Spacious! Room was large enough to accommodate 4 line buffet dinner, 150+ guests, live band, dance floor, cake, displays, gift and welcome tables with room to spare. Host was allowed to self decorate room, which was gorgeously done. Restrooms were just inside banquet hall and very clean. Food was flavorful and quite tasty. There was enough Wait staff to accommodate multiple table requests at once. Wait staff was on their job ensuring all guests were please. Made for a great evening spent reuniting with friends and family.

This is a very nice hotel. The breakfast was very good. The hotel staff was very helpful. The rooms are big and comfortable, with a large screen TV in the sitting room. The room I had cane with a small sink and a refrigerator. We reserved a meeting room for a client meeting and the staff helped us with getting everything setup including the table, chairs, and audio visual equipment. This is a nice place to stay when you're in the Lexington area.

The hotel was very nice. Rooms were very quiet. The shower was incredible. Very comfortable furniture, yet it felt slightly dated. Great quality TVs as well. Great place to stay in Lexington.

The staff was extremely nice and very helpful! Hotel was very clean and the fountain in the middle was beautiful. Loved the free drinks and snacks at the bar and the breakfast was great!

First time staying at this hotel. I was rather impressed. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. The hotel self is actually very clean. I appreciate the fact that my hotel room was clean. Room was good, not great but good. The only issue I had with my room was that he did not cool down very well. I kept checking the thermostat to make sure something wasn’t set on the wrong temp or setting, but I guess certain rooms not cool down very well. I stayed hot till about midnight and then it finally cooled. I have seen other reviews saying the same thing so maybe something that management should look into. Even a small room fan in the rooms that are staying hotter would be helpful. Bathroom was a little small for my liking. The continental breakfast was good. Getting a fresh omelette was a nice touch! Overall a good hotel and somewhere I stay again and recommend!

Classy hotel. The suites are quite nice. Food is excellent. The customer service is above expectations. Atmosphere and ambience… relaxing, elegant yet not overstated. You can’t go wrong at this hotel!

I only stayed overnight, so I didn't get to enjoy a lot of the amenities, like the pool and such. I arrived at 10:00 PM and went to my room. It was clean and had all the usual Hotel stuff, ice bucket and such. The suite was spacious for a single person traveling light and fairly comfortable. The room was very quiet, I never heard anyone in the lobby (my room was on the first floor) or outside. I say just fairly comfortable and only gave it four stars because the bed was just a little bit too soft for my taste. Staff was very friendly and helpful. A decent breakfast, will stay again if I'm back in Lexington.

Absolutely loved this hotel. Room was nice and very clean well layed out. Hotel itself was quite and very clean. Front desk was very nice and accommodating. King bed we had was comfortable. Pool are was very nice and clean. The lobby was very relaxing with the fountains. We will be having to make frequent trips to Lexington and this hotel will be our go to. The only downside was our room was on the warm side and we had a hard time cooling it. The pool water temp was very cold.

We’ve stayed there several times. Love this hotel. Always clean, friendly staff, excellent free breakfast, and beautiful.

Obviously a suite, the TV in the sitting room was almost as big as mine. Beds were comfortable, plenty of electrical outlets, shower was great. Toilet was so powerful, I think you could have flushed a teddy bear down it.

The lobby is very nice. The breakfast is wonderful with fresh pancakes and omelettes. The free drinks at night are nice, but the snacks could be better. The rooms are dated. Need a bigger TV in the room. The beds are just okay.

Inside Hotel was beautiful. Staff was pleasant. Breakfast wonderful. That being said:the shower had been 1/2 fixed (patched) so when we took a shower pieces of the patching fell on our heads. We called the front desk but there was no one from maintenance there at the time. We were told that maintenance would come that morning but no one showed up. We were charged full price for our room. So rooms need some updating.

The hotel is absolutely beautiful! Great hospitality and a wonderful continental breakfast. Not very impressed with the restaurant food… They don't bus their tables right away sometimes so it looks bad. Our room was very spacious and had everything we needed, but could be cleaned a little more thorough. I liked the fact that they have a guest laundry room, but it's awful. This place could be a five star if they stepped it up a little bit more.

This place is really awesome enjoyed it a lot rooms clean and comfortable the only thing I was a little disappointed that there wasn’t a hot tub to relax in. They have a swimming pool but no hot tub :/ really wanted to relax with husband. While watching children swim. Came here to visit during cold weather and there is was snow outside, other than that I would give it 5 star. Has a restaurant conveniently here.

The location of the hotel is very convenient to the airport, and interstate. The hotel is very nice inside and out, and the grounds are well maintained. There is a bar that obviously has drinks, and offers appetizer type foods. Staff is very attentive, and friendly. The hotel had free drinks, alcoholic and non, and snacks each night we were there for a couple of hours in the evening. The rooms were nice, spacious, and very clean. And the beds, and bedding were very cozy. For breakfast they had made to order omelets, and pancakes as well as offering a full buffet of eggs, bacon, sausage, muffins, etc. I was very pleased with my stay, and would recommend this location to others.

Amazing hotel. Staff are very friendly and willing to help the guest get the best expierince possible. The room are big with a bedroom separate from the rest of the room. Bed are very comfortable and the hotel is quite at night so a good night sleep is easy to find. I would recommend this Embassy location to anyone visiting the area.

We had another excellent stay at this hotel. While some of the Furnishings are getting a little dated, the service and space at this Embassy Suites are beaten by none. On at least three occasions this time I needed something exceptional, and in each and every case they came through. This hotel is our long-time favorite for visiting family in the area.

This was the first time my family and I had the pleasure of staying at this location and we had a great experience! The hotel is very easy to find and the staff was very helpful and nice. We arrived in Lexington two hours before check-in and they were very gracious and gave our room to us early! The lady at the desk asked for my Hilton's reward card but I didn't have it with me but she volunteered to look it up and then gave us a quick tour before we headed up to our room. The rooms are spacious, modern and clean. My son loved having his own room with the bigger TV and the pullout sofabed. My wife and were very happy with an actual king size bed that was very comfortable down to the pillows! The hotel is very nicely designed much like their other property at Lexington Green. The atrium is a nice touch with all the plants creating a nice atmosphere. Before leaving we enjoyed the complimentary breakfast with made to order omelettes and pancakes! Overall we had a great time and we got to experience the 1st snow of the season while we were here and the hotel was decorated beautifully for Christmas so it made for a nice memory! I would highly recommend this hotel and plan to stay again in the future!

It was a nice hotel for a conference. There was plenty of parking, it was very close to the interstate and fairly easy to find. The food was very fresh and the staff did well to replenish it. Overall I was pleased.

Everything was great except the sofa bed sheets and bedding were dirty. Found a long hair and the blanket obviously wasn't washed. The restaurant staff were great. Breakfast was good. Even had a made to order omlet. Guess the sofa bed was an oversight on the part of housekeeping.

Embassy Suites Lexington features a gorgeous interior, professional service, and delicious food. Towering ceilings, abundant greenery, and running water create a open, luxurious atmosphere the moment you step inside the lobby. The room was clean and well decorated, and the bed was very comfortable. The room service was quick and the food tasted delicious. We've kept coming back to this location year after year and it's no surprise why.

Excellent location near the interstate.

I was working as a DJ for a wedding here. The first thing to say, is the staff was amazing. There was a delay with the previous group, so I wasn't able to get in the room until really close to the start time. The staff was Incredibly helpful in making sure I had what I needed. On top of that, the facilities were absolutely gorgeous. This is a great place, and I look forward to coming back.

Very nice hotel, and not pretentious in any way. This is one of the larger Embassy Suites we have stayed at. The lobby has nice fountains, and a daily happy hour with complimentary drinks and snacks. The room was clean and comfortable. I would definitely stay here again.

The hotel was easy to find. Every staff member was friendly and helpful. The hotel was extremely nice and served delicious food. We did not have one complaint about our stay.

We had a KAC convention this weekend and they picked a great hotel to host it. Rooms are nice and bigger than anywhere I've stayed before. The hotel came with complimentary breakfast that was great. I'm fact each meal we have eat here has been great. I would definitely suggest anyone I know to stay here of visiting Lexington.

Amazing hotel. Great rooms, nice amenities and a great breakfast available. Only complaint is the rooms stay hot no matter how low you set thermostat. Was sweating with thermostat at 65. Other than that I loved the experience.

My little sister recently had her 10th birthday party in one of the rooms. It was a super secret spy party and the staff was absolutely amazing in helping her feel like she was actually going on a mission to find her presents. They're super sweet and helpful. Amazing hotel and staff. Will stay again.

The hotel was in a nicer part of town and was very beautiful and well kept, inside and out. Gorgeous views of treelines and pond fountains for a perfect ambiance. Loved the indoor jungle theme with the I door fountain as well. The staff was very professional and super courteous while still maintaining a down to earth, sociable, and all around pleasant attitude. Very satisfied with the overall experience. From friendliness to cleanliness, great place for an event.

I attended for a conference that included meals, but did not include staying overnight. The hotel is clean and pleasant, and the food was pretty tasty. I especially enjoyed the sound of the fountain. The conference was heavy on female attendees — — as was the conference next door — — so I thought it was pretty considerate for them to temporarily convert the men's room for women's use. The bathrooms were cleaned several times a day so that was nice also.

For an Embassy Suites, it's good. It felt clean and well kept. We ate at the restaurant inside which was alright. The BBQ ribs were dry but everything else was ok. We only stayed one night so I can't really comment on the maid service other than our room being clean and stocked. Definitely nicer than some other Embassy Suites I've stayed in.

We booked Embassy Suites for our rehearsal dinner and a block of rooms for our out-of-town wedding guests. It was a great experience! The rehearsal dinner was very well done, the service was outstanding and everybody enjoyed the buffet dinner. We had about 30 rooms booked over the weekend and all the guests enjoyed the facility. Professional staff, excellent amenities (loved the happy hour and breakfast spread! ), solid management… it was all very well-done and I'm glad we relied on Embassy Suites to take care of this important part of our wedding weekend.

I'm with an organization that rents out their conference room once a month. They set everything up for us, chairs and tables as needed and provide water. We've been there for the past year and feel like it's a nice place to have meetings. The staff is friendly and the facilities meet our needs.

Meeting rooms are spacious and comfortable. Suites have sitting rooms and allow for privacy when rooming with co-workers. Free drinks during social hour. Very clean and the staff's hospitality is awesome.

The free breakfast buffet is excellent, and the rooms are spacious. The open atrium is a great place to relax. There is a managers reception every evening with free drinks and snacks. My only complaints are that room service is lacking and the restaurant leaves a bit to be desired. The trash in my room wasn't always emptied and the shampoo and soap wasn't always refilled. As for the restaurant, the prices are high and the variety is low. This hotel is pricey but you get what you pay for and this place is worth it if you're willing to spring for it. I would recommend this place to my friends.

The suite is pretty big. It's a double room. In the middle is a nice bar area with a sink, fridge, and microwave. The pool and gym is really nice too. It has all the essentials to get in a good work out. I love the fresh, hot breakfast buffet. There's even a custom order omelet station. I also love the afternoon reception with free snacks, soft drinks, beer, and wine!

I loved working with the Embassy Suites to plan our business meeting. They were courteous and prompt and never gave us any run around on price. I had contacted several other venues and they easily made it quick and simple! The facilities were fantastic. Will definitely be working with them again in the future!

This was our first stay at Embassy Suites Lexington, but not our last. We have never been pampered like this at any other chain. The staff was very kind, helpful and courteous. The free breakfast was fit for a king. Keep up the awesome work Embassy Suites, we'll be back.

Our room was very clean and comfortable. The insuite dining was very delicious and prepared quickly. The fountains and other decor inside the hotel set a relaxing atmosphere that stuck with me. I would recommend staying at this hotel to anyone.

I usually stay at Marriott's but need to reevaluate my loyalty after staying here. Room rate was good, breakfast was fantastic, staff was kind and the rooms were clean.

After 24 hours at UK hospital with my son who has suffered a brain trauma we arrived to find the staff exceptionally courteous. They went above and beyond to make us comfortable and offer encouragement during our time of distress. This property always will be our first option when staying in or near Lexington, KY. Perfection! Rooms were scrumptiously clean and the hotel employees all went above and beyond to make out stay incredible!

Everyone I encountered who worked there was extremely friendly. The breakfast bar comes with eggs, bacon, etc. But you can also get your breakfast made to order. The breakfast bar staff was nice and not rushing people out the door at closing time. My room had all the amenities, was spacious, and most importantly clean. Overall, a great stay.

Oh. My. God. This was far and away the best experience I have ever had at a hotel anywhere. There was a slight complication at check in, but Craig, the guest services representative got us taken care of immediately. We started our stay at the complimentary happy hour with snacks and cocktails which were delicious! Once we finally made it to our room, we were blown away at how clean and spacious it was. The shower was like one you'd expect to find at a high end spa. There's half a kitchen which we took full advantage of and the beds were so comfy I didn't want to leave. The property itself is located conveniently next to the highway so going anywhere is a breeze. The next morning we got to take advantage of the breakfast, which I expected to be instant eggs and sausage patties, I could not have been more wrong. Their excellent kitchen staff made us omelets on the spot and they were DELICIOUS! I have no reason to be in Lexington soon but I may come back just to stay at the Embassy Suites.

I am furious with this hotel; our group was overcharged. By over $900 and they gave us the wrong rates for our rooms. I am truly livid as our bank accounts have been overdrawn. I teach Customer Service and Professionalism and I am appalled at the level of carelessness and disrespect you have for your guests. I have stayed at Embassy Suites many times and this is instance will deter me from ever stepping foot in a Hilton Hotel ever again.

Great hotel for the money! Stayed here after having a not so good experience with the Marriott across the street. The hotel was very clean, staff was very friendly and everything was as expected or better! I have stayed at Embassy Suites all over the country and I am NEVER disappointed with each visit. This company has their priorities straight and that is to satisfy the customer. Great job to the folks that work at this particular E. S.

I have been to the Embassy for several business meetings and I am very impressed with the cleanliness of the meetings room, restrooms and dining areas and the food is Wonderful! Way to go Embassy Suites! I will be back Elizabeth Robinson.

Stayed one night on our way to Indy. The room was awesome layout worked great for our family. It was late and we ate in the restaurant and it was very good. We usually avoid hotel restaurants but there are really not many options close by the hotel so we were happy it was above par. Breakfast in the morning was great. Arrived too late for the managers reception. Went on a horse farm tour from the hotel all was good.

It was awesome so quiet an just perfect would love to come back again George n eng maint was great he worked on our TV til he had it he fixed thank u so much kim gibson from park Vista double tree by hilton.

The Best there is, we had a great time. The staff are the friendliest I have ever met and it was genuine, just wished I had written there names down. Same time next year. Oh bye way Happy Hour what a blast. Thank-you All was a great holiday.

I don't know how old these past reviews are, but we've been staying here for approximately 6 weeks now, waiting on a home to purchase. Throughout our stay, we've had absolutely none of the problems mentioned. The staff are very friendly. They greet you upon seeing you. If there is a problem, it's corrected within minutes. We too had a stopped up toilet and they sent a maintenance man up to take care of it, as it should have been. Very professional, no mess left behind. The dining room staff, Trish, Kristen (sp) are the two best lunch staff I've ever had the pleasure of dealing with. The front desk staff are very professional, efficient and warm in their greeting to the guests. This is a top notch business and we've been treated like royalty since we've been here. Very glad we chose this hotel as our long term residence while waiting on our permanent home.

I was skeptical about this place because of the bed bug registry reviews, but I was being forced by my organization to use their booking. So I just checked the room very thoroughly and couldn't find any evidence of bed bugs. The place is very schnazzy but the fountain in the lobby makes the whole damn building humid (my room thermostat is on 68 and I'm still kind of toasty) and, therefore, incredibly hot in the summer. The food is very good, and like I said the facilities are extremely nice, but internet is an extra $10/ 24 hours on top of everything else. And it keeps cutting in and out and is generally slow. Some of the seediest hotels I ever stayed in even had free, reliable Wi-Fi, what gives, Embassy Suites.
