take the time to help me to track my Choice Privilege membership. Before she gave me a room key she asked for my credit card, so they will have it on file for security porpoises. After she swiped it, she folded the paper and had me singing it. I checked out last Sunday, I had my card on file so I made sure I checked out physically and handed back my room key. I was even asked for my full name to make sure that I was residing in the correct room. When the lady checked me out she said that I’m “all set, you’re good to go”, so I went to eat. I found out my card was charged this Friday after my card didn’t do through because it was maxed. I checked the payments and discovered this charge.

The guest services individuals were very rude and unprofessional upon check in as well as when I called to check on my bill when it seemed I was over charged. The hotel was dingy and had a damp musty odor in the lobby, elevator, and halls. The room it self was 2 and a half stars at best. Dents and scratches on all the furniture and the bathroom had grout missing, exposed pipes under the sink, and the shower head wasn’t working properly. Will never stay at another “quality” inn again let alone this one.

AC did not work. Hotel charged $100 deposit even though made reservation with card. Hotel made photocopy of card and would not explain why. Charged the room 2 times to the card, when booking and when checking in Have to wait 7-10 days for reverse of charges. Hotel staff would not explain deposit, nor did they care. Would not explain why the photocopy of card or what they would do with it.

Checked into hotel on a monday with my husband and three children. Main purpose was for the pool. We checked in at 3pm and was told that the pool was being cleaned and that it wouldn't be available until 6am the next day. Disappointed, I called and spoke with the manager christian. She apologized and extended our check out time from 11am til 2pm… only because I asked and thought that was fair. Well, were here at the pool at 5pm the next day. Big huge sign saying swim classes here! we walked in and sure enough, there were four instructors and six toddlers being taught how to swim! the pool isn't that big, so even though they are on one side of the pool, the pool is extremely croweded! I called the manager back and she kept putting me on hold to talk to the general manager. She git tied of speaking with me I guess because after her last "please hold" the gm alex got on the phone. After hearing what I had to say, he said, "what can I do for you? " I asked… if it were you, what would you want? he didn't answer and then told me the instructors were paying guests. This is contradictory to what christian just told me! so basically, he lied! I hate liars! so I guess alex got tired of talking to me and told me the ead nothing he could do! I said so your offer to fix it is now off the table? he said yes. There's nothing I can do. The 2pm extended check out is it! I just had my husband ask one of the instructors if they were paying guest… she said no!

Nothing Quality about this Inn. We couldn't get in our room. Maintenance unlocked the door so we were able to get in and change, we needed to get to a family party. They said they needed to change the battery on the door latch. When we got back, the key would not work, yet somehow we were able to open the door. After going down to the lobby 3 times to get new keys, I finally asked for a new room. New room: A/C stopped working around 1am and our room smelt like weed. Someone was having a good time. It was uncomfortably warm & it was a long restless night. Needless to say, my family and I couldn't get out of there fast enough.

I stayed at a Quality Inn near Chicago and it was a great experience. The room was very clean and all service was quality. It was a great choice for an overnight stay following my friend's wedding.

Only giving 1 star cause I cant leave zero. Stayed there 2 times a month for last 6 months. Our stay the other night was the worst. First they messed up our reservation online had to pay for a night on may 20th and needed the room on april 24th. They wouldnt do nothing about it. Second heard a mexican maid say in spanish she hates white people. The lady that works nights looks like she pooped her pants and treats you like garbage. Then neither me or my wife smoke and they charged our card $150 bucks. And wont do nothing about it. A towl in our room looked like a woman had her period on it. Just a poor night. They lost a customer that stayed at least 2 times a month so I hope the 150 was worth it.

Staff are a tad rude. Rooms are clean, the free breakfast could use some work.

Overall not a good experience. Won’t be coming back. My mom did me a favor by booking the room online but accidentally booked for the wrong date. I show up at the beginning of March and they tell me it’s booked for April 1st and that there’s absolutely nothing they can do. So I end up paying again for four nights. The front desk ladies were rude. And the breakfast was disgusting. I understand it was free but I’ve had free breakfast and the eggs have never tasted that horrible.

The staff was friendly and accommodating. They gave as a warm welcome when we arrived at the hotel. We really loved it. We’ll definitely come back.

It was an okay stay. I found trash in the bathroom and the sink was dirty but not super noticeable, I work in hotels so I have an eye for little things. But what really made this stay fall to a 3 Star review was the fact that I told the desk I did not want housekeeping, had my do not disturb sign on, and a housekeeper knocked on my door for a good 5 minutes. The lady who checked me in wasn’t very friendly either. Probably wouldn’t stay again.

Attended for event. Bathroom was really broken down. 2/3 sinks did not work. Doors didn't lock. Dryer was weak. Event area was spacious.

Nice location to lots of restaurants and things to do. Room was nice and clean. Staff was friendly.

Nice rooms. Good accommodations. Friendly staff. The one downside is that we ordered a projector for a meeting that we had booked here and the projector never showed up. We were told that they would have to get a hold of the audiovisual company and that we should’ve told them ahead of time. We had told them ahead aof time and we received the cart with all the cords for the projector but no projector.

This is a very nice and clean hotel. Had a very good breakfast and amazing customer service. I will definitely stay here again.

Beds are comfy, front desk clerk was super friendly and nice. The fridge in our room wasn't working when we arrived, but they switched it out fairly quick. The window in our room leaked very bad and soaked the curtains and floor from a rain shower.

My TV was unplugged (at the TV, not at the wall) and the bathroom could use repainting and recaulking. There was only one trash can and it was in the bathroom. The TV channels didn't line up with the printed channel guide. Since the hotel is attached to a banquet center, the lobby areas stay busy all day long. Breakfast wasn't very good. Fitness center was adequate.

The hotel itself was acceptable and the staff were friendly and accomodating, but the rooms seemed inadequately maintained. Overall a decent enough stay, but I would not recommend it to friends or family.

Easy check in/check out. Disappointed alittle in room, very thin walls, so much so that we were able to hear neighbors TV very clear. Also, coffee pot was broken in room, something that easily should have been caught by staff.

Very clean room, more space than any other king suite I've visited in this price range. Also very quiet. You couldn't hear any of the normal hotel noise such as people in the hallways, doors closing, water running from other rooms, etc. Staff are very friendly and accommodating. The only con was the included continental breakfast. It was very basic. Scrambled eggs, sausage, waffle maker, yogurt, 3 different fresh fruits (apples, oranges, and alternating days cantaloupe/honeydew), select pastries (fresh but tasted like store bought), coffee and juice machines. But considering all of the other benefits and it's at least $25 less per day than anything comparable in the area, you can have breakfast at one of the many local restaurants in the area for the price difference if you're so inclined. Definitely will stay here again the next time we visit the area.

Room was clean and bed was comfortable. Staff was polite and very nice. Breakfast was just OK. Eggs pretty grainy. Also when they say it's 7 to 10, you better believe it. Yogurt fridge door was locked at 10:01 and no more orange juice for you. Overall, not a bad way to spend your night. Crazy rock bar next door.

I am a delivery driver and went to the hotel mutiple times this week. The front desk was friendly and helpful and access to the rooms was easy. Overall a good experience. However the location used to be a comfort Inn and the inside seems to not have changed at all. It might be a little dated.

Nice clean rooms. Sketchy bathrooms. Wedding service was slow as food was concerned.

Great service. Above expectation rooms for this brand of hotel. Pool area is great with hot tub. Continental breakfast was slightly above average. Overall I enjoyed my stay and would stay again.

Quality inn in Orland park is a nice hotel but needs better upkeep the pool had no towels and garbage on the floor that was there 1st thing in the morning and the hallway smelled like weed.

This place sucked! The hot tub was out of order, the pool was disgusting! It was filthy and piss water warm. Breakfast was nothing to write home about. We planned on staying a few days but checked out the next morning. Giving it even a one star is being very generous!

Spoiled sheet. Got bite by bed bugs. Contacted manger and he still haven't got back with. I even e-mailed there and called. Would not go back.
