Used to stay here a couple of times a year. Will never stay again after last night. Got to the hotel only to find out they couldn't make keys for guests so they checked us in. And gave us a master key that opened every room in the hotel! We got to our room and unlocked the door and there we people in that room! I was mortified! Went back to the front desk and she didn't even apologize. They have workers from the construction site next door living there and the keep the back door propped open. Again totally unsafe. Rooms are not cleaned well and they don't even put a box of tissues in the room. Other much better options very close by.

The beds were good and air conditioning was good that's about all I can say. We went down early a couple mornings for breakfast and they were completely out of everything an hour before breakfast was supposed to end. We we're also skipped by housekeeping two days in a row. The morning of our checkout I asked housekeeping for three towels because there's three of us in this room they gave Hassle and asked if we were leaving or staying I said leaving this was about two hours before check out time housekeeping said they would bring towels they brought 2 and there's three of us in this room. Our receptacles in the room were broken and the shower curtain had mold.

This was the 2nd year we have stayed here on our way back from Florida! We love this hotel. This year they have remodeled the rooms. They offer a good hot breakfast with waffles sausage eggs oatmeal Danish cereal yogurt a few other things! Hotel staff was very courteous and friendly.

Great Hotel to stay at! Especially when your on the road & have stay somewhere for a week! The customer service was great (Biconia, Mary & Chris) made our stay wonderful. The cleaning lady’s did too. Everyone were very helpful. The beds were comfy, Ac worked great, had a 2 fridges & 2 microwave in the 2 room suite we were in. Several restaurants in the area on the same side of the road (so you don’t have to get on the Busy Hwy 21 to go eat) and a grocery store if you need anything. Really enjoyed our stay. We’ll stay here again when we’re in the area.

Room was clean. Good water pressure. Air conditioner labored to cool room and was noisy. Front desk was very helpful — replaced forgotten toothbrushes and had quick and friendly check in even though they were very busy.

Have the availability of the customers for the breakfast service schedule thanks.

Not exactly what we thought at all. Not updated at all. Shower didn't work very well and bed was awful. The fan rattled all night not to the exhaust fan sounds like a helicopter and was afraid to even use it. Expected way more for them.

We were given the rate of $114 after AAA discount for a total of $133 after taxes over the phone when we made our reservations. When we arrived we were charged $148. This room was FAR below what you would expect for $148 (very outdated and questionable cleanliness). Marking Quality Inn off of our top 5!

Clean room amenities not so good front desk receptionist needs more training.

Some of the best customer service I've received at a hotel. Rooms could use an update. Stayed twice, found broken lamp shades in both rooms. Otherwise great property.

Nice large room with a refrigerator. Bathroom was also large with good water pressure. The aircondtioner was an old wall unit not tied to a thermostat but instead controlled by dials. Breakfast was fine but the eating area was too small and hence crowded.

Clean and comfortable. Breakfast food items above average expectation. Negatives to breakfast very flimsy/cheap plastic utensils and the area was too small/ "tight"… facilities and service fine… negative to facility. When arriving late the door to get in is locked… and if clerk doesn't see you. You have to stand in foyer. Knock on the glass because there isn't a buzzer. Not great.

Room was not very clean. Exhaust was so loud. Shower water pressure was low. Breakfast was not good. Find another hotel.

AC didnt work had to switch rooms twice room was filthy and bed was covered in cigarette burns.

Mildew under sink, general yellow tinge. Good for a night's sleep, and not much else.

Beware! I have stayed in many low budget motels and even many hostels and this has by far been the nastiest, dirtiest, and most disgusting ever. The shower was never cleaned. We found many large cockroaches. The beds sheets/ blankets had stains all over. We were too scared to investigate under the sheets at the mattress. I don't mind a run down motel, even if I hear the occasional gun shot outside as long as it's halfway clean. This place needs new management, new bedding, bug extermination and a real good scrubbing. You've been warned!

There was a large bug on the ceiling at check in and they offered bug spray. I got it out of the room without having to smell that all night. Had a bad light bulb laying next to the TV that was the light operated by the switch coming into the room so we had to "find" a light in the dark. The bathroom exhaust fan does not work and the door will not latch. Broken tile in the floor. The safety latch on the room door was broken. Came in the next afternoon and housekeeping had not been in the room. VERY SUBSTANDARD compared to a lot of the places I've stayed.
