Nice clean rooms great staff.
We stayed at this facility June 21-24 and thought the hotel was new but they said it had been in operation for 2 years. Very nice rooms and lobby. We were there visiting with family and decided to use the pool on Sunday. The pool area was dirty with trash… someone had spilled a large amount goldfish crackers and they were soggy from rain. There were no trash cans around the pool. The pool was dirty… scum around the perimeter on the tile and bugs etc floating in the pool. It was this way when I went out for my morning walk at 6 am and this was 1 pm. It started raining and we went in. I asked at front desk about whey the pool was so dirty and she had a surprised look on her face and just said "I'll have to see who was supposed to clean the pool today". That was all that was said to me about it… this was on Sunday 6/23. Isn't that something that is done each day before the pool opens? I was going to mention it at check out but there wasn't anyone at the front desk… we didn't even get receipts placed under the door the morning of check out.

Our room was disgusting. There was an old gallon of chunky milk left in the refrigerator and there was hair clogging the sink drain. Shower looked like it had not been cleaned in several days. This was extremely disappointing considering all of the concerns with the coronavirus. Tried to make tea in the lobby downstairs and black crust came out of the hot water dispenser. We tried to speak to the manager and she was unresponsive after we asked for one night of our stay to be comped. The one time there was actually an attendant at the front desk she was extremely rude and was on her personal phone.
