Will never go to a place that isn’t participating in the help of our health care employees! My sister (nurse) was made to pay for a room 900$ when Marriott has a nurses and physicians stay free right now. They won’t give her a refund either!

Wonderful place and staff!

Nice place, just wish they had ice machines, when I pulled in I saw a guy carrying in a bag of ice, no ice bucket in room was told to turn on ice maker in the freezer in my room, it took 3 hours to get ice.

It is comfortable, with your privacy, convenient, and safety, and fully equipped rooms, with your own kitchen, bathroom, powder room, clothes closets, and etc. And with swimming pool as their amenities and a gym. Service is good! Fully air conditioned, with TV.

Excellent service and staff who we re e extremely accommodating. This is a pet friendly hotel as well. The breakfast is served daily varies and includes several hot options as well as cereal and pastries. The pool is excellent and a well equipped workout room is provided. The staff is ready to bend over backwards to ensure your stay is wonderful.

Absolutely my favorite place to stay in the area! The friendliest staff of any place I've ever been! They are always working hard too! Super clean hotel! Awesome rooms that are unbeatable for the price! Location is great! Free breakfast and free drinks in the evening with a snack! What's not to love?

Nice layout. Wish it were within walking distance of shops bit otherwise a good location. Good service. Rooms, bathrooms, and exercise room could all use a refresh.

Platinum memeber here. Read if you want to avoid hell. Called and asked if they have a suite with two double beds, they said they did, we arrive and get a suite with one king, and they tell us that the two bedroom suite was never available in the first place. We arrive late at night, ask what time breakfast ends, are told at 9:30 on the weekdays, and this morning, I wake up at 9:15, get to the lobby for breakfast at 9:20 and they’re closed up. They say at the front desk that they close at 9:00 and asked if “I can read the sign. ” Well obviously I can read, and I can also hear. When ask a question, are given a specific answer, and then find out that the answer you were given was false, you get pissed, right? Especially when the people who are practically lying to you are getting your money. You expect them to follow through on their word. Can’t believe I spent money on this place. Too many mistakes. First day here and I’m not looking forward to the rest of the problems they’re probably going to give us. Furthermore, the room is just horribly bright at night with every outlet having a very bright green light on it, so that the room glows green at night. Never have seen this in any other Marriott hotel, whether it’s an autograph, AC, or another residence inn. It’s very bright, and we could barely sleep. I’d give this place ZERO stars if I could.

Great place to stay. Wonderful staff. We had to park and fly out of country for a month. Our car was safe and sound. Staff was very friendly to send a pickup right on time when we landed back after a month.

Good decent stay. Felt like home. They have kitchen inside hotel room. But break fast is not that great. Daily same menu feels monotonous. Theey have laundry (coin operated washing machine). They also serve evening snack and drink complimentary on Monday, Tues day. You can take a lisure walk in surrounding area of weather permits. Also there is West orchard mall just a mile away.

Residence Inns are so great for extended stays. Spacious living room, actual kitchen w/appliances and dishes. Very nice and helpful staff. Good access to highways, but unfortunately that means some road noise.

Decent, "run of the mill" type of hotel and I would say is contemporary. The staff managing the breakfast were really friendly. The suite was spacious and had the amenities that made preparing small meals for picky toddlers convenient. The carpet in the room could be cleaner. The pool is okay; good enough for having fun. There are some decent food/coffee options nearby.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. We were attending a wedding, and the planner was able to give guests a goody bag! The room was VERY nice. Had a king size bed and a full kitchenette! Will definitely consider these for vacation stays in the future. Front counter staff was VERY courteous and breakfast was tasty. Absolutely 0 complaints.

It was nice hotel. Room was spacious and clean. Kitchen was also fully equipped. Bathroom has no bathtub, which I did not like about my room. Hotel staff were not friendly, which is unpredicted. The main entrance looks weird as it is not clear that it is the main entrance. Parking was free which is important to me. Free breakfast also was important to me. So, it was good experience in general. I most likely will not stay there again.

What I love about this property, everyone treats me like family. Long lost family. I get smiles from everyone, and they're genuinely concerned about any needs you may have.

The room was nice and spacious. The bed was really nice. The rooms were quiet. I would stay here again when in the area.

Stayed her for an extended period of 8.5 months due to a fire. The staff here was beyond amazing — from front desk to housekeeping to engineering to anyone I failed to mention. The entire team is friendly and always asking how things are. Any reasonable special request is filled. The Mixx evenings are a great chance to mingle with others who are staying there. We made a number of friendships over our time there. Breakfast buffet is refilled quickly (even on days that are super busy! ). Kitchens are fully equipped (2 burner cooktop & microwave) and have a full size refrigerator — a bonus for those of us there a long time! We will be back to visit our second family!

An absolutely amazing option for a hotel room block! Kali Smith is professional and will go above and beyond everything you need. Love her! Lobby is gorgeous and rooms are great for guests.

We had to stay to stay at the Wilmette Marriott residence inn under sub optimal conditions. The hotel and staff were fantastic. They helped make a difficult time much more tolerable. My family will be returning for a “staycation” in the future. Highly recommend this hotel.

The accommodations were average: Lobby is updated and nicely decorated, but had an incredibly potent odor at all times. Rooms are outdated but functional, flimsy bedding and lumpy, noisy bed. Coffee maker was filthy, but all other appliances were nice. Free breakfast ends at 9:30am on weekends which is woefully inadequate. The biggest disappointment was front desk service. Upon check in I was provided with zero information about the hotel and it was clear the gentleman was eager to return to his conversation across the room with another employee. I checked in using the mobile app, and requested extra pillows, blankets and towels with the "Service Request" feature. None of these items were in the room upon arrival, even though it showed "completed". So I submit the request again. Shortly after I received a call from the front desk asking if I "was sure I really needed those items" and that I "should just check the closet" for what I needed. It shouldn't take 3+ requests to get simple amenities. This hotel was 10 minutes further from our destination than other options, but we are loyal Marriott guests and thought it would be worth the drive. This experience was beyond disappointing — we will not be returning.

Got in late and super tired. Best sleep in a hotel in quite a while. Good breakfast.

I had a great experience at this Residence Inn. The rooms are updated and clean, the breakfast is well stocked with lots of different options, and the staff is incredibly friendly. I had a front tire blow out, and the staff offered to help me fill the tire with their conpressor. While I declined (I used my spare), the offer alone to help me outside on a 25 degree day stands out. I would definitely stay here again.

Highly recommended! This hotel is just two years old, so everything is clean, shiny, and new. Very polite staff. The location is excellent. It is in a nice part of the town. There are no multiple families coming to share the room for the weekemd, and party, as we have been experiencing in many Embassy Suites, for instance. Very quiet, yet close to everything if you desire some action.

I loved this place. Got out up by a company for an interview. Immediate area is empty but 5 min uber to a couple breweries and the room was awesome!

Room was very nice and felt like a nice, yet small apartment. The bed, however, was less comfortable than expected. More pillows probably would've helped. The breakfast was pretty good but they closed it earlier than expected. Most of the staff were very nice, almost to a fault. Pretty solid experience overall.

The hotel's staff was very kind, and gave suggestions on places to visit and have dinners. However, it get two stars because I had blood stains on my sheets. This tell me a lot of about their quality control and how they view cleanliness. Won't be staying here again, unfortunately.

Great hotel! Very new and up to date. Nicely laid out rooms. Social hour 4 to 7 in the lobby. Great breakfast. Fitness are and pool. Reasonably priced. Great hotel for block center patients.

This hotel is one of the best that I have ever used in this neighborhood. I was impressed by how management and the staff put a lot of value to their customers. Food and bed is first class. Would definitely come again.

If I could give this place zero stars, I would. 3 rooms, filthy kitchen, dirty garbage can and one urine stained mattress later, I couldn't wait to get out of here. I would have left immediately, but I would have been charged for my stay. They finally put me in a handicap accessible room. I was given a credit for one night, but in the end it wasn't about the money. Marriott's housekeeping standards need to be reviewed with their staff. I will say all of the common areas are very nice and well kept. Room 510. Very disappointed with Marriott. Shame on Residence Inn trying to cover up a dirty mattress, a filthy stove top, a gross garbage can and used kitchen towels. I had reattached the pictures of the filth at this Marriott. Unsanitary to say the least. Tip: Check the mattress, kitchen stove, garbage cans, etc. Don't accept less.

I am in Chicago often for business and recently stayed at this location. Tucked back and hidden this is a great location with zero issues. I could not hear any road noise and the rooms are very nice. Rooms have all the basics (no oven though) but if you have stayed at any place like this, you can get by. Nice receptions in the evenings too. Was gone before breakfast started so will have to try that next time. All staff very friendly and helpful. Everyone from the front desk, managers, corporate sales and every maintenance person you see. They ask and want to make sure you have a great stay. We will absolutely return to this location.

Everything was awesome. Clean room. Everything was up to date. Service was great. The free breakfast is the best quality free breakfast I've ever seen. The Monday and Tuesday evening social hours are awesome too.

This is a great property and quite new. People are friendly and welcoming. The rooms are spacious and accommodating. Finding it the first time can be a challenge — but the second time is easy. Would highly recommend.

Loved my stay here! Manager is very helpful. If you need anything he is willing to help out. Even used his personal car to transport all of us to training. Very clean rooms with kitchenette. Good variety at breakfast and a coffee bar. I will definitely stay here again.

The rooms are fantastic there is so much space along with a beautiful kitchent and a super large shower. The veiw out the window in is a veiw if a roof and the breakfast was great way above par for a free breakfast.

We were at this location for business for 3 weeks. Overall I would return back to this hotel. I did have some problems with housekeeping. During the time I was here, out of about receiving around 6 or 7 packages, I was only called about one. I had to ask for them after I knew they were delivered each time which is not supposed to happen.

I enjoyed my stay. Rooms are very comfortable and clean, and stocked with essentials. Breakfast is pretty good. Staff are friendly and helpful. Nice place to relax in comfort.

Breakfast during the week is really short and kind of dirty. Silverware was barely washed between uses. Our room had a little bit of a funky smell to it, like feet. The bed was comfortable, along with the pillows. Wasn't terrible, wasn't great.

New facility. There's a Westfield mall 0.5 mile away. Room had a pullout bed. Also a stove, microwave and fridge, with plates and silverware. The bathroom is nice, full bath. Provides breakfast that is alright.

Clean and comfortable. The gentleman that works the breakfast and nightly dinner setting is the best. Very customer friendly and on top of everything.

Can't say enough about EVERYTHING; but staff is OVER THE TOP with kindness, courtesy, and service! Clean fresh rooms, huge breakfasts, and nightly socials are truly special. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, with well appointed kitchens. The hotel will make you happy, but the staff's warmth and service WILL MAKE YOU WANT TO COME BACK!
