Front desk staff was so friendly. Rooms are big and super clean. Wine and beer selection available for reasonable price in the lobby along with complimentary coffee 24h!

Friendly, kind, courteous & helpful staff (especially Lisa). The only complaint I have is we were in need of a roll-a-way bed; which they had but a large portion of the springs were broken. Thankfully we had an inflatable air mattress along that we used on top of the old worn out mattress. No complaints otherwise.

The hotel is very nice. Rooms are nice and big. Staff was very friendly and helpful. We are getting ready to go use the jacuzzi and that looked nice as well. I highly recommend.

I would of gave you a great review. As it was quite and nice pool but. I stayed here two days and my key card was deactivated by mistake and I got locked out of my room for ten minutes. Had to wait for an employee to return from break. Now it 1 in the morning and somebody just opened my door. Thank god I had safety lock on. Called front desk and was told maid open my door in error. FYI the do not disturb sign was clearly in the door outside. Thank goodness I was awake at time. How scary! Be aware! Safety concerns at this hotel. I was going to come back but not so sure after this break in.

It's the only hotel that I will stay in when I go to Joliet going forward. Love the staff and that there's a fridge and microwave. That makes a huge difference when staying in a hotel. It was clean and I had no issues. It is a little dated, but not overly concerning.

Natasha at the front desk was extremely helpful and had great knowledge of the area around here. I will definitely stay again you have a super employee there at night her name is Tasha and she deserves recognition for the work she does and her positive attitude.

Sheets were wrinkled and black hairs all over them. There was not hot water so no showers in morning. Breakfast woman wasn't friendly. Didn't even smile. Just all around miserable. Night staff was nice. For the cost of room I'd rather stay in a 40$ motel been in some on my trip that were cleaner and friendlier. Bedding is disgusting. I would not stay again. Breakfast mediocre. Had cereal and juice. Was refunded 30$ because of water. Room should been comped due to hairy bedding but it was late and wasn't in the mood to argue after driving 600 miles.

Rates are good. Rooms are spacious and very clean. Entire place is updated and very nice. Impressed with friendliness of staff. Grandkids enjoyed pool. Breakfast had a great variety and we like the size of the breakfast area. We will definitely be staying here for our future visits. Good location. This is definitely a great place to stay. Front desk clerk signed me up for rewards.

Everything was clean. Breakfast was amazing. The hot tub was fixed on the second night. Everything was amazing. It was like staying at an expensive hotel. Highly recommend. We would stay here again.

Had a great visit after a long drive. Individuals at the desk were extremely helpful and had our keys and paperwork ready before we arrived. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Will stay again if in the joliet area.

My wife and I needed a night out and away from our 4 kids. First time in 3 years. We stayed here for our anniversary and it was AMAZING. We wanted a very quiet place. And we got exactly that. The staff treated us like we were at some sort of fancy resort! The beds were comfy and the shower was superb. 6 shower heads! The Breakfast was a home-run as well! Hot warm food, cold food, tons of beverages. I used to travel for a living and I'm very picky with hotels. I've stayed in the worst and the best. This one falls into the Best category! I would stay here over and over again and reccomend it to anyone! I wish we remembered the name of the lady that checked us in. She was fantastic as well. Hope this review serves anyone looking for a nice place to stay.

Beautiful just remodeled! Clean and the staff is so friendly and ready to accommodate your every need. Breakfast was great — and the gentleman that was in charge of the area was so friendly and helpful and always cleaning.

I was there overnight for a college sporting event. The rooms were nice (some better than others) and the pull out couches were less than comfortable. But still friendly and enjoyable enough.

Definitely going back! I loved our room, the shower jets, complementary soaps n shampoos, convinient laudry room, gym, pool, hot tub, free breakfast, WI-FI! And close to everything you could possibly need to be close to.

Let's see… where to start. 1. The sign you'll be greeted with when you go to use the pool or hot tub: "Spa is discontinued. Sorry for any inconvenience. : (" and according to older reviews it has been in this state since last year. Don't worry, they put a piece of caution tape around it. 2. I specifically requested a room with a roll-in shower because the person I booked it for was handicapped. It was booked months in advance. At check in, he was told that they already assigned him a room and didn't know how to assign a different room. So he didn't get to shower while he was there. 3. There were none of those plastic cups you typically have at the bathroom sink for brushing your teeth. Went down to check-in and was told they couldn't give him any because the room that houses that stuff is locked and she didn't have a key. 4. The room smelled like bong water. 5. Mold mold mold. 6. The bathroom sink didn't have a stopper so you couldn't fill the sink with water for shaving. 7. Stains on the walls and furniture. 8. The side door by the parking area doesn't have a lock on it so anyone can wander in from the street. Just pull. No key or key card needed. I have posted some pics to show the problems. P. S. Lots of the positive reviews are fake. Some recent reviews claim how great the hot tub is when it hasn't been in operation since 2015.

Room had very old stained carpet. It smelled like mildew or damp basement smell. It had wallpaper falling off and bugs on the wall. I guess u get what u pay for. Bathroom was old and needed change. I talked to someone at the front desk and it was like no big deal. I expected a different room or something. Not worth it and will never stay at this dump again!

Extremely disappointed in our stay here. My coworker and I stayed here for business. The rooms smelled alternately between cigarettes and marijuana, depending on how the air was being piped into the room. My coworker found black mold in her bathroom and a very large stain on the underside of her mattress. Very often there was no one there at the front desk. The fire alarm went off at 4 am one night, and no one called the fire department. And to top it all off, they refused to refund us our extra days when we checked out early. We have a lot more work to do in Joliet, and will NOT be staying here again.

I stayed here june 3rd 2016 weekend it was horrible we asked for a non smoking room and our room smelled of cigarette smoke. Super dirty, the rack to hang your clothing was broken, the vent cover for the air conditioner was missing, gross water stains on the ceiling in the bathroom, the jacuzzi was broken which they did not mention on the phone and the pool was like 87 degrees which you are not aloud to bring guests in the pool which is ridiculous. The breakfast was terrible it tasted like eggo waffles and out of the jug eggs. If your looking for a nice hotel around this area stay at the quality inn on larkin we have stayed there before and wish we didnt try this place and stuck with our normal.

While the jetted tub in the room was glorious and sexy, the giant hole in the bathroom wall for it (so you could see the toilet from the bed) was not. That was not quite the bonding experience I had imagined.

Fitness equipment broken, room was very dirty, shampoo bottle half empty and open, no hand towels or wash clothes. Very disgusted in quality of hotel.

Lexington Inn & Suites — Joliet was an almost perfect stay. They have a pool and breakfast hall. The beds were comfortable as well. The only downfall I beheld was I cut my foot twice while in the pool.

Wow… Clean rooms, awesome pool, great staff. Book your room through Expedia if you want to save $40. The bed was so comfortable and it's right down the road from the mall and several restaurants. We actually booked two extra nights because we liked it so much!

This hotel was very clean the staff was very friendly. I liked it from the very beginning. The pool and whirlpool were both clean. It was just a very wonderful stay from start to finish! I will definitely be making this hotel a regular for my trips home from Chicago.

Horrible! Apparently they have a hidden rule preventing kids from using their hot tub/pool that they selectively enforce. The next morning we waited half an hour gor breakfast food (us and one other family the only ones down there) and when you ask, they just look at you funny like you're inconveniencing them and make nonsense excuses. Im currently checking other hotels nearby as I type.

Terrible. Had my bank account deducted two times with amounts over $50. And I had been checked out the room a week prior. Girls were never at the desk. Fraud! beware fraud. Only up side to this hotel is the nice lady who works nights. She's a sweetheart. As for the one with glasses and black hair. Don't let my catch you outside. You still owe me $40 for my account going negative.

The entire staff at the Lexington Inn hotel really go above and beyond the call of duty. The breakfast is hot and fresh. Our rooms were nice and cozy, and most of all CLEAN. The pool was always clean, warm, and clear. A special thanks to the manager and his staff for helping us find many different restaurant’s to eat at, and the history of Joliet, Crest Hill, Shorewood and Plainfield areas. I’d have to say that they make you feel at home. Every time we went up to the front area, there was always someone to talk too. I believe when you’re traveling to a different area, or relocating, that it’s nice to speak to friendly staff, because you’re basically alone, and yeah, you can get lonely. You'd be stupid to pass this place up.

No maid service, phoned front desk and they told me they didn't have enough maids show up to work that day but I should go find a maid and have her clean. Seriously? Anyway, I found one and she didn't speak English so no housekeeping for me. Elevator always wet from pool water. Instead of mopping it up they put up a "slippery when wet sign" The breakfast was awful. Boiled sausages that made a little girl cry when her mom told her to eat it, server grabbed a handful of frozen waffles, bare hand — no gloves and stuck them in the plastic container holder. I felt like I was ingesting illness so I went back to my room. Cracked tiles in the bathroom, stains on the wallpaper. Front desk was often empty and you had to knock on the door to get assistance. They acted bothered they had to check me out. I will NEVER stay at one of your hotels again and definitely will not recommend.

We stayed in one of their regular rooms, not a suite. The room was nice and the king-sized bed was comfortable. The free Wi-Fi was consistently at around 30 mbps which I found amazing. Especially since I just spent two nights at a downtown Chicago hotel where I could “upgrade” from their free 1 mbps service to a “premium” 4 mbps service for $20 a night. The person at the front desk was very friendly when we arrived a bit late – around 10:30. The whirlpool was out of service but the pool was available. The bath towels were strangely small. Only a little bigger than a hand towel. Overall, I thought this was a very high value hotel and would return. The breakfast was pretty nice, although the juice machine did not work.

Not bad the only problem is the whirl pool does not work.
