Beautiful hotel and area around. Very well taken care of and alot of pride.

Absolutely terrible customer service! I prepaid for my room on Expedia and the hotel kept charging me 2 more times for my room! They called n said that they would reverse the charges n never did! I made over 15 calls to the hotel! Yes 15 calls to be put on hold forever, disconnected or rerouted to voicemail with NO return calls. Even emailed the hotel with no response! I’m now in the process of disputing the charges with my credit card company since the hotel did nothing about overcharging me nearly $450 and refusing to fix THEIR mistake! ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE! They will steal your money!

It's so lovely and in the perfect location!

Great location. Horrible rooms. No housekeeping. One person at the front desk. Long lines. Awful rooms. No way to get new sheets or towels. Ridiculous. We can’t even empty our trash in our room. If you aren’t offering housekeeping (the pandemic is over) you should inform people before booking.

We stayed here last summer and so loved our experience. This year … not so much! Breakfast promised with booking, we found out upon checking in, was no longer offered — restaurant closed! Tried to enter Santo Cielo bar upon our return later in the evening and was denied access by a snotty host — were told they were full and it was too late. Really, even for guests at the hotel? Had to leave early Sunday morning due to a family emergency and accidentally left a new outfit in one of the bureaus in our room. Called the hotel 4 days in a row — no one would return my call. Husband stopped back — clerk bothered he had to check for lost clothes. Someone in housekeeping must be enjoying my new outfit. Awful, rude experience. Will never book here again!

Unfortunately, I had to cancel my stay last minute and the staff was very courteous and understanding. I actually canceled the day of my scheduled check in. I've utilized Indigo Hotels in various cities before and the service was always top notch. Five star service.

Keller Wiliams Infinity has their annual awards banquet here every year. Exquisite food and service. Very warm, trendy, and luxurious atmosphere.

Hotel was lovely. Have to question housekeeping staff. One day after leaving I realized I left my curing iron on vanity to cool. I called to have them locate it and they responded that they did not have it. With the quality of hotel I would think they would have an honest staff that would have turned in a belonging that was left behind. Very disappointed that one simple person can ruin a pleasant stay.

We had a suite. It was nice there was a balcony and we could see the river. No carpet in the room, nice hard floors seemed clean. Big bathroom. Layout seemed a little weird since the "closet" wardrobe kinda seemed to be just stuck on a wall. And there was no mini fridge, which I found odd. Check out was easy. And parking was free in the attached garage.

The rooms are spacious and the beds are comfortable. Things are clean, neat, and as hot or cold as you'd like. There isn't a closet per se, but you get a good sized wardrobe to make up for it. TV service is provided, but we wound up using the HD I inputs on the wall mounted TVs to play video games instead. Staff is friendly. All around no muss or fuss.

We had an incredible experience at the Hotel Indigo. The hotel is gorgeous, incredibly clean and in a beautiful location. The hotel is in walking distance to many good restaurants and Naperville’s scenic riverwalk. The service at the hotel went above and beyond. Incredibly friendly staff and a very smooth check in process. Kevin at the front desk was very kind and helpful. Thank you for a great stay!

The showers are so tall and really awesome. The rooms have unique artwork and are really spacious. The hotel was right on the riverwalk and close to awesome restaurants. Really enjoyed my stay.

Recently had a 1 night stay at the Hotel Indigo and had a good experience. Quick check in and used the garage parking. Room had a view of the Naperville Riverwalk. Rooms have a trendy design and were very comfortable. Would stay there again.

Great location, nice rooms that are comfortable, clean and well appointed. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Parking is convenient and attached to the hotel, but wish you could access it on other floors besides just the 2nd. Would recommend this hotel to others.

Lovely rooms, expedient housekeeping, soft mattresses and bedding, excellent water pressure. Our stay here was absolutely wonderful, and I fully intend to stay here again when visiting relatives in Naperville. The convenient walking distance can't be beat!

Upon check in we started on a positive note, our room was modern with just the right amount of luxuriousness. We were very pleased with the staff and their effort to accommodate us. We really enjoyed the discounts for local businesses and it was fun to walk around and explore.

I didn’t pick this place out on purpose. I picked it simply because it was in the heart of downtown Naperville. It feels uniquely like a Naperville hotel, rather than a hotel in Naperville. It blends with the Riverwalk and provides a short walk to any of the restaurants that have been stood the test of time (I first moved here in ‘83) and those that have just recently emerged. The hotel itself, is new, comfortable and classy. I just had breakfast and I heard voices of people from all over the world. The experience made me miss this town. Maybe I’ll even take an easy vacation with my wife here to reminisce not just about the town of Naperville that we once lived, but also that of Japan, where everything is in walking distance, creating no other alternative than a healthy walk in a charming city.

Stayed for only one night. Overall a good experience. Front desk staff was friendly and helpful, offering good restaurant suggestions. Our room was on the top floor with view of the river. The room had nice, modern decor, Keurig coffee maker, nice big shower (no tub) and standard amenities. We had breakfast at the restaurant in the lobby/bar, which was surprisingly good. The coffee shop downstairs was excellent. The only negative was that one of the coffee mugs in our room was clearly left by the previous occupants since it still had old coffee in it.

The rooms are spacious and incredibly quiet. There's been some kind of convention going on and you wouldn't be able to tell at all. Front desk staff are great and very polite. Their restaurant is a little spendy, but worth every cent. The breakfast is delicious! It's right in the middle of the river walk and you can get to pretty much anywhere down town walking. There is plenty of parking in the ramp, so there shouldn't be any concerns for that. The only con, which I completely get why, is that if you go outside on your floor, there's no reentry. You have to go down to the main hotel entrance on second then take the elevator to your floor. It's a shared parking ramp open to the public, so I'm sure they don't really want anyone besides hotel guests having access to the floors.

Clean room, helpful staff. Check in was quick and easy. Express check out was great. The bar is a fun place to hang out. Nice snack bar area and reading nook. Security panel in elevator. Parking deck had plenty of spaces. Nice views of the downtown area. Breakfast was excellent!

I recently stayed the weekend at Hotel Indigo for my brother's wedding. The staff was welcoming and helpful, the rooms were spacious and well-decorated, and parking was abundant and convenient. I would highly recommend to anyone looking for easy access to downtown Naperville!

Been at this establishment (restaurant on 2nd floor) twice and was worth it. Food is unique and perfect for pairing with all drinks. Loved their cheese & veggies boards also. Chairs are comfortable. Can sit at a table or casual seating.

Our room was a suite and was gorgeous. The glass sliding door that separated our bedroom from our bathroom was so neat. Everything was very clean the front desk host was kind and professional. We will stay there again.

The hotel sits on the river bank giving you quick access to all the restaurants, and stores in the river walk. The room we started in was a medium sized room. We were right of the elevator, which was a concern at first because of traffic. I had no issues falling a sleep. The restaurant within served breakfast. It was a great start to the day. Would stay again.

I had a river view room and it was great! Not only was there a beautiful view of downtown Naperville but the room itself was great. The bed was super comfortable, the bathroom was large and shower pressure was great. On top of that, they had two brothers coffee in the room. I would definitely suggest this hotel to anybody in the area.

Wow. Our room was clean, comfortable, and contemporary (maybe a bit hipster-y) and set in the middle of downtown Naperville. Our room was right outside the Riverwalk (oh my god, that view) and having all the shopping, restaurants, and nightlife that make Naperville great are right out your window made me find a new appreciation for the town. We didn't use much of their own amenities as we went to three places within a 5 minute walk, but the one time we needed the concierge, service was prompt and professional. Perfect place for when you want to upgrade date night.

Cutest place to stay in downtown Naperville. Super clean, rooms are modern. You don't feel like you're staying in a hotel when you're here. Our service has always been impeccable. Huge bathrooms and showers, comfy beds. The hotel is in a perfect location and within walking distance of tons of restaurants and shopping.

Got drinks at the bar. Atmosphere was casual, laid back and drinks were good. Got a gin and honey tonic. Would be a good place to drink if you want to chat with people but not a place to party/dance.

I felt like a a king in the massive room they gave me. I had a glorious view of the Riverwalk. You feel like you are at the heart of the wonderful downtown experience even from the comfort of your room. The staff made getting a shuttle a very simple experience.

It's a great location. Looks nice. Very, very clean. I liked housekeeping the best. However it's noisy from bar. Lastly, who thought of a hotel without a bath tub doesn't know anything about hospitality, even less about urban hotel room. Very expensive and Bill changed during our stay.

We had a block of rooms reserved for our wedding guests to stay here. The service was wonderful throughout the entire planning process. My husband and I were upgraded to the most beautiful suite with a huge balcony overlooking the river. All of our guests were very happy staying here and the hotel did a nice job of accommodating our out of town guests who needed early check in. The location is outstanding! It was so nice for all of our guests to enjoy all of the shops and restaurants all within walking distance.

The rooms were really nice. The beds were very comfortable, and the bathrooms were surprisingly spacious. The area had several unique shops and restaurants. Overall, we were pleased with our visit.

The hotel and conference center sits just south of and across the river from Naperville's bustling downtown. I attended a conference that spanned meeting rooms in the hotel and other nearby buildings. Everything about it is new and clean as of September 2017, just a couple months old. The hotel is actually two buildings connected by an overhead, enclosed pedestrian bridge which doubled as a vendor room during the conference. Hotel food service and clean up for the conference was prompt. Meeting rooms were adequate for our event, with excellent tech support.

Are you undecided where to stay? Let me be of assistance. I spent hours researching a get away for my amazing wife to celebrate our anniversary of 8 years. First of all, the staff is most excellent. Alexa Perillo the greatest hotel manager East of Mississippi booked the reservation, and finalized our room accommodations. When we arrived the free parking was easily accessible and connects to the hotel. The front desk staff Christian and Brandon (think I remembered their names correctly) were welcoming and have great people skills. Our room was more than we expected. Absolutely clean, great design and comfortable. The entire hotel complex was the same. It's next to the riverwalk, close to shopping and dining. We had the greatest breakfast at the hotel restaurant Plank. Hotel Indigo is the best place to stay in Naperville. I'll gladly debate anyone that differs.

Modern new hotel, centrally located in downtown Naperville. Plenty of restaurants, bars & next to park & river walk. My husband & I stayed 2 nights & brought out dogs. Had a great time!

I love the river walk in Naperville so I decided to stay at indigo hotel for my Birthday 9/1, the young man who works the check in desk name Brandon, was awesome very polite and helpful my stay was wonderful I will definitely be back.

Have stayed here a couple of times and so have family members. The people on the front desk are great, but apart from that the hotel is underwhelming at best. My wife left something in our room and after repeated calls they never got back to us, I did the same and the same result. The bar is open from 4pm until 11pm supposedly but it's usually closed by 10pm. No shops in the hotel, room service finishes at 11pm (again, if you're lucky) and no refrigerators in the room so even if you were to bring food or drink back there's nowhere to keep it. I'm looking to forward to when they get some competition in downtown Naperville as they'll quickly lose customers.

Good ambiance. The slab burger was recommended but was not great. Price was very reasonable.

Wine bar is cool. Otherwise it's expensive. I mean… who would spend $230 on a dress.

When we arrived we realized how pretty the hotel was and then we got in the room, immediately realized it was so beautifully different. I had a senior moment when I was booking the room and had booked for the wrong date and did not realize it until was checking reservations a few days before we would arrive. They told me my first reservation had come and gone and I was a no show… but they understood my mistake and gave me credit for the correct night — that is great customer service! Mikayla and another gal (maybe a manager) helped sort it out) They both went beyond expected service! Everything was clean and wonderful. We loved Naperville — Lechocolat de Boouchard was the best desserts and chocolates I have ever had. Empire restaurant had a hidden fun unexpected room we will visit next time we come. The quarry was fun to lay in the sun and watch the divers… go before 11 am and it is just adults, so it is really relaxing. I would recommend Naperville and this hotel! Five plus stars!

We were at the venue for a wedding and it was absolutely beautiful. Great design. The food was incredible. Heard a ton of compliments on the steak. Staff was very nice and responsive to our needs.

Absolutely love the staff, Being a local Business owner I really appreciated the staff for allowing local Prom Kids shelter from the rain this past month by letting them take photos at this Beautiful Hotel. Will definitely recommend to friends & family!

Our room was right over the banquet hall and there happened to be a wedding that evening. Let's just say my wife and I didn't get to sleep until after the wedding was over. Not a great way to celebrate our 10th anniversary. They need some major sound proofing or only keep those rooms for wedding guests. I would not stay there again.

I stayed at Hotel Indigo for my wedding reception. They upgraded our room to a terrace suite over looking the river. It was a beautiful room. The bed was comfortable. The staff at the front desk and the bar were fantastic. The only thing I would say was strange was our suite did not have a door on the bathroom. A friend of ours staying there for the wedding didn't have that problem. So it must have been a quirk of our suite? It was just strange. Otherwise wonderful time.

The rooms were really nice, spacious, and modern. It is a bit of a maze, if you have a big group definitely request to be on the same floor/building… we spent a lot of time going up and down elevators. One downside was the light from the hallway was very bright and came in from under the door quite clearly. Overall, would stay again!

I'm a big fan of the Hotel Indigo chain, and this particular location is my favorite! Great rooms, particularly when it comes to style, and located in a great place for food, drinks, and walking throughout downtown Naperville. I would fully recommend, particularly for those looking for a date night away from the kids!

Rooms are amazing, front desk staff is top notch. Kevin was a huge help when we showed up… a class act! Did I mention that the rooms are amazing, Plank Bar and Kitchen is a great spot to relax before calling it a night. I'll definitely be back soon!

The overall decor is cool. Room was very nice. Couldn't figure out why there was such a long hallway of unused space in the room but overall the room was great. The morning staff at the restaurant is top notch. The night staff, not so much. The rest of the staff was very accommodating. Great location for those who like to walk and do. Free parking. We had a nice time. We will be back.

Pretty rooms, comfortable beds, but service is not what you would expect from a top level hotel. One thing stands out: the street entrance is in a small street off the main road with no security. Just elevators to the 2nd floor lobby. Very strange for a downtown hotel where at least part of the draw is walking to restaurants and evening entertainment. Someone wasn't thinking. They just recently opened, so they might figure out the service issues, but the street entrance is going to be a difficult thing to fix.
