First night bed wasn’t done, find hairs in bed, night people was helpful, they gave me another room after 30-45 minutes
Saturday we were ready for breakfast and they told me breakfast will b served at 7:00
I was there at 6:30, nobody told me about, I could use those 30 extra minutes for sleep more, this two people behind counter talking about I was upset and one of her said “it is what it is” really?
We r here for work and this “little” things make this nice hotel look bad on my eyes
Lots of people asking for breakfast speciality the young kids going to play sports they have to leave without breakfast
I stay in holiday inns all the time but this was a “quick trip” and this just is a bad experience for me.

Loved the staff, hotel, and my room! Meeting space was new and large with a great sound system to hear your trainer.

This place is so amazing! The rooms are so spacious! Fit the 5 of us amazingly and the people who work here are amazing! This is a great place to stay!

So nice! We were in town for a wedding and loved our stay here. Super clean and the staff was super nice. We would definitely stay here again.

The breakfast was disappointing. We booked through price line and when we got there they said their was going to be an extra $75 non refundable pet fee. Our bathtub drain didn’t work, and the bathroom door didn’t lock. Also the bathroom door is a frosted glass so you can see in as well as it shines a ton of light Into the room. So if someone is trying to get up early to get showered and dressed there is a good chance the entire room will be woken up. I don’t think this place is worth the cost.

Wonderful place to stay if you're in KC area. Clean, very comfortable bed, decent sized rooms, and easy access to highway. Close to most attractions. We will definitely stay again!

Great place to stay. Right next door to a really good restaurant. There wasn’t really any food at this Hyatt, unlike the other Hyatt’s.

Would definitely stay again… Minus a few issues the stay went very well. The hospitality from the staff staff was great! The room was clean with no complaints. I have no problem referring this location to others and using it on further dates. I've never been to a hotel where they didn't have non-allergenic detergents for their towels and the front desk lady did not seem to happy to help with the issue, but besides that, the stay was great!

Excellent rooms with ample space. Very clean and tidy when we arrived. Nice breakfast. New looking excersice room and pool. No complaints at all.

Hotel is really nice, clean and upscale. We enjoyed our night, the room and hallways were quiet and comfy my wife and I enjoyed walking through the halls and just being able to have a nice conversation.

Got there and the TV didn't work, took several employees & 30 mi. To get that fixed. The room smelled. I don't know what they were smoking but it sucked. Breakfast was better than average, but after 10 no coffee was avaible. Wouldn't really recommend at this price levek.

We stayed at the hotel on Saturday night and enjoyed the size of the room and comfort with a clean room and great AC. The breakfast was great and check out was easy. There are many great places to eat nearby and even though the parking lot was full with a wedding at the hotel, there is lots of additional parking across the street.

The rooms are nice and very clean. Extremely satisfied with our stay and love that they are pet friendly.

Hyatt Lenexa KC is very unaccommodating to it's guests. We simply requested that breakfast be moved up 30 minutes and the manager sternly declined without giving as much as a simple explanation as to why. We have run into similar situations in the past, however, many orher hotels have made appropriate adjustments given our group size and circumstances. Unfortunately, Hyatt Lenexa KC cares nothing about the quality of stay it provides it's large groups. I truly hope that they change this policy in the future as we make this trip annually and they would miss out on quite a bit of money. If you want breakfast, go elsewhere.

We just stayed here this past weekend for a baseball tournament! To say they were accommodating is an understatement. Lisa and Alan went above and beyond and made sure our stay was the best. We will stay here anytime we can!

Booked this hotel many days back. On arrival, they flatly refused to give room stating that hotel is completely booked and they have right to cancel any bookings. There is no guarantee for room to be available, On top, the assistant manager Ron was very disrespectful and rude. He flatly told me to find some other hotel in middle of night and do not care for reviews. Hyatt Place Lenexa city center does not care if customers are unhappy. Stay away from this hotel unless you like to mistreated and thrown out.

We held an event where a doctor spoke. They were experiencing technical difficulties with the computer and projector but ended up being a great event. There was also a cash bar with a good selection.

Absolutely an amazing place to be. I've been there on business trip for 19 days, and all I can say is that I totally miss being there.
The team is great, to be proud of, they have made me feel like I was at home the whole time and definitely improved my experience.
They will go above and beyond to try and accomodate your requests and are overall wonderful people to have a around and share some talks with.

I hope to visit KS again, and this hotel will definitely be my place to stay.

Beautiful spot, was planning my wedding reception there, but they wanted to put me on the hook for up to 80% of blocked rooms, even though the block would be released 3 weeks prior to the wedding, tight budget can't agree to that, moved on. Great staff.

Rooms are very nice. Easy to get into and out of staff has been considerably nice. Very inexpensive compared to others. Would recommend immensely.

I stayed at the Hyatt place in Kansas for 2 nights and I was quite impressed with the facility and service. It is a new property so everything was in pristine condition. The price I paid per night was at par with the Hampton Inns however, the quality of everything available seems a notch higher. The front desk was exceptionally polite and friendly… actually, everyone I encountered from Kansas airport to hotel and beyond was exceptionally friendly and polite! The free breakfast was also quite good. Free parking and the property is located not far from restaurants and a few shops. Thanks for reading, Nick C.

Wonderful stay! My three daughters took me there for my 60th birthday. Staff was super friendly, snapped pics for us even told us where the best lighting was! Breakfast buffet was awesome! Love the design features in the hotel as well as the room! PS I left my charger in the room and didn't realize until I was home (3 hrs away). They had it and offered to overnight it to me! Would definitely stay there again!

Beautiful new hotel right next to my business. Great meeting rooms. Nice people. My company uses the facility for our Aptora University. They have excellent rooms and are close to many food options. It is a growing area. Great place to stay.

Excellent all around. Very happy about all parts of my stay. Breakfast was very good and different everyday. Staff was always nice. Food options for snacks and dinner are also amazing. Ignite next store is an amazing place to eat. I recommend starting here.

Great new hotel — at least it looks really new, in a newly-built convention/business area. Nice rooms, clean, good breakfast. Decent-looking bar in the lobby that also serves food. Only complaint was that breakfast staff didn't watch the items on the breakfast bar — several items sat empty for quite awhile, until people asked about them, and then they were happily and quickly refilled — they just need to be a bit more proactive.

I stayed here as part of a large group for a ladies weekend. The rooms were very nice. Staff was courteous and helpful. The location was easily accessible and convenient for driving to nearby shopping. Our group enjoyed dining at two restaurants that were in easy walking distance from the hotel. I would definitely stay again.

This is one of the top 5 hotels we have ever had the pleasure of staying at. Clean comfortable and very nice. Quite, very friendly employees. Our new go to place when in the KC area. Try it you'll love it too.

My room was clean and the beds were comfortable. Pet friendly. The staff were all amazingly kind. They went out of their way to greet us, offer help, and make sure our stay was great.

Nice, clean, new hotel. VERY friendly staff, even greeting me by name as I come in the door! I love the brand, and I appreciate the staff. The convenience of lite food and drinks onsite is also great. The only area I that I could see as one 'blemish' is that when the hotel is full, morning volume for breakfast and coffee can overwhelm the staff with items running out (egad! No COFFEE?!? ) and taking too long to be replenished.

Quiet location. Staff was not dedicated to us with sidebar conversations. Room was smaller than I saw online. Was clean. Great location. Staff was hard to reach externally. I would recommend it.

These guys were amazing! I had a previous reservation at another place I walked in and it was so hideous I told them it wasn't going to work. I walked into Hyatt Place, Kansas City and I felt like I found an oasis! The team was amazing, friendly and helpful. I felt like I was at a resort. It's wonderful to come back anytime of day or night and know that you have food available to you and a friendly face. I highly recommend this specific location. Additionally, I believe that Hyatt Place as a brand provides consistently the same experience.

The building was nice and we were in two big conference rooms. It this is right off of Renner and you have to go through 3 or 4 traffic circles to get to it. Our event was catered I believe by the staff there and we had some issues. They didn't have enough rolls on our table and when we asked about it they said they didn't have any more. There was some confusion too when they offered chicken as an option but it was actually just pasta with two tiny pieces of chicken in it. The staff in general was a little slow at getting things to us.

The room was a little smaller than I was expecting for a "King Suite, " but it was fine. The staff was nice and breakfast was standard. We were there for a "staycation, " so it worked for our needs.

2 nights, in this beautiful hotel. In a very up and coming area, with access to major highways right there, it's perfect fit visiting the Kansas City area. Wonderful rooms, amazing breakfast included, great pool, and the staff is the best!

Very enjoyable stay! Staff is very accomodating, breakfast was much better than your normal mid-range hotel. Hotel was exceptionally clean, quiet, and inviting. Rooms are nice and comfy. No complaints at all!

Nice quiet stay. Stayed one night. Morning breakfast was good. Food was hot and eating area very clean. Room was clean and quiet. Easy to find from the interstate and get in and out of. Our room had a king bed with a separate seating area. The TV moved in the wall so could watch TV in bed or in the seating area. Very comfortable. There was a small fridge in our room, along with a sink and counter area which was nice. We will choose this particular Hyatt location again on our next KC visit.

A wonderful place to stay! Spent two nights here while in town for our grandson's hockey tournament. Such a terrific place, great staff (especially Charlie! ), great breakfast and just an overall terrific stay. I would highly recommend staying here.

We were there for my wife's company Service Award banquet. The table settings were very nice and the service was good. The food was excellent! My only quibble is with the signage routing guest to the ballroom section. It could have been more prominently displayed.

The location was nice. We went to visit some friends there and go swimming. It was a wonderful time and the staff was great!

I went for a banquet. Very nice facilities. The food was a mixed bag: salad was tabled ahead of time and was a bit warm by the time it was consumed, bread was not good, the shrimp dish (served with rossoto) was fantastic, one of the best wishes I've ever had, mini apple pie with caramel sauce was great, the chocolate stuffed pastry was visually off-putting but tastes okay. The sound system wasn't very good, but that might have been brought in from outside. Nice bathrooms.

The hotel is new with a friendly staff. The room was nice with all the convenience. The breakfast was decent and of better quality than many hotels with the free buffet. The only downside is the hotel is in a developing area so there is only one restaurant in walking distance. The restaurant is nice though. I will stay here again.

Spacious, clean rooms. Nice staff. Not a full fledged restaurant but snacks and light meals are available 24/7 and they stock a few craft beers. Breakfast is indeed a bit limited and the noise from the interstate is quite noticable, at least on the east side.

Great stay at the Hyatt Place. Clean, well designed rooms, friendly staff, good location, quiet inside. The free breakfast is nice, but not anything to write home about. Not a lot of parking by the entrance, so you have to walk a ways to get inside.

Stayed there a few days on business. Was within walking distance to a few good eateries. And, it was brand spanking new. Enjoyed the complimentary breakfast. Only bad thing was the TV interface, which let's face it, all hotel TV interfaces suck!

For 3 days in a row, breakfast is very limited. Holiday Inn down the road had so much better breakfast than this Hyatt! This is the lowest breakfast quality I ever had compare to any Hyatt I stayed in. If free breakfast is high in your list, go to Hampton or Holiday Inn because they are better than here, Hyatt. The pictures are basically it and no other choices for the past 3 days.

Customer service sucks. The assistant manager does not care about anything and the way the staff acts the follow her I dont care attitude. Came here on race week for Kansas and all the staff did was talk crap about Nascar and thier loyal fans.
