Breakfast was horrible. Cereal put out but no milk. Sausage was half cooked. Biscuits still hard and frozen at 6:30 am. Room was okay, not the normal Holiday Inn standards. Pool was dark green with hair clump by the pool ladder. Couldn't see the bottom of the pool.
Will not ever stay here again and won't recommend.

Bad experience. Very rude people on the front desk, and the room was dirty, was not clean, and I find old socks in the closet.

I had a bad experience but the manager gave me a discount and made my stay pleasant. It was not their fault but I was pretty upset the roads to the hotel were not ploughed and I could not drive in with my Toyota camry. I got stuck on the road. It was 3pm and nothing was ploughed. They finally came around 6pm. The GM was very understanding and acknowledged what I had to say. Great customer service skills. He even let me park my car in the front until the ploughers came. It was not his fault but I was so mad because I paid for a good hotel so I expected good service. It all worked out in the end Thankyou.

I was ok with the location, The front desk staff was nice and friendly, the pool was closed I didn't bother asking why, if I had to rate the breakfast it self I wouldn't, I understand there was some under construction but you couldn't do the pancakes, no hot water, so no oatmeal and no hot chocolate, no tongs for the bread, muffins, bagels, no spoons in some of the items that needed one.

Lovely hotel. A Great place to have an event or function. Very accommodating and friendly staff!

Very nice. Some construction going on but not a big deal. Room very nice. Breakfast was nice pancakes eggs sausage cereal bagless toast yogurt and really good cinnamon rolls. Pool looks a little older but still nice. Warm water. Hosts are fantastic. All staff very helpful and very nice.

Hotel was clean and pretty well maintained. Only negative issue I had was that the breakfast we had was all cold. Eggs, sausage, etc wasn't heated before serving. Otherwise, it was a good stay.

Very nice. Rooms are cleaned daily, there is outside and inside maintenance. There is air conditioning, a pool (small), nice staff, free breakfast. Very good. Although I am just a teen, so don't trust me fully.

This place is the dirtiest hotel I’ve been in quite some time breakfast never ready at 6:30 the tank for the hot water had black mold in it bread was left out all day I’m staying at a different hotel when I go back to this town I was there 8 weeks fire alarm went off two night in a row at same time.

I wish I could give this hotel less than one star! Rude front desk, rooms not ready, fitness equipment broken, breakfast bread (bagels, toast, English muffins) left out all day and night for bugs and mold. Hot water used for hot chocolate and oatmeal had mold in closed container. Not to mention the fire alarm went off every night at 9:54 pm! Never, never, never again!

Our group checked in very late. Martha, at the front desk was awesome. Rooms were clean. Wake-up calls never received. Problem with the emergency alarm going off in random rooms started close to 8:00 am and scared the daylights out of us. Breakfast was sub-par with dried out muffins, a machine that made rubbery dollar sized pancakes, instant oatmeal that should have been microwaved but there was no microwave, and some other stuff. Pool was also closed. Hopefully, they finish their upgrades soon. I would probably opt for a different facility for a while until they do.

We stayed in a family suite and the adjoining room had no temperature control. Also the hot water was set very hot so be careful. Other than those things it was good.

Rooms are comfortable and we'll maintained. The hotel is currently undergoing remodeling to stay up-to-date. Hotel has a pool. There is no snack bar or food items for purchase near the concierge desk, so make sure you pick up something on the way if you're arriving late. There are a few fast food locations near by and finer dining is about 10 minutes away. I would stay here again.

Had 2 double bed rooms for 2 nights and when we arrived back on day 2 one of the rooms were given to someone else. Maybe because no personal belongings were left in the room so they assumed we weren't coming back? This all took place after a 14 hr day at midnight. They did upgrade the room to try and make it right… FAILED!

Check in with smooth and the front desk was very helpful. They had a great breakfast in the morning. The rooms were very clean. This hotel is a little bit dated. That is the only reason I'm not giving this a five. Everything else was up to standard of the Holiday Inn.

Was a nice place to stay. Quiet, clean and friendly! A place to return for sure. Just no Lula bye songs.

They where clean friendly affordable and the rooms where beautiful.

Decent hotel. Room was fine. However was oddly very unnecessarily large, even for two people. No jacuzzi but there was an oddly depth'd pool. Fitness center was a joke. Same as the room, way to big with barely anything in it. Breakfast was decent.

Basic holiday inn express nothing special.

Nice room, king suite. Not sure about the design, the TV is right in front of the bed, does not swivel or come away from the wall. Very hard to see it from the couch, almost impossible to see from the desk. Walls are very thin, even away from the street traffic is loud. This hotel is not what I'm used to while staying at other Express hotels. Seems like they took over a hotel, and trying to bring it up to standard.

Excellent hotel and breakfast very good!

The rooms are clean and comfortable. The two room suites are especially nice. Excellemt free breakfast and small pool nice for relaxing. No hot tub and no on-premise shop like many HI exp but there are nearby convenience stores and 24 hour Walmart is 5 to 7 min away.

Really nice hotel, in a nice quiet location. Everything worked in my room, all the staff was very friendly. Highly recommended.

Could use better between guest checks. Heat was running full blast even though it was 80 outside and definitely needed A/C running. Otherwise, pretty standard HIE.

Very nice stay. Friendly staff. Pool was great for the kids. No hot tub, though.

Newly renovated. The hosts are friendly. The rooms are cleaned daily. There is a pool indoors. There is not much here as far as eating or night life. You will have to drive at least 15 min for that. All in all not to bad of a place.

Spent two nights here while traveling on business. They are doing some renovations but it barely affects the hotel quality, appearance, and amenities. Surprisingly nice hotel for the area. Good breakfast. The pool open to the lobby is kind of awkward though.

Great place to stay. Very Quiet and peaceful. We pick this hotel due to the fact that it was close to prime time rv manufacturing. Paid a full week in advance and still a little pricey for my taste. Breakfast is great, lots to choose from. Able to get hot coffee till late in the afternoon.

Small pool. Horrible staff. Was told I couldn't cancel or reschedule my room 15 minutes after making the reservation. Pool closes at 10. So for the kids that waited 4 hours for the out of control teens to leave, they are out of luck. No exceptions. Highly disappointed in this establishment.

This is a real gem of a hotel. The staff is very friendly, the beds are wonderful with a choice of soft or firm pillows. Our room had a keurig coffee maker, microwave, and fridge. It was clean and had recently updated everything. It's quiet and has a nice view on the back side. The breakfast bar had healthy fresh options, good hot coffee, and a wide variety in a well lit clean room.

The people there were very nice. However, the hotel was in the process of being remodeled so things were a little in disarray.

Outside is kinda ok, no maintenance on grounds to the level of Holiday Inn or IHG levels. Rooms is not finished I am thinking, one had no hanger system, the other some floor thing had funky hangers. The lobby was super humid and today for breakfast just plane hot. TV selection is good and wireless is good. Room had poor paint job of funky blue on the cubby and not well done, no trim at floor where carpet was up to wall. TV is small, bathroom mirror is different, however not really enough light as it was kinda diffused. Lights from flood in front of building come blaring in like a swat team is getting ready to come through your window. Breakfast was very poorley done, 1 napkin wiched I used, eggs were crusty on edges, little selection. The hotel looks likes its undergoing remodeling, however if its not ready dont be open. Will not be staying here as there are too many choices near by. Oh did I mention it was hot in the lobby, and the elevator makes a loud snapping sound as you go up, like chipping glass kinda bothersome. Oh I do travel for a living so I know what this type of property should be, and this is not it.

Excellent for a night road to the resorts of ski, or work. It is not very luxurious but it complies.

Good hotel, but no pool because of remodeling otherwise really nice.

False advertising. No pool. And it was advertised. N This was the main reason we rented the room. To take our grandson swimming. We used my daughters car and my husband decided to empty her ash tray in the room trash… big mistake. We don't smoke but we're charged an extra 250 dollars… I will never stay there again… Also the cinnamon rolls for breakfast were as hard as a brick. Staff very unfriendly and there was a brown ring around the hot tub. Had to clean it before we used it… I should have took pics.

The hotel was under renovation at the time we stayed however the receptionist was absolutely wonderful and very helpful and we were very pleased with v accommodations. The pool was a main reason why we picked that location however we did not learn that it was under renovation until after we booked it as it was not on their main page website but we were still pleased.

I helped throw a birthday party for my friends son. The room was pretty small, and they put guests in rooms right next to the hall. It was a mediocre venue. Best thing I can say, though… Is the customer service was pretty good.

My husband and I reserved a "hot-tub" room and the tub had 2 non-working jets. Also, the lamp shade by the bed had a red stain and the floor did not look vacuumed. When I informed the staff about the tub they did not seem concerned and I am discouraged to return as the price for this room was significantly more then a standard room. I will not be recommending your facilities to my family when they travel.

We stayed there this passed summer for a few months. Would recommend it with the highest regards. The employees go out of their way to make your stay and comfort their priority.
