Always enjoy my stays at The Hampton Inn. I typically have my 2 grandsons with me and they LOVE it there.

The view is amazing and the rooms are so big! will definitely come back.

This has to be one of the most hospitable hotels I’ve ever stayed at. Everyone at the desk was always checking on how we were doing. I was down here for the “unsanctioned” car event, and I have to say the GM Mady was amazing! She kept checking on us, and managed all the chaos some of these kids were doing with such professionalism! Your the best Mady!

Excellent staff… from the front desk to housekeeping… very friendly and helpful. Pool was spotless and room was super clean. 100% we'll return.

My husband and I always stay in This hotel. Not only personnel are friendly, they also are helpful. We happened to have a car problem on one of our stays that made us check out about 5 hours after we checked in. The Director of Sales, Byron Green, was so helpful and gave us a discount on our reservation. Now that is first class service. I will be booking here again in the future.

We stayed for 2 nights this week and thoroughly enjoyed every part of our mini-vacation. Our 4 year old loved the pool, the free continental breakfast was wonderful, the office staff was friendly and helpful, and our room was just gorgeous. Will definitely be staying here again soon!

Hotel charged my card 5 times even after showing credit card statements, hotel has said it’s not their problem, pool is ice cold, rooms were dirty, they move you rooms without notification or knowledge in the middle of your stay, multiple unauthorized charges, food in morning is ice cold, weeks later and nothing solved just getting the run around with everyone through guest services. Keep eye on your credit card for charges.

Awesome, I was pleasantly surprised how awesome this hotel was. Much much much nicer then I expected. Great service, great rooms, outside bar, beautiful pool, indoor pool, comfortable need and pillows, rooms are great size. A+ For the money, and location is perfect for a family.

Close to the beach. Great breakfast. Indoor and outdoor pools. Rooms are clean. Staff are amazing and help with any needs. They have a trolly that can take you to the beach if you don't want to walk.

We had a great stay at this location — the friendly staff greeted us at check-in with a small goody bag and handwritten card letting us know we had been upgraded to a bay-view room. The view was beautiful. The room had everything we expected. It was clean, our bed was comfortable, and it was renovated similarly to other Hampton Inns I’ve stayed at. Although we didn’t have time to take advantage of all the amenities, the outdoor pool looked great, and we were told there was a gym. We’d come back!

What a great hotel! It is clean, and guests are well taken care of. The breakfast provided is delicious and can accommodate various preferences — eggs/omelets, waffles, cereal, oatmeal, and breakfast meat. There is coffee available 24 hours a day along with tea and hot chocolate. The pool is well maintained, and there is plenty of room for everyone! The best is the bayside view!

Very clean and well maintained. The staff were very friendly. I was really happy I chose this place to stay for the weekend! Gorgeous view of the bayside for the sunsets. The pool inside and out were very nice as well. Overall I will most definitely recommend this place and can't wait to come back and stay!

Great location and rooms were very spacious. The rooms maintained a good temperature and humidity even in the middle of summer. It is conveniently located on the bay-side with a big pool and nice view of the bay.

This has most definitely been the worst experience I've had at a Hampton Inn. You can hear every word that neighbors say plus they are extremely noisy and inconsiderate. Numerous drunks in rooms and out on the balcony's screaming. You are able to hear every car that goes by on the highway even with the sliding door shut. It sounds like everything is in your room.

The staff were great. Very friendly and helpful. When we arrived, he let us know that there was construction work being done on the roof and offered to move us to a different floor so it wouldn't bother us. Overall, it was a good experience.

Beautiful location. We had a room with a bay view. While it's the off season, it was still nice to wake up and see the fog on the bay and sit on the balcony with a cup of coffee and a book. The staff was very professional and courteous. The indoor pool and hot tub were nice, especially after a blustery walk on the beach. Would definitely love to visit again!

Beautiful hotel on the Bay side of Ocean City, Md. We were not expecting such a beautiful room. We were very pleased and will be back. Large room with sitting area and large bathroom. Comfy beds even a kitchenette. Room was very clean and well stocked. Our room was bay side we got to watch the beautiful sunset. The staff was very friendly and treated us like family. Breakfast was included with our stay.

There free Brekfast is awesome. Would recommend sign up for there membership to get more discount.

One of the best Hampton Inns we have stayed at. Nice hotel, friendly staff, pretty decent breakfast. Great view of the bay. Indoor pool was also pretty warn which is great when it's freezing outside.

Nice hotel on bay side. Property is well kept and staff are friendly and helpful. Bay side rooms give good views and are quiet, at least in the winter. Few open resturants nearby in the off season.

In the hotel, in my room I had a wonderful view of the ocean. The bathrooms were nice and clean, the bed was comfortable, free Wi-Fi, the breakfast was delicious. It was a good place to stay for the weeknd.

Wonderful property. Stayed there off season. Rooms are clean and modern and the views even from the standard room are pretty good. The back of the hotel has the pool and a nice bar with a bag view. Indoor pool and hot tub with a very nice gym make this a great place to stay.

Not accommodating. They would not switch my room to an ocean view room. They lied, stating that no rooms were available for Thurs. Fri. Or Sat. When looking on line and observing check-outs vs. Check-ins, they were obviously in error. They front desk in the evening of 10/19 & 10/20 didn't extend any monicum of courtesy. Choosing instead to focus on electronic device. Very disappointed.

The facility is very nice, just as I expect from from Hampton. But, the staff really stood out for me! Logan was super friendly and welcoming when I arrived. This morning, I had a slight mishap with my door. Trish and Juan quickly took care of it and made it seem really easy for them. Great service!

Nicely appointed room, attentive, professional staff, nice view of the bay, and they were nice enough to provide excellent weather too. In truth it's a nice place to stay… and we will again.

No major complaints but I could have done without the arrogant, condescending attitude of the tiki bar manager on Monday night. I met my family down at the outdoor pool. I had a plastic cup, filled with a beer, in hand. He immediately comes over & instead of simply saying "Sir, our liquor license does not allow our guests to bring alcohol to the pool area, " he goes on a tirade about the 3 signs posted in the hotel & that I'm "breaking the law" & I could either "hand him the beer or dump it out. " My only response was, "I don't think so, I'll just go upstairs & finish my beer. " I certainly would have ventured over to the tiki bar & purchased a few drinks for my wife & myself, but with the attitude this moron had I decided I wasn't giving the bar any of my money, so he lost out on some bar sales & tips. There is a much better way to treat your hotel guests than reading the riot act to them. I'm not some unruly belligerent drunk who was causing any trouble. I'm a Dad who was simply sitting by the pool watching my family swim. Therefore, as a Hilton diamond rewards member, I will choose another hotel next time I am in Ocean City, MD.

We had a great time at this hotel. Very clean! The pool and tiki bar gave it a resort feel/atmosphere. The manager — Byron — was extremely helpful. We will definitely be back!

Well as soon as we got here the lady in front of us somehow got the same style room as we did for $50 less. Then we noticed that they gave discounts for AAA members. So we asked about that and tried to get the discount since I am a AAA member and was told that there is nothing they could do because it has too be done at the time the reservation was made. Even knowing we had no clue they were partners with AAA. Then after getting the key to our room we walk into our room and the first thing that we see is stains on the walls… Pool house floors were completely soaked like they were just cleaned with no wet floor signs. My daughter slipped on them after entering into the pool room. (Note walking not running cause the door is as heavy as a vault door. ) After looking at the floor in pool room it looks like it has a poorly designed floor for the water runoff. This is and will be the last time we stay at a Hampton inn. Was not worth $390 to stay just for one night.

Love this Hampton Inn. Charnay and Gus are the best. We have met other employees and they are awesome! These two were there the most when I was there. Hotel rooms and suites are awesome. Love the comfortable pillows and beds. What a complimentary breakfast and a snack bag to go. I will be returning very soon. Indoor and outdoor pool. Great view of the Bay and city from the balcony.

It's beautiful inside and out. The pool area has a small dining area with drinks and food for purchase. Gorgeous these of the bay, and from the front you can even see the ocean! Very clean, the people are great. The only thing I would say is that the guy that drives is settled doesn't always go every half hour like they said he did.

We had a great little getaway. We usually stay at the boardwalk/oceanfront, but we loved the view of our Bayfront room. The hotel is very clean and nice we wish we knew about the trolley shuttle to the beach earlier, but otherwise a great stay and we would definitely stay again.

It's worth the extra money to know what you're paying for! We stay here every time we come to OCMD. The rooms are very clean, the amenities are great and the staff is curtious, polite and very helpful.

This place is great! Fresh fruit, coffee, and water out all day long. The bar serves up food very quickly and everything is kept clean. Would recommend hanging out or staying here.

Indoor pool and hot tub, outdoor pool and patio are all nice, breakfast has good selection rooms are nice, clean beds are ok, a little hard.

We loved our room. It was huge and accommodated our family of 6 perfectly. Huge lobby! Great food and the kids loved the pool. Staff was also very friendly.

I Have a serious complaint this hotel Hampton Inn & Suites Ocean City/Bayfront-Convention Center. Made several complaints about the room which fell on deaf ears. The front desk manager African male named Byron Green Was very rude and intolerable acted racist. Had complained about toilet not flushing had to open tank to manually flush it. Dirty linen/bedbugs, water on floor from a sink. Bad Wi-Fi connections etc. The man just stands around on his cell drinking coffee by guest coffee area. Called him for clean sheets and towels said come get them at desk! Also the breakfast was poor and served the same omelets the following day. The so called heated pool was not heated was very cold and their top Jacuzzi over the pool was out of order. Had a yellow ribbon around it like a crime scene. Byron at first stated he would compensate us then stated his staff denied complaints. (Of Course) called us liars! Sent us Harassing email. Never compensated us! Paid to much off season especially. Stated normal rate was $10 more per night. Hotel sits opposite side of Boardwalk. Better off on Boardwalk side facing the ocean.

Good service and good food. All the staff was friendly. The room was clean and the maid was very nice and helpful. We had an issue with getting our door open to the room but the staff was very nice and helpful and compensated us for it. Would definitely stay here again!

From travesty to triumph! Stayed there on labor day weekend 2015. Always stayed there and always will! I was originally to stay at a place in Fenwick Island though a realtor company, who was extremely nice to refund the whole amount. Not their fault! But for $1200.00, I thought I was staying at a pristine place. It looked good on the outside. GOLLY IT WAS A DUMP! I was very depressed! I booked immediately a room for three nights at the Hampton inn at Salisbury, but decided to check at the one in OC, just in case. I got lucky! I was able to get a room, not just a room, but a room facing the bay and on the top floor! I saw fireworks, heard music, and it was just pure bliss! I highly recommend staying here. It can be pricey, but in my eyes, quality trumps price in OC! You can never go wrong with the Hampton!

Original accommodations fell through for bike week in OC, last minute was able to get reservation at Hampton Inn for one night. Upon arrival I was met by a professional polite staff. My room was exceptionally clean, and bath room was spotless. I was so impressed I asked to extend my stay another night and they were able to accommodate me. Breakfast is included… not just danish! scrambled eggs, omelettes, bacon, waffles, cereal etc. I would highly recommend, and I will return.

Wonderful, clean, hospitable hotel. The staff is great. The free breakfast is plentiful. Amazing views of the bay in the back rooms. A+++++ on all accounts. The free shuttle to the beach is wonderful, especially if your lugging chairs and kids.

This by far is one of the best ocean city hotels (if not THE best). Everything in the hotel room was actually clean. The customer server was they of a 5 star hotel chain. The accommodations are excellent. The hotels breakfast, lunch, and dinner menu is good. Pool appeared sanitary and well kept. It was just an all around pleasant experience. I'd definitely choose this hotel as my first choice next time I come here.

It was good. Housekeeping was efficient, breakfast meals were good and accommodating of meal request. Some issues of safety. Had to report several times but overall staff was pleasant.

Took the Queen away for a surprise getaway to OC. The town was booked solid (cheerleading convention) and Hampton was the only place we could get a room. Other than the unsupervised teen and younger girls running the halls all night, it was a nice stay. That's more on the parents than the hotel. The room was clean and comfortable and priced well. Staff was friendly and efficient. The breakfast was spartan but you get what you pay for. I'd go back, but never when the cheerleaders are in town.

My wife and I stayed here for our anniversary and we thought it was much better than a 3 star hotel, more like a 4 star one compared too all the others on the boardwalk. Although not on the boardwalk, it's only 5 minutes away. The building and rooms are refurnished with modern, dark wooden interiors and furnishings. The linens were clean and there was a LCD TV in the room. The lobby is updated and looks very nice with new furniture. There were 2 pools (one inside one outside) and are good for a dip. The gym had a great view of the inside beach and was adequate for a hotel this size. The front desk was very friendly and offered places for eating and entertainment. Even the maid staff was friendly and offering items when I didn't need cleanings (also spoke good english). My one complaint is that the hot breakfast didn't have any hot meats. Only eggs and potatoes were the hot items, unless you make your own waffle. In summary, I would come again.
