When you are stuck due to cancelations the staff here is very helpful and understanding.

Their shuttle service is terrible! waited an hour and it never came. Got a taxi instead!

NEVER using the comfort inn shuttle service again. We’ve been sitting here for 45 minutes. A shuttle finally comes and there are 30 people needing to be on it. They took the elderly which is great but they put one in the TRUNK. Told us it would be another 25-45 minute wait for another shuttle. Absolutely awful service!

We booked 2 rooms for 3 adults and 2 teens, once we fell a sleep someone tried to get into our room. We found our room was re rented to another couple within 30 minutes. When the desk called she said I had to pay an additional $50 if we wanted to stay. We went to the desk and they found the 2nd fax for another room. We ended up getting about 4 hours of sleep… NOT happy…

Nice comfortable rooms. Great staff.

Clean rooms better. Found some unused rubbers in room. Dont take over 90 minutes to pick up at airport. I even called and said we are here. Had to get a uber. Cant post my call records here but I got them. Sad! made our 3 hour trip home almost 5 hours.

Infested with Roaches. Where there’s one there’s a community and only God knows what else.

Hotel is not new, kind of old. But very clean and you can have good amenity stuffs. Hot meal is nice.

Room was ok. Got in at about midnight and there was not even a bottle of water in the room. Location was not quite what I expected. A little too far from the airport. Shuttle driver was nice though.

People were great. Rooms very nice. Drivers were very helpful. Breakfast was AMAZING! I would gladly recommend this to anyone in my family.

We had s great two-day stay at the Comfort Inn O'Hare. The front desk staff was polite and helpful. The room was clean. The shower had a nice spray. The bed was comfortable. The breakfast was tasty and plentiful. Then, came the time to leave. The shuttle driver gave our luggage to another motel guest. We spent two hours at O'Hare trying to straighten out the error and retrieve our luggage. Fortunately, it was a helpful airline staff that was able to correct the error. All in all, we did enjoy the visit, but it only takes one employee to ruin an otherwise perfect rating.

Staff was polite, but the building is terrible. The meeting rooms only hold about 30 people comfortably. One of them only if you are under 5 and a half feet since a buildings support beam goes through the middle of it.

Hotel is a bit run down but was worth the price paid for the nights stay. Breakfast was decent. It also took them over 45 minutes to have a shuttle pick us up from the airport.

Location is a bit out of the way from where we needed to be but not bad, they offered a free shuttle service to compensate for the distance. The room we stayed in was very clean and looked good, even had a refrigerator which is a good bonus. The staff we met were friendly and polite. The only real downside was the lack of a gift shop to purchase odds and ends like Tylenol etc. Had to walk over to a gas station. Over all a lovely place to stay.

It was clean and modern looking. Everything looks up to date. Staff was great. Nice people especially the lady in the club room very friendly and keeping everything clean SHE did a very GOOD JOB!

Great staff. Went out and bought me a lint roller because my clothing needed to be pristine for the meeting I was going to. Not the most upscale, but clean. And the morning breakfast was decent. Offered eggs and sausage or bacon every morning.

I stayed here with my boyfriend after the Ed Sheeran concert at the Allstate Arena and it was perfect! Reasonable pricing for a one night stay and was just enough room for the two of us! We had a good night here, really nice hotel! The free breakfast was good too :)

Attendant at the desk was very friendly and helpful. Room had an odd smell but I stopped noticing it quickly. We had to leave to catch a flight before the complimentary breakfast was available in the morning so they provided us with a no-go bag with fruit and muffins, which I really appreciated.

The room was really nice but they put us in a room with two full beds and no fridge when we booked two queens with a fridge. They were happy to give us a fridge, and we weren't too concerned about the bed size. The tub wouldn't drain well the first day so we had to clean the drain, but it wasn't too bad. The room is large and the TV is nice. You also don't really hear the other guests so the soundproofing is great in the rooms.

Worst hotel I've stayed at in the O'hare area. Lobby looks nice, but the room was run down. Hair on the bed, scrapes on the wall, toilet seat peeling, toilet kept running and seemed to be leaking on the floor, faucet not sealed to the wall and the grout in the shower is a nasty rust colour. We had nothing but problems with a certain associate since our reservation. What could have been an honest mix up on their end turned into a nightmare dealing with her. Instead of fixing her mistake and moving on, she refused to refund us despite a man we had spoken to prior telling us we would receive one upon check in. Coming to the hotel we really hoped we wouldn't have to deal with her again and almost made it the weekend without doing so, we even came with our original confirmation, the ones that were updated and incorrect and call log proof. On check out we overslept and weren't sure if we'd be able to pack up the car in time for the 11 check out but we were told when we checked in that if we needed an extension to noon to let them know and it was fine. We called down to the desk shortly after 10 to get the extension and were told no. I called again asking to speak to someone else, the girl on the phone didn't give me to someone else but did tell us it was fine to check out at noon and as I was telling her it probably wouldn't be that late and we were still aiming for the 11 time but she hung up while I was speaking.

Would not recommend. We had 2 rooms. Paid for both rooms at checkout. Price paid was as quoted when we made reservations. Total paid was confirmed both at check in and at check out. Credit card bill arrived one month later with a 3rd charge on it for an extra $40 for a roll away bed. We were never told at any of those 3 encounters (or any other time for that matter) that there would be an extra charge for a roll away bed. We called the hotel. They won't make it right. …So that'll be the last time we stay there. We'll be staying elsewhere next time we come up for an event at the Stephenson Convention Center. Comfort Inn O'Hare can kiss our butts!

Nice hidden Gem. May look a little older on the outside but was impressed with how clean the room was and the property. Appears to have been recently refreshed and upgraded. The room was nice and as a daimond member I was upgraded automatically to a suite without question or asking which was awesome of them. The front desk staff was polite. The shuttle driver saw me pushing a luggage cart with a bunch of stuff and quickly came without asking and brought my things to the room for me which was most kind. The service was very good. Room was comfortable and everything was functioning. There is a restaurant on the property that offers a discount or free glass of wine with dinner as well as free coffee with breakfast for guests. The hotel itself also does its own complementary breakfast separate from the adjacent restaurant on the property. Microwave and fridge in the room was a plus. Airport shuttle was 24 hour and also provides transportation to the convention center as well as the CTA Bus and Train Station. 7-11 Convenience store is within walking distance. Casino with nightclubs and restaurants is within walking distance as well about 10 to 15 minute walk and a gas station is right next door to hotel. Right next to Rosemont with plenty of restaurants, a mall, the Convention Center, Entertainment Park in the area. I would definitely stay again.

This is a pretty good hotel, there are just some glaring issues with the room that dropped the rating from 4 stars to 3. 1. Super thin doors. A couple was having a conversation in the hallway in front of our door late one night. They weren't loud but it was disruptive to us. In a hotel of this caliber it shouldn't have been a problem 2. Awful crampy bathrooms! The space is super cramped and terribly managed. The counter is at least 6" shorter than standard height and terrible to use! The toilet is extra long and there's literally 1/2" clearance for the door and almost no room to stand at the counter. The toilet paper dispensers are tucked to the back left of the toilet instead of installed beneath the counter like they should be, so they're super difficult to reach. The fan makes a horrid super loud sound and you can't have the light on without it. So you either pee in the dark or get a headache in the light.

The staff was very courteous and the rooms are very clean. For being right next to the airport we had no problems with sound in our room. Beds are a little hard but passable.

We stayed here because my husband's Wow flight was cancelled. The Tiffany's restaurant they are partners with was surprisingly decent! Good chicken parmesan and great waitresses. The hotel itself was nothing special, but send decently clean. The staff the next morning were a bit brash. My husband liked their free breakfast.

I have stayed in most all of the major hotels across the country for 20 plus years; probably 30 days per year. This hotel was the best managed hotel over all others no matter what level of cost! The cleaning staff deserves the highest regard as my room was always perfectly set up and cleaned. I don't often leave a tip but I did. Please keep up your fine work; your pride in your positions is obvious! The breakfast area was clean and organized; food was fresh and ample. I will recommend friends and family to stay at your location. You are way above average for all Comfort Inns and all competition!

First thing the room was entirely way too hot when we arrived. Yes it's winter but it was very uncomfortable. We had a king bed room. AC would hardly work and would only stay on for maybe 3 min before it shut off. Had to turn the heat on, then the AC to keep it running and it was getting ridiculous. The table in front of the AC unit may be tricking the thermostat to thinking it's cool in the room, while it was not what so ever. Water was concerning, very foggy but it eventually settled. Chicago city water for you. Rooms however were nice, staff was very friendly but the AC and water issues got to us.

I was there for a convention — the hotel shuttle was extremely convenient and the staff was extremely friendly and personable. They really went above and beyond to provide excellent service. The same can be said about the front desk and the housekeeping staff as well. The rooms were clean and if anything was missing we would have it within 10 minutes. Pretty average breakfast but it's free ;)

Room was great! King suite was very spacious and had everything we needed. Staff was very friendly, and very helpful. The location is alright, lots of places to eat around, and two shopping centers that are about 10 minutes away. I'd definitely stay here again.

Good hotel and rapid service. Older style lobby furnishings. Free airport shuttle service to and from. The staff was very accommodating both with early morning and late night service. When I arrived well in advance of check in, they offered to accommodate within their capacity and was genuinely interested in my comfort in the interim. If I'm in the area again, I'll happily consider visiting again.

Comfy bed, clean space, great strawberry waffle mix for breakfast! The fan in the bathroom was a little noisy, but that’s as much as we could complain. My husband and I really enjoyed our stay!

We had to stay at the Comfort Inn due to fight delay. It is by far the worst experience we had staying at any hotel. The check in clerk was unprofessional and emotionally unstable. She did not great us, nor did she treat us with any respect. She referred to me as "whom ever this is" by looking at our reservation provided by AA airline. When I questioned why she wouldn't address me by name, she said that she can't pronounce it. It is to my disbelief that she reasoned for her bad service for "I had a tough day too", and, she yelled at us, the stranded and stressed travelers for being rude. This is beyond unpleasant and simply insulting. I am an Asian American and I hate to say that this is racially motivated, but one can't help but wonder. We will never stay here again.

We only spent one night in an emergency. The staff was very friendly.

We love this hotel. We have stayed here for the last 3 years for a convention, and we plan to return every year and can't imagine staying anywhere else. The staff is so friendly, and the hotel is the cleanest I have ever seen. The white tile floors in the lobby are always immaculate and the room is cozy and spotless.

The hotel from the outside was dated and looked semi rundown. The inside was recently renovated which was nice. The staff was very friendly. Only complaint is that since the building was older, it didn't offer the best in terms of blocking out sound. With the joining door to the next suit, I could easily hear their TV and it wasn't turned up excessively loud. Just don't think they have enough installation.

Really enjoyed my stay here while in the city for a Tool concert at the Horizon… oops Allstate Arena. Clean rooms, pleasant staff, quiet indoor hallways and an affordable rate. A great choice if you're here for a concert — they provide a free shuttle to and from the Arena too which is a great service.

2 nd time staying there. Love it. Very clean. The girls working the front desk are very polite & helpful. The parking lot is a bit small & do are the bathrooms but I would still definitely choose to stay here!

I ended up having to stay at this hotel after American Airlines delayed my flight for 4 hours and the cancelled it. I was given a voucher for this hotel and a shuttle was at the airport before I could get to the pickup spot. The driver was very helpful and gave several pointers regarding shuttle times for the next morning. He even gave the breakfast selections. The ladies at the desk were also wonderful and gave me a beautiful room. They told where the meal vouchers were accepted. The shuttle was ready the next morning right on schedule. I would highly recommend the Comfort Inn O'Hare.

The check in process went smoothly — it didn't take long, the staff were friendly, and overall it was a pleasant experience. The rooms were nice, though slightly dark even with all the lights on. But that wasn't really a big inconvenience. A nearby restaurant was able to deliver directly to our room, so after traveling for close to 24 hours, it felt like a luxury. The complimentary breakfast was really nice to have access to, as it was convenient and overall a great deal! Lastly, their shuttle service to and from the airport was also a really nice service provided by the hotel, and it was nice to be only about 15 minutes away from the airport.

Nice people. Our flight got cancelled so we got there after midnight. The had extra stuff like combs and toothbrush and toothpaste. The breakfast was great. Room was very nice very clean and the beds were very comfortable. The shuttle bus drivers were very nice picked me up and dropped me off. No worries. Great place. Would definitely stay there again if ever I the area.

We have been checking in few times now in comfort inn but the one in o'hare illinois seems changed our satisfaction. The policy rate per night seems to be changing and they have not giving that information you'll just be surprise that in your bank statement you have been billed with different rates. If that is how the policy works then they have the authority to increase/decrease the rates, so if you're not checking your bank statements you'll end up calling them again and by that time they will inform you about the rate change. I guess better think of another hotel in the coming trips.

Upon arrival the place didn't look to bad and the main entrance was pretty nice, and it didn't seem like it was going to be that bad of a weekend. The two other people that I was staying with had already arrived so I headed up to the room and thats where things went down hill. My friend informed me that her sister in a room a few away from ours had cockroaches, yuck. And even after asking to switch rooms they were not granted that privilege. Our room was that much of a step up either, it was very outdated and we had to slam the bathroom door shut just to get it to close. We also had to pay for extra parking passes, we were only allowed one free parking pass. Also some of the employees were quite rude, when all of me and my friends came back from breakfast we were threatened to be kicked from the premises because he didn't like that we were all running in and out of the hotel. Me and my friends were enjoying a convention at the convention center and we brought a few other people over to our hotel to hang out, not to stay, the manager handled the situation very rudely. But not wanting to be evicted we regretfully complied to his demands. I would highly recommend finding another hotel, even if it might be a bit more pricey it would be worth it.

Great 24/7 shuttle service to the convention center, great spacious room complete with nice amenities like a fridge, microwave and free Wi-Fi. If only the eggs werent so watery but cant really complain it was free.

Stayed for Acen. Our room was dirty and we found roaches. Complained and were told we could change rooms. This never happened and no compensation. It was too late to go elsewhere. The rules changed on the 2nd night, the wrist bands we were told were for shuttle only. We found other ways to the convention that were easier than the over packed shuttle so we ditched the wrist bands. We were then told that the bands were required to even enter the hotel. Ok great. We lost them because we weren't taking the shuttle. Well $20 per band to replace then. Wow. Way to rip your customers off. Also on my receipt they charged my card for parking our extra car which I paid cash for. Supposedly they are going to refund that. Horrible experience over all.

One star giving to the lady in the breakfast place and one star giving to one of the older shuttle but driver. They are both so nice! BUT! Towels in my room is not that clean, heating system noisy, and most annoying thing is one of the Indian (I think) guy who drove the shuttle bus one day was sooo rude! Never ever had that before, and he was pushing some suitcases to my leg and hit my foot and then shut the door. Not to mention smile or greeting or anything — whole time looks like we owe him a million dollars. And when we got off the bus we are all upset and don't know where that came from. Then the next night, I went to the lobby to get some lemon water and found out there was no cup to use so I asked him (same guy standing inside the reception table) and he pointed the dining room and said something with accent. I thought he meant someone has gone in there to get the cup so I waited for 5 mins and then figures he meant I should go into the dining room to get the cup myself! Fine. But The next day the cup tray is still empty no one refilled it. Oh well…

Location was a little sketchy, but the service and room looked nice. Free shuttle service to the L and hot breakfast was a big plus! And the shower pressure was the best shower pressure I've ever experience in a hotel!

Very courteous and (Mostly) professional. Didn't enjoy having to be forced to wait in line while working on a decreptency non related to me. Overall stay more, then made up for the delay in the beginning! Great filling breakfast! Will return!

Ask for the suite, its pretty big. Free breakfest and airport shuttle, very comfortable beds.

I find this property to be very warm and welcoming, the staff is extremely friendly and helpful. It is clean and comfortable to the business as well as the casual traveler. It is convienently located close to all the major highways with access to downtown and all points north and west. I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a quality valued hotel. The management is continually striding to improve the physical as well as atmosphere of the hotel.

Great hotel, reasonably priced. No hassle check-in, check-out. They accommodated my late checkout at noon, which was much appreciated. Everything was clean and it worked. Nice hot showers. Has a nice workout room with treadmill, machines, free weights. Very convenient. Plenty of parking, and there is a restaurant on the same property.

Not very clean rooms. Breakfast is over by 9:00pm. Helpful staff. The smell is unbearable. Not worth the money.
