On a recent Anniversary celebration trip, we chose to stay at the Towneplace Suites in Naperville. After making our RSVP in advance using our valued Marriott points, we arrived after an 8 hour drive to find that the particular type of room we had requested was not available. We were told by Xavier that requests “are not guaranteed by Marriott’ and we could either take what he had left or make other arrangements. Needless to say, he was so rude and uncaring that we went next door to the Fairfield Suites and had a lovely experience. Save yourself the headache and just book there to begin with. They were pleasant, helpful, and the rooms were very comfortable. So disappointed in Towneplace Suites. In this time of it being difficult to find good help, Xavier needs to remember that customers can choose to spend their $$ elsewhere.

I was mistreated by the Front Desk clerk which made the whole stay bad.

I have been at this hotel fir 2 nights now. Absolutely perfect, clean, spacious and exactly what I needed for my 19 night stay on a business trip. Full size fridge, stove, cabinets, living area, desk work area, spacious bathroom and King size bed. All the bells and whistles that I need Breakfast is great! Swimming pool, small gym!. Close to everything. If your in area and nees a place to stay, this is the place!

The location was off the highway not within walking distance of restaurants only cracker barrel if you are into that. The people at the front desk were extremely friendly. Rooms were great and breakfast had a lot of options as well. Would highly recommend.

Great room, me and a coworker had our own spaces and the communal area was well kept.

Stayed there for three weeks: good reliable breakfast, helpful and friendly staff, clean room, and good location.

Nice rooms, very spacious, and a big pool and free breakfast. The added bonus is that it is super close to a Cracker Barrel.

Easy to get to. The hotel was clean and is efficient for an overnight stay or for a family to stay.

Great place to stay over the top staff clean place they really go the extra mile.

Always clean and comfortable, but 2 out of 3 rooms I've had the past year had 1 AC unit not working. So the other one ran non-stop, just not enough circulation for such a nice large suite.

Friendly Service, internet in my room kept dropping.

All room amenities are awesome. Only reason not 5 is because it’s right beside the highway. Very loud in 402 side of building.

Stayed a night for a business meeting and room was nice. Staff was a little standoff-ish upon arrival and TV in room was pretty small.

Very friendly, room was clean and very nice! We really enjoyed our visit! Will go back! O and breakfast was delicious!

Room was spacious. However heat was left on over 70' and the room was way too hot. Took half the night to cool down.

Folks were very nice. Hot breakfast was plentiful but menu did not vary in our 6 days there. Suite was very accommodating & all appliances functioned. Everywhere the place was quite clean. The bed is my only complaint. Mattress was old & obviously had never even been rotated.

Rooms are spacious, clean and well taken care of. Pet friendly hotel with a friendly staff. Continental breakfast included in room rate. Has a pool & fitness center. Close enough proximity to the city (Chicago) without the hassle of crowds & parking. Only downside is the quality of the coffee in the breakfast nook. It is disappointingly below average.

Convenient location for our fall sprinkler work. It's close to the tollway and there are many resturaunt and shopping choices around. The staff is SUPER friendly and helpful. It's tidy with a really nice, modern lobby area with a couple of computers and lots of seating. I also like the hot breakfast which is refreshed frequently so everyone gets a tasty start to their day. The hot tub, pool and fitness room are a really nice finishing touch to our stay. I feel like I'm on vacation and definitely would stay again.

Very nice and big rooms. Full kitchen with big fridge. Shower has hot water and lots of water pressure. Clean and up to date carpet an furniture. Good exhaust in bathroom also to keep the humidity down so the mirror stays clear.

I stayed here for 3 weeks and it was okay experience. They offer breakfast everyday from 7 to 9 AM like egg, corn flakes, bread etc. But prices was bit upper side and most of the time you won't get your preferred room.

Rooms were great. Plenty of space, fridge/freezer in small kitchenette was very convenient. Checking in was super easy even with my pet. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Freshly remodeled, clean, friendly staff. Great value if you need a small kitchen. We had a suite, separate bedroom from living — kitchen area. Felt like a micro apartment. There is a small pool & spa, it's indoors. There's also a sport court and pond with walking path. It is next to a highway, but the noise isn't too bad.

There suites and studio are set up just like an actual apartment with a rotating office desk that can moved around and a nice pilot chair to go with. Modern kitchens with all stainless steel appliances. The studio suite has one nice flat screen and the bedroom suites has two. The full service breakfast is always clean and stocked every morning. The shower water gets super hot. Nice size workout room and indoor pool. Spacious lobby area with computer. Each room has an abundance of fresh cleans trowels and rags. And the windows in each room opens. Wow!

Hidden gem! Sleepover with my sister in a beautiful, spacious, newly renovated suite with a full sized fridge and microwave in the room. Sparkling clean pool and hot tub. The manager, Younes went out of his way to make sure everything was perfect for us and the rest of the staff were also super friendly and helpful. I wish I never had to leave and I can't wait to go back!

The hotel room is nice, it is clean and looks new. The hotel is aesthetically pleasing, yet that is all it is. The internet is slow. The breakfast is the same all week, my coworker opened a milk carton and it was full of chunky milk, the 2nd one was out of date and sour. The coffee tastes like dirty water and needs a whole box of cream to make taste halfway good. If you can avoid this hotel do it. Too expensive to have awful food and coffee.

My family spent a month and a half at this hotel while in the process of moving. They were fantastic in accommodating our needs and making us feel at home. They are very pet friendly — we stayed with our two large dogs and had no problems. Breakfast was nicer than I would expect from a 3-star hotel. Housekeeping did a great job cleaning our suite every day. The front desk staff were very nice and helpful, especially the asst. Manager, Ashley. I would definitely stay here again.
