This was a good hotel the staff wasn't that good but they had breakfast to compensate for their rudeness.

This woman is wacko if she thinks these are actually queen size beds in this room that she charged us for! We even told her that they are only barely full size and she called us liars! Room was not that clean either, for the price I expected more! I won't stay here again! I stay in hotels in Fort Worth Texas all the time and always get double queen beds for great prices and a lot cleaner. Very disappointed.

One star it’s tooo mucho to give to this hotel! The room are so dirty, the smoked and disgusting smell on everithing is general, there is no words to describe how nasty dirty it is, please do yourself a favor … is way much better sleep on your car, the bathroom the tub the walls iakkkkk, the heater and ac is a piece of you know what plus doesn’t work, there is mice poo in the floor, the coach was indescriptible… do not come here for no reazon.

Very clean rooms. Everything you need in room is there. Very friendly people at front desk.

This was a nice hotel not 5 star as far as luxury but it was clean, beds and bedding were also clean. Management was super nice and we had a fridge and microwave as well as a table and chairs to eat. I have no complaints the price was money saver.

I can't recall having met a nicer and more accommodating manager. I noticed renovations going on and the place is looking nice. I gave it five stars because though it wasn't the big name chain I felt as comfortable as I could of possibly been. I would definitely stay here again.

My daughter and I drove up from Gainesville, ga. On the way to Tybee island. From home, I called and spoke with Mark, the owner. He was so sweet and such a nice guy. We got there at 12am and booked 2 days. The room was clean, bright, quiet. We are coming again before fall and definitely will book with Mark! We made a new friend!

Room was clean and spacious. Microwave and refrigerator were so old they were yellow. Shower didn't work well. But for a late night, last minute room it was cheap and reasonable.

My boyfriend and I decided to take a trip to Savannah and due to the lack of hotels that allowed people under the age of 21 to check in we settled for the Royal Inn. THIS PLACE IS GREAT, we were extremely happy with the service that was provided and Mr. Patel who runs the Inn is the sweetest man. Great customer service and the room was lovely; the room was clean and so was the bathroom. We were extatic to get such a great stay for such a great price! I would highly reccommend for anyone needing a cheap place to stay. It's quaint and I don't think you'll be disappointed.

I give this place minus 10, 000 stars. In the first room we were greeted with a giant poo in the toilet. The room was filthy and had bed bugs and little red bugs on both beds and climbing the walls. The refrigerator didn't close. Cigarette burn holes in the blankets and chairs. The second room smelled so bad and had more bugs. The third room had even more bugs and smelled like mold and filth. Do not ever go here. We were offered a refund and high tailed it across the street.

I reserved 6 rooms for this hotel. When I arrived, I advised the owner that I only needed 3 rooms because the other travelers did not come. He advised me that this was no problem and he would cancel the other 3 rooms. He lied!. I was charged for all 6 rooms and he is now refusing to credit the charges. At first he told me that Expedia told him to charge the fees. When Expedia called him, he told them that I never canceled the other rooms. DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL! If I would not have checked my bank statement I would have never known. Also, no where on Expedia's website does it show a cancellation policy for this hotel. The hotel has no website, so it is not displayed anywhere on the web! I repeat… DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL! The rooms are cheap and smell old and stale also. I would have given this experience negative stars is possible…

This is definitely the worst experience going to this hotel. The hotel owner was so rude during booking that we ended up leaving. I've never dealt with such unprofessional behavior. Would not recommend.

Honest & Excellent service. I lost my ring there, called & explained & within an hour, they returned my call & held my Ring until I to get it! They are wonderful people. Reasonable price & includes all the necessity's needed. Right off interstate.

Everything I care about in a hotel: price, service, cleanliness, Wi-Fi, microwave, fridge, even a continental breakfast. I can see snobbier patrons turning their nose at the old furniture or really old tv, but these things aren't important.

Smelled gross. Sheets were stained. Price different (more) than shown online. Bugs in bathroom. Fridge didnt work. Lamps didn't work.

You really get what you pay for. The room smelled. The controls on the a/c did not work. I had to unplug it from the wall. So, the room was always too hot or too cold. The towels were hard and stained. The bed was uncomfortable. On the other hand, the staff was nice. I payed for an entire week so I stayed all 7 days but I was so glad when the week ended.

Smells like smoke in my non-smoking room. Not the dirtiest motel I've stayed in but certainly not clean. Old french fries left on floor near bed. Everything's dingy (and that smoke smell). Next time I'd try one of the ones across the street at the same price, $29.99. Front desk was friendly.
