Stayed here for Journey concert. Great hotel. Very efficient staff and clean.

My sister and I had a good time here. Very clean and the service desk was professional. There was just an issue with parking prices but it was fixed to my satisfaction.

Stayed here to attend a concert at the Allstate arena. Everything was perfect! Clean rooms, friendly and helpful staff, awesome breakfast selection and updated rooms! Their bartenders are the best!

Room was nice and front desk ladies have been very helpful. I liked the breakfast.

Not clean — serve spoiled food — broken elevators — stay away We are staying in this hotel for few weeks as we are waiting for our new home. They “clean the rooms” every 3 days. “ clean” see the photos for yourself. We already complained about this issue 2x. Two elevators — one broke the same day we got here. The other one gets stock all the time. It takes 10min to get down. We ordered food here yesterday and fries were spoiled. This is definitely not a Hyatt experience — stay away!

Got in late Saturday for an early Sunday morning flight. Front desk/check in was awesome! Bar was also good with a pretty good menu and food was great!

I can't say enough about this place. From the linens and cozy beds, to the pool and beautiful bar. Super comfortable, and I'm very picky!

We experienced such sub par service from the moment we checked in last month until today as I am still communicating with them about a lost phone charger I left in my room. No sense of basic hospitality and not even an apology for sending me the wrong item, told me I was wrong!

Rented room and refrigerator didn’t work and then they never told us the top floor Air conditioning didn’t work.

Nice twin room with a cosy corner sofa. Very spacious. The entry / hallway made me feel arriving home then to the living and bedroom every day. Noise near the airport is not a problem, try the cinnamon toast in the breakfast, high light of the day. Thank you all girls in the reception made a pleasant business stay from express check in and out.

Literally the best hotel I've stayed at. I'm a big fan of aviation and the hotel is directly in line with one if the runways and the planes fly within a few dozen feet above the hotel as they pass as they land. The hotel is gorgeous, the rooms were so inviting and comfy, the whole experience was awesome.

Has been great so far! The shuttle to the airport, where we caught the L to the city, was very simple and best of all inexpensive. The shuttle driver Rodrigo was extremely friendly, helpful and went out if his way for everyone, even strangers at the airport. Hotel staff was excellent, rooms were fine. Breakfast (complimentary) was good, as was the bar and food.

We just came here for parking the car to go to the airport… They had complementary water, free charging, and a nice lounge area. The wait time for the shuttle was short and it was very nice… Highly recommend.

They charge you insane to park onsite like 100 yards from the front door. They ask you if your parking overnight when you just booked a room overnight. Like DUH… just insulting. Rooms were great. Drinks priced like normal Hotel drinks. If you like planes landing over your room on runway 27, this is the place for you.

Our room was clean and quiet, despite our proximity to O'Hare, although you might be disturbed if you sleep in. The lobby bar was a welcome convenience and the continental breakfast was an incredible spread in a lovely set-up. I believe we booked our rooms through a third-party site and we got a much nicer room for a much lower price than we would have if we had booked a hotel closer to our activities the next day.

One of the best — possibly THE best — hotels I have ever stayed in. The staff goes above and beyond to accommodate the guests. I ended up with free parking for 2 out of 4 nights I was there, free things we forgot to bring from home, free water upon arrival & free snacks one night. They conveniently have a market inside that sells stuff 24/7 & restaurant that you can order from late at night. All the food we ate tasted like it was made by an awesome chef, the free breakfast was unlike any hotel breakfast we ever had — a buffet that changed every day! The room had a fridge and if you needed to use a microwave they had one downstairs you could use as well as plates! The beds were comfortable, room was clean & modern & the indoor pool was awesome! The only thing that I didn't like was 18 dollar parking but that is no reason to not stay there, I highly recommend this place.

The Hyatt so far… has been great. Except for the fact that the hotel is directly under a flight path. Come 7am… every 15 to 20 minutes you'll hear jets zooming by. Other than that, Hyatt is very nice.

I used the parking service for a two week vacation, the process was super smooth, show your reservation on the front desk they give you a paper to put in your windshield, park your car and take the shuttle. By the time I was on the lobby the shuttle was already there, so wait was 0 minutes! :), on the way back I was instructed to call the hotel, I called and was told to go to exit E, the shuttle took less than 5 minutes to arrive. I would definitely use the parking service again.

The hotel is impeccably clean. The free airport shuttle is definitely a plus. The staff was very professional and courteous and were attentive. Any requests that I had were handled quickly and politely. The hotel is modern and the facilities and the rooms are very nice. The property has a restaurant/lounge with a bar on site and also has a breakfast. The property is very close to the airport within minutes and is close to the Allstate Arena as well as a Target store and strip mall with a few restaurants in it. The meeting spaces in the hotel are very nice and again impeccably clean. The housekeeping does a very good job maintaining the hotel. The restrooms were well stocked and maintained and everything was in working order and in good repair. Very nice hotel near the airport.

Good choice for early flights or connections night in Chicago. Shuttle service to the airport every 15 minutes. Rooms clean, modern, and comfortable. The offer of dinner a bit limited, breakfast very acceptable and included in the price. The price is a little expensive (167 US$ I paid I) while it is in Chicago.

I used it for long term parking spot when I travel international. It is convenient and shuttle runs very frequently between airport and hotel. The hotel facilities looks nice and clean even though I have not stay here yet.

I went to the Hyatt for parking. Using the app Spot Hero and is a cheap in comparison to parking at the airport is a discount of 75%

The hotel looks nice. The receptionist named Michelle is excellent and very hospitable. There is a 24 hour bar and food service. The room was a bit cold and you can hear the highway. Most of the employees are very pleasant. I wrote an email to the manager regarding a negative incident with a different and unpleasant receptionist. If I hear back from her, I would say they are great. If not, they will lose a few more stars.

I left my car parked at the hotel during a trip to Mexico. All was well with the car and the price of parking was reasonable. What would stop there again.

We bought airport parking for a weekend here. Very easy to use. Quick drop off and pick up. Shuttle service was great. Parking was outside but ca was safe and locked in a lighted lot. Will use again when the price is right.

Clean and comfortable room. I love Hyatt Place bed linens. No duvet cover that gets skanked up by everyone else who's ever slept there = awesome. 8th floor hallway had some maintenance issues. I'm not sure if the carpet outside one of the rooms was burned, or if there was some unidentifiable gunk on it. I wasn't going to look close enough to figure it out. My major complaint is that this place is connected to a really freaking creepy abandoned Wyndham hotel. It's not exactly reassuring to have to walk past busted windows and jury-rigged electrical connections to get from your car to your room at night. It doesn't give the impression of a safe hotel, and it doesn't fit the image of Hyatt Place.

Positive — Great place. Nice rooms. Clean. Attractive. Late night bites available. Negative — cold washrooms! No toothpaste available. Parking is $18/night.

Breakfast was super. The fourth spectacular and spacious. Although this is very close to the airport the planes are not heard in the land.

Cleanliness — good. Updated interior contemporary basic commercial design. Has heated room at swimming pool but cold water. (THE POINT) If you have a vehicle when check-in, you'll have to pay parking for $18+cents (& tax) PER DAY, YES ITS 18+cents PER DAY. Whatever happen to a courtesy parking for customers? its not even downtown! other hotel does not charge and you might want to reconsider other hotel that does not charge for parking. But if you like this place and does not bother to pay for it. Why not?

Hotel is well kept and newly modeled. Customer service was professional and amenities were satisfying. Only notch was the shuttle driver who nearly killed us, taking my family to the airport!

All very clean, spacious rooms and personal kind. I have given 4 stars because I found the food expensive for what it was, and the free breakfast could have been better.

I used the parking services here, and so far has been great. The check in was easy, you just have to put a parking pass on the windshield and take the shuttle to the airport. The shuttle leaves every half hour and takes about 5 minutes. I'm still on my trip so I can't comment on how the return process works.

I really really love it, I felt at home. The breakfast was amazing, I stayed for four days and the breakfast was different each day, different type of bread, cereal, fruits, juice, bacon, sausage, coffee, very clean, huge kitchen where the buffet was. Rooms very clean, girls on the front desk very friendly and willing to help us all the time. I recommend it.

Room was tidy. The shower was taken apart when we arrived, so that was odd, probably a fluke. An overall very nice hotel. Breakfast is not included. Location is further from the airport then most other hotels.

After departing baggage claim at the airport I called to ask how long we should expect to wait for the shuttle to pick us up and was told 2 minutes. Two minutes later, there it was! Hotel is staffed by friendly people and we absolutely loved our room. Super quiet, very comfortable and super clean. Would happily stay here again.

Parking is additional $18 and you'll struggle to find a good spot. No microwave in room. Breakfast and breakfast area are good enough. It is close to airport that's why I chose to stay there but there's also a Best Western nearby.

We used the park 'n fly feature and it was very convenient. We dropped off our car and were immediately shuttled to the Departures section at the airport. The return to get the car was a little delayed but it was very busy at O'Hare that day. All-in-all an economical and convenient experience.

My room was ready on arrival. The staff was extremely nice. The room was clean and everything I expected from it. I was staying there to be near the Allstate Arena and the location was perfect for me! Check in and Check out times were very convenient. I enjoyed my stay.

I had a room next to the elevator, 805. It was perfect! Parking is $18 night. Airport shuttle is every 1/2 hr NOT every 15 mins. As I was told. Shuttle driver was unprofessional and didn't help with putting bags in vehicle. No tip for him! Excellent stay. Thanks Hyatt!

The two women at the front desk we're helpful and friendly during the check in process. The accommodations were clean and high quality. The breakfast was particularly good. I'll be staying again.

Parking here was extremely convenient and reasonably priced. The shuttles to the airport are timely and the drivers were wonderful. Check-in was easy as well. Would highly recommend.

Used this place for a Celebration for 65 people. This is a beautiful facility and staff did an excellent job. They were always around to answer questions and very professional. Used also the rooms and very good response. Great breakfast. Highly recommend it! Did not use the bar as much as we thought — drinks quite pricey! Thanks to all!

Very friendly staff and comfortable room. Close to the freeway, so somewhat noisy, but not too bad. A big thumbs up to Katrina in the kitchen! Chatted about the area, and she was most helpful, as was all the staff. Very friendly! Thank you!

Great place to stay! The hotel is in a flight path of O'Hare, but the hotel was soundproofed quite well, so we barely noticed the noise. You can still hear the planes go overhead, but the noise is not obtrusive. Very friendly staff, rooms were in great shape, and a spacious bathroom. Going to an event at Allstate Arena? Stay here! It's a few minute walk to the arena, and no hassle getting out of the parking lot after!

This is a great place to stay if you need to be close to the airport. Prices are a bit cheaper than others in the area, but there is no skimping on quality of the facility or the awesome staff. It would be great for a longer stay as well, but you do pay for parking and the lot is small for the size. I'm sure that is because many fly in and out and use public transportation and their airport shuttle. The long line when we checked in did not keep both ladies at the desk from smiling and acknowledging us. The line went quickly but no one was rushed through. The desk staff was friendly, helpful and efficient. The lobby is very nice and inviting. The entire hotel is very classically decorated. Modern, but not overdone or trendy. The room was very nice from the spotless bathroom to the comfy bed to the 2 outlets near the lights p n each side of the bed. This was great for recharging any electronics. Airport shuttle runs every 30 minutes all day. Everyone we met was friendly and helpful. We would absolutely go back.

We were there for 1 night to get someone to the airport. Staff was great shuttle to the airport was great room was great. The only issue was the A/C was set real low and it took awhile for the room to warm up. Easy to get too and out of driving wise.

I have stayed at some sub-standard hotels around O'Hare. This is not one of them. The staff are very friendly. The rooms are clean. The food in the hotel restaurant is even pretty tasty and not over-priced. It has a pool and is just 2 miles from the airport. There is even a MacDonald's within walking distance. If you have small children they will be mesmerized by the constant stream of planes flying over-head, and yet, the hotel is not affect by airport noise, at least I did not notice it at all.

This place was fantastic! I loved the room, it was so clean and chic. It is very close to the airport, but I didn't find that to be a problem. The planes will literally land and take off right over the hotel, and if you're outside it is loud, but inside I don't think it was any louder than regular city traffic. The staff was nice, people always said hello in the hallway. The water could get super hot the shower which is a plus I think. The TV was nice too and the bed was really comfortable. I would totally stay there again.

The room was clean and spacious with a huge 360 degree swivel TV. The breakfast was delicious. The staff were pleasant and professional. The pool was clean and at a comfortable temperature. It was exciting to see the planes fly over the hotel. There's so many activities nearby in Rosemont. I had the best birthday ever.

Came here for my birthday weekend with sisters (8 of us in all) we stay in a suit and we all loved it. Very clean, great staff, nice pool area and great parking. We had so much fun and plan to return.

I recently stayed at this Hyatt while traveling for work. I was very satisfied with EVERYTHING about my stay. I am a breastfeeding mother and I wanted to be able to save milk on my travels to take home to my daughter. The employees were so helpful and accomdating. They happily kept everything in the employee refrigerator and freezer. No questions asked. Every time I had to ask a favor, their response was always "My pleasure". It was such a nice stay. I would definately go back if I ever had the opportunity to go to Chicago again!

The new rooms are very nice. The staff is very helpful and courteous. They helped me several times, which I needed since we have a small child. The pool is great and has pool toys for kids. I would happily stay here again.

Our room was very nice, clean, and spacious. Hotel staff was helpful and polite. Good hot breakfast is included. We were on the side of the hotel facing O'Hare; that turned out to be pretty neat watching the planes taking off and landing after dark. Even better is that there were no noise issues with the airplanes. We never heard them while inside the hotel. Finally, we attended an event at the Rosemont Allstate Arena, and Hyatt Place was super convenient as it was just across the parking lot.

Had initial concerns about the inflight swath, but all best.

Food was great, room was very well kept. Nothing out of order, broken or alarming whatsoever. All of the amenities were above and beyond expectation. Shuttle back to the airport was full so they arranged a free cab to take me. Wow, just wow. Also very beautiful architecture.

This place was buzzing when we stayed. There was a huge rap concert right down the road so this place was packed at night. But the rooms were amazing, the breakfast was awesome and they brewed starbucks coffee (for purchase) which was a plus in my book! The stock coffee they serve isn't that great (if you are a coffee lover). This place was high class and affordable. Would definitely recommend you staying here. The only reason it got 4 stars was because the parking they provide is layer out poorly. Either you got the few prime spots in front, or it's all side of the building parking which lends for awkward maneuvering while trying to get in and out. Overall, I would highly recommend you to "Stop on By! "

Gym was decent, nice size, very cool Nordic ellipticals. Pool is a nice size with lots of skylight. No hot tub tho? Why!? The room was kind of small with two queens and a pull out bed. No option for a suite with two rooms inside here. That I know of. Breakfast is delicious. Not the best free breakfast ever but it's good.

I always ask my husband, "Would you stay here again? " We both concur. Most definitely we will return. From the shuttle that picked us up at midnight to the front desk (Melissa very hospitable). We arrived without any luggage because it was shipped through to our destination. Surprise to us, but Melissa put a toiletries kit together for us. Our room was very nice and comfortable. Breakfast was over the top. Go just for the breakfast because it is the best ever!. Put the Hyatt Place on your to go list. Sooo close to airport by shuttle!

Hyatt Place fans beware. Having stayed at many Hyatt Place properties, I was surprised that this relatively new property dramatically departed from the blueprint of rooms that I've always received in the past. In fact, I honestly thought there was just one category of Hyatt Place room. Well, this property was unique in that there is evidently a "base" category of room that I've never encountered before … very much a small, plain-Jane room with nothing setting it apart from other hotel rooms from a variety of other companies. Evidently the "standard" room experienced at other Hyatt Place properties was an upgrade here and called a Queen Suite. The other aspects of the hotel — esp breakfast — were the same quality I'd become accustomed to but, due to the room issue, I'd probably not stay here again.

The hotel is very loud — Doors slam very easy, they can not be closed softly. It is in a direct flight path. Door to bathroom has glass, lighting the entire room up at night. The pillows are horrible, 2 of the 3 requests we made were not full filled. The TV picture kept freazing and mad it almost impossible to watch it. The lot for parking is very small and they charge you $18 plus tax making almost $21. The breakfast in the morning was okay, food was over cooked and it sat in a pan on a heated stove top.

Excellent treatment and a place to travel visiting other points of the city.
