I travel 4-5 times a year to this area and always stay here… Great location, Clean modern rooms and friendly staff…

I love this Cambria so much! All of their staff is super friendly and super willing to help you with anything you throw their way. Tasty food and drinks and very comfortable rooms! During my stay I left my laptop behind and they were able to locate it and are sending it out via FedEx so I can expect it shortly. This is my go to for when I’m in the Rockville area.

The Cambria concierge was fantastic. I mentioned that my wife and I had been collecting the designer coasters that have been used in promotions. Even though they have switched promotions to a food and drink voucher, she went out of her way to search for the collectible coasters they had left over. It’s the little things!

I had the pleasure of having Akita check me in this evening. From the moment I walked in the door I saw this bright smile and uplifting spirit from her. She was so very helpful and friendly. I felt like I had known her for years. The hotel is clean and the beds are the best. I had breakfast and it was hot and delicious. I would recommend this hotel to anyone coming to Rockville. Akita… never lose your shining spirit.

I recently spent four nights in your Hotel. The accommodations were excellent and the staff at the front desk were delightful. The proximity of your hotel dinging and entertainment made this a great stay while visiting Rockville.

Nice hotel. Very clean with large rooms and nice bathrooms. There's a parking garage right next door with lots of places to eat within walking distance.

Cannot say enough about how wonderful this hotel was. They even were able to offer me a specialized room for my disabled mother that involved a seat in the bathroom shower and handles for her. Will be back next time in in the area. Lovely boutique hotel. My only suggestion would be to add mimosas to the breakfast menu.

An unexpected pleasure when staying here. A hotel that is part of the same group as Comfort Inn is better described as a high end hotel. Our stay was wonderful. The room was large and clean. The hotel was peaceful, no interruptions. The staff was helpful and pleasant. We had a much nicer stay at the Cambria compared to the Hilton!

My boyfriend and I wanted to take a long weekend trip to DC. We rented a room here as the rates were much less than staying in DC. The hotel and room was very clean and up to date. The staff was friendly and helpful. The area is really cute with lots of restaurants and bars within walking distance. There is a small public square that had live music Friday night (starts in April). The metro was only about a block away and fairly quick and easy ride into DC.

Great location in Rockville that is walkable to restaurants and shops, the square, and public transportation/train station. Rooms are huge, spacious and very modern and minimal. The bathroom in my room was like a spa and beautiful. Friendly staff. Great for business meetings.

Great hotel very beautiful and top notch rooms. The pool does not open till 4pm during the week, it would be nice to swim in the morning. Rocky at the front desk is a true gentleman. And possess great customer service skills. I certainly will recommend this hotel. Great food locations around the corner.

Great hotel. Would definitely stay again. Very clean, great accommodations, food, friendly staff and very quiet, pleasant. Plenty of businesses, food options and things to do in the general area. Planning on coming back when I can take time to visit DC and will definitely be staying here. Great job Cambria!

2 nights with water turned off midnight to 5am, which wouldn't have been a big deal except the water heater couldn't catch up, so I had two cold showers for a mere $150 per night! Front desk agents seemed non plussed. In addition, you heard everything from the street thru the walls or windows. Hotel was empty, can't imagine having neighbors and finding out how thin the interior walls are if the exterior noises are so evident. Lastly, there was a random single phone ring at 3am, my colleague in another room got the same ring, so must've been a system glitch. Won't be staying there again!

I would like to give 5 start, this area it’s very nice we can going anywhere easily, but the thing that I really compliant about the bed it’s not very safe for the kids. Always bump with the because the bed more long then mattress.

Just the ticket! Travelling on business — no time for unnecessary frills but need for comfort, professional, expedient and professional service. Cambria goes above and beyond in this. Oh yes, and very well situated for amenities, services and entertainment without having to waste valuable time hunting for them!

The rooms very spacious and clean. Staff was professional and friendly. Parking was easy and the hotels location is close to many shops/restaurants. Good variety of food/drinks.

Cambria Hotel & Suites had one opportunity to really wow me, and they dropped the ball. This was my first stay at a Choice Hotel brand, and will likely be my last if I can help it. I was in a bit of a bind as I needed a hotel within walking distance of the Montgomery County Courthouse, and Cambria seems to be the only hotel in Rockville Town Center. I checked in on a Friday evening. I had a string of job interviews scheduled for the next morning and early afternoon at the courthouse, and was hoping to get a late checkout at the hotel that day (3pm) so that I could change clothes before beginning my journey home. I was told that I would need to pay half of my room rate (~$75) if I wanted to check out at 3pm, though a 1:30pm checkout would be free. I was surprised that management would not accommodate a mid-afternoon checkout. I must be spoiled by my status with Marriott Hotels (had a Marriott brand hotel been in this location, I would have stayed there over the this hotel), because I have never been asked to pay for a late checkout request like this. Accommodating this fairly reasonable request would have made a great and lasting impression, however now I am not inclined in the least to patronize a Choice hotel again anytime soon. In terms of the hotel itself, the room was clean and spacious. The bathroom only has a shower, so if you are hoping for a room with a soaking tub, look elsewhere. There is an indoor pool onsite (read: child magnet).

Competent staff, stored my luggage till check-in, texted me when the room was ready, fixed microwave when requested, comfortable rooms but no commentary breakfast.

Convenient location. Very clean. Good sized rooms. Walls are pretty thin though.

The rooms, amenities and service are all great. The Wi-Fi signal could be a bit stronger. I would highly recommend the Cambria Hotel in Rockville.

Over-priced. Parking fee extra. Smelled of smoke in non-smoking room. No breakfast. Hard to find — street not on my GPS.

Absolutely love this hotel stayed here with the wife and family on a trip to Washington DC I would recommend this hotel to anyone staying in the area it was a short 25 minute drive into downtown DC. This hotel was a 4-star hotel for a two star price. The hot tub and pool were awesome rooms were super clean loved it.

I attended a training conference here. The room was pretty bare bones and there were no amenities (I've never been to a conference that didn't offer at least drip coffee. Come on, now! ) but the staff seemed responsive enough. They lose a star because although parking was included with my 5 day conference, they didn't explain how the parking tickets worked and it ended up being a huge hassle to get it straightened out. It was extra weird because they take the time on the first day of training to explain the emergency exits and that you will need to get the ticket for parking. It would have taken them 5 minutes to explain that you need to use the ticket to come in as well and it isn't like the validation tickets. The location is great, but not the best meeting experience.

Good gym. Large room, comfortable bed, kurig in room which is a definite win. Temperature hard to control with a/c and heating. Would stay again. Would recommend. Staff friendly.

The Cambria Hotel and Suites is a great place to stay I received excellent service. The atmosphere is great all the staff made me feel at home. I was there for 7 days on a business trip. I have absolutely no complaints. Everything was in working order in my room. I would recommend the Cambria Hotel and Suites to everyone I know whether it's for business or pleasure.

It's a nice hotel, but there are no such things as complementary services here. Parking is $16 a day. We were told certain items on the breakfast menu were complementary, but that ended up not being the case. Instead we would've been forced to pay at least $8 for a simple plate of bacon and eggs. I would not be surprised to receive a bill for breathing too much of their air. Other than the outrageous charges, not a bad hotel.

I can't stop booking my events here beacuse Chef Jason, Leo and the staff are very very good, personable, great awesome food, very hospitable and accommodating. Great place to gather friends & family. I will always refer them to anyone need a venue.

What a fantastic experience! We drove in from CT for 4-night stay to tour local colleges for my daughter. This hotel has been THE best I've stayed at, ever. The service was excellent, the room was extremely spacious, clean and modern (wish I could take the bathroom back home w/ me) and the price point was comfortable. The common areas are well taken care of as well, that includes the entrance/bar area, hallways, pool/gym area and parking. We were able to take advantage of the pool and Jacuzzi — small gripe, that chlorine is STRONG and I feel awful for the lifeguards having to be exposed for long periods of time. The gym has pretty much everything you'd need to weight train (cable machine, free weights) and get in some cardio and it's super clean. The metro is less than 5 walking minutes away, takes about 35 minutes to get to the heart of DC. There's a movie theater, restaurants and nice little shops right when you step foot outside the door. I would go back in a heartbeat. Thanks Cambria Suites for making me and my family enjoy such a special time in our lives!

What a wonderful experience artiving at The Cambria in Rockville from my check in which they were all so welcoming all the way to saying goodbye to Adelaida the housekeeper taking care of my room 613. She was so pleasant and what a smile, made me feel right at home, I hope she hears that the lady married to a peruvian gentleman like her appreciated her service. Over all your hotel and staff are amazing!

This hotel is the best hotel I have ever stayed at! My son and I feel that it is home away from home! The hot tub helps my sons Autism and the staff gives us both a huge lift! The staff, Andrew, Rocky, Brian, and all the wonderful women that work the front desk make coming to the hotel a joy!

The Cambria is really amazing. The room was gorgeous and very clean, not to mention comfortable. The view was fantastic. All the staff we interacted with were incredibly kind and willing to help us with any issue we had. I would totally stay at the Cambria again if I ever go sightseeing or need to visit the DC area.

Nice stay, good service. Only 2 things in service desk we attended a Miss than not smile and we feel that was angry. It is the second time that I stayed here and my only serious suggestion that include the cost of parking at the cost of the room. I imagine the majority of guests come in your own self and so the cost of parking is not seen as an additional cost. Because other hotels in the area do not charge for parking.

We greatly enjoyed our three nights. The rooms are new with more space than expected. Rockville is a very cute location — our daughter felt like we were on a movie set with the lighted trees, restaurants and quaint park. Very short walk to the Metro as well as Ben and Jerry's! Construction in the building at 6:00 a. M. Was not a highlight — the staff could have been more forthcoming with that, but the hotel was an excellent value. We are looking forward to visiting again next spring for a wedding!

Pluses: Attentive staff; excellent breakfast buffet; large, clean room. Minuses: had to go down to pickup room service meal, most lights in the room were fluorescent. Overall: would definitely stay there again.

Wonderful property! only one complaint there front desk manager Andrew Pilahome was not at all helpful in a issue I had at this property. The front desk supervisor Rocky Parajuli went above and beyond to try and help me, when he was at his wit's end he put his confidence in his manager Andrew Pilahome. This young man did not in any way shape or form try to help or solve our issue, he devalued us as people and definitely returning customers. I've never been at property were management disregard a paying customer that has checked out then opted to check back in because they enjoyed there stay. The property is beautiful and I'd recommend staying there the location is great walking distance to just about any and everything not to mention the a movie theater just steps away.

I stayed at the Cambria Rockville Maryland Town square, it was the perfect located, lots of great restaurants and shops in area. The hotel staff on reception was warm friendly and very engaging as were housekeeping and everyone that I met during my visit “very attentive”. The Social Circle in the Lobby was a great place to come back and just hang after a long day at work. The rooms were large and had super comfortable beds and were well-kept. Overall I would recommend this hotel to all of my friends.

This hotel was recommended by a friend for the cleanliness, service, reasonable prices. We loved the room and the staff. The first night was great, The beds were very comfortable. We slept in late. The next night was good as well. Sunday morning, SUNDAY morning at 9 a. M. My daughter and I were thankfully up getting ready for brunch. We heard this horrendous noise. It actually scared us. I felt the floor vibrating then the pounding started. The first sound was a drill. It happened over and over again. It was still going on when we left and hour later. This morning. It started at 6:45 a. M. I called the front desk 5 times. I was given lip service. I was told the whole hotel hears it because it is internal drilling. Does the whole hotel sleep right above the noise? Does the whole hotel feel the floor vibrating? I was told the workers were told not to start till 9 a. M. I was told that they would be talked too. The pounding and drilling never even paused. By the 3rd call I was told they will take off one night. They will charge the construction company which is BS. By the 5th call I was told they were waiting for the GM to come in. I asked for them to have him call me. As of yet, no phone call. T I think I deserved to know there was construction going on we should never have been given that room or any room around it. We should have been given a room well above the construction. I would have been a loyal customer to this hotel as I will have 2 boys in school in Rockville.

My family and I stayed here in August 2015. This was one of the best hotels I ve ever stayed in. The employees were great. Very thoughtful and always willing to help and gave great advice to local places to eat and shop. Very close to places and the metro. Planning another trip this summer to DC and will only be staying here. The rooms are very spacious and clean.

I recently stayed at the Cambria Hotel & Suites for my annual staycation and I must say this was the best stay ever at a hotel. The rooms were absolutely gorgeous and comfortable. What I loved best, was the staff. Rocky was so nice and great during my stay. Leonardo Cappelli, the food and beverage manager was so welcoming and kind, I absolutely loved the minestrone soup and the careful attention that they give to their clients. I also really liked meeting Andrew and the young lady at the front desk this morning (my mind is drawing a blank — but she was awesome too). Thank you for an amazing weekend getaway and allowing me to relax in style with the comfort of having the best staff possible to make sure this was a great stay. Keep up the great work and I highly recommend this hotel to everyone.

The service was good during a private event. It was easy to reach and parking is very ample. The food was also very good.

Worst hotel experience ever! Customer service was awful. Staff was more interested in discussing there social life with each other instead of checking people in. Additionally, anytime you ask for a request they roll there eyes or make a big sighing sound. Also, there were multiple erroneous charges to my bill. When I tried to dispute it, they could not give me an answer as to why the charge was there. Then they tried to say it was a smoking charge. Since I am not a smoker and did not smoke in the room I asked them to provide proof, and they refused to do so. There are so many more options for places to stay in the same price range and quality. If you're looking for poor customer service and fraudulent charges to you credit card then this is the place to stay. Furthermore, the staff will have there friends hangout in the lobby. They are obviously loitering and not guests of the hotel or restaurant. If you a single woman traveling here on business, definitely avoid this hotel. There were several instances of shady people loitering and looking to take advantage of unsuspecting travelers.

I've only been here for 2 hours and am already thoroughly impressed — great customer service, a welcoming atmosphere, and great quality rooms. I will definitely be looking for more Cambria hotels and hope that I will one day find myself back at this location down the road.

My fiance and I recently moved to MD and as we were looking for a place to live we stayed here for almost 4 weeks. I cannot say enough wonderful things about the experience from the amenities to the room to the food and especially the staff. Within a short time the staff knew us by name and made us feel like royalty. They made the stress of the move so much easier. We had a tremendously wonderful time here. The customer service you receive here is not just rare, but practically extinct. I'd like to acknowledge and name each member of the staff, but that would be a really long review. So… To the entire staff… "You were all phenomenal. Thank you so much"

Very friendly staff, some of the staff even called our family by name. Good food in the hotel, good food around the hotel. Close to the metro, and 1/2 of it was a covered walkway. No complaints, if I make a trip to the DC area I will look them up again.
