Very nice suite. A tub and a shower. Two large screen TVs. Very functional work space. Plenty of electrical outlets and USB ports.

When I checked in they were amazing. Even upgraded us for my birthday. I love it here. People and atmosphere superb! I’ll be back.

Each and every time I come to the Chicago Marriott Suites O'Hare. The staff always treat me and my family well/great. I highly recommend this hotel and the surrounding area for shopping.

I have been staying at this property for more than 25 years, it is a wonderful property. Staff is very kind, and the hotel is always very accommodating. We ordered room service today, and our server was absolutely incredible. Also, for the people complaining about having to pay for parking and internet… Do your homework before booking and read into it, it’s pretty standard around Chicago and surrounding areas to charge for those fees.

By the train station. Services was slow but they fixed all by the end of our trip. The rooms are lovely.

What a beautiful hotel! Rooms were AWESOME! Outside patios were beautiful! Staff always friendly. And they have packages that you can choose from for getaways. Love this hotel!

We were scheduled to check in on Sunday, July 1st 2018. When we arrived the hotel was without power, everyone was standing around. The front desk told us they couldn’t check us in because they didn’t have access to their systems and they didn’t have a time frame the power would be restored. They told us we could find another hotel nearby and we could cancel our reservation at no charge. We ended up finding a hotel down the road that had power so I canceled the reservation. I called the customer service number the next morning and he told us we wouldn’t be charged. A few days later, we were charged and it came out of our bank account. I have left several messages with the accounting department, no call back. I try to call several times a day and nothing…

The front desk was friendly, helpful and accommodating. The rooms are amazing. It was like a studio apartment, but better. We asked for an extra blanket and it arrived within 10 minutes. Had a little trouble with the parking gates, but the front desk fixed it. Would love to stay here again. The pool was great too!

Do NOT park here. We waited over 45 minutes for the hotel shuttle. The hotel lied to us as to expectations and it turns out, the shuttle was busy… getting gas! We have up and, took a cab. In all, and hour and a half after landing. We arrived at the hotel. There are many places to park and stay, choose another. They did say the will reimburse my taxi fare.

I enjoyed my New Years Eve here. No hassle. No noise. No bother. Very nice quasi five star atmosphere.

Decent hotel but it's a bit BS how much they charge for parking, for both guests and non guests, plus their $30+ early check in fee. You have just 15 min to drive up, check in, and get your bags to your room before getting out of their lot before you're charged $22, not a problem if there isn't a line already at the front desk, in which case it's impossible. When I worked at hotels, if a room was available earlier in the day, you could just check in early or else just have to wait. Greedy practices to take advantage of the convention center or those going downtown.

Airport hotels have earned a reputation for being little better than a place to crash. Not so with this hotel. If you have to lay over at O'Hare, do it here. The staff is super helpful. The shuttles are timed well for flights. The shower is the best hotel shower I have experienced. It's nice to finally get a shower that has real flow and heat.

Maintenance staff was amazing! Everything was clean and organized and we were attended to well. The employees at the front desk where hit or miss. No one was outright rude but they made me and my part feel uncomfortable.

The hotel was very conveniently located by the Rosemont blue line. We were staying there because we were attending a convention at the Stephens Convention Center, which was about a ten minute walk from the hotel. The hotel was nice and clean staff was very friendly. We had a two double suite, and it was very spacious and clean.

The hotel is pretty good, it has some amenities like Wi-Fi and such, however a few negatives: 1.30$ early check-in fee. I've never heard of this in any hotel I've been in. 2. The price of parking as a customer is insane. The room itself is clean and nice, so I can't knock it there. Overall, it's an ok hotel, but there are other ones next to it that you may want to think about going to.

Staff was very accommodating and handled a large convention crowd fantastically. As always the room was perfect. Definitely going to be returning.

Hotel composed of suites of high standing, with fridge, microwave, bathroom + shower, spacious living room and a real workspace. Distance from public transport (blue line 10 minutes walk). A symbolic pool with no interest. A pretty small gym. A breakfast in the dining room where you have to wait for a place that frees up during the busy hours (undersized room). A nice outdoor setting with a small river at the foot of the hotel. A noisy environment because of the planes that pass near the hotel when taking off.

The overall hotel is nice and clean. Rooms were very nice. But there was an event during this weekend plus Easter and we paid to park but there was no parking. We had to park up on the curb in the mulch by shrubs. Which didnt bother me because we had a rental SUV. But had I been in my own car which would have been unable to pull off that park job I would have been pissed. It was there lucky weekend I didnt. Aside from that everything was great.

Great hotel, nice room, breakfast was not included but I recommend it. Great quality and variety. Price of the room was reasonable and parking is free. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Looking forward to repeat my stay.

Very comfortable. Bed was amazing. Suite was spacious, clean and luxurious. Dinner was good. Service was good. Parking was a little pricey.

Nice rooms. Was there for an event at the Donald Stephens convention center and the hotel was very accommodating to everyone. Hotel was an easy 15 min walk from the venue.

Room is awesome. Bed is amazingly comfortable. Big TV with Hulu, Netflix and Pandora radio. Shower is awesome, water gets very hot. Very pleased with everything. Check in was easy. Would definitely stay again.

Spacious and great rooms. Good bar with a good list of whiskeys. Only negative point the breakfast not included and quite expensive (24$)

Airline left me in Chicago for the night so I ran over to this hotel. Very impressed! Super quick nice staff. Restaurant and everything I needed for the night.

My husband booked and paid for our room in advance. After a 3 hour drive I arrived to the hotel at 10pm with my teenage daughter and 1 year old twins. Jose at the front desk was very rude and demanding I leave a c. C. On file although the room was already paid for with a c. C. And that cc was already on file. After explaining I didn't have a cc, and that if it would be an issue I would go with plan B, being a different hotel. Jose then explained, that because the hotel room was already paid for that there would be no way to issue a refund of any kind and then decided to make a copy of my divers licence and explain to me rudely 3 more times that "for future reference they'd always need a credit card. " Thank you Jose for making checking in at 10pm so easy and pleasant (wink wink). Our suit was wonderful the first night, my daughter and I slept in the two full beds in the separate bedroom. My husband's flight came in the next morning so night number 2 my daughter and babies slept in the living area with my daughter using the pullout sofa. When I pulled out the futon to set up with bedding there was an old plastic bottle of 'Naked' juice still laying on the mattress. We threw it away and while being grossed out as I made up the futon noticed that the tan colored blanket for the futon had a large tangled up human hair ball stuck to it. I would never stay at that specific hotel again. Rude is one thing, dirty is another.

Nice family room. Kids liked Murphy bed. We liked having a door to close between us and kids. Hallways were loud. Pool area nice.

The room was spacious, clean and up to date. Check in was quick. We got a package deal for an extra $35 we got breakfast and parking included. Parking rate is high $30/day. We will definitely be back. Housekeeping was really nice.

Rooms were nice and clean. The service was top notch. All the employees were very kind and helpful.

The Chicago O'Hare Marriott was a wonderful stay. The suite was clean, the sheets were clearly fresh, and the HVAC unit is programmable (not fixed to automatic). The bathroom was clean as well. The suite design is very modern, with ample lighting, dark wood furniture, and comfortable carpeting. I didn't try any room service, but the prices seemed acceptable as far as hotel prices are concerned. I do wish the room service menu was a bit bigger; there are only a few selections for each category. There is a shuttle that goes to the airport every 30 minutes.

It is an excellent hotel its friendly staff greet you at the airport if you so wish and takes you to your stay the hotel has very good services your friendly staff in the lobby welcomes you and directing us to your rooms where you will find excellent cleanliness Your breakfasts and dinners to the order of the day invite you to visit and live the experience of being in the hotel where they will be very well cared.

Its a nice hotel for Airport passengers who missed their flight on the way to destination. They have tie up with American Airlines and British airways for such travelors. Their shuttle provides pickup and drop services between hotel and airport. The food served in the restaurant is tasty.

Rooms are really nice here. There is also an airport shuttle but be careful and make sure you tell the driver you are going to the Marriott suites or you may be taken to another Marriott, as there are multiple nearby. Happened to me. Well equipped gym and nice pool. Only drawback is there is no Marriott lounge here.

Nice hotel, but there is no free Wi-Fi, which is almost unheard of these days. It seemed like a location that charged for all the extras because they expected a lot of business travelers who wouldn't mind that policy. I had to mark it down simply because the value wasn't quite there for the high price.

At checkin the systems were down. Lady who was working the desk maintained extremely pleasant demeanor, and other staff walked people to their rooms and manually let us each in. Very stressful for them I'm sure, but they all remained nice and professional. I am writing a letter to corporate about the wonderful way they handled the situation. Next day… nightmare. Called to desk as we only had TWO bath towels for 3 people. Which we used the night before to shower. Phone rang at desk without answer, called back and rang over 40 times as we counted before a lady answered to put us on hold. After being on hold 8 mins, I dual called from my cell and was answered after 3 rings! Asked for the manager and told him I was still currently on hold on the room line, talking to him from my cell. Seemed not to care and said 'okay, so how can I help you this morning ma'am'. Asked for 4 bath towels and they brought me 2… argh. Real nice customer service Marriott… not so much so!

The location is very good — beautiful surroundings and the hotel itself is well built to be pleasing to the eye. The room was laid out although the bed sheet on my pull down bed was torn on one end which would not be expected on a hotel of this standard. But the customer service is good.

Amazing accommodations! Customer service at the front desk was phenomenal. We were there for an anniversary party in the city. The room was clean. I noticed a little dust on the ottoman and tray. But I am super particular about hotel rooms so this room exceeded my expectations. I would 100% stay here again and recommend to anyone. One suggestion, however, I wish the shuttle would operate within a 5 mile radius other than airport pick up. Props to the pick up though. They were always on time and fast.

The room was fantastic! The bed was very comfortable. We had two private parties in three days, and had their daily brunch on the first morning there. The service was excellent and the food was wonderful. We will definitely stay there again.

Forgot to ask if pillows were feather free, only reason for not 5 stars. Otherwise very clean, nice sized King Suite too. Great lobby. Front Desk clerks friendly and helpful.

Everything was great. Convenient from the airport. Carluccis next door was amazing. Drinks at the bar were great. The room was so clean, and perfect. It was so relaxing to come back to the room.

Have always booked there for seven years when I have a convention to go to and have not been disappointed since. Their prices are good for what they offer. The staff are usually nice and willing to assist you. And the rooms of course have been wonderful to sleep in as I always pick their suites. I just wished they'd bring back the cucumber, lemon, watermelon water. Those were really helpful to have during the times it was hot during the convention season!

Great location near Park Ridge. The rooms seem like they've been recently renovated. Super clean. Wi-Fi is actually fast and easy to connect to. Nice staff, but I didn't need to interact with them much. Nice bar in the lobby with good food, especially the cheese plate and pork tacos.

There is No free Wi-Fi available in the rooms, the parking is payable.

Love it. We had a great deal $99 a night including breakfast and parking. Decided to stay Friday-Sun to celebrate my birthday. Love the suite. Had a few bottles of water and snack in the fridge we bought. Partying in Rosemont this weekend. We'll be back since we have another coupon for this special price. Can't beat it. Happy birthday to me.

Not really close to anything but the airport. And charging to park you car and over $20 for breakfast — I thought the place was way overpriced $4 for a bottle of water in the room. Loads of extra charges for things that ate normally included.
Toom was really nice though, staff was very freindly and helpful — and the gym is a really good one (for me anyway — weights etc.

I just went there for business event and it has good bar/eat in. Location is good too, very near to casino… and yes it has paid parking just I case you are not staying there.

Used the Park n fly… What a joke. Shuttle does not run between 12 and 5 am. Had to pay for a taxi to O'Hare to catch my flight. Needed to specify depart time when booking, think they might have mentioned shuttle times at that time. Waited an hour to be picked up on the return. Complete crap… Avoid!

In the past every time I come to Chicago, we would stay at this hotel for its proximity to where I am going for meetings. Room size is pretty big and Wi-Fi is decent (although not free unless you are a Rewards Member). This trip to Chicago, I happened to bring some little food stuff that my family manufactures back home as gift tokens for some friends. As I am not aware of their room numbers, I left the food bags (there were eight of them) at the front desk and requested them to deliver them to the appropriate rooms. I never bothered to check while I was there as the front desk person agreed to do so for which I expressed my thankfulness and it is quite embarrassing to confirm with the friends if they did receive it in their rooms. Upon my return home, I heard from some friends that they have had similar experiences where things they had delivered by front desk never got delivered to the intended recipient so I took a random survey and emailed 4 people asking if they got their bag of goodies. None of them did. What a shock! I had to carry these bag of goodies through a transpacific flight of more than 17 hours, got questioned and inspected by US Customs as they were declared in my US Customs form, only to find out they were not delivered to the intended recipients. It would have been better if the front desk people had just said NO, they can't do it and I would have found another way of doing it. What Marriott Suites did with the goodies bag no one knows except them.
