Greeted with a smile. Not a bad start! The facility as a whole seemed a little dated and used, as a heavily populated hotel should. The room, the amenities all in line with what I paid per night for. The parking lot could use a revamp, including the lamps, there are some spots where it could be a little creepy at 2AM. Clean, comfortable, affordable. Will stay again. I initially wanted to write a review about the service so here goes: The service was wonderful. All of the staff I encountered were smiling, engaging and wholly focused on what I needed. Amazing. I've had very good luck with the Hilton product. So far batting a thousand. Cheers.

Very friendly staff. Fairly quixk at making up room during the day. Food in bar is horrible.

I stayed during a working visit. Compared to other business hotels I thought they were a bit stingy with things like letting us have free coffee or desserts, and when our company had paid for such things they had way too much that they took away too quickly. I found the hotel to be clean, and the staff were ok. I just expected a bit more from a Hilton. If it were on my dime, I'd probably go for the Drury across the way too.

Disgusting unsanitary and unsafe. Avoid. Period. Nightmare. Tiles three different shades of filth in bathroom. Room service didnt make beds literally threw clean towels across counter. Tried to use room service cancelled after an hour. Second morning breakfast room service received wrong tray. This place is downright scary. Second night Homeless people honestly stood at doors cussing and yelling at patrons lining up beer bottles on window and management did nothing. Had someone attempt to follow me to my car first night again management would not even call police to have people escorted away. Not everything hilton is nice. Informed management wasnt offered any form of apoligy. disgusting unsanitary and unsafe. Avoid. Period.

I had asked for a room with 2 beds and had to settle for a room with a king and pull out sofa. Needless to say, the pullout sofa was a twin bed. We did get an air mattress they provided, but I did have to get another air mattress from the WalMart up the street since there were 5 of us. The housekeeping was a joke. We got back to our room at 3:00 and our room still needed to be made up and fresh towels brought in. I don't think they made it to our room until after 5. I had requested a late check out and the front desk said it was fine, however, they didn't put it in the system and when we returned to the hotel from a swim meet, we couldn't get in our room at 12:00 and housekeeping was about ready to go in the room which was night and day difference from the day prior. I don't think that any of the Hilton family would stay here.
