This hotel is right off the highway so easily accessible to both 35 and 435. The rooms are simple, only basic amenities are available. There is a cooktop and refrigerator. There isn't a coffee pot or hair dryer or even dishes. Linen service costs an extra $7.99 so expect to wash your own if you stay more than a day. The hotel staff is very nice and helpful. Most of the guests here are workers who travel from job to job. Over all a good inexpensive option for a long term stay.

Rooms are well kept and the staff are very friendly. In house laundry is a huge plus.

Internet is atrocious speeds but the room is comfy and spacious enough. A single pot and pan would be nice for the extended stay portion.

This hotel is excellently clean.
When I arrive at a hotel the first thing I do is take the pillow out of the holster and so I realize if I need to head to the front desk to request room change, this hotel is very clean, completely.
The rooms have completely clean drawer units and kitchen cabinets.
For me the most important thing about a hotel is that it is clean.
This hotel is 20 minutes from the place where Nascar runs.
The night costs 86, 000!
An excellent price considering that the structure of the hotel is good.
This newly painted, I like that they do good maintenance.
You can come quietly.
When you run the Nascar hotels around cost per night 200 dollars, if you do not want to spend a lot of money and just want to rest this is an excellent option.
Thanks to the people of WoodSpring Suites for having this place completely clean and free of cigarette smoke.

The staff is great. My room is very nice. I really like that it has a kitchen in and full size fridge. I would recommend this to anyone who is staying for more then one night. My only drawbacks are that you can hear your neighbors and the Wi-Fi is slow. For the price I would say this place is a great place to stay.

Hosts were absolutely amazing. Some of the nicest people you will ever meet. Great Wi-Fi and the room was comfortable. Definately recommend!

The location was kind of difficult to get to if you were hey traveler passing through. The rooms were a very clean and included small kitchens which was very convenient. Overall I give it 4 stars and I would recommend staying there again.

So it's March 20, 2018 I've been staying at this place for 2 months to this day. Billed for a total of $3071.23. My freakin room hasn't been cleaned in 3 almost 4 weeks… but the front desk call me today after I took my sheets and pillow cases down for an exchange (im black so I oil my damn hair) they tell me if they cant get the oil and makeup out theres a charge… really? what about the non-cleaning of my room every other week? plus the matress cover that was on the freakin bed on january 19, 2018 had so many stains I took it off and asked for another. To my surprise… they dont have replacements. Lol but after I got back to my room, reid the front desk agent calls me stating that if they dont get the "green hair oil out they charge a fee. So I gave them their damn sheets back I have my own everything (very thankful) I asked him to show me that is thus pamphlet I received on january 19, 2018 he highlighted this… guest staying in rooms deemed to be unsanitaryby management will have 24 hours to remedy the situation or will be asked to leave… guests will be chargeda minimum of$25 for the services neededto return their room to guest-readiness standards … ok where does this say if you oil your hair or fall asleep with makeup on you'll be charged for cleaning? then on my bill they charge $7.00 for a change of linin… plus taxes of about $2.

I was honestly very disappointed with this hotel. From the reviews everyone has left I was expecting some thing much nicer. The room reeked of cigarette smoke, and the hallways smelled like a mixture of Brussel sprouts and dirty feet. The room was clean. But I could not get over the stench. Other than that the employee that checked us in was very nice, but I would not recommend this hotel. Just go ahead and spend the extra bucks for a better hotel.

This place is pretty decent for the most part. It's quite and clean. They have a guest laundry room facility which is really convenient. It's within walking distance of the shopping plaza. The only negative thing I have to say is the AC unit is loud and slightly clunky, and the room does get pretty hot s nd stuffy. Also I'm not sure if you could take s bath in the tub due to the stopper being stuck in the shower position. No other complains. The price is right especially if your staying for a week.

Over rated monthly price. No amenities like soap to bath or wash your hands, no mirrors, beds are small, towels look like hand me downs from the gables motel, the don't even provide hand towels to dry your hands. They don't have a fork or spoon in the kitchenettes. No cups in rooms. NOT EVEN A COFFEE POT OR coffee for guest in lobby. Desk closed most of the time. The rooms look worse than the American Hotel. This is the reason all room rentals are non-refundable. If id known or viewed the room in person before the card was swiped. I would not be in this dump.

Place was clean and neat. Quality was as you may expect for being the most affordable place in town, but still decent. Perfect for staying a few days or a couple weeks.

I had to stay in Kansas for 2 months and didn't want to pay an outrageous amount of money. Nice hotel with "almost" full kitchen (no oven). Plain rooms nothing special but had everything I needed. Front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. Lots of parking. Nice TV. Nice laundry room, dispensers for soap and softener if you don't want to buy. Right off the highway, but I enjoy ambient noise. I have a horrible back and notice a bad bed immediately, however I had no problem with sleep here.

Horrible, no shampoo, one bar of soap, remote control didn't work, alarm clock was broken, wouldn't even turn on on any outlet, people partying in the parking lot all night outside our window. The blankets stunk so bad like they had never been washed! I'm disgusted since it's in a nice part of town, but the hotel was ghetto!

We used the full sized fridge and the microwave. Bring pots and pans if you want to make a whole dinner though. We are on first floor room 101 it's nice for the price.

It's clean… But very basic. You have to take all your own trash to the dumpster. No maid service. You don't get fresh towels… But at least no bugs, that's all I care about. But you have to request too have an iron and if you don't bring it back they will go in your room when your not there and take it.

I stayed here for about a month in January of this year. It was very clean. I did see a roach the first night, but I got rid of it. You could tell they weren't infested, there are a lot of transients so who knows where it came from? But the only real problem I had was the key card not working at random times and not having Wi-Fi the first week. But I loved their linen service and the cleanliness of the place. They even wiped down the laundry machines. I would recommend it. It's just kinda pricey. And also the ladies in the office were super nice.

Bare bones… no kitchen stuff, not even a coffee maker. Room was clean, but would next be cleaned again in TWO WEEKS, which is when we'd get clean towels. Buy your own tp!?!? Nope, not for me!

Skimpy on amenities. You had to purchase extras like a coffee pot and coffee, and Wifi access. Wi-Fi access look like only 2 bars. We did not purchase. I don't think we would have gotten much at only two bars. They did not offer a late check-out either though the parking lot was only about one-quarter full. Beds with comfortable and rooms were clean. If you only want to bed to sleep in, this hotel is for you.

Booked this place on the fly coming back from a funeral. Looked good on paper. When we got there we couldn't tell where the front door was located. Finally located it and once inside it felt like a prison. Two locked doors before you can get to the main hall. There were young guys with no shirts on running around the halls using vulgar language, loudly. I noticed a lady walk in who appeared to be a lady of the night. Unsavory characters lurking in the parking lot. Absolutely was NOT staying here with my wife and child. The hotel was kind enough to cancel my reservations with no charge. I don't know if it was the day we were going to stay or if it is always like this, but ill never stay at this location again. When we booked it stated nothing on the website (not the company website) about it being an extended stay hotel.

Ok. Not Luxurious. No soap in bathroom. More for temp living but a cheaper rate than surrounding hotels.

I stayed here for a month after my apartment burned down. Excellent location, fair price, and helpful staff. The Wi-Fi package was good enough for competitive gaming. The facility and my room were very clean. Would reccomend.

Meh. Nothin fancy, but that's somewhat expected with the price. A major flaw is the chairs to the table. They're the kind of chairs you might find at a fast food restaurant, church event, or school and the only place to sit other than the bed or counter. We all know neither of those is very comfortable for very long.

Great place and great staff! I have been back to this Value Place over several years and it has been very well maintained and managed. Any problem has always been immediately resolved. Close to shopping centers, restaurants and the interstates. Based on my experiences, I consider this Value Place to be my home away for home!

This place is for those who need a place to stay for a long time with a kitchen. The staff, particularly Tiffany, is extremely helpful. My room was very clean. There is always parking. It's located near the highways and many shopping centers for all your needs. I would stay here again.
