We always stay at a Hyatt hotel. Nice large room and quiet.

Friendly staff. Spacious and clean guest room.

Excellent team at the front desk on 11/20/2020! The two ladies were professional and very knowledgeable. Shawna and Reba are Great ambassadors. Hotel was clean, modern and in an excellent location.

Needs updating & had no iron in the room. Not as nice as the photos online make it look but it was clean & the suite was spacious & comfortable. Great location too!

You could HEAR every step in the room above you. It was like children running around most of the night. The place had a good look but not a good smell. Didnt smell like it was sanitized, but ut the Hotel is in a good location.

Great drinks! Stayed elsewhere but stopped in for a drink after the next door restaurant closed at 11!

The location was amazing. You had access to restaurants and stores in a matter of minutes.

We did have a couple of cleanliness issues but the manager handled it right away and even offered to refund the points we used. This is one of the nicest Hyatt’s I have stayed at. Breakfast was really great! Thank you for a great stay.

Room was wonderful, but the service was even better! 10 out of 10 stars for both Chad and Felicia! Excellent service is just what you want after a long drive!

The beds were very hard… the room was nice and big but they need to get different beds…

This hotel was a great home base for our convention (Pilots). Staff was on point! Rooms were great! Breakfast was delicious! They took good care of us! Zero complaints!

From the time I walked in the door, I felt like I was at home. The front desk staff, Amore' and the manager Leyla made me feel welcome and had such a great spirit. They were both helpful in many ways. The rooms are very clean and spacious. Definitely recommend this hotel in Savannah, Ga. Especially if you want to be near the airport.

Stayed here for the first time today and as soon as we walked in the 2 lady's at the front desk we're very friendly and extremely helpful can't express how helpful even down to showing us a local map and suggesting things for us to do and good places to eat. Definitely would recommend this place to anyone looking for a top of the line place to stay. A big thanks to Monet and Amore we're the friendliest lady's we could ask for. They were amazing from the start this is one very happy group of friends. Haven't even saw our room yet, just that satisfied with the customer service already.

We spent 3 nights here and loved our stay. Our room was large, updated, clean, and comfortable. Our room had a small fridge and a sectional couch with 2 tvs — in bedroom and "living room" area. The shower was large as well. The staff was great from check-in to breakfast to check-out and everything in-between. They were very welcoming. There is an outdoor pool here, and even though we didn't go swimming, it looked very clean and well maintained. The free breakfast was great as well. There was a lot of things to choose from… eggs, bagels, waffles, pancakes, oatmeal with toppings, fresh fruit, yogurt, cottage cheese, bacon or sausage, potatoes, cereal, milk, almond milk, a few different juices… I highly recommend this hotel. If we're ever in Savannah again, we will definitely stay here!

Checked in tonight about 1am. Was advised that they don’t serve food despite advertising a “late night bite”menu. The choice available was the chips or cookies in the display up front. I purposely stayed here because I was arriving late and all the other Hyatt Places that I’ve stayed at have a late night menu similar to the one advertised here. I even have a late night menu in my room but the hostess in the front stated that it’s not valid after 11pm. I asked why it was in the room and she said she didn’t know. Worst service ever. Her best advice was to Uber to McDonald’s. (Which had we known before the Uber dropped us off, we would have. And then had the Uber drop us off at a different hotel. ) I’ve stayed at many Hyatt Places and like them for consistency across the brand. This experience has me re-thinking ever staying at a Hyatt Place again.

Stayed here for a week with my husband and son's while looking in the area for housing for my son who's in the Army. The suite was very large with a sectional couch that pulled out into a bed, and a large television. The bedroom had 2 queen beds and another large television. Breakfast was served each morning, and had something for everyone. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend this hotel!

Room was clean and very spacious! But the internet was horrible! Took awhile to even get connected, then when connected it took forever to load pages or send out a text to my family or get texts from my kids! My Husband was trying to do some work from his computer and couldn't get very much done because of internet being snail like pace! Very frustrating!

We had a room directly off the elevator and I was very worried about noise and how well we would sleep. Very pleasantly surprised to find out we never heard a door slam or the elevator noise! Room was very clean and smelled great and fresh. Pool was nice. It closed at 8pm our first night there which was a little disappointing to the kids but open late the next night.

Tl dr: rooms and bedding NOT clean. Staff is very friendly. Very good breakfast The room was not very clean. The sheets were disgusting! very noticeable stains throughout and it was pretty obvious that they hadn't been washed after the previous guests checked out. The staff was very accommodating though, they quickly changed out the sheets and were overall pretty apologetic of the situation. The morning breakfast was very good and made our stay a little more pleasant.

The Hyatt is the best. Great customer service. Clean facility and nice staff. They also have the best Big Chocolate Chip Cookies ever.

Conveniently located right off I-95. Easy on easy off 95, Sam Snead's Restaurant Bar and Grill is right next door. Can't ask for too much more when you're traveling.

Comfortable, clean, convenient and has friendly staff. Wish they would segregate the guests with dogs… Good free breakfast.

The staff were absolutely wonderful. They fully accommodated our needs and the rooms were wonderful. Will definitely visit again.

The staff was very friendly and if you needed anything they would get it for you, the room layout is fantastic. I did have an issue with my room the second night and the staff was able to get me moved to another room right away.

Very spacious room, firm bed with good beddings and the included breakfast was restaurant quality. The only negative would be the slightly too loud in room air conditioning unit. Otherwise, a great hotel with great staff.

This place was spectacular. The staff was pretty friendly but If you get the chance to meet one of the staff members Gee Gee, she will brighten your day. She was the most positive uplifting person I have talked to. The breakfast In the morning was by far the best I have had at a hotel. I would recommend this place to anyone.

I stay in hotels almost every night. The bed here was by far one of the most comfortable. I slept very well. The hot water in the shower took a good while to get hot but it was still a nice shower. Staff was very friendly. Hope I get more stays here.

Good hotel for those who are in. I'm passing through the. City. If the idea is to visit Savannah is 12 km from the historic center. Better find another one. Close.

Excellent hotel very clean and well managed. 1 min from rt95 with many gas stations and stores in the area. Highly recommend.

Nice place to stay for the exception of 1 not having vending machines and rooms not having microwave. But you can go too the front desk and pay $3.25 for a 20oz drink or buy a old salad for$9. My company has placed a dozen of our employees here but I think that is going too change. Long story short it's probably good for a short stay.

It's a hotel that meets. Breakfast is very good. We had an inconvenience in the early morning with the fire alarm and was soon repaired even though we didn't get an apology for that.

Njeri and her team were great! After our original hotel cancelled our room at the last minute, I called in a panic and she was able to get my family checked in early so we could get ready for a wedding. The entire team was friendly and professional! The room was neat and the beds comfy! We enjoyed all the staff we interacted with during our stay and appreciated the tasty breakfast. Njeri even checked in with us in the AM to see if all went well the night before. Thank you Njeri for saving the day with your professionalism and superior customer service! I would recommend this location to anyone! Also, I sometimes use Hyatt for business travel but now I will consider using them regularly for both business and family travel!

Very nice property! Rooms look and smell good. Staff is above average. Tyler Fucello and Gee Gee are absolutely the best with the guests. Will definitely book again soon.

The staff and customer service at this hotel make the stay wonderful. Stayed here in Aug 2017. My only suggestion would be to add microwaves in the rooms, otherwise the stay was very pleasant.

We only staid for one night. The room was clean and they even brought us extra clean towels, shampoo and soap when they saw how many we were. That's a plus in my book. Break fast was fresh. Made on premises. Staff very friendly. We would definetly stay again.

Elevator was out of service when we got here. The gentleman brought all of our bags up to the room for us. Very friendly and offered us a free glass of wine. Love this place and you should stay here. Very nice.

Room was large and clean. Has a small bar with snacks and dessert in the lobby. Very good breakfast. Staff in breakfast room is wonderful. Very convenient to restaurants and shopping. Right next door is Sam Snead's Tavern. Close, but not too close to I-95 that you can hear trucks screaming down the road at night. Very easy drive to airport using local roads. Would definitely stay here again.

Great clean rooms with a nice L shaped lounging couch. Nice spacious lobby with a nice work put center and a surprisingly great free breakfast. Much better than most complementary breakfast I've had. Service was definitely good, nothing over the top great but good and friendly.

3rd floor room very comfortable and very large rooms. Breakfast was pretty decent but the Wi-Fi was a bit slow.

My husband and I booked a stay at the Hyatt Place Savannah Airport hotel for November 6th-9th 2015. We are participants of the Savannah Rock 'N Roll Marathon. When we found out a friend and her husband were doing it as well, we chose to rent a house in historic downtown to be closer to the race event and to split costs. Friday, June 5th at 11:00am I called the Hyatt Place to cancel our reservation and spoke with a representative. She was female and did not give her name. When I told her my request she first responded by cutting me off and telling me I had to do it online. When I told her I had made the reservation through the Hyatt Website, she told me she could if I had made it with a credit card. When I asked her if I needed my CC# for the cancellation she said no. She struggled with pronouncing simple words and could not pronounce my husband's (Joel) name right. I made the call during a break at work and was surrounded by coworkers during this conversation. She then began rattling off my cancellation confirmation number without asking if I was prepared to write it down. I was not located at my desk nor near something to write with so I kindly interrupted and asked if I could be sent an email with my cancellation confirmation number. She then stated very abrupt and rudely (and I quote), "I was trying to give you the number when I was speaking. " I explained my predicament about not having a pen to write with and she then asked if I had an email on file.

When I first arrived at the Hyatt Place at the Savannah Airport I was impressed. The facility was clean and modern. The staff were pleasant and professional. My reservation, which I placed online, was confirmed and check-in was seamless. Upon reaching my room I noticed a gap at the top of the door nearly half an inch thick; not a big deal, just interesting. Opening the door I was greeted with a beautiful room. Everything worked, there were two large LCD TVs. The door to the bathroom was a sliding slab of frosted glass. I could have been more pleased with my decision. That night, however, I was awakened by the sound of my upstairs neighbor walking around from 1-3 am as there was no noise insulation between floors. And that beautiful frosted glass door? The designers hadn't considered the idea of someone getting up in the middle of the night to use the bathroom. Flicking on the light floods the whole suite in bright light, waking everyone. The next day, upon returning to my room, I discovered the room had not been cleaned and reset. Once would have been acceptable but in the 5 days we were there, the room was cleaned once. One of the reasons we chose this hotel was the complementary breakfast bar. The food was mediocre at best. The grits were instant, in the South, INSTANT grits?! Seriously? Grits take 15 minutes to cook. The french toast was hard and bland. Frankly, I could have gotten the same (or better) from McDonald's.
