I usually don’t take the time to leave a review but I find this absolutely disturbing. My husband and 3 year old arrived very late in the evening so we ended up crashing right away, as we were catching a flight in the early morning. When we woke up my husband turned one of the pillows over on our bed that WE slept on and discovered this. I have never been so disgusted. $50 off our stay was the only thing they provided. You would think during a world pandemic they would be even more on top of their cleanliness. How does one look past something like this while making a bed? I’m going to assume it wasn’t even cleaned to begin with, unbelievable.

We missed our flight and camped at Loews for 24 hours. It was a wonderful stay with beautiful rooms, friendly staff and a great restaurant. Furthermore, their pet program was a lifesaver as we had no supplies for our dogs. We will seek out Loews properties in the future!

Horrible place. I went there for a convention and ordered a chicken sandwich for room service. It all went downhill from there. I took a bite into my sandwich and felt my teeth bite against some hard. It was so hard that it scraped my gum. I pulled my sandwich apart and found a piece of glass that the size of a half dollar inside of it. I called security and they took the sandwich. The next day I called to speak to the Hotel Manger, who had not been informed of the incident by the night staff. He and the head of security finally met with me later that morning. He did appear appalled and distraught. He offered to discount a couple of days off my stay. I said :”Fine, but in return for my cooperation I want an investigation and report of how this could have happened. ” As a physician my concern was for the other hotel patrons and the general public health. I feel now in retrospect now that I should have notified the local health inspector as it appears that it was all brushed under the rug. No report was received. No follow up of any sort. No email, phone call, text or even a “Thank you for staying with us even after we set you up for a quick trip to the OR. “ It was difficult to get room service to deliver anything afterwards. I vomited daily for the next 5 days. Hepatitis A? Possibly? Just being grossed out at being served tainted food and seeing that same food served at each meeting during the conference? Most definitely yes.

Wonderful, beautiful hotel with incredible rooms! Best hotel I’ve ever stayed in! I do wish they served a continental compliment breakfast though. The bar was super nice with a great bartender! Very expensive but worth the experience! I would totally go back! Probably next year when we see Aussie Floyd in concert again. It’s walking distance to Rosemont Theatre ❤️❤️❤️

We stayed here for one night and loved it. The hotel is beautiful and very clean. I love the design of the hotel and rooms! The staff was friendly. The room service and restaurant was great. I’ll definitely be back. It’s very close to the airport and they have 24 hour shuttle rides that come every 15 minutes which is super convenient. There’s also a mall close by and restaurants. We had a great stay! Thank you Loews staff!

I’ve stayed at Loews before and they’ve always been my favorite hotel to stay at, but today they surpassed their expectations! I had a minor medical emergency and they were so helpful! A worker saw me crawling in the hall to the lobby and told me to wait because he’d come right back with a wheelchair and within 5 minutes he was back. The manager or general manager, not sure which one, came out when I was leaving in an Uber to make sure I was okay. When I returned they took me to my room in a wheelchair and when I left they met me with a wheelchair too. They’ve always been fantastic, but like I said, today they went above and beyond! Thanks again!

Great hotel with well designed rooms and great amenities.

Loved this hotel. Me and my husband stayed here while we were attending a Walker stalker convention at the Stephens building (for walking dead TV show fans). We also were there to meet actor Henry Thomas who played Elliot in the movie ET. So we were the 2 pulling a 3.5 foot ET movie prop in our wagon across town to get the actors signature. He was such a big hit with your staff and the people at the convention who couldn't help but get a selfie with him lol. Though… he sure did give your house Keeping a scare lol. Your hotel was so clean and the beds were AWESOME! So soft like sleeping on a cloud.
We stayed in a one bedroom suite and loved it! We will for sure choose that again on our next stay. If you added a multi jet head shower wall to that shower that would be even better.
I also hope you one day get a hot tub or pool. But being hotels with hot tubs seem to be rare in this city that is for sure one thing to set you further apart if you add one. To anyone looking for a hotel. This hotel is top notch. I suggest to do the bed and breakfast package if staying more than 1 night. Breakfast buffet is great! The area is also very safe feeling. I love how police are present Fridays — Sunday to make it easier to cross the busy street everything about this stay was amazing. We can't wait to come back. See in comments photos of ET's amazing stay while we were gone. Apparently he enjoyed the hotel as much as us.

This hotel was amazing. The room was very modern and the hotel staff, specifically Jannette, was awesome.
The entire staff was accomodating and the linen was beautiful, the bed comfortable, the view in our room was great!
We normally stay at the Embassy Suites but this hotel and staff has gone above and beyond to earn our patronage.
The price on everything was reasonable, from the restaurant to the gift shop.

This hotel is better than Hilton airport. It’s only 5 to 10 minutes ride from airport but much cleaner than airport hotel. The fitness center is good place to get a work out on the go. Rooms are quite and clean. The amenities are good. It’s right next to Chicago fashion outlasts so if you need you can go shopping. There are couple of nice restaurants on premises. I hope they improve their customer service staff is not very friendly that what I felt my personal opinion.

The doorman was so nice, but the assigned officer in the Front Desk during the night was impatient and rude, but the one assigned during the day was really nice and understanding… IN some hotels, they have free use of computer, here you have to pay, we just check the wine cabinet thinking it was a refrigerator and failed to open it, they automatically charged us for a wine we did not even see, but was cancelled later on by the front desk officer. WE cannot open our door because of it… it's a big NO, NO, to even touch that cabinet, it automatically goes into their system… Crazy… first time I encountered a Five star hotel without a refrigerator and a toaster. I do not know how they got that Five Star status… the room were so small and the linens were not what I have expected. I have no plan to go back to that hotel again… It's the Leow's Hotel near the airport and FAshion Outlet… If you ever check-in, be very careful… or you might end up with a huge bill…

We used this property’s park and Fly option. They have covered parking. The service was efficient, with good in room dining options as well as several delivery/ eating options nearby. The rooms were spacious and clean. The bartender, Marla, at Ashburn was wonderful. The shuttle service to the airport was very comfortable and on time. The check in as well as check out experience was efficient and very polite. I would recommend this place as a good airport hotel option.

After entering the room I opened the refrigerator, automatic charge of $5 for a coke I did not take. Bed was hard, noise and door slamming from other guest shook the bed in the room Inwas in. Quiet room request was ignored. Up 8 floors in a garage and still could not find parking. I requested Coke charge be taken off my bill. The Lowe’s representative hung up on me. Next I was charged $185.66 for the room on my credit card, but my receipt shows a balance of $135 to be charged. Did I mention the bathroom was not cleaned properly? The shelf had white debris and soap scum along with a shower stained with dirt! I gave the hotel a one star because it exist. Separate from the hotel, the valet was top notch.

Great hotel. Rooms are large, well-appointed and clean. The restaurant, Capital Grille, was very good as well. Food well cooked and big sizes. Waiting staff was awesome and always available. Would go back to hotel and restaurant next time visiting for sure.

Our company often hosts conferences at Loews O'Hare. The meeting rooms are extremely well equipped and always stocked with beverages and snacks. The food they serve for breakfast and lunch are outstanding. The staff is very welcoming professional and very attentive to your needs and every attention to detail.

Loews is located right by O'Hare airport. In fact you can watch the planes take off from the parking garage and even some of the rooms. The staff was very friendly. The room was very nice. Very comfy bed. They offer 24 hr room service. They have a nice restaurant in the lobby as well as a seafood restaurant in front of the hotel. I would definitely stay there again.

Very nice hotel, close to O’Hare. Rooms were beautiful and staff went above and beyond to make sure my quick overnight stay was comfortable and relaxing.
Ordered room service, it came on time, was hot and portion sizes were big-well worth the money! Love that they have Keurigs in their rooms too!

Fun place for a reception and/or event. Super large room; probably holds around 500 guests or more. The management communicates and coordinates everything very well. Like pros. Food is tasty and prepared well and the bartenders, fast and polite. Everything flows nicely from the ceremony room to the cocktail hour area to the dinner/dancing room. Ray – The Connexion Band.

The bellboy who greeted me and helped me up to my room was extremely polite and helpful. Was the same person who helped me with my luggage at check out. Person who helped me check in was also very nice and quick to get me my room and keys. Room cleanliness was slightly disappointing. There was hair in the bathtub floor and the walls as well as many dust bunnies along the bottom of the bed. Housekeeping was so nice and quick to solve the issues. Only two major problems were that during my stay it was raining and when I walked into the lobby I slipped and fell. There was no caution sign so I assumed someone had been mopping. No one asked if I was okay, let alone helped me up. I ended up with a bruised tailbone. Second problem was the rude desk worker I check out with. She alerted me that there was a charge on my card for items removed from the minibar when the minibar had remained locked during my entire stay. She then proceeded to notify me that if we needed a refrigerator we could have asked at check in and that it was an inconvenience that she had to spend an extra 5 minutes removing and adjusting charges. All in all, cleanliness would be 5/10. Staff is a 50/50 chance, you either get the most amazing and helpful staff or the most rude. More than likely not ever coming back.

AWESOME stay — great location to O'Hare. Our room was beautiful and clean. The pillows are like sinking into a cloud. The staff was helpful and friendly. The shuttle made it so easy getting to and from the airport and train station. HIGHLY recommend.

I came here for a wedding reception after attending my first wedding on December 31, 2016. I had a very good time. I got to do Happy New Year, eat cake, macaroons, mac & cheese, and drink a margarita. I also got to dance and meet Joey Lauren Adams. Would definitely consider staying at this hotel.

Like all Loew's I've been to, staff was great. Everybody very friendly. My room at this location was a little dated and worn but clean and quiet. Layout of rooms versus convention space is very good. Conference food was excellent.

People are fine there. I thought the bathrooms were odd. They apparently ordered wrong length shower curtains, so they barely touch the edge of the bath, so water ends up on the floor from the shower. The floor standing sink leaves little counter space to use around the sink. The towels aren't very absornant. The beds were fairly comfortable. Food choices in the restaurant were OK. Shuttle to the airport was fine.

Wait for bus at O'Hara was very long. Driver was courteous. Several people who had waited with me had to wait for the next bus. Did not have my preferred room king bed even though I requested 3 months ago. Room is very modular and is beginning to show its age. Staff was courteous. Place is ok. It is my first time in a Loews property when I asked a regular about the hotel they said it is just a hotel, not a rousing recommendation. The picture is the view from room 1007 at 7:30 am.

I can’t say enough about this hotel and it’s staff. The shuttle service from the airport was timely and efficient. The room was spacious, modern and clean. All of that pales in comparison to the service of its staff. I was checked in by a very pleasant young lady named Ashley. She recognized I didn’t feel well and inquired. I told her I had been battling a cold. She quickly checked me in and I retired to my room. I ordered room service which was delicious. Accompanying my order was a complimentary bowl of soup and a note from Ashley saying she and the staff hoped I feel better. The soup hit the spot as did the above and beyond note. I will seek out this chain going forward because clearly they care about their customers! I would also like to thank the gentleman who delivered the room service. He was also a fine representative of the hotel.

The Loews is a great hotel with very relaxing showers. Their prices do go up and down though, ranging from $120 up to $250 depending on the night. If you can score a night below $150 it's much better than other nearby hotels. However you will have to pay for parking unless you come from the airport on the shuttle.

Use the parking ramp as part of Airport Parking Reservations and I had a good overall experience. I paid $7.50 per night in October 2017. Quick easy access to the airport via their courtesy shuttle. Hard to beat the service at the price. Edit: they didn't charge my card until March 2018 for this visit.

We bought a park and fly package. Parked in garage. Very nice room. Only double beds, no queens beds. Walls are thin so a bit nosy. Easy access to shuttle to O'Hare in the morning. Would definitely stay there again. Right next to Rosemont theater and outlet mall.

A nice quiet place and serca of a restaurant and mall.

I only used the parking for a recent trip out of country. The parking is in a ramp and everything was great. The staff was more than helpful and really friendly on my arrival and departure. The price was not bad either.

Arranged an overnight stay with 10 days parking through ParkSleepFly for a cruise out of Ft. Lauderdale. Great deal, excellent location, loved the room (modern design, large bedroom & bath). Ordered room service — very good. Shuttle service was on time going to the airport and returning at the end of our trip. Would definitely recommend.

Very nice and upscale hotel with great decor and amenities. I went here for a business meeting and was very impressed with the organization of the staff and cleanliness of the facility. The adjoining restaurant and bar are both very nice with a wonderful menu and decent prices. They validated my parking with being asked knowing that I was there on business. Very pleased with the experience that I had and would recommend it to anyone wanting a quality stay.

I visited for a vendor workshop. The hotel was very accommodating, very clean and professional. I liked all of the different types of art I saw everywhere. Bathrooms very clean and everywhere, which was convenient :) the parking was easy, though beware there are many floors in the parking structure so you may be going up in spirals to park! And be careful as it is a two way parking structure (coming in and going out).

An overall very good business hotel with nice rooms, a good hotel-style bar/restaurant, and excellent entertaining/meeting/conference space. The location near O'Hare is convenient and their shuttle is reliable. The rooms are becoming dated with maintenance issues apparent. The staff are overall excellent. The hotel advertises their art on display, and while its apparent, it's not out of the realm of other well appointed business hotels.

I have been to many hotels and this was outstanding. I would have easily given them a 5 star without a second thought. However the morning of 12/31/17 while staying in room 1021 with my wife a janitor rudely interrupted our sleep at 8AM knocking hard on our door and even before my wife could dress up as she was out of bed to see who was knocking the janitor burst into the room while my wife was still naked. I called the front desk to complain and they acted like its normal saying it was time the cleaning started and I needed to have hang the do not disturb sign on the door (There was non in the room by the way). I was not impressed. I was not amused. Other than this incidence everything else was okay and the hotel was very clean.

We stopped in for lunch at the McCormick restaurant after landing in Chicago to visit family. Our server was very kind and so full of great information. He was a true treat. The food was very good. Some of the best salmon and shrimp I've had! All four of us truly enjoyed the food. The service was great and we will certainly make a return visit.

Convenient to the Ohare airport. A shuttle was waiting when we arrived at airport. Rooms were clean and well appointed. We were traveling with a toddler and the staff was very accommodating to any needs or requests we had. Would definitely stay again.

Great location near the airport, food and an outlet mall in walking distance and the rooms are modern and attractive. The price was great too at $109 on a Sat night. They have a shuttle. It’s a good walk at O’Hare to catch the shuttle. I recommend Uber or a taxi. It’s very close.

AWESOME! The rooms are so wonderfully decorated, beds comfortable, the pillows and comforter over the top! I didn't want to get out of bed. But glad I did because yet the next wonderful surprise is the punctual shuttle ride to the airport. The restaurant in lobby had the best homemade Chicken soup. Cant wait to come back.

Wonderful staff with lovely accommodations. My husband and I enjoyed our stay with our six month old daughter. The crib provided by the hotel was great for her!

I was here for a conference and was pleasantly surprised. The staff was very attentive and the facilities were very clean and well taken care of. Given this is close to O'Hare I will also add that although I could hear the air traffic, it was not nearly as loud as I would have expected and never bothered me or kept me awake. Hotel staff was even kind enough to have their shuttle take us down the street to the casino for drinks. I would recommend.

Wonderful hotel. Attentive staff lovely ambiance and rooms were clean. 24/7 room service with great service and great food. Two nice restaurants literally out in front of the hotel along with restaurant inside made for a nice variety when staying at our conference.

My husband had a conference at this hotel last week. We traveled with him as I felt the trip would be a great educational tool for my 6 year old. While my husband was away, myself, my 6 year old, and my 1 year old son were to visit some of the famous sight-seeing destinations in the city. While we found the location to be superb with shopping within walking distance of the hotel, we were very displeased with our room accommodations with small children. When booking the room we informed the hotel that we would be bringing 2 children. And despite being greeted with 2 children's packets with coloring sheets and small toys, our room had no tub and we were consistently supplied with only 2 washcloths. My husband spoke with another attendee at his conference, staying in the same hotel. That person was staying alone yet had a tub. I don't typically write reviews unless something really rubs me the wrong way. So, this was it. Again, the location was nice and the rooms felt clean, but there was almost a lack of respect for families with small children. I will definitely choose a different location in the future.

I had a great experience at the Loews Chicago O'Hare. The rooms were tidy and nicely decorated and the conference areas were very spacious. This is a very convenient location that is ideal for business meetings. Close proximately to O'Hare yet little to zero airplane noise. Would recommend!

Convenient location from the airport, and easy navigation to the hotel for those not familiar with Chicago. Booked the park-sleep-fly and it was fantastic. Ramp parking while you're away and shuttles running throughout the day and night. Room was amazing! Will be booking this for all my park-sleep-fly in the future! Well worth the extra $20 or so dollars than the cheapest option.

My stay at the Lowes Chicago O'Hare Hotel was great. The food was top notch though one of our visits to The Ashburn was underwhelming. The venue for the event was elegant with soft colors and cool lighting.

Facility is nice and tourist friendly. Not business or conference friendly. Wifi access is fragmented. Multiple subnets, multiple passwords. Should be one seamless reliable service. Parking is $5 daily. Food quality and service were uneven. Capital grill is over priced with well made dishes that hurt your stomach when you pay out of pocket. Ashburn buffet was mediocre with pot roast burnt and over salted and chicken bordering on bland to lightly spiced depending on serving. There is no free breakfast contrary to what is said on Google here. Lunch is pricey and dinner more so. Shuttle service is erratic. Was told on stormy day by bell hop bus driver would come inside and announce departure. The bus left without notice. And the bell hop stood in front doing nothing having forgot the question a few moments before. 15 mins wasted when we had a time critical event to attend. So hotel is great for tourism or occasional stay. For business travelers expecting even courtyard Marriott level *consistency* in services big and small, an accommodating facility, professional front desk and housekeeping staffs notwithstanding, this hotel could benefit from a revisit back to hoteling fundamentals within and across siloed departments that deliver an uneven experience for customers that need to stay connected and serviced accordingly from day 1.

Loved my stay! The room was comfortable, quiet, and the hotel staff were very accommodating! Also, I loved the complimentary lemonade in the lobby, which was refreshing and delicious! The only downside is having to pay for parking each day you stay, which is $26 each day. Yes, you get in and out privileges, but you shouldn't have to pay $26 each day if you're already staying at the hotel. : ( Other than that, I'll definitely stay again!

I have never stayed at a more accommodating Hotel. No the distance is a bit of a walk from the main Convention Center it is near the mall which was a fun experience for me. I wish I had more time to explore the hotel itself. However each time I called leading up to my reservation as well as my entire stay at the hotel was met with a very friendly staff. This plays a major factor for me as it was the first time I needed a wheelchair in and I had a lot of concerns and how I could enjoy my event without being able to walk.

Lowes Chicago O'Hare hotel was incredible. It's very close to the Rosemont theatre and the fashion outlets and many other nice restaurants so you can visit many places. It's also very close to the airport for check out and they provide a bus that can take you to downtown Chicago as well to enjoy nightlife. The rooms are clean and sophisticated, room service is great, and the hotel has many facilities such as a gym and bar.

The room was nice. But the fridge was useless. The restaurant was nice and the overall decor was pleasing. Parking was a mess because they didn't ask if we needed the parking pass.

We really enjoyed our stay at this Loews property. The random pieces of art were a nice surprise and led to exploring the hotel to see what else we could find. The restaurant downstairs was good. The hotel staff was all very professional and courteous. The room was fantastic. I really loved the bed and slept great every night. Don't forget to put on the robe, drink some wine, and relax.

The staff was amazing. Always helpful and attentive. For an airport hotel this was one of the nicer ones I've seen. Sleeping rooms were clean and well kept, loved the gallery artwork around the meeting spaces, and meeting rooms were decent sized. Next time I'm on a quick trip to chi town will definetly pay this property another visit.

Twice now I've stayed at Loews and each time have been good times. The rooms are clean and pleasant. My 6th floor room provided a nice scenic view. The location is quite nice within the O'hare area.

Well, I'm a tag along with my lady for business and I must say Lowes Chicago O'Hara Hotel, you guys did a magnificent job in renovating what was once the Intercontinental Hotel. I love the direction you took the room design (business/resort). Your staff on point and very helpful. Restaurant very pleasing for dinner and drinks and is just what you would want for a great get away. If there were a six star I would give it hands down. Thank You for making my experience and short vacation enjoyable.

This hotel publicly allowed a conference about Chlorine Dioxide (Otherwise known as MMS) to be held. In case you do not know about Chlorine Dioxide, its solution is made up w/ 28% sodium chlorite. People were leaving reviews and comments asking why they are advocating the dangerous, deadly advice that Kerri Rivera is touting to vulnerable parents of Autistic Children. Those children who have been subjected to this, so called, "CD Protocol" (CD = Chlorine Dioxide) have suffered irreparable damage to their stomach and intestinal linings… … when these have been showing up in their stools, the parents have been told to celebrate it, as they are claiming that they are parasite Worms, which have been killed by the Bleach. A friend of mines left a comment about this and their response? sorry for the confusion. We are not actually hosting this conference. We have two Chicago destinations, one Downtown and one in Rosemont. Update 3/5 : A video have surfaced online and is going viral of a father forcing a child to drink MMS on the premises. Good job allowing such activity.

I was able to check in early because my room was clean. The hotel is in a great location for the outlet mall and attending a concert at the Rosemont. The room was clean, bed was comfortable and did not hear the airport noise despite being so close.

My wife and I were traveling out of O'Hare for our 30th anniversary trip to Maui and we stayed at the Loews hotel. Checking in we were pleasantly surprised with a room upgrade to a suite which was great! The room was really nice and comfortable and helped us to get a good night's sleep as we had a 4:00 am wake up call. The restaurant in the hotel was very nice and the chef is inspired bringing great flavors to traditional dishes. There are a couple of restaurants adjacent to the property but staying in and dining at the hotel restaurant is well worth it! The 10 days of free parking is a great deal as well! I wanted to give Loews five stars but unfortunately upon returning from our vacation (at 5:15 am) after 15 hours of travel, we called the hotel to check on the shuttle and it was 45 minutes before it showed up. We watched all the other shuttles from hotels with park and ride go by three or four times while we waited? Not a great end to the trip but otherwise the hotel was excellent.

Went to go for a movie and decided to go to Ashburn Gastro Pub for a bite to eat. The atmosphere is great. It was super empty, guessing because it's a hotel restaurant on valentines day. Food was good, but the waiter did not seem knowledgeable on the menu at all. 3/5

Was there for the night for my wife's birthday and when we got there the reception at the front desk was great! We told them we were there for the night and for my wife's birthday and they upgraded are room from a deluxe to an executive Suite. Place looked great and so close to the fashion outlet mall. I would recommend this place.
