Showed up at 12:50 am took 20 min to check in because we were told that we did not have a reservation. I showed the woman my email confirmation and the charge on my card. She insisted that we did not have a reservation. She was able to give us a room but we had a room with 2 beds, this one had one. I was too tired to go back down and argue.
Horrible experience.

My boyfriend and I stayed at the Sleep inn on December 12th for a one night stay. It was great experience and the staff was nice. The one thing I wasn’t too crazy about was the bed was hard and not comfortable and didn’t sleep well but other than that it was good. We would stay here again.

Bathroom was not clean. Did not feel safe staying here during a global pandemic. It was not cleaned with water or soap let alone any type of bleach or Lysol. I left about 1.5 hours after check in. No apology given, no refund or partial refund given, no comments or feedback from hotel. I found that very unprofessional. Front desk lady was nice.

The mask nazis at the front desk are awful. I would never, ever stay here again, and I think you would be foolish to consider it. The whole hotel stinks. It's probably full of disease. You're better off staying at a tattoo parlor. So the Wi-Fi doesnt work … it wont bring up the login page on your computer. The hotel staff instructed me to call some vendor tech support. TV is HD cropped to 4:3, converted to analog, and then the tvs are set to stretch the 4:3 to 16:9, meaning they dont provide the entire picture. Truly horrible service in this day & age.

Comfortable bed. Also friendly staff, we couldn't have felt more at home.

Room smells awful, only one cot and it’s being used, I use choice hotels regularly and thought they could upgrade me to a better room.

A shower door serves two purposes, it needs to be able to keep the water from leaving the shower The shower door should slso offer a modicom of privacy when you are in the shower. These transparent leaky shower doors fail miseranly. There breakfast invlude instsnt coffee and it tastes like it.

The desk staff were great. The rooms felt damp and the sheets were definitely not changed from the previous occupants. Complimentary breakfast was better than the ramada by a long shot. I wouldn't stay here again because of the humidity in the rooms and lazy cleaning staff.

I have made a habit of staying at Sleep Inn during my travels for softball. As with my previous experiences my room was very nice and the bed comfortable. The hotel was quiet and I was able to sleep soundly without any interruption. The breakfast was not my thing and could not find anything I wanted to eat and I would suggest taking the stairs to your room, elevator is quite slow and a bit scary.

We really enjoy staying at Sleep Inn in Salisbury. The staff is always so pleasant and helpful, and they remember us by name. Our rooms and the hotel in general are exceptionally clean and relaxing. This is the only place we stay when we visit…

I stayed here 2&3 years ago and i'm about to book to this hotel again. It is not the fanciest spot. But its a VERY clean spot and recommend to stay here. It also has a Dennys right next to it so the connivence is awsome. Just beware of the hotel across from it that place was complete opposite.

Basic place, relatively clean. Cordial staff. Free breakfast from 6 to 10. Denny's Restaurant next door.

The customer service is the only reason I gave this place stars. If THIS is what an above average hotel standard is then we have sunk to a new low in standards. Outdated. It was pretty clean though!

The only reason I give this place one star is for the young lady at reception that checked me in. Wish I got her name — she was absolutely the friendliest and nicest person — and the only decent aspect of the hotel. I’m not sure where the other reviewers stayed, but it sure as heck wasn’t here. Clean?! Uh — not even close. Disgusting — not dirty — disgusting. We always look for a hotel in the Comfort Inn chain and have racked up a lot of points over the years. That’s gonna change. Looks like they’re buying up seedy dumps and slapping their name on them. This last stay was horrific. After my 7 hour drive I was looking forward to a relaxing night in — as per the reviews — a quiet clean room. Honestly, that room looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in weeks. Filthy un-vacuumed rug and obvious bodily fluids in the shower, sink and toilet (without being too graphic, I had a complete hysterectomy in ‘04). I spent the evening scrubbing down every surface and used my own towels. Didn’t call housekeeping since their idea of clean was a made up bed and a used bar of soap in the shower drowning in a puddle of soap scum. To be fair it was a busy Saturday but I really expected a lot more after paying full price for half a room. If you’re claustrophobic and hate the sight of blood ovoid this place like the plague.

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE I was staying there because I had to attend a funeral close by and many of my family members stayed as well so we had a group discount so I had my room for 1 day but I decided to extend my stay for an extra day BIG MISTAKE. THEY CHARHED MY CARD FULL PRICE 2 TIMES FOR THAT 1 DAY AND I HAD TO COMPLAIN MULTIPLE TIMES TO GET A REFUND (which took 3 days) AND WAS CHARGED A DISCOUNTED PRICE FOR MY ROOM AT THE SAME TIME and once I got the refund they charged my card again for the third time FULL PRICE even though I had checked out days prior I complained to corporate and the hotel and the gm of the hotel was rude and told corporate I was very rude and cursed at him (which I did not) but at the same time idk anyone who’s excited to get charged 3 time incorrectly) and now I was charged again a 4th time. I will never stay there again!

It’s your average budget hotel. Breakfast left much to be desired, with the same tired offerings every day. The staff are friendly though, and the rooms very comfortable and clean.

Sleep inn is amazing. They have the most friendliest and helpful staff, even the housekeeping staff. (Weve stayed at a ton of hotels and only one other we have stayed at that is just as good! ) Theyre polite and courteous. We have yet to find a hotel that has a all around good ataff and location! Their rooms are the cleaniest weve ever had. Their property maintenance is also the beat around as well. We rave about them everytime we come to visit. (Im originally from Salisbury and had moved to PA about 6.5 yrs ago) we chose these guys every time! Their rooms are spacious, bathrooms are amazing! And they also have a quiet time at night so you never have the noise! If you do, you call the front desk ad they handle it so professionally and there is NO retaliation by staff or guests. Theyre conviently located to 50 and 13 and the local restuarants and mall/movie theater. Theyre also right off 50 which is about 20 minutes from ocean city, depending on traffic. Their prices are also the best around by all means! I definitely recommend them! Ans with having choice reqards not only do we earn a free night to stay (fiance stays out of town for work so he gets points) we earn points for our next visit. I recommend the program as well, as its saved us so much money!

Very clean room, reasonable rates, pretty close to restaurants and shopping. Sets back off the main busy road (route 50) very quiet and peaceful. Staff friendly and inviting. Interior hallways were very HOT. I'm assuming because of the current cold snap (daytime highs only in the 20's) as the reason for this. Other than that, motel was great! reasonable rates and overall not a bad place to stay. I will return again.

It is clean and welcoming. The staff is efficient and friendly. The room has amenities including refrigerator, minrowave, coffee maker, a safe and is fitted with comfortable pillows and bed. I slept well and it was nice to be able to go down to enjoy a free breakfast, as well.

Great for the price. It’s so hard to find a good hotel for under $100, but this is it. It wasn’t amazing, luxury or anything but it was perfect for what I needed. Clean and they had free hot chocolate!

Awesome Motel room was clean and well-kept there's a microwave and mini fridge and Flat screen TV and coffee maker in the room. Bed was firm and pillows were soft. Convenient to shopping and dining!

$600 iPad was stolen from our room. When we told staff they were not helpful. Bathroom was very small. Would not recommend this hotel.

Crew Booking — The company I work at usually books through a booking agency, but a few extra guys showed up to the hotel than I was asked to book for. This is usually a nightmare, and to top it off it was Nascar weekend. I called the hotel right away & Stephanie helped me by having the extra crew members write names on a paper and then faxing it to me so I could have our booking agency work on building the reservation profile while Stephanie held the rooms on my card, but booked them right away so the guys could settle in for the night and get some rest before an early morning of work the next day. VERY helpful and optimistic. The guys said the hotel was decent and the staff were wonderful. Thank you Stephanie! (=

Rooms are very nice. Beds are comfortable but pillows are small. I like that it had a fridge and microwave in the room.

Room was small but cozy. Modern furniture. Overall a nice play to stay if it weren't for the service. Maids were very loud super early in the halls. Then we left the room by noon and room was never cleaned even though the maids were in the hallway. Came back from the beach and had no towels or toilet paper. Complained to management. Ended up getting a discount. Then we went home to find out the hotel charged us twice on our credit card. Credit card company needed manager to call to get rid of double charge or it would take days to come off. Manager refused to call. We needed that card for other things. It's not worth the higher cost for the poor service. Stay at Quality Inn.

Situated off of rt 50, behind Denny's and Exxon gas station — quiet and unassuming, very very nice decor. Friendly service… waiting to try the comp breakfast.

It was ok. We stayed the pictures looked better on line. Bathroom needed a better cleaning job. Dusty. Front desk. Felt like the staff could have been more friendly. We stayed a month ago. Not our cup of tea.

The hotel was very up to date. Room was fresh and clean. The staff was very nice and helpful. Definitely going to stay here if back in town.

From the front desk staff to the breakfast attendee the staff is wonderful. I've stayed here twice within the past month and always look forward to staying here. The rooms are clean and beds are comfy.

I spent the night here during a snowstorm and was pleasantly surprised. My room was clean and comfortable (mattress was great). Breakfast consisted of waffles, sausage, bagels, hard boiled eggs, fruit, etc. Something for everyone. The front desk staff very friendly and accommodating.

A solid four stars! Kara at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. It is a little hard to find if you miss the turn. This location keeps the standards of the chain.

Air didn't work. Room was small. Killed a few spiders. Good in a pinch but don't go out of your way to stay here.

Clean, nice hotel. Good furnishings. Small rooms, but feels bigger because of the modern feel to the furnishings. I actually really don't like ChoiceHotels after their deceptive "stay two nights, get one free (but read the fine print first) " marketing add they just put out (seriously, how is marketing like this still a thing today? ) … BUT… I was pleasantly surprised by this location. Very nice. Also, front desk gal ___________ (will supply name later after I look it up) was EXTREMELY nice and professional. Management needs to give this chick a raise. I actually chose to stay at this hotel because of this lady and the way she interacts. No exaggeration.

The rooms were very nice. Hotel staff were very friendly and accommodating. Located next door to a Wendy's, Denny's, and a Subway. Beautifully designed. No problems with the room or anything else.

The fitness room is lacking a lot of equipment. It only contains a treadmill and an old cardio machine.

Everything about our two night stay was enjoyable, with two exceptions. First, the pros. The location was fantastic. Close to town and everything we wanted. The complementary breakfast is soooo tasty. The front desk staff (two young ladies) were wonderful. They were incredibly helpful with any of our needs, including suggestions on what to do. Lovely ladies! The rooms were nicely situated and clean. No weird smells or anything. Now to the cons. The queen sized beds are horrible. It felt like sleeping on a box spring with an one inch foam topper on it. They were so incredibly uncomfortable. All four of us are in pain from those beds. Secondly; every softness the mattress lacked, the pillows had and then some. The pillows were so soft that they deflated when you put your head on them. If the beds weren't so awful, I would suggest this hotel. Since that is the reason you get a hotel room, I just can't recommend it. The ladies at the front desk are the main reason I didn't rate lower. They really were terrific.

I stayed at the Sleep Inn from Nov. 27th to Nov. 29th in Salisbury, Md. Stephenie and Tracy was a very big help. They answered all my questions. Both ladies were very helpful.

Overpriced and underserviced! Nobody made up the rooms and I just went and requested towels and toilet paper. Desk worker said but you didn't make a request, im sorry I thought that was room service? Am I wrong? Bugs! I have removed five beetles from my room in three days, I dropped the last one on the counter, there response, that is just a grass hopper! LOL Did I say cost? The rooms look very nice from the pictures on the website, carpets are dirty and one of our beds as a yellow stain on the blanket. Breakfast in the morning isn't bad, however the lady that works the front desk also takes care of the food. So if there is a phone ringing or a line up at the counter the food does not get filled until shes available. Not her fault, management maybe? One positive, Tracey at the front counter working day shift is very accommodating and kind. She manages requests and addresses issues!

I stayed there for one night to wake up the next morning to visit Salisbury University (which was right down the road). It was the perfect hotel to stay at. Very clean and neat. I absolutely loved and admired the free breakfast and how I could make my own waffles (something I never saw before at a hotel). The Wi-Fi connection was fast as well. The only thing I could say negative was my mom took a shower and after her I showered and halfway through the water became cold. Other than that, I can positively say I would stay at Sleep Inn again!

This hotel made my BLIZZARD EXTENDED Weekend in MD Faaaaaaaaabulous! I checked in on Friday, 1/23 with a checkout for Monday, 1/26… Unfortunantly JUNO had other ideas… The NJ turnpike and all bridges & tunnels leading into NY were closed and I ended up staying an extra 2 days… not being able to checkout until Wednesday, 1/28/15. The staff at this hotel went BEYOND making my stay comfortable. Kara & Nilesh at the front desk made sure I had everything I needed. You can best believe I'll be staying here again when I'm in the area. Thank you Sleep Inn Salisbury for making my FIRST time with the chain so MEMORABLE. You Guys ROCK! A++++++++

My stay here was good. The front desk attendant's (Kara & Stephan) were very friendly and helpful. The only problem I had was with the shower and not very hot water or strong water pressure. My room was very clean and so was the lobby area. I will definitely be coming back here if I am ever in the area again.
