Dirtiest hotel bathrooms I have ever seen! If it was for being a sold out Notre Dame game and not being able to find another hotel to move to I wouldn’t of stayed just due to the bathrooms in the hotel! These photos are from when we first arrived in the room.

The pull-out couch only fits one person, luckily we were able to get a roll away bed or we would have had to squeeze two people on the couch or 4 on the king bed. There were no sheets in our room for the couch. The sheets were all stained and had hair on them. The floor was so dirty and sticky our socks and feet were black! We checked in at midnight otherwise we would have left. The next day I got up to take a shower and half way through I found out the water was not draining! I finished quickly and as I was getting dressed we got a call because the water was outside the room! When I explained the situation they told me that when we leave they will come in and fix it. Not one apology and our 4 other members didn’t get to shower! The towels we used to dry the floor were black! We have stayed in many hotels because we have two kids that play travel hockey and soccer and I have never left a hotel but we got dressed and left as fast as we could. Thankfully the holiday inn next door had rooms and took us right in so we could shower. We should have been given a discount for all our trouble. We will never stay here again nor any of our family or friends. Also the advertise breakfast, but they are the only hotel in that block still not serving breakfast.

BEDBUGS! While needed a place to stay while our home is under construction we planned on staying here for awhile. During the 3rd day my fiance sees an adult bed bug on one of the beds. We go down to the front desk where the employee tells us they know about the issue and they spray monthly for it. But we were never told that. So being late and having nowhere else to go they switch us rooms. In the morning when talking to the manager she denies that they have a bed bug issue and says she'll have to look into it. Refuses to refund saying that's their policy and is overall unprofessional. Unless you want to take a chance in taking bed bugs back to your place I suggest strongly you don't stay here because they don't care if you get them or not.
