This place is disgusting! One look at the bathroom and I wanted my money back right away. I would have rather went and paid the extra $10 — $20 somewhere else. Don't know if they give refunds but I will post once I find out. A Pilot or Loves would be a better place for a shower. The hall smelled of urine and loud (weed/marijuana), it was dirty like they have no cleaning service or people don't know how to use garbage cans to throw trash away. When we got to the room there was nothing in it remotely comfortable. We don't even trust the bed and I have the strongest feeling we'll hear mice tonight if we stay. No microwave, coffee pot, or mini fridge. Everything is outdated and barely working, like the light in the room didn't even have a lamp shade. This place is pathetic! Highly disappointed. My husband checked the receipt and there are no refunds. I wouldn't have even have given this place a half of a star let alone one. I hope this prevents anyone from making the mistake we did. Hopefully the Motel 6 across the street is better than this place for tomorrow and I'm so grateful I told him one night. The manager had the nerve to get mad at the maid for lack of cleanliness when it was beyond her reach. Not only that he looked at my husband and I like we were crazy because we found the place despicable compared to the other guests who obviously didn't know any better or were just grateful not to be homeless.

Me and my husband had the worst experience at this horrible place. We arrived on a Friday evening to only one set of towels and never received towels for our our whole stay which was Friday to Sunday. They continuously gave us a run around about the towels then got rude when we asked for the only two face towels she could find on Sunday being our last day and when I asked for the owner he was not there of course. We also had no remote to the TV and paid extra for a microwave that was in the lobby not our room. Just a horrible experience!

I'm sorry, this isn't the MOTEL we stayed in. It's called Holland inn & suites, and it was just horrible! I'm looking for that site to post my review and photos I took.

The room was dirty and stunk of cigarettes I will never stay there again the staff was not. Pleasant.

This place is gross! Lamp and other electric fixtures are broken, couch smells like urine, found clothes, found cocaine in the carpet, television is poor quality, no bible in desk (hotel rule), mold in refrigerator, etc.

The first room they gave me was not even cleaned. The bed was not made and there was garbage on the floor. The second wasn't much better but at least someone made the bed and change the sheets. Absolutely disgusting.

Stayed here twice. The front desk guy is a great host. The rooms are about what you expect for this price range. TVs are a bit dated and there were no remotes, but for a 2 star hotel you can't complain. Edit: Ok, after staying here a few more times, I have to knock it down a few points. Some of the rooms here are literally falling apart. And to make matters worse, most of the time, they're barely cleaned. I rolled back my covers to go to bed and found rat droppings to complement a rodent that was running around in my room! And that was accompanied by a hair that came from god knows where… Not to mention that half of the TV channels didn't work. I reduced my 4 star review to a 2 simply because you probably shouldn't stay here unless you 100% have to. The sad thing is, even mildly better maintenance could easily upgrade it to a 3 or even a 3.5. There's no excuse for the conditions of some of these rooms.

This place in known for its Backpage prostitutes DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT stay here people hang out in front all day and all night I'm guessing the pimps I didn't want my car to be broken into I had to pull around to hide my things in the trunk I needed a place to crash for a few hrs was coming home from a long drive from Miami I was approached by several women asking did I need anything (slang for paying for sex) WTF not only that but the men seem to be patrolling the floors OMG it was a nightmare I asked for my money back which they didn't want to do I had to threaten that I would call the police to get my money back DO NOT STAY HERE unless it is a matter of life and death.

DON'T GO HERE! EVERYTHING YOU READ HERE IS TRUE… unless it's a review that contains more than one star. The beds are gross, horrible services, you only have 10 minutes to ask for a refund once getting your keys (the sign that says no refunds is a lie). There was black mold all over the bathtub, blood stains around the sink, no clean sheets, one towel (smelled like mildew), old makeup stains around the sink, paint coming off the wall. After showing the workers this to get a refund she responds "I don't see anything wrong with this room" — Just awful services. Someone even threatened to "Pop me in the mouth". PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE heave my warning DO NOT GO HERE! This place deserves to close. If I could post this with zero or negative stars, then I would.

Horrible motel, bed bugs. Completely Unsanitary. No new sheets. No new towls. Horrible customer service. Carpets are completely filthy. Maids don't clean the rooms. Everything is outdated. Holes in the wall stains everywhere. Save your self the disease. No hot water. Red carpet inn next door is much better. This hotel isn't even worth a star. Complete poverty.

No hot water the worker are so rude I think people sell drugs out of here and u cant walk the hallwy with out a man trying to hit on u and fellowing u to your room the TV suck they dont clean the rooms and they hate giving u stuff u need I had to ckean my own room.

This hotel is horrible I would rather sleep on the street u had 2 rooms and they both was nasty the first room had shit in the toilet and the beds was nasty the second room had mold and was nasty they gave us 2 more rooms but those 2 were horrible to we asked for our money back but she said she could give us 2 more rooms this place needs to be shut down I wish I had seen the reviews before I booked my rooms run don't stay there they have so many people out side hanging out u be afraid to walk to your vehicle but I got my family the hell out of there.

This place is a filthy dump and looks nothing like the pictures suggest. The rooms are only cleaned when guests check out. Their idea of cleaning is changing the sheets. If you want clean towels you have to wash them yourself. When I asked for toilet paper I was told there ashould be some in the room. There's no free breakfast as advertised and the Wi-Fi is terrible. The young thugs hanging out and drinking in front of the building don't exactly make u feel safe either. The halls are just dirty filthy the shower doesn't look like it has been cleaned in years the toilet is dirty. I would definitely NOT recommend.

Pros: Didn't die or hear gun shots Cons: No free breakfast, looked terrible compared to the pictures and place was falling apart.

Due to it's location just north of the war zone of a place called the Red Carpet Inn, this hotel is no safer at all! And just like Red Carpet, South Holland Inn is also a favorite hangout for armed cop killers, serial killers, and other violent, armed felons on a mission of pandemonium.

This place is only good for a flop house! I took a shower walked across the floor for 7 minutes and had to rewash my feet before I could put my socks on. They were surprised when I asked for clean towels. I would definitely not recommend. You get what you pay for.
