While it doesn't include a lot of amenities, such as a continental breakfast or gym, it's perfect for someone who just wants a nice place to stay for a cheap price. It's in a great location; you can walk to several places. The room was very clean and spacious. I highly recommend this place!

Stayed for a week and had good service. Extra towels were available when needed and staff was very pleasant and willing to print boarding pass for me when trip was ending. Price was very reasonable and near by restaurants and stores were within walking distance. Air conditioner was a little noisy.

I liked the dog friendly environment and helpful staff, but the hallways smelled strongly of cigarette smoke. There was no shampoo or anything other than plain hand soap that dried out my skin. On the bright side, the location was nice with ample parking for our uhaul and car trailer. We were able to walk to several nice restaurants.

This is an older Motel 6, but the rooms have been updated to the modern Motel 6 look. The rooms were clean. The walls seemed a little thin as I could hear everything the neighboring rooms were doing like caughing. Overall, the staff was great, and the rooms were in the best shape the could be in for an old building. I'd stay there again for an over night trip.

I would not stay here. I have been here for a job for a wk, meanwhile while taking my dogs out to go potty, I have found 6 needles in the backyard dope bags and about 10 cops circling this place. Not good think about the children. Horrible this place doesn't deserve a star at all… one good thing is housekeeping very nice ladies.

The man who checked me in was professional and friendly. The lady who extended my stay seemed bothered and kept telling me how she was the only one there (and I had to wait 20 min for her to come to the desk). I told her that the linens on the bed were full of cigarette burns and she did not apologize or offer to change them. When the room was "cleaned" they just emptied the garbage cans and left the right inside the door for me to fall over when I came in and one clean towel was left in the sink. I understand that this is a no frills hotel but employees can be nice and linens should be in good condition. Thank you.

Bad Experience. There were too many problems. At check-in, the elevator was broke so I had to walk up and down 3 flights of stairs. The side door close to my room key card was broke so I had to go all around to the front to come back down the long hall to my room. When exiting out of either door there are always crowds of people smoking at the door where you cant get out. I said excuse me to a lady and she made me go around after she sitting at the door smoking. The room was great no issues there.

Room was good size for us and comfortable. Only one problem is the television wasn’t be able to set up closed captioning when we wanting to watch the shows and the remote was messed up but we didn’t bothered to go to the service desk to fix it. Other than that it was worth for us to bring our 2 little dogs to stay next time whenever we come again.

Rooms are big but pillows, sheets, comforter, & bed had stains & holes. They were in the process of renovations. & Supposedly got a upgraded room. The back door is always open & homeless people sleep in staircase. Don't feel safe.

Good Motel to stay at low cost. Services were good. Rooms were clean and tidy. Staff are polite and are good at handling support. Location is Apt for my need of room. But, only issue I had was "I was told that if I login by anytime after 6 am, I can check out by 11 am next day on calling Motel 6 customer service, but when I reached Motel 6, I was asked to wait till 3 pm for the check in. But, I was asked to check in by 1:20 pm on request.

Housekeeping is friendly and keep the building smelling fresh and looking nice. No refrigerators or microwaves (one in the downstairs lobby) in the rooms. Building is convenient to a couple of fast food restaurants though.

Was here on business with multiple people. This property sure has improved in 5 weeks. Friendly staff and very clean rooms. New male manager is on property and getting stuff done. Had issue with TV at 2am and Jamie personally came and took care of it. His staff is great and you can tell he runs a tight ship. Property and clientele greatly improving. I will be back. Room was great!

For the price great value. I stayed with family. Have been here in past. Great change. New manager Jamie is really taking charge and cleaning up. Awesome staff and clean rooms. Big improvement. Would give 10 stars if could. Kudos to GM Jamie and his staff. Will be back and recommend now its being cleaned up.

The location could use a sign to make it easier to find at night. It was dark and it was hard to tell that it was the correct building. The room was clean and staff was friendly. The heater made the room a much higher temperature than what it said. I set it at 72, but it had to be at least 5 degrees warmer. Good value and served its purpose.

Clearly reserved room with a king sized bed. Went to check in… stated only have queens. I even called the day before for late check in and was informed no worries I had a room reserved with a king size bed. Desk clerk was not even present for a good 10 minutes for me to check in. And then proceeded and argue with me that I had reserved a queen, not a king, when I even showed him my confirmation #. He said well all I have is queens… call customer relations tomorrow for them to do something for me, which I did and filed a formal report with Tyler. And I still have NOT heard one word from anyone.

Toilet was not flashed… room suppose to be clean right. I had early pickup from the area and need few hours of sleep and I didn't want to set in my car for my next pickup at 3am in cold weather. I booked none-smoke room but smoke smells from everything… the reason I am giving them 2 stars is that they have very good rate… paid $49 including tax. I would have given them one star if the room rate was not this cheap.

Cheap Hotel but very well located.

The service was excellent, friendly and attentive staff, but the room smelled heavily of some sort of industrial cleaner, to the point it made me nauseous every day of the almost two weeks I spent there. There were numerous dogs staying in multiple units, so there was dogs barking throughout the night for almost two weeks, and at one point a patron urinated inside of the elevator car, and it took the staff 3 full days to clean it. The Wi-Fi signal was bad to the point where I had to go to Starbucks to get any sort of speed. The turn down service was excellent, but the bed was hard as a rock.

The location was perfect, only 10 minutes away from the Amtrak. In addition, the customer service being excellent. I left my credit card in the lobby, and the the front desk operator informed me immediately. My only gripe is that second floor hallway reeked of weed. You get what you pay for.

I found the staff to be wonderful and the hotel to be very clean. That is the one thing I do is check for that, by looking at the baseboards along the wall and behind the doors. If those places are clean I feel at ease of sheets being clean and bedding. The Wi-Fi was way to slow and can be improved on. I am so grateful for the Motel going out of their way to label and box a very expensive coat that was left behind. I was able to contact Fedex and they shipped it home in a very fast manner! So grateful to know that the staff was honest in placing the coat at the front desk instead of keeping it, as this was a gift to my Son-in-law! Over all very pleased with the price of the stay and the Motel. Awesome Job, Well done, Cher Camacho in Nebraska.

I will never come here again in my life or recommend it to anyone. Unless I'm armed to the teeth and this was the only place in 100 miles, maybe. Worst place I've stayed at in years. This location had the shadiest people I've ever seen. My non smoking room smelled like weed and cigarettes from other guests. Dogs were constantly barking. People walked and ran with iron feet at all hours. My girlfriend and I were stared at constantly for no reason by other people. One tried to get us to go with him and didn't know what the word no meant. Housekeeping rudely came by every day despite us telling the front desk THREE TIMES to not have them come by. What kind place doesn't have a do not disturb policy? So shady… Unless you're armed and wanna try your luck, forget this place. It's extremely unsafe and brings in the worst people. Do yourself a favor and spend the extra 10 or 20 bucks and go anywhere else.

Clean, quiet, and safe. Definitely not luxurious, but not sleazy or gross. Decent. Friendly staff. BUT! NO LIGHT ON! What's up with that? It was really hard to find because a. No light on the sign on the street, b. No sign at the office and c. It looks more like an appartment building. Get the stupid signage right, for Pete's sake!

Very basic, but so's the price. No frills means no frills, but there's a Dollar Tree right around the corner, so you can purchase the amenities you desire. Restaurants, a grocery, pharmacy, movie theatre, and the aforementioned dollar store are all within walking distance The staff are pleasant and friendly. The only drawbacks I encountered were the smokers congregating at the front door, and the lack of hair dryers. The 1970's styling and orange/brown color scheme was a source of bemusement. Fortunately, the walls were mostly white.

It's Motel 6. Staff is friendly and beds are comfortable. Everything worked in room and had everything I would expect at this price point. Maybe could use more seating in the coffee area but lobby is adjacent and has extra seating.

I love Motel 6. It's affordable, clean, the staff is always friendly and accommodating and I know I can count on a pleasant stay no matter where I am. The room was spotless and the mattress comfortable. We were warned the Wi-Fi was slow but I was happily surprised that it was actually pretty decent. No complaints here.

Am staying at Motel 6 Naperville while on contract for work in Lisle and very happy with the accommodations. Rooms are clean, A/C works, good selection of cable and the staff friendly and helpful. A special call-out to Tisa who checked me in this week, quickly, professionally, and had me on my way to my room within a few minutes of arrival. The only area of improvement I can think of is that I wish the Wi-Fi were faster. But dollar for dollar Motel 6 has all I need.

I booked my stay online and received the best rates anywhere in a 20 mile ratio! The rooms are clean and comfortable! The staff is very friendly and willing to go that extra mile to make your stay the best it can be! For the price there's nowhere better!

We stayed at the Motel 6 after a wedding. Deande (I hope I'm spelling it correctly) the manager was BEYOND accommodating! He was very helpful and energetic and made us feel very welcome. I would highly recommend this place because the rooms were also very clean.

General Manager, Deon Smith & his entire staff made my stay at this Naperville, IL. Location, a WONDERFUL experience! The motel was always in emaculate condition, from the rooms, to the common areas and the employees were very friendly & helpful. Deon said to me, "you're family" & made certain that I was treated that way. I highly recommend this Motel 6, where my Chihuahua & I were extremely happy!

No fridge, microwave, or desk. No actual closet. My friend had no remote in her room. But it had what it needed, was clean, and the staff was sweet and friendly. Seems to be residence for the nearly-homeless, so there were some really sleazy folks hanging around, but they never really became a problem (more of an intriguing distraction). — And as I said, the ever-charming folks at the front desk held it all together. All in all, a nice stay, and the cheapest in the area by far.

The room was clean and in good condition. I only gave this Motel6 4 starts instead of 5 because there was no fridge or microwave (many that I've stayed at have them), and because some of the furniture was in need of repair (Room 332 — the desk is coming apart). Other than that it was clean, fairly quiet for its location, front desk staff was very friendly. Easily accessible and location provided easy access to fast food restaurants. A couple of nice grassy areas to potty dogs.

I just needed a bed for the night, cheap. You provided that and more. The room was clean and nice-sized for a one queen. Front desk staff was friendly and helpful. Free cable was nice, but there were no guides for channels. Annoying to have to guess what channel I was on. Parking was good. Only problem was location. Thank goodness for Google maps, because the motel is located behind a huge water tower, and has no obvious sign on the road. The road setup is confusing enough (not your fault), and then to have to look for the motel while navigating that? Might want to look into signage for this location. All in all, though, I was satisfied with my stay. Thank you!

Disgusting Dive, should be condemned. Cigarette burns all over comforter in the room. Blood stains all over the sheets. The room looked like it was straight out of a horror movie. Smelled like something died throughout the motel. The bathroom was nasty, carpet nasty. I could hear people fighting and drunk all night in the rooms around me, people leaving empty cases of cheap beer and diapers in the same trash bags throughout the hallway. I complained to management and they did not act surprised of course. I complained to motel 6 corporate and they said its independently operated, they do not seem to care, steer clear of this place. It's a shame Motel 6 use to be no frills but clean and a safe place to stay. Stay away from this hellhole! Corporate could care less!

Outside locks and key access randomly work. Needs new mattresses. Floor in bathroom sinks and wallpaper is peeling off walls… could definitely use some upgrades. Seems to have a seedy nightlife.

Location was perfect for me with plenty of resturants in the area for my needs, rooms were clean. No issues of any kind.

A complete Nightmare! Where do I start. Upon check-in our door wouldn't open, quickly realized that it had been broken. So we went back to the front desk and asked if we can get another room … Clerk said yes gave us another key when we got to the other room it was worse it smelled liked there was water damage. Carpet had a serious funk in it… the mirror wwas falling off the wall. And the comforters had some foreign stains that quite honestly looked like well you fill in the blanks. So we took the unsafe door over the funky smelling room. We really didn't have a choice on where to stay we have dogs so we had to stay. Next morning we woke and realized WE HAD NO TOWELS OUR TOILET TISSUE WTF?! SO NOW WHAT? I had to go downstairs because noone answered at the front desk. When I get there noone was there I had to yell for assistance … after a few mins the young woman responded. I informed her there were no towels or tissue she gave me only towels. Oh boy! Now I go back to room and my key doesn't work? So I knocked thankfully someone was home (my son). (! )? Now I headed back down to walk my dogs and get keycard fixed?! Get there handed key to clerk she swiped it I was off to walk my dogs … I realized the side was open wide as I exited thought was strange but didn't think much of it. Came back from walking dogs tried to enter through same side door suprise was locked and keycard wouldn't work? thought it wasnmy key so I went around the front entrance in the cold! rain snow!

The rooms were clean and cheap. That staff was also very kind and helpful. We had everything we needed plus a 24 hr fitness center was a nice addition.

Service was okay. Rooms smelled and the whole place speed of cigarettes.

Clean and affordable. Would stay there again!

This isn't a fancy hotel. It's a cheap motel. And it's great for that. Not spotless. Not particularly well kept rooms. But it was good for what it was.

The place is a complete mess, dirty floors and the rooms smelled really bad! Did I mention I checked out within ten mins do to I found a bed bug under the sheets and when I showed the lady behind the counter she knew exactly what it was before I said anything.

Good value for the money, the room was clean and in good working order. Susie at the front desk is EXCEPTIONAL!

It is a hotel where not this allowed smoking more however it smells too cigar.
