Location could be better. Or at least a stop light into the hotel. Very hard to exit left out of hotel with busy traffic. Hotel was decently clean.

We were in town for a couple of days, we booked the room for one night do to our changing schedule. The room was quiet and clean. We had to stay an additional night and the staff was great. They quickly took care of us and made sure we felt right at home. Thanks for the great service.

A nontraditional hotel with rooms with full size fridge microwave and 2 burner cooktop kitchenette sink and ample pantry space. Housekeeping does not come daily but can be requested. Room were clean and relatively well maintained.

Clean, OK, and a friendly staff. TV system is marginal, limited channels, and they are running HD channels down to analog displayed on HD capable flat screens. No one does that anymore. But if you're looking for a good bargin, good staff and convenient location at a conservative price, it is a good place.

Decent hotel, decent location. Traffic in this area can't get quite heavy during rush hour, but is usually tolerable. The room was not to bad however there was hair on the sink from where the last occupant had shaved his face. The breakfast was also quite lackluster and was nothing more than granola bars and prepackaged muffins with some coffee.

My Co worker and I stayed here this past week for 2 nights on business. Room 238 had no air it was not working. We went down to tell the girl at the front desk, still when we came back that evening, no air. The mattresses were hard as a rock. Sorry I generally do not like to leave bad reviews but this is me being honest. Your continental breakfast is coffee, nature valley granola bars and mini muffins. Gee thanks. We will definitely be at the Drury next time enjoying happy hour.

Clean, OK. But, reserved and paid for a King for 12 days, into day 3 and in a queen and still waiting. TV system is marginal, limited channels, some channels missing and no HD. Analog signals on HD TV. No one does that anymore. And remote sometimes works. Long term stay, no hangers in closet. Staff is nice.

Rooms are good, clean. Tubs don't drain well. Breakfast was a granola bar and coffee, hot coco or tea. Thats your choices. Over all, i'd stay there again.

First time staying at an ESA, I wouldn't recommend it overall. Day shift was good with customer service, but not the evening/night shift. The refrigerator was not on. The TV was tiny. It was supposed to be a non-smoking hotel and I was basically told if I didn't know who was smoking, they couldn't do anything about it. There was not a manager around or available to talk with and so I was told he would contact me for follow-up. That didn't happen.

Let me say, if I could award zero stars, I would! We were here for two weeks for a business trip to the area and had never stayed at an Extended Stay America. I doubt I will ever stay at another. From check in, when we asked that our bathroom be cleaned as there was hair all over, and were told that wasn't possible because housekeeping had gone home… so I cleaned it MYSELF. To another guest unlocking our door and walking into our room… he was told he could move into our room! Never mind we were still scheduled to be in the room for four more days! Many issues in between… including other guests literally sitting at ALL 3 entrances to the hotel smoking despite the state law that prohibits this… and being told by management that no one would enforce said law so, basically, suck it up. (I'm a brittle asthmatic) This was an awful experience and I just thank God we worked as much as we did so that our time here was limited.

I gave this hotel another change after finding dry urine under toilet seat the first time. I booked online but called ahead to verify availability of morning check-in because I work nightshift. I talked to the same person twice and was told they got my reservation and a room was available but apparently communication at this place is not important. When I tried to check in the woman at front desk was extremely rude and aggressive. There was not a room available even though I showed my verification e-mail and told her who I talked to. She said, " What do you want me to do? Our cleaning staff doesn't get here until 9:00. You will just have to wait. " I should not have to wait on a room that I booked ahead of time. Staff were very unprofessional. Never going back.

Travelers beware! Rude staff, dirty rooms and no breakfast as advertised! We recently stayed at the Castleton location with my two children ages 6 and 9. My girls are well behaved and respectful. I wish I could say the same for the individual who was working the front desk. She acted as though our existence annoyed her. She rolled her eyes and informed my husband she needed a credit card in case our children “tore up the room. ” Our youngest needed to use the restroom while we waited for our room. The clerk smacked her lips and rudely informed us there were no public restrooms. My husband got the room key and we proceeded to go to the room. It was musty smelling and appeared unclean. We had two towels for the entire family and were unable to get more as housekeeping didn’t have any. The drawers were dirty as was the side of the tub. The beds were uncomfortable and sheets were scratchy. Of course, they can’t help the comfort of the beds and I realize it is personal preference. They can help the appearance of hotel and their ungrateful staff. Never again.

Clean rooms and it was spacious and everything. However, I was not impressed with service… Woke up at 3:30 am and went down for a smoke. Saw the attendant changing the creamers and came inside to ask hopefully, "did you just make fresh coffee? " His response, "it will be out at 5am. " The right answer would have been "no, but I would be happy to make a fresh pot now. " It would be different if their were coffee makers in the room…

Ms. Lisa was awesome. They don't clean the rooms, take out the room trash, nor switch out the towels except for once a week. How unsanitary!

Easy to get in and out. It's close to the heart of Castleton just off the beaten path. Near a hospital, mall, loads of restaurants, and one of the biggest movie theaters in Indy. Just down the street is a great fish market that also will prepare your purchase. Lots to see and do nearby!

Maribel, Jaleesa, Ms Lisa, Chelsea, and Adam W are all incredibly nice and helpful. I asked a lot of stupid and they were alway happy to help. Professional staff and extremely clean hotel. Best place to by far.

Recently renovated. Room is clean and well tended. Kitchenette with utensils provided (you'll need to fetch them from the front desk. We did not use). Wi-Fi is pathetically slow; you will pine for the days of dial-up. Breakfast is a couple of granola bars. King bed not available. Assessment: nothing special here. Average room for a decent rate.

I work for Schneider and Ms. Lisa always made sure we were good taking us to the Operating Center. She was always so professional and nice. This made for an awesome experience.

This Extended Stay was disappointing. The bed sheets were dirty as well as the comforter. I woke up to stink bugs in my bed. One was actually crawling on me. When I informed the front desk they just shrugged their shoulders and said, "Well that's Indiana, nothing we can do about that". They charged the wrong credit card and the manager on duty had zero customer service skills. I have stayed in many Extended stays. I would not recommend this location.

Pretty good hotel! Clean, which is always the biggest concern. The only complaint I have is that the beds are not the most comfy and they had no extra pillows.

5-night stay. Overall, the staff was friendly and the rooms were sufficient. It's in a great location — highway access, restaurants, shopping — combined with being off the main drag just enough to be quiet. The TV is small but worked. The bed is really firm and the pillows are terribly uncomfortable (so bad actually, that I recommend bringing your own if at all possible). The bathroom was clean and everything worked well. The kitchen comes stocked with a single plate, cup, and a few spoons. I should've checked more thoroughly before buying a few groceries because discovering there was no fork, after cooking, was a bit frustrating. And finally, the reason for 3 stars instead of 4: the internet. It is simply terrible. I was in 109, which is dead-smack in the middle of the place and I couldn't do anything besides basic browsing. You cannot stream anything or even download files through email. Due to the nature of my business, this lone factor will prevent me from staying at this location again. If internet is not a big factor for you, I think you'll be satisfied with this place.

We've had a great stay so far here. Got a great deal through priceline. The room was clean and nicely furnished, the bed comfortable. The staff has been nothing but helpful and friendly. Keep in mind that the breakfast is muffins, granola bars, coffee, and oatmeal packets. Im fine with it, but if I were paying the standard rate of $100+ I'd be annoyed that it's not a hot breakfast, or at least w/ fruit and juice.

The hotel is conveniently located near the highway and loads of shopping /restaurants. The surrounding area is pretty nice as well, with a big hospital complex across the street. Rooms are modestly appointed, but everything was functional and clean. Even the basic grab and go breakfast was surprisingly satisfying. Keep in mind that this is an extended stay hotel if you are staying overnight, some things like an ice machine and small bath products are not freely available like at other chains. You'll get basics like soap and shampoo, but not lotion or other things you forgot at home. All in all, it's a great value and I'd visit again if needed.

Hotel rooms were clean and overall nothing wrong with them. There is no breakfast however (cereal bars and coffee) unlike advertised. They also had given away my room once I had arrived (two double room) and gave me 2 single Queen rooms on separate floors. Not ideal.

As a travel professional I cannot recommend this place for a few reasons. First of all, we had to travel 8hrs to get there and upon arrival, the woman that handled our check in removed the ENTIRE reservation when we simply needed an update to add additional people to our reservation and had the nerve to try and charge nearly $90 more than it cost per night. Thankfully, the manager was on duty and was capable of fixing the issue… until check out, we had to deal with that SAME woman again and she tried to once again charge us not only for an extra night (that we didn't owe) but again, charge an extra $100 at that… apparently, based on the people I encountered during our stay, they ran into the same issue… use this place for what it's meant for, an extended stay because bless your heart if you're only staying for 3 days. You're liable to get overcharged. EVERYONE ELSE on the other hand, LOVED them, they are the reason that the rating is even decent. That woman on the other hand needs some serious retraining on their systems to ensure effective guest services.

The place isn't terrible, but there were many small annoyances. The constant fan on the air conditioner couldn't be set, so it was very quiet at night, which made it easy to hear all nearby guests through the thin walls, and their "activities. " They had a bus parked in the way of the entrance. There was hair all over the wall in the shower. The bed was very small. Our room keys were reset the first night so we couldn't get in the room. The staff seemed annoyed by my presence. Basically, I thought it was very overpriced for what you get.

Its was a decent hotel for a fee weeks. Clean rooms friendly staff. I would stay here again.

Stayed here while waiting on our house to close. It was nice, clean, friendly. Nothing fancy but a good place to stay for a few weeks. We got to keep our cat in the hotel with us which was very nice. I would stay here again if needed.

The only thing that was wrong with the hotel was that the fire alarm kept going off for like 6 minutes straight and was an annoyance to almost everyone in the hotel. Other than that the staff were very nice people and the rooms were clean.

The location was great and easy to find beautiful view the service was great everyone there was incredibly nice and I would go bacl any time I highly recommend it.

It was a fine place. Wonderful customer service. The location seemed alright. We ended up staying somewhere else though. Only because of price.

Just leaving after staying in this hotel for the Big Ten championship game in Indianapolis. 25 minute drive from downtown but that is not the hotels fault. The rooms are very clean and offer a kitchen refrigerator and microwave. The TV could be a little bigger but for the amount of time I was in the room it was not an issue. I have to give a huge thank you Jameka, the hotel manager. Checking in very early in the morning, there is a problem with my reservation. Although she was very tired she worked extremely hard to not only fix the problem but I'm sure I had everything I needed in my room for the morning. The ability for a manager to go above and beyond like this is something you cannot teach. This is excellent customer service and I will definitely stay here the next time I am in the area. THANK YOU JAMEKA! Heading back to Lansing. Go green!

The room had a odor but it was a ok place the staff was great.

I get the schneider discount so it's a great value for me but would pay twice if I needed a room in a pinch. Hotel is well kept, clean and the staff is friendly and helpful.

Our stay was heavily discounted thanks to the Naptown Roller Girls. The room was clean, the staffing were friendly and the price was right. We would happily book again with a similar discount.

Not a bad place. TV channels suck. And the sheets are rough. But the rest is nice.
