Very nice people st the front desk. Always polite an friendly. Have stayed quite a few times. Painting an making the place look really nice. Rooms are usually really clean & quiet.

Clean rooms and comfortable bed, staff kind of rude though, overall nice place for where our company puts us up at.

Hell no bad bad no coffee in the room got to pay for the precipice never go back there unless I had to and I have to look at a company makes me.

They are very skimpy with towels and wash cloths.

Room was clean, staff was friendly no complaints from me just didn't feel like it was five star service.

The best hotel I ever found. Kitchen in rooms and restaurants are available in the hotel. Love this place and will always stay here during my visits.

There is no restaurant or bar. As I was so rudely informed by the swing shift Personnel that their Continental or full hot breakfast in the morning constitutes that they have a restaurant. Second of all I was also informed that because there was eating bar that constitutes having a bar so before visiting this establishment make sure you bring your dinner and your beverages because if you decide you want to buy a soda and a snack you have to spend at least $10 before they will help you.

The Staff at this hotel were highly unprofessional, and bias. I came to my nephew pool party and visitors were not allowed to even sit in pool area, 2 rooms were paid for, staff is more geared on policy than customer service. We will not be returning here, my family and myself will not subject ourselves to condescending behavior. Please don't come here.

This hotel had real bad service the people there are so rude and nasty. They also had real bad room stank up in there and it had rats there were very racist to Africa America people not very kind people. You just should not go there.

Met my nephew here to celebrate his birthday and swim in the pool but the staff informed me no visitors are allowed. They had rented 2 rooms and I still wasn't allowed to visit in his room or in the pool. Definitely don't stay here if you want the freedom of having a visitor. It's against their policy. Our family will not return here.

Got this at a low price, everything was acceptable other than the shower, bad water pressure and low flow are a poor combo.

Clean, quiet & tastefully decorated. Extremely comfortable beds, spacious rooms, welcoming grounds for a relaxing stroll & close to restarants.

Restaurant that serves breakfast next to front desk (not free but good) I stayed here a lot of times and I can say they are very clean they have an indoors pool and a gym good looking place too except for the dubei covers (ugly) lol front desk very friendly I recommend this place if u need to sleep in.

A lot of hotels ran by folks from India are very stingy hotels. You know they are super stingy when they will not let the CLC card user collect the Choice points if paying with a CLC card. That is the highest of stingy when they do not let you collect the points which are not costing the hotel to r owner anything, the Choice corporation gives the points, not the motel. Other Indian owned and operated Choice hotels allow the CLC card user to collect the points. I asked to other owners of Indian owned and operated hotels their opinion on this Clarion not allowing us to collect the points when using the CLC card to pay. Both of those owners allow us to collect the points when using the CLC card. Both of them were of the opinion that CLC card users should be able to collect the points because it does not cost the hotel anything, and it makes the CLC card using customers more happy about staying at the hotel and they know they will be more likely to get good reviews on social media sites such as Trip Advisor and where I am leaving this review today. One of the owners actually said that a lot of the Indian owned and ran hotels are very stingy, and tight fisted and this is an example of the extreme stinginess. He also said a lot of Indians who run the front desk do not like Americans and that the actual owner may not even know about what is going on with the Choice reward point system being denied to CLC card users.

This is a very clean and very professional hotel. All the best of everything.

The rooms could definitely use alot of improvement, been there many times and most rooms have some sort of old water damage on the ceiling. I strongly suggest passing this hotel by.

Place looks nice in the roads are clean I happened to eat at the restaurant downstairs. It was okay food but the prices way too high remember to bring something with you. I would not eating here unless I had to.

Bare minimum… THERE IS NO SMOKING ANYMORE, which really sucks because this was one of the last hotels that didn't discriminate against smokers, and make them feel like 2nd class citizens… Not any more! Refrigerator and freezer too small… 3rd floor takes forever to got hot water… But the customer service is very good.

The man with the glasses at the hotel was watching me and my cousin wherever we went. We left to go get something to eat and we came back with only 2 friends, but our friends wasn’t going to stay with us they were just visiting us for a bit and the man with the glasses over did his part when we was walking to the elevator with them. He asked for our room number and then followed us when we got to our room. He had a problem with our friends being in the room so he told them they had to leave and he got into one of their faces and my friend was like “don’t step foot in this door” and the man was being very disrespectful to our friend so I told my friends just go so he won’t over his part more like he already was before.

This Clarion leaves a lot do be desired. It seems to be run on a shoe string budget. In the room I was provided one thin towel and one wash rag. The drinking cups were unsanitary styroform with no wrapper. There is no coffe maker in the room, very low quality mattress and bedding, cheap siap, shampoo is the little tear open packs, no continental breakfast. I wiuld never choose to stay in this hotel. My company makes me do to them winning a low bid… surprise!

The staff was out standing, room was very nice and very clean.

The air in the room doesn't work well and I am too tired to deal with the front desk because I don't want to hear all of the explanation and excuse why it took from 430p til 1046p for it to finally start to cool down… ugh.

The hotel and room was clean. The location was quiet and close enough to the freeway exit. The stay was pleasant. I liked the comfortable room and immeneties in the room. I would have liked a TV schedule, but other than that I had all the conveniences I needed.

Honestly, this is a Dump. The hotel smells very bad. The owners are very disrespectful. I don't recommend this hotel for anyone. It's nasty and the staff has a nasty negative attitude towards their guests.

Went to a Business trip to Chicago and stayed in Clarion Inn in South Holland. Location was nice. Easy access to services around like restaurants. Very nice rooms. Pleasant staff. Staff was really helpful and friendly. Overall a great experience and nice hotel for families.

Really nice hotel. I was looking for a block of rooms for a local wedding. I would likely have given 5 stars if there was enough staff for someone to show me a room. They have tons of great amenities. I would definitely stay there.

Nice place to stay. Breakfast was good and prepared to order but not free. I'll stay here again if I'm in the territory.

Its a very nice and clean hotel. The bed was very comfortable and the pillows were magical. Only downside is they don't have complimentary breakfast for guests. If I am paying $80 a night I think I deserve some breakfast for free.

But the owner is cheap. Worst coffee in Illinois. But, decent prices.

Great breakfast, great stay, a fantastic choice. Clean and well managed. Staff couldn't be friendlier and I had no problem from the moment of check-in to the moment of check-out. If people need a quick stop or a few days, definitely check this place out. 5 stars!

Pool is great! People at front desk were so nice and comforting and room was very clean. Felt like I was at home.

I've stayed here several times for business. They have everything that I need. Great hotel rooms. Quick Checkin. Clean Pool and workout center. Much better than the other options in the area, look around.

I have never been treated so rudely as I have with the Indians who run this hotel. They are so tight you can hear them squeak when they walk. The Indian at the front counter is rude and uncaring. He seems nice until after your fork over you credit card and he runs it. Then, he is like Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde. There were what appeared to be pee stains on the sheets and some pubic hairs. I reported this, requesting another room and was told I should have checked right when I got in the room because he said he did believe I peed the sheet and put pubic hairs in the bed. I was so disgusted and asked to talk to his manager. He told me he was the manager and makes the finale decisions. I wonder if I could get Hepatitis C from dirty sheets.

Don't get me wrong when you walk in the hotel you think you're in 5 start hotel. My window to the room was cracked and covered with packing tape, the shower pressure is horrible, overall the room is good.
