We came to town to grieve the loss of some family members, and once Brandon (general manager) found out he sent us a thoughtful card, and blocked off rooms for family member at a discounted rate. These were just a few of the many thoughtful accommodations that were made during our stay. 10/10 would recommend a stay here.

Great place to stay! you get a free cookie everyday free popcorn free breakfast free coffee… The place is super clean. But they didn't have any water pressure my shower was just a trickle boohoo.

Plenty of stuff around hotel stores and restaurants and plenty of other hotels. Not very busy when I was there.

I always stay here when visiting family and I've never been disappointed. The staff is friendly, helpful and accomodating. The rooms are sparkling clean and convenient for long stays. The breakfast includes proteins and fruit and a wide array of other choices. The gym and pool are also great for long stays. It truly feels like a home away from home.

Kylie at the front desk was very helpful! I came in very last minute asking to reserve a meeting room for a birthday party. I was very glad she was able to rent it out so close to needing it!

We LOVE it here! Very clean and a wonderful way to get away from daily pressures! The rooms with the jacuzzis are especially nice and spacious!

The young lady who checked us in did a great job. She was friendly and efficient. The room was nice but had a smell and the Jacuzzi could have been cleaned better. The breakfast attendant was professional not as welcoming and the Sunday morning GSR did not in anyway represent customer service. I had basic questions on staying another night, we were going to change rooms not due to complaints. We didn't want the Jacuzzi suite any more and she acted as if I bothered her. So, we checked out and took our patronage elsewhere.

Hot breakfast is simple. 2 or 3 selections at a time. Pretty solid for a hotel breakfast. Popcorn + Cookies in the lobby all the time. Cleaning staff was very friendly. Rooms were sufficent.

Clean, comfortable, and convenient. Breakfast was included which was quite helpful. Extensive cable on the TV was nice. I do not like the gambling that hotels impose on guests though… the thing where you can have the better rate but then there's no cancellations. It's not that I don't understand, but I find that a tiresome approach.

As someone who travels for work constantly, I will say that this particular place is pretty spot on. I work 3rd shift so I particularly have issues with housekeeping. Here it wasnt much of an issue besides when a large group in multiple rooms across the hall had checked out. The Wi-Fi here is id say better than most. Still slow in the aspects of competitive gaming, but you can defiantly stream without a hitch.

Breakfast was great! It was very clean staff was very friendly we will stay again! I will recommend this as a very nice place to stay price was good also!

Very nice hotel with good amenities. Only one real issue I had was the bathroom fans. They are incredibly loud but do nothing for removing smell or steam from the room and in my room it was falling off the wall.

Really clean and comfy. Good breakfast. Pool was small and hot tub was having some issues where the office had to keep resetting it. There where people that had their kids in it when they weren't supposed to.

Late breakfast offered. Extremely quiet and clean. Nice pool and hot tub. The spa room was enormous with almost a full kitchen and seperate bathroom.

Stayed overnight on a family trip. We got a King size bed with a pull out bed and it fit us all (5) perfectly. The breakfast was really good. Overall a really good experience.

Beautiful place! Indoor pool and hot tub very conveniently located! Fantastic staff! Nice breakfast! Free popcorn in the evening along with light refreshments, and fruit. Very conveniently located. You can ask for a handicap room that comes with the hand held shower or you can ask for Jacuzzi room or a Suite! I have no complaints whatsoever about this wonderful hotel. And we checked out at 4 AM on a Sunday morning and got a wonderful snack bag to go!

Near the road with easy access to. Near a gas station, solar three and a Best Buy. Target and Walmart are very near. Breakfast is not generous but enough. Rooms are very well cleaned and the people working at the hotel very sympathetic.

Had a great stay there for a week. Really nice staff clean and homie type place. Would defenently recommend. Nice variety for breakfast as well.

The facility appeared to be clean, helpful staff, I was there due to a marble show and it was overwhelming. A bunch of very friendly and helpful group, had a great time.

Wont be staying again. Was a nice hotel but pulled the blankets down after being in my room for a while and there was blood on the sheets. The maid never changed the blankets.

The front desk person greeted us upon arrival. She was very pleasant and helpful. I had spoken with her when I made my reservation and she remembered our talk. We made our way to the jacuzzi suite. It was clean, and the tub was functional and quite comfortable. The fan above the jacuzzi was loud. It automatically turns on when you flip the switch for the tub. I suspect it needs a good maintenance as the grate looked rather dusty. The towels, bedding and pillows were clean, soft and smelled good. The room also smelled fresh. The a/c unit worked well. Even in these temps the a/c was necessary with the jacuzzi running. I also checked the mattresses for signs of bed bugs and it was in perfect condition, looked very clean, possibly new. The bed was very comfortable as well. The coffee in the lobby was kept refilled all night and fresh. The outside patio area was clean with outdoor furniture to sit on. The cigarette butts were all contained to the butt spot and the front of the building did not smell like smoke. It actually smelled like fresh laundry at the door and was an unexpected but nice touch. The hallway walls appeared dated as did the carpeting. The pool and hot tub looked clean and had quite a few visitors when we passed by but we did not use those facilities. The breakfast was quite delicious. Fresh hot sausage links, hash browns, and french toast on the warm bar. A nice selection of whole fruit, cereal and juices. Wonderful night for a night away from the kids.

Love the indoor pool. The manager we had was Tonya and she was amazing. Very friendly and courteous to our needs.

Always come here when we are in town. The rooms are always clean and nice. If by chance something isn't working, the friendly staff fixes it quickly!

Loved this place. Hot tub available as well as a pool, rear parking with rear entrance. Breakfast was great fresh fruit. Fresh baked cookies in the evenings.

Thank you for a great stay! We really loved the atmosphere, delicious hot breakfast, and clean room! The front porch coziness gave us time with family/friends to visit since that's why we were there! Thank you for being so nice with our whole extended family of small children too! We will be back.

Awesome hotel and staff… we have stayed for a month waiting on our condo to open up, we have thoroughly enjoyed it. Food was good!. Staff was just ultimate!. Pool and hot tub was enjoyed by us and our grandkids. Thanks again country inn and suites you rock!

Our stay was great, but the beds we definitely sub-par and the location made it difficult to access. The room and facilities were nice, but the pool could use a cleaning.

Attended a deposition hosted in the meeting room. The hotel and room were great. Plenty of extra seating was provided when more people attended than expected, plenty of outlets, and the hotel provides free coffee.

Rooms are clean and large enough and the beds are comfortable. I wish the ac units in the rooms were a bit quieter, but it doesn't cause much of an issue at night.

Room on the third floor. Bed was comfy, internet is good.

I travel for work and go all over the states and this is in the top 5 of the hotels ive stayed at, the price is very fair, it has great staff, shampoo, real clean rooms, and excellent breakfast.

My stay this week was great. The check in was easy and fast. The breakfast was spot on my first day. Then they got snow and I had to stay another day with a whole lot of people and a full hotel. That next day everything was still spot on not missing anything. The pool area was clean and not over powering. I will be adding this hotel to my list of places to stay, when on the road.

If you hate a quiet peaceful room. This is t the place for you. But, if you want meat for breakfast, get there early. Overall, I would stay again, even though I am not earning points with my normal chain.

A great facility with a great staff, especially the 'breakfast lady' (who is scheduled to retire soon).
The suite was just what I needed, the pool and spa were tidy, and the fitness center was nicely equipped.

My observation of most of the hotels that I've visited, nationwide, recently, have been evolving through upgrades, adding bright colors, cleanliness and breakfast varieties. Not so at this hotel. My stay was close to unbearable. Unfortunately, I was forced to stay due to the lack of availability within the neighboring hotels. I suffered through a sour smell from the bathroom shower curtain, dingy, dull decor in the rooms, and dirty carpeting in the hallways. I was miserable. This hotel is long overdue for upgrading.

Very nice hotel, clean, internet speed 2.5 mega bits per second over the WI FI system, The staff is great, I found the even numbered rooms to be a little noisey due to the highway traffic. The desk chairs do not raise up high enough to be comfortable. I think they should do away with arm rest on these chairs like the more up scale hotels have done so you can raise the chair to a working height which is more comfortable.
