Apartments absolutely recommended after two stay (4 Weeks each).
Equipment of the Apartments with all the necessary and including Trocker/washing machine. A Star Deduction for Quality of Décor (max. Ikea quality) and older Bathroom.
For longer Stays, longterm parking (monthly rate of $350.00) is recommended.
Staff very accommodating and friendly!

If you enter the room you will be amazed because it really is a big apartment with a fully stocked kitchen and everything you need. But if you spend a few nights you'll realize how rundown this place is.
1. About 60% of all the power outlets in their rooms are not working. Some of them are even hanging out of the wall which is dangerous.
2. The walls are very thin, if someone is in the hallway it's very loud.
3. The rooms are not clean (stains on the sheets etc. Housekeeping is not their strong suit) and the bathtubs are usually always clogged.
4. You have two different temperature controls — both will not work.
5. The fully stocked kitchen is cool but be prepared to wash everything before using it because none of the plates or cutlery will be clean.
6. The floor needs a complete rework.
I think they build these apartments and realized how many mistakes there are — and then when nobody wanted to rent these things they simply turned it into a hotel.
You can get a very good hotel in Chicagp for the same price so I wouldn't recommend spending your nights here.
They also overcharged me a few dollars. If they do this with everyone (which I assume) they will get a pretty good profit out of it.

I have attempted to make reservations with them three times. The first time, they said it was too late to accept reservations, she wasn't the right person to do so, and I should try again the next day after 10am. It was concierge (she was actually quite pleasant), and I could see that being the case. I call a bit before noon today, and they tell me I need to call after 3pm. I call at 3:09pm, and they tell me it's too late to make reservations. I start explaining that I'm just following their instructions to a T, and they just hung up. The place looks phenomenal online, but they have to have the absolute worst staff to actively give out information to prevent customers from trying to book with them for 1-3 weeks. Take your business somewhere else — they clearly don't want it.

The view is amazing, easy access to parking. It is a perfect location for a long business stay or an extended getaway. The furnishing and rooms are immaculate and very pleasing to the eye. Im already looking to book in the near future. Good company, great branding and excellent staff. Its a breath of fresh air to find in an already congested market. Great job!

Really nice place. I am here for a 19 days stay. Hence would have appreciated if the place was a little more stocked in terms of handwash, basic kitchen supplies etc.

This is a scam. Typical bait and switch scan, they will advertise very nice flats them 2 days before your arrival contact you to let you know that there is a "maintenance issue" so they cannot let you the flat you rented. However because they are "very nice" they can offer you a substitution flat of course at the same rate… When you arrive on site you realize the subsitution flat is not worth the money, usually in student housing so very noisy. You can try to contact them but as you paid in full in advance, they wont answer (special mention to Mr Anton Kogan in Chicago who is probably deaf or forgot to plug in his phone), wont return your voicemail or email, even if you ring the number on the website you will get someone in a low cost country who has no idea of what they are doing and will "contact the local office and let you know"… of course I am still waiting for the call back. These guys are to avoid at all costs.

Rooms come complete for extended stays, full kitchen, bedroom with walk-in closet, full bath, washer/dryer, gym and pool. The gym and pool is shared with the hotel on the lower levels and can get a little busy as they aren't the largest. Rooms are serviced only once every 2 weeks. The room has a distinct odor and has a few annoyances such as light switches not connected to the various lamps situated around the room (you end up having to turn the dial knobs on each one to turn them on/off). Each room has its own dedicated Wi-Fi router which is nice.

Amazing place! The apartments are beautiful, great view, friendly staff, awesome facilities, nice area. Would recommend to anyone on an extended stay in Chicago.

Good guest management, cleanliness, good cut and size of the rooms. Central location with restaurants, shops and supermarkets next door.

Location is fabulous — just a few blocks from so much entertainment, shopping, and history. Staff were excellent even for this level of property. Room was great (floor to ceiling windows with great views), with a few small concerns or maintenance niggles such as the ice maker and a bit more wear and tear here and there than expected. Beds were not good — worn out mattresses and noisy frames.

Very good location, 10 mins walk to the Loop, 5 mins to the Riverwalk, and very good connections to the subway. Great views of the skyline. Has gym facilities and a swimming pool, but don't expect an Olympic sized pool. Unfortunately can't give more than 3 stars, as service is not up to par. Kitchen sink got clogged, reported to the front desk in the afternoon, and still no attention or resolution from them over the night. (Stayed here for more than a month)

This has not been a good experience at all. We're staying @ apt for 14 nights and 5 nights we had to sleep on a bed with a broken back spring (@ 4 places) and a matras which had died 2 years ago. If we wanted our kids matras changed we would have to pay an additional 180 dollars, because they're opinion was that there was nothing wrong with this fluffy matras! For real. Outrageous. The communication with front desk/manager is very poor. They don't follow up, unless you stalk them. Even a request for toilet paper refill is a struggle. We're not receiving any compensation for 5 horrible nights, with barely any sleep at all. Our backs are sore and hurt a lot. As a family, we only got 3 pans to cook. The apt was surely not clean: it's a huge dust pile! Sneezing and watering eyes are common, even though we don't have allergies unlike our youngest son. The stove was dirty, the door handles in the kitchen are sticky, the cutlery had stains and the fridge was too gross. I had to buy cleaning supplies and you may guess what my first job was after a 24 hour flight from Sydney! They only give you one sachet for dishwasher and washer. Furniture is old and not properly functioning. Needless to say we are not satisfied at all. Huge disappointment. We love our hometown Chicago, and love traveling with Airbnb, but BridgeStreet is off our list!

Called to verify check in time and told anything after 1600 was acceptable. Drove nearly 1000 miles to spend time with friends and explore the city. Around d 2230 I arrived at the hotel and was informed that my reservation had been cancelled 2 days prior by someone that they could not name. My checking account had been charged the full amount of my reservation and I had the emails from the initial booking, invoice, and confirmation. All they could say is sorry and have not been able to answer my calls to get this resolved.

This hotel was very clean, the staff was amazing and we would stay there again when we come to Chicago.
