The dirtiest room I have had in years and the highest price paid for one night. I have photos and it shows the disgusting sofa and bathroom which is just not acceptable.

Looks are very deceiving! Walked in the room and was instantly hit with the smell of moisture. The room seemed to have been shut up for a while. Had to leave my door open just to get some fresh air inside. The pool said it closed at 9pm but I was kept awake by people in the pool all the way until 3am. I looked out my window and the girl turns and apologized for being so loud. Went to the front desk to complain and of course no one was to be found. Will never stay here again.

Room was lovely. Could hear stomping in room above. Breakfast mediocre.

Very basic Hampton not much to brag about. My room was cleaned every day to standard but the AC unit was annoyingly loud. Very friendly staff though and that made up for any issues.

The room was clean, we were given plenty of bathroom linens. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Nice and clean breakfast area, with not one, but two waffle makers. Fresh fruit, boiled eggs, oatmeal, pastries, and other breakfast items are available. Overall, it's a very nice place to stay.

The state was great love the customer service clean rooms great breakfast. It's really great when you're a Hilton Rewards member. Helps to collect those points.

Fantastic room, clean, updated furniture, completely remodeled hotel. Every amenity you could want. Absolutely comfortable bed. I had the single king bed with sitting area with couch. Coffee is always plentiful and free downstairs, plus you have a coffee maker in your room. Wi-fi was easy to connect to and speedy. Breakfast was great. The snack station was plentiful and well stocked. Work out area was a little small and had only two machines that I could see (both treadmills) but it was clean, tidy, and well-appointed. Shower was awesome and I had hot water even when showering late at 10 am. And every person I encountered there was extremely courteous, pleasant, and professional. Upon check out I still had a few things to do and they were accommodating for me to use the lounge to use my laptop and even provided coffee. Hampton Inn is my RECOMMENDED hotel wherever I go. You will not go wrong if you choose THIS Hampton Inn in Richmond HIlls, GA. Thanks again for a great night after a long day for this weary traveler.

The location was great, just off I95 with easy access. Staff was fantastic and they took care of any additional requests I had. Did not need to pay for parking like downtown Savannah ($30), breakfast was delicious, fresh and hot. I will use this hotel again in the future.

A little pricey as a walk in, considering I found the same room for half the price minutes after I confirmed the reservation. Also, despite being a free breakfast, the food was not very good. Overall a nice place to stay as we do prefer Hampton inns when we travel, however this particular one would be one of our least favorite.

Room was clean and so was the hotel. The exercise room left a lot to be desired (only 1 bike and 1 treadmill). I've never cared for the breakfast at Hampton. Powdered eggs and old pastries. I end up eating a bowl of cereal and/or a yogurt. It was as good as a Hampton could be. Friendly staff.

I honestly was not impressed with this hotel. The bed in our room didn't appear to have been cleaned, as I found a tissue in one of the beds. Also, the staff was a bit rude and lacked professional skills. The breakfast wasn't impressive, and I had to stand up to eat my breakfast. The lobby was very small. The room key didn't work on one of the side entry doors, so I had to walk around to the front to get back in. This hotel didn't represent Hampton Inn very well at all. I'll probably stay in a different hotel next time we're in the area.

So far. I can't believe the luggage carts are at the middle of the hotel. For a handicap person expecting to unload his luggage at the front door is a real inconvenience. Free breakfast area was soooo small. Had to wait several minutes for my friend and I to get a table together. Room was clean and roomy. Doubt I'll be returning to this Hampton.

The local area doesn't look too pleasant, but the hotel has been nicely redecorated. The dining area for breakfast was a bit small (everyone crammed in trying to get breakfast), but it was manageable. Rooms were clean, nice and updated, but the walls and floors are paper thin. You can easily hear the people on all sides and above you walking around. Additionally, you have to walk very softly as it sounds like you're stomping on the floor inadvertently. We just needed a place to lay our heads so it wasn't a big deal for us.

The room was clean and looked great. We had two queen size beds are there was still plenty of space to move around. Checking in and out was fast with no hassle. All the employees were friendly and gracious. Compared to the other hotels surrounding it the price was higher but I consider the extra cost well worth it.

07-21-2013 It was late that evening as myself and my wife were on our way to Sanford Fla. We were looking for a room to rest for the night, we came across this Hampton Inn. Very nice and up to date in every way But 153.00 Dollars for 2 adults for 11 hour's! you all are just sticking it to the man! Come on! little better rate will make me come back more often.

Great everything! After a long 12+ hour drive it was a good choice to stay and recharge at the Richmond Hill Hilton HHonors. Breakfast is very a important meal for me and this one by far had the best of selections and quality of food. Clean rooms, perfect room temperature, and very friendly staff.
