We were really surprised at the hotel. The bathroom and shower including the bodywash, shampoo and conditioner are impressive.

Clean property, however, the linens were rough and worn, the mattress was like sleeping in a hole and the pillows were lumpy foam bits. Breakfast was biscuits, bacon and gravy, no eggs. Front desk staff refused to print a hard copy of our bill saying we will receive an email copy instead. Location was convenient, but that was the high point. I would not recommend this property for a good night sleep. Sad.

My 2 queen room is huge. Colors are inviting. Bed is very comfy with lots of pillows! Big screen TV mounted on wall. Perfect for watching while propped up on all those comfy pillows! Nice big desk area. Mini Keurig, fridge & microwave! Locking safe in room. Nicely done!

This hotel is amazing. I love everything about it. I am handicapped and require a room that accommodates my needs. The room was just that. The bed was soft and the most comfortable one I have slept on in Lexington. The bathroom was huge. Plenty of room for all my needs. There was a roll in shower with a built in chair. It was so helpful to me, because I usually have to bring a shower chair with me when I travel. The room was very clean. There was a keurig coffee maker, a refrigerator and microwave. Two closets, large TV and tons of draw space. The staff was cheerful, friendly, caring, and all around helpful.
The lady at the front desk went above and beyond to make us comfortable and happy.
I highly recommend this hotel to everyone needing a place to stay in Lexington.
I will come back and tell all my family and friends.

Had a wonderful stay at GLo Best Western. The handicap room we stayed in was amazing and accommodating. The beds were comfortable. The staff is super nice and accommodating. Loved our stay and will stay there again.

Aside from our great stay, after a cross country trip, my daughter left her Favorite Stuffed turtle Mr. Pickles there and after a phone call, they had it promptly shipped out to us in Virginia and my daughter was sooo happy!

Best hotel I’ve ever stayed at. Staff was so friendly and helpful. We arrived at 1:50pm, before check in time, however Brandon was accommodating and allowed us to check in. He even took time to see if a top floor room was available. The hotel was so clean, pool was nice and good temperature. Breakfast was top notch. Hated when our stay ended because we did not want to leave.

Absolutely horrible this place is! ; I'd advise u if u r n this area, the Laquinta I nn right across the street CLEAN rooms, great breakfast, prices are great. Access to the highway, plenty of places to eat etc. DON'T GO TO KNIGHTS INN ON STANTON WAY LEXINGTON, KY! All night long, people going back and forth to other rooms, fighting all the time, police on the property too much. UGH! ultimate mare! Beware I tell you.

This place is terrible. The sheets had burn holes in them, the tub was dirty and the wallpaper peeling. There was mold in the bathroom. The place looked nothing like what was advertised on the website.

Quick stay but what we needed. Beds were a little stiff but I slept through the night.

This was terrible. Rooms are dirty. The bathroom sink was falling out. Carpets are gross. It is the end of May and the pool is not open. Also there was no breakfast as advertised. I do not recommend this place at all.

Comfy place clean couple cigarette burns in the blanket but I did ask for a smoke room. Sprayed my hot tub down and the whole room with Lysol just to be on the safe side.

If you clean the rooms personally it's not bad at all. Tip the maids, tip the staff, you won't have any issues.

NOT EVEN 1 STAR! This motel was filthy and not worth the money. Had to swith rooms as the first reeked of cigarette smoke so bad I couldn't breathe. Have a second room and it was even worse. Between the smell of smile and the holes in the walls, you could tell they didn't take care of our even care for the property. After driving 10 goes we settled so we could get a few hours of sleep before getting back on road. In the morning I informed the desk clerk how nasty the rooms were and got a thank you come again. The lobby had no breakfast and the Wi-Fi was never able to be connected. Not to mention the lobby smelt horrible but had been the cleanest part of the motel. Beleive me when I say go across the street and add the gas station before you rent. They will tell you the best place top stay.

Well it gets noisy and smells kinda funny not too comfertable of ur gona be here make sure its not more than about 2 nights the beds look nasty but anyways not terrible just bad.

The room was normal. Nothing special. The staff was nice and helpful. Some areas were under renovating so it looked a little cluttered around back. It was a nice stay for the price.

Decent facilities for the price, but the shower and sink knobs were the weirdest I've ever had to put up with.

I recently purchased 5 rooms at the Knights Inn and I have to say that it is the dirtiest hotel that I have ever been in. The rooms smelled terrible, there was black mold in all of the showers, on the floors and on the ceiling in the bathrooms as well as above the sinks. The sheets were dirty as well as the blankets had cigarette burns. The towels had something yellow and crusted on them. The sink in 2 of the rooms did not drain. There were spiderwebs on the ceiling and something crawled across my foot during the night as I was sleeping on top of the sheets and blankets because they were so nasty. The front office associate did not speak English and I was trying to explain to him that the first room key that he gave me was for a room that someone was already occupying. I am fairly certain if the health inspector ever set foot in that place that it would be condemned. Every one of the rooms smelled like mold, cigarettes and animals. There was food on the floors as well as holes in the walls and missing ceiling tiles. The walls were thin and you could hear noises from outside as well as the rooms on either side.

You definitely get what you pay for. Other than a bar of soap, there are no amenities. Everything was clean, but a little dingy and a little run-down. Walls were pretty thin and you could hear noises from your neighbors. My biggest problem was they failed to plow the drive or shovel the sidewalks after a couple inches of snow fell the day before (they had more than 24 hrs to do so). My car got stuck, I had to walk through 2+ inches of snow (with luggage) to get to my room and the sidewalks were incredibly slippery. The breakfast is nothing to talk about, but the managers were very polite. One last point, if you are easily concerned or a tad paranoid about your safety, I definitely would not recommend this hotel. I'm a single female used to living alone and have never had real concerns about my safety. To be fair, I didn't see anything that definitively made me feels unsafe, it was just a prevailing feeling that I could not shake.

I booked this room for a friend flying out of Bluegrass to visit me. My friend is not a traveler and was very anxious of getting to the airport by herself (she was going to rely on a cab). The owners of this Knights Inn not only took very good care of her, but PERSONALLY took it upon themselves to get her to the airport in time for her flight as the cab would be about an hour in picking her up. It's rare in today's world that I see the sort of Customer Service shown by the exemplary staff at Knights Inn Lexington. As for the Inn itself: The room was exceptionally clean and well-cared for, the staff were all genuinely friendly and even though the motel is situated in a busy area it feels very safe. I can't praise the owners of this Inn enough! If you're looking for a safe family-friendly atmosphere with a staff that GENUINELY cares about you with an incredible price to boot, KNIGHTS INN LEXINGTON is your place, hands down. Ask for Raj.

You get what you pay for and this is a fine place for the price. For Breyer fest it is the best you are going to do if you can't get into the Clarion.

The hotel itself was pretty much what I expected it to be, but the service I received was excellent. I had left behind a diamond and gold cross necklace after checking out, and called the hotel approximately one hour after checking out and informed the manager. The hotel mailed my neclace back to me, I was so thankful for their cooperation.
