Room was nice and clean. Bed was comfortable.

Friendly and helpful staff. Pricing was excellent for the area.

Stay was ok besides finding dirty undergarments. Manager failed to make it right with even a discounted room. However corprate helped. :) if I could give less then 1 star I would.

Guy at the desk was a younger fellow… very nice guy. But the hotel demands a $200 cash or credit deposit for "incidentals". Which is more or less, a scam. This is the hotels policy. For those wishing to stay in this town, avoid this hotel at all costs. The rodeway across the street is much easier to deal with. You have to fork over $200 a night to stay at the quality inn. It's just been remodeled, but due to the policy there, it's anything BUT "QUALITY"

We had a birthday party for our son here. The breakfast room and pool area they allow you to use are not connected which we were disappointed about, but still worked okay. Both areas appeared very clean and just enough room for the 25 of us. The kids really enjoyed the pool and we felt a little safer knowing it was only 5ft deep, but still always supervised. Water looked a little cloudy but otherwise clean and my husband said he could smell chlorine. Everyone enjoyed the facility and had a good time!

Enjoyed the stay here. Room was clean, staff friendly. When I come back to Indiana I will stay at Quality Inn.

Overall the rooms are comfy, clean and I like the mini fridge and microwave being in each room. The beds are comfy and overall the hotel seems fairly quiet. The staff are courteous and helpful, and the pool is lovely. My only complaint is the bathroom where the shower curtain is in bad need of maintenance/replacement. I've attached photos for reference.

Reserved a queen got a full. Walls were so thin we could hear the next room. Had to call front desk to have them quiet down. Breakfast not that great. Out of most everything and no attendant could be found.

Great rooms. A lot of Hot water. Very clean and not fancy. Everyone was helpful.

Nice place, clean. The staff was very accommodating. The night manager went out of her way to help us out the night we stayed. Would definitely stay here again.

The cleaning lady was the nicest person I talked with. She deserved 5 stars herself. Blondish brown hair, better try and keep that one. She is a good worker and asset to this hotel.

Over all, the experience here has been very good. I did however, find debris behind the bathroom door, that was leftover from the room renovations. I did point it out to a housekeep, who cleaned it up right away and apologised. It was a smal amount of dust.

No problems at all even during the remodel. We stayed there for the pool so the kids could swim since it hasn't been real warm and was pleased. I wish they had a hot tube though. Would of been n ice to relax in while the kids swam and played.

This was a very nice hotel. Granted it is nessled in a little town 30 mins away from everything, we kinda liked that. It was nice, quiet, clean, and the staff were very friendly! The indoor pool looked nice and the complimentary breakfast was pretty good. Really enjoyed our short but sweet stay here.

We have stayed here before and loved it so we came back and still had the same experience, The staff are very friendly and the rooms are very clean. Unlike other places we have been to where the beds were hard as a rock the beds at Quality Inn were very comfortable. We will come back here the next time we come.

I had no issues here. Because of former comments I asked to look at a room before checking in. Girl at front desk was awesome and understanding. No bugs and looked fairly clean. It used to be Baymont but last Oct they changed to a Quality Inn. I'm on the road and live out of hotels and this will stay on my list of places to stay. It's cheap, clean AND they are remodeling. New carpets, paint, and all new furniture, including beds. So for a, not so bad, it going to be way better after they are done.

Noisy motel, doors slamming often in the hallways and people coming in and out of the two entrance/exit doors. Girl at the counter said they've never had a complaint, well you're getting one now. The bed was made of mush or something, it was like laying in a puddle of goo, very uncomfortable and hard to sleep in. Ended up with a major backache.

Room was clean but dated. TV was small and dim. Personnel were very nice and accommodating. Breakfast was great. Pool looked nice right off lobby.

Clean rooms, quiet stay and I cannot express how impressed I was with Angela, a young, very efficient and customer focused employee. She made sure the breakfast area was clean, stocked and fresh all while covering three front desk. I would hire her in a heartbeat! We will be back next month!

Great service, room was clean. Room has an older vibe. AC is loud, TV is small, but for the price and if all you need is a clean bed and shower, you can't beat it.

My aunt stayed their with her grandchildren, and the kids had such a great time in their beautiful pool.

To remind myself to stay here again if ever in Decatur. Fresh paint, steamed carpet, clean room with nice smell. Friendly staff. Nice quiet stay. All good.

Wonderful room & fantastic staff, very safe area my wife and I took a 2 mile walk on the extremely well lit road behind hotel at 11 pm … no worries. … Big stamp od approval.

Two words: plain and simple — AND affordable and clean — with really accomodating staff, simple continental breakfast, and renovations continue on the 2nd floor. Will certainly stay there again.

No real complaints about our room aside from a noisy fridge, which we really didn't need and unplugged it. Wi-Fi was fast, the room and bed were clean and comfy, and it is a quiet area on the main road; near many conveniences. The breakfast was basic and enough for us. The pool and hot tub were closed due to maintenance.

Do yourself a favor and stay somewhere else. The rooms are dirty, the beds are rock hard, and there is black mold in room 155.

We booked five rooms for our family after a reunion — they had all room keys ready and labelled and had remembered our requests for a fridge and a pet-friendly room. We checked all rooms for cleanliness and bed-bugs and they looked great. One room smelled a little smoky (seemingly from the heater "starting up"), so they switched it for a room in the same hallway. The breakfast room was nice — very basic breakfast offerings (no yogurt, but milk and cooked egg circles and sausages in the fridge to heat up, also cereal + donuts + bread & pastries). We were pleased!

0 is on the high side. Dirty hotel, unhelpful staff, no hot water … won't ever stay here again.
