Great place to stay! Staff is very friendly, breakfast is on point! The cookies in the evening that were by the desk in the evening were always welcome. The cookies will be greatly missed as we return home. Thank you Best Western for making our stay fabulous.

Very nice facility. We would stay here again the next time we are traveling in the area. We have found that BW Plus hotels represent very good value for the cost.

Beautiful setting… nice rooms, grassy area to walk dog. Lots of variety at breakfast, omelettes and waffles! Pool is small but heated, kids enjoyed it! Some ground level rooms have sliding glass doors to the outdoors, perfect for pets.

I reserved 8 rooms for my family. Every room was very nice and we enjoyed our stay tremendously. I want to thank Amanda for helping me get that many rooms. She followed up on all my requests.

The hot tub is a joke it's more of a luke warm bath and the jets a extremely weak. The breakfast looked decent all the way up till tasting it which made me want to yak. Besides those issues, the room was nice and was the only decent part of the stay.

The rooms are nice, bathrooms are great could use updating the showers& bathtubs. Beds are perfectly in the middle not to firm not to soft. Microwaves look brand-new run they are from the 70s. Our mini fridge didn't even keep I've cream sandwiches from melting so wasn't impressed. The single cup coffee maker is nice however the cops aren't big enough don't even fill my travel mug up disappointed. Personally I'd like to see the "usual" flavored creamers come to the hotel as well but plain cream worked. Breakfast was mediocre reminded me of when I was in grade school other than that everything was great.

Loved this hotel! Breakfast could have been better. However, the front desk people were amazing and friendly and the location was perfect for my needs.

Excellent hotel! So happy we stayed here. Rooms and staff were excellent. Bed was very very comfortable. Definitely recommend and would stay there again.

Fabulous! My time frame kept changing and they made sure we had a room. We left my grandson's blanket and stuffed bear behind, and they kept it safe! Fantastic! This is my 3rd stay. Will continue to go there.

A great place to stay on Whildbey island, central to everywhere. Great value, wonderful breakfast, clean room, great bed, helpful employees, I would definitely stay here again|!

Service was great. Crowded parking lot but had plenty of space. Room was clean, comfortable bed. They allow dogs so that was a big plus.

Rooms seem clean. Breakfast was just okay, but fresh cookies every night at 5. Good water pressure. TVs are have unimpressive cable for a hotel. Convenient location and right off the road but rooms are quite.

An excellent overnight choice if you're staying in Oak Harbor. Nicely decorated rooms. Comfortable beds. Plus a full breakfast to get your day started.

Great place to stay, clean, comfortable and great staff. We used the spa after our walk and it was wonderful. Would definitely recommend.

I stayed for 2 nights and it was okay but I don’t plan to stay again. On the plus side; beds were comfy although firm, pet potty area was nice and clean, room was clean. On the negative end; staff were not continuously friendly, for pet friendly they were a tad strict compared to other hotels in area, water randomly was unavailable; as in the bathroom sink and shower had no supply for a few hours mid day and once water was running again it ran brown for a few seconds before looking clean and normal.

I was coming up to work at the Taco Bell for 2 days and stayed here. When I arrived I checked in and was given a upgrade to the executive suite with the king bed! This place was beautiful and the breakfast was great! Friendly staff! I will be back!

As always I very much enjoyed my stay at the Best Western in Oak Harbor, Washington. Amanda was great, she is a super sweet person and I place great value on how staff treats guests.

Quiet, clean. Staff was astounding and helpful (I was dealing with my sister's passing, and they were beyond helpful).

Got a great rate for an amazing room and the most comfortable mattress I have EVER slept on! Seriously! Very wheelchair accessible. Rate includes breakfast! Will definitely return or refer!

Very clean even during renovations. Manager, Marshall Smith, is outstanding and pleasant. He made us feel very welcome at the hotel after settling an issue we had. Breakfast was great.

Fantastic staff and nice hotel. At the time of our stay they were remodeling, so a bit noisy (but only during the day and on the north end). The initial room was a little musty smelling (somewhat near the remodeling) and the staff was very accommodating and made every effort to make it right. Got me a new room and took the time, wrote down my concerns and sent someone down to get it corrected. Will be staying here again!

This is an outstanding hotel. The front desk staff were extremely helpful and friendly, as were the cleaning staff. The fitness room was clean and well-equipped, and the breakfast was quite comprehensive. Also, I can't say enough good about the rooms. Very spacious and clean. And I am picky about the clean part! Definitely one of the nicest, or perhaps even the nicest, room I've stayed in at a chain hotel. Highly recommend.

Nice hotel… But my experience was horrible. Double billed for my room mind you billed a different amount for 2nd charge. I am already back home from hotel. I am traveling and went to use my card DENIED due to a pending charge from this hotel Why? After I have already paid my bill in full at checkout ON 10/7/2017… It was just wayyy to much confusion for me. I will NEVER stay at a BEST WESTERN of any brand EVER!

Was very nice. One of the nicest best westerns I have ever stayed at. I will definitely stay here again.

We had a king suite. The room has vaulted ceilings which made it feel that much bigger. We had our 8 month old with us so there was plenty of room for all three of us. Bed was great, pillows sucked so bring your own but everything was great!

We enjoyed our stay, and were thankful to find lodging convenient to local attractions at the height of tourist season. Rooms and lobby were attractive and clean. The pool and hot tub were enjoyable and inviting. Breakfast was just OK — about as we expected after reading other reviews. It was sufficient to get us going for the day. Hotel staff very friendly and helpful, including suggesting local eatery. We would stay there again unless a B&B were available.

Clean, exceptional staff. Generous sized rooms. Terrific water pressure in shower. All the amenities you can expect in a modern hotel. Check the a/c filters and ensure they are clean if your a/c isn't putting out much cold air. The dust can restrict air flow thus preventing normal operation.

Great place to stay! Very accommodating for our dog, too! The dog walk was right outside our room. We could take him outside without walking through the lobby. Great breakfast every morning.

Very comfortable accommodations. The guestroom was clean and had sufficient electrical plugs for keeping phones and tablets charged. The beds we're very comfortable and the bathroom was stocked with enough towels for our group of four. No need to call for additional towels like most other hotels. It is a great place to stay, located on hi-way 20 near the Naval Air Station.

Was great place to stay, was on vacation with my dad and my kids visiting family and friends, their breakfast was great, rooms are good nice and clean bathrooms were good but I felt a bit cluttered, but overall was a great stay!

Best BW ever. So clean and accessible. Staff most friendly, two gentlemen both days jan 27th and 28th. Took care of every need. Very welcoming. Awesome room, hot tub which we had to ourselves, and breakfast was wonderful. So many, options. Highly recommend. Oh, we had a pet too and they provide a nice green area out back to potty break. Super accessible. Nothing bad to say! P. S. Forgot to mention the cookies and apples in the lobby. Nice touch!

The AC in our room never got cold. The bed was hard and breakfast was the worst we have had at a best western. The rooms were clean and the staff was friendly.

Friendly service and clean facilities. The breakfast offering is standard. The eggs are powdered and very runny. The French toast is cold and hard or soggy at times. The Wi-Fi is slow but usable.

The room was very clean and really comfortable. I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The only thing that I would change would be the price of the room. My girlfriend and I got a room with a single king sized bed and for one night it cost a little over a hundred dollars. It was a nice room but would be much better if it cost more like $80 a night.

Room was wonderful and clean, sparse on clothes hangars in the closet. Fridge was warm. Very happy with the service.

Consistent Internet speeds of 10-20mbps. The beds were a little hard for my taste. The hallways smell of must; but the room didn't. AC/Heat worked just fine in the room and it had a new flatscreen 32" TV with a full DVD player and rentals available at the front desk. The only reason I can see this BW is rated a "Plus" hotel is because of the "seasonal" pool and the restaurant on site. Decent stay and accommodations for where the hotel is. For what it is and price you won't find anything comparable within a hours drive.

The 300 level rooms were amazing… And totally accommodating my big (5kid) family. Huge vaulted ceiling, big bathroom and plenty of room for us to spend the night. It's only an outdoor pool and hot tub, but it was still nice! The staff was very nice to deal with.

Very military friendly and has great rates. The breakfast is to die for in my opinion. Rooms are clean and hotel workforce is very friendly.

Rooms were clean, breakfast was ok. I came in just after midnight and it took a while for the staff to notice I was there.
