The outdoor pool is nice.

There are needles everywhere. Do not recommend. I took a needle I found in my room to the manager and he tried to convince me it was a staple and you could clearly see the bevel of the needle.

This place is garbage. Oveeprived. Dirty af.
And I found drugs in my room.
Should be shut down.

This hotel was a decent enough place to try to get some sleep for a few hours. The floors creaked a lot and woke me when the person next door moved around at night but that's nothing management could help. I'd recommend for anyone looking for a cheap place for a quick night's rest.

I have to be fair. The service was great, checking in is very smooth and the gentleman behind the counter is very considerate and nice. Although the room is the reason for the rating. It’s just dirty there’s no way around it. The shelves in the room are dusty and lined with dead bugs. Hair by the sink. I also had to kill a roach that came out when I started the shower. I pulled the nightstand out to plug in my phone charger and everything behind it was just gross. Again, even though the gentleman was nice, everything else was bad. I can’t decide to stay here again if I’m passing through.

The room was clean also the king size bed was comfortable and it was peaceful I would definitely go back.

The people are nice, and it was cheap to stay. The bed was clean but everything else was just dirty. Had to wear socks in the room because the carpet was so dirty. Stains on the chair also.

Stayed the night and had difficulty getting a ride as they didn't show up to pick me up by check out. These people are very kind. They waited for me to find a different ride and then allowed me to wait in front for ride all afternoon. Nick Cross is a polite, respectful employee and manager Nick Shah was very nice and kind. Thanks Knights Inn! If only more ppl were as kind and patient as these two gentleman. You have my business!

Knights Inn is a great place to stay if you're just trying to get some rest I would never take my family here or plan on going there again. The parking lot got kind of of sketchy at night with crackheads scattering around like cockroaches when the lights come on. I checked the bed for bed bugs and didn't see any signs of them. The sheets had burn holes all over him the carpeting looked like it could use a deep cleaning and the whole room needed to be updated the furniture was probably made when I was born. The bathroom was in rough shape and looked like it hadn't had a great cleaning in a while. The toilet was obviously made for short people. Their idea of a complimentary breakfast includes gluten and a lady that watches every move you make. But overall she was nice and the waffle maker makes great waffles and was clean. I cant aee this place staying in business much longer inless they make some changes.

DO NOT STAY HERE HAS BED BUGS! … Actually 0 stars worst experience in five years we have stayed here every memorial day weekend for the past five years and it was fine this year was the worst first room we stayed in we had bed bugs we found them then they moved us to another room then the 2nd room a. C. Was broken and we went up the next morning they gave us some money the next night and the manager was standing there avoiding so my dad went back to the hotel after the experience from the hotel all the manager would do is give us 50 dollars back on our room they refunded the 2nd night 100% but only gave us 50 back on the 1st night will not stay there again.

The room was nice and the service was geat for the price had an issue with the door knob falling apart but they was quick to get us in another room with no hassles and the workers was kind and courteous will recommend to anyone who ask and I will be be back considering it made the perfect weekend get away.

Room and all were good. Normal stuff for a great price. Waffles were delicious. What was most wonderful were the people. The staff went above and beyond. They treated me like family as soon as I got there. Plenty of options in the area, but if u like making great connection with quenuine people this is place.

The people are nice. I didn’t have a problem. The Continental breakfast was good.

So outdated and old furnishings. The toilet was so low to the ground for a midget. Dirty bathroom floor and sink area. If you are traveling with a handicap person the walker will not fit in the bathroom. Breakfast was a makeshift area in one of the rooms with jars and condiments from a grocery store, not individually wrapped. No fruit or extras like yogurt or muffins. Old dry bread and bagels. The waffle mix came from the back room instead from the usual dispenser, the assistant had to bring a cup out. Drive to Richmond, KY instead!

Clean room, comfortable bed. Usual amenities (fridge, microwave, cable, coffeemaker). Furniture a bit used but very serviceable. CLEAN bathroom.

Have stayed here many times. Good motel for a good price. Beds are comfy, TV channels come in good, nice hot water, coffee pot, microwave, and small refrigerator in the room. Free breakfast each morning including waffles, cereal, toast/bagels. The man and especially the woman who work in the office are very nice. They are pet friendly with a required fee. Free Wi-Fi. It is not the Ritz Carlton by any means, but for one of the cheapest rooms in town I would choose this one over the others.

I enjoy the private feeling of the whole place you don't hear traffic from the highways.

Room was ok but the floor seemed dirty. TV reception was not clear, possibly a bad cable connection. Bed was ok.

The prices were reasonable, the rooms were clean, and breakfast was only fair. It'll do in a pinch.

The room was clean. Beds comfortable. It has microwave, fridge, TV and heat and everything worked really good. Parking convenient to room. Nice breakfast area and the waffle was good. Nice staff.

Now this was a good place to stop at when you are only going to be there one night and you don't plan on spending a lot of money. Cause it is like one of those places that makes you feel like your at home in your own room and I love that feeling cause I travel a lot more then the advance person doesn't so for that feeling like I am in my bed it was great so great. Beware the water gets hot.

Very nice hotel. Would go back. Had some problems with the Wi-Fi.

The rooms all smell a little funky but for a quick overnight stop on a long road trip there are worse places to stop. Just be sure to pack your own soap and shampoo.

It's gross here. And I think I got one of the better rooms. First thing I did was check for bed bugs. I didn't find any in the beds and I hope to god that they weren't hiding somewhere else. You can feel how dirty things are. You don't want to touch anything. There was dirty feet marks on the bathroom wall from where someone had sat on the counter. Cigarette burns in the sheets. Smells like a basement. And there was a cigarette in the bathroom light. So yeah it's not smoke free. Usually I'm not that picky about hotel rooms cause usually they at least look and feel clean. Not this place. Everything is covered in a layer of grime except the beds. Couldn't take my shoes off. Im itching to get to our air BNB and wash all my clothes. I'm not sure how the breakfast is yet. If you aren't picky about cleanliness and need a cheap place to stay then it's perfect. But for me, I hope to never have to sleep here again. UPDATE the breakfast was some bagels, cereal and muffins. The "cook" lady doesn't stop staring at you as you eat in this tiny room. I didn't even bother to eat Breakfast that day.

I had been driving since daylight and needed to sleep, I had a dog with me so it had to accept pets. I should have just slept in my car. Bed was rock hard and room was dirty. Sheets had burn holes and it was totally out of date, like I mean it looked like a room from 1970. I slept in my clothes as well as my shoes. People next door were fighting all night. I left at the crack of dawn and just left the key at the front desk. This is a very seed unsafe feeling place and reminds me of a place prostitute's would bring their clients.

The room smelled like they had let off bug bombs and the floor in the room is starting to decompose (especially under the air and heat). Also heard fighting and banging from a room two room down from us. Go somewhere else, it's a matter of time until this place is shut down. Worst place I have stayed in, to date. I have traveled 50 states and 8 countries (in the poorest of countries, I haven't stayed in a place this disgusting)

Although the owner was pleasant, the room was an old, worn out, demolishable disaster. There were bugs, cigarette burns on the dingy sheets, and the smoke detector had a trail of black soot leading to the drooping ceiling. The bathroom was tiny and moldy and the toilet was about one foot from the ground and not big enough for anyone's behind. The A. C. Hardly worked and smelt of expired dairy. I have never stayed in such a terrible facility in the First World.

Come here to meet up with my bf. It's a nice, small and quiet place. Rooms are clean except for floors.

The gentleman was such a pleasure to have done business with. Great place I check for bed bugs there was no problems at all thank you. A great place to stay.

We always plan our distance to Corbin. Knights Inn. It is so down to earth, warm environment and safe. King bed, new reclining chair, a lot of space, micro, frig, newer tv, continental breakfast and the most friendly people! See ya next travels.

Apart from the mystery stains on the blankets sheets floor and the fact their were not many other people here … oh wait there's also the fact I spotted many patches on the walls & the gigantic patch job on the ceiling above my bed I give this hotel a I "could not wait to leave vibe" 1

Woman at front desk at night is very very rude they charge a 50.00 dollar deductible for people that live in ky and tn but offer no paperwork showing why and that it is a term. Recommend to go else where unless you like dealing with the rudest front desk clerk I travel alot for work all over the state and stay in many different types of motels and this was Ludacris to hear…

Location was good given that I was driving north and it was right off the interstate. The rooms are older although they were clean. However, some maintenance is definitely needed. Had some hiccups in the beginning with the Wi-Fi but it straightened itself out by the morning. The price was hard to beat. And it's a great Location if you're coming off the Cumberland Gap Parkway to I-75.

For $60 you get what you pay for. The rooms are dingy, the bathrooms are dirty, everything is a little sketchy. The water in the shower screams because the water pressure is too high and the water smells weird. However, the beds are comfortable and the area is quiet. If you just need somewhere to sleep for a night, this is perfectly fine.

Pool was nice, was able to provide shelter for 2 motorcycles during the thunderstorm, main attendant was extremely polite and kind. We asked where we could get libations, and there was no area around. She checked our ids, and after confirming our ages she called her ride, who was on their way to pick her up, and asked them to stop for us before they got into town. Great service throughout the stay.

I would give this place no stars but I can't. "Pet friendly" but when it comes to you having dogs they give you a hot room with an air-conditioning unit that doesn't even work. My dogs were puking because they were so hot I had to keep them in cold baths to bring their tempatures down. Not to mention there are people screaming outside the whole night keeping people up. Thumbs down.

Polite desk staff Sheets were clean, asked for extra towels because have been shorted in the past. Good thing. One wash cloth was gray (stood out against the other towels) should not have been put in room. Went to take shower back of door had mystery smear (dried blood)? Cleaning staff needs lessons. Took issues to front desk again very polite said would let manager know.

I was just looking for a place to spend the night with a friend on the way home to Cleveland from The Smokies, and this was exactly what we needed. It was cheap and they were willing to split the bill between the two of us. The continental breakfast was good but small, but I liked that it was in its own room, not the lobby. You also had to ask for shampoo from the front desk, but they had no problem giving it to us. My only complaint is that the room looked a little worse for wear, with the doors sticking/not fitting in their door frame correctly. I would definitely stay here again.

I accidentally left my favorite soccer jersey in my room and drove back 6 hours out of state got back home and realized. Nick the manager found my jersey and mailed it back up to me. Awesome customer service, very nice and affordable rooms. Recommend to all!

We have stayed here going back and forth from Michigan to Florida. Always been pleased with the staff.

Price was the good part, facilities are old, microwave would not stay plugged in, refrigerator wouldn't close full of frost and ice, then had to get a different room (crawling bugs), next room better but dresser missing a leg and moved if you touched it, clean but needs repair and udated.

Management is very friendly and helpful. Pool is very clean and location is good. Overall motel is a very good stay, thank you.

The people that own this chain are great. All of the employees here make you feel at home. Jamie and Theresa have went out of their way to help.

Cheap is about the only good thing Rooms smell terrible, air conditioning don't work, half of the electrical outlets don't work. Rooms are extremely old and outdated. Refrigerator iced over. Over all an absolutely terrible experience I've stayed at knights inn hotels before and was nowhere near this dissatisfied. Google definitely steered me in the wrong direction on this one but after a long day of driving home from Florida needed to rest. You get what you pay is correct but this was a little bit ridiculous.

I found a needle in my room at the Corbin Knights Inn. I was lucky my 4 year old daughter didn't find it at all. I turned it in to the front desk and the hotel manager tried to treat the situation as if I was doing drugs in the room. Obviously they don't know a legit guest from a true drug addict at all. I said to that manager, "hey I will tell you this right now, no one in my party uses or does any drugs at all for starters, and two an honest guest turns the needles in to you guys not leave them to be found by whoever. Luckily my 4 year old didn't find this needle at all cause if she would have I would have had to take her to the emergency room to get AIDS inhibitors and have her on those drugs for the next 6 months at your expense because your maids don't seem to know how to clean a room properly". Hopefully all the staff there got cleaned up and out of there since then because we hightailed it out of there the next morning.
