The hotel is very nice with friendly staff and good accommodations. However, I don't understand why Hampton would put a hotel in this location. Did not feel safe at the gas station/Subway across the street with people staring at me and a panhandler set up outside who was nasty when we didn't give him money. Plus, the road outside is literally backwards. It's an extremely confusing figure 8 where you drive on the left side of the road for a part of it (look it up and try to follow the arrows). Moreover, after I parked my car, some teens were slowly driving around the parking lot which made me OCD about checking my car. If you pay for a higher end hotel, you expect higher end surroundings.

Reasonable price for a clean room with good maid service. Beds were very comfortable with good pillows. Lots of room amenities. Breakfast was very good with lots of choices, both hot and cold. The women running the dining area were very sweet and helpful. They also kept the area clean & stocked. Everyone at this Inn was polite & helpful and made you feel welcome and valued as a customer. Highly recommended.

Excellent accommodations, reception staff were friendly & helpful. Comfortable room with shower, firm beds, fridge & microwave, large assortment of breakfast items from eggs, sausage, potatoes & waffles to cereal, yogurt & danish. Hard to find a place better than Hampton. Can always depend on quality. This location is top notch. Definitely stay here again in the future.

Very clean and wonderful staff. Sonia make excellent home made cinnamon rolls twice a week to add to the delicious breakfast. Shante (sp? ) took extra time to help us with a little one who locked herself in the room. Highly recommend this motel.

Good clean, great service, detours going into downtown Savannah.

Three stars because the room doors are loud. Each time someone comes or goes its a thud. Easy fix but my guess it'll never be addressed. BTW very good Hampton in all other respects but bottom line is you go there to sleep.

We've stayed here several times as they're close to I-95 l and pet friendly with many restaurants close by. Make sure you're around at 5pm so you can sample the fresh baked cookies. Room has mini refrigerator with small freezer compartment, microwave and coffee maker.

TRULY DOG FRIENDLY! We have stayed at this place now for the second time in three years and — again — it was a great experience. Rooms must have recently been refurbished and everything is nice and clean. We have not traveled as often as we would love to simply because of our lovely dog Diego, a Lab-mix approaching 15 years. We do not want to leave him behind. So, when we found out about this Hampton Inn, gladly accepting pets, we had to try it — and it is true: our dog was greeted in the same way as we were. We all felt welcome. This Hampton Inn is conveniently located off the Interstate but the drive into Savannah is short. And in Savannah hotels are not only more expensive, but they either do not accept pets or they charge between $75 to $150 just for the dog — and at this rate I would expect the dog to get a separate room… Let’s be real: it is a Hampton Inn and not the Hyatt or the Westin. Still, we feel it is very comfortable, rooms are spacious and clean. Beds are great and staff is friendly. Great value for money. So, in it‘s class, it truly deserves 5 stars.

Called last minute. Received welcoming information. Service was Exceptional and room was Wonderful. Very accommodating.

Compared to other Hampton Inns in the same price range, this one was better than average. Positives: Good breakfast with friendly attendants, online check in with choice of room, nice lobby and rooms, pet friendly. Negatives: Entrance to hotel not clearly identified on street, no recycling bins, limited TV channels (no TCM).

Room was clean but lacking. No dresser for your clothing. The only seating is a desk chair. No glasses, even in the bathroom. Bathroom sink broken. Stopper wouldn't go up to drain sink. I used to stay here twice a year. Their price was higher than other pet friendly hotels in the area but they didn't charge an extra fee for pets. Now, their price is even higher and they have a pet fee that is also higher than other hotels. I'll not stay here on my twice a year pass through again.

However, there is no internal restaurant and the only thing really close is Waffle House. Be prepared to drive for food. The rooms are clean and the bed is comfy. I like the blackout shades, nice amenity to get a good night's sleep. I sleep to a rain app on my phone so hotel noise isn't an issue. Solid selection for breakfast.

Not happy with check-in. Was too much bother to correct my bill for AARP or AAA discount. Was told my rate should have been$138 plus taxes. They charged $180 but reduced it to $174. Mentioned their 100% satisfaction claim. Talking to the wall would have gotten me further. Very unhappy!

The staff was so friendly and hospitable. The rooms were large, clean, and modern! Would definitely stay here again the next time I'm in Savannah. Oh and the free breakfast was great!

Very good location on the 95. The room very clean and the bed and pillows comfortable. The only negative thing is the Internet Connection. I can't connect to my Samsung Tablet.

Clean and modern room but the amenities are lacking for a longer stay. Not much space for clothes and no onsite laundry machines. Otherwise the place is great for just a night on your way down 95.

Nice place to stay, friendly staff. Close to food. When there it was undergoing renovation which was a little inconvenient, but steps were taken to minimize impact to guests. At this location the outside highway is a little strange, so pay attention to the road signs.

My Newfoundland and I were displaced due to Hurricane Irma, and this hotel gave us a safe, clean place to sleep. The staff was kind and compassionate to our situation. In the wake of the panic and extreme anxiety, this was a great place to destress. Thank you for not turning me and my dog away in our time of need.

Hotel was very clean. Friendly staff and dog friendly. Reasonable rate for a nicer property in the area. The breakfast had plenty to choose from and an omlet bar. Will be using this hotel for overnight stays while traveling through again.

Good accommodations for a great price. Secure location close to a Wal-Mart, skating rink, water park, Applebees, Logan's, Olive Garden, the airport, and a host of others stores and gas stations not even 15 minutes down the road. I well definitely come back!

This is one of the most accommodating places I have ever stayed. I am running from the hurricane with my dogs. They're incredibly helpful at the front desk. The young lady there Takada, excuse me if I misspelled her name, was incredibly helpful in every aspect. She not only got me my room right away at 4:30 in the morning. But she got me connected to the Wi-Fi system which I for some reason couldn't do myself. I also extended my stay one day, and she found a way to keep me here even though the hotel was sold out. She found a customer cancellation. Also there was free breakfast with a Charming young lady name Flora. I would recommend this place to my friends and I will gladly stay here again.

Nice little hotel, reasonable price. Reducing to 4 stars because Wi-Fi was a pain, the floor of the shower could use a good bleaching, and the bathroom door would not close properly. But staff was friendly and they did a decent job getting us checked in despite the mad rush for Solar Eclipse 2017.

Very good breakfast. Clean and comfortable beds. Excellent bathroom. If you follow the GPS directions of the hotel address, you might find yourself on I-95 though. :)

A bit more expensive than what I'm used to paying for a highway-side hotel; that's the only reason I took away a star. The lobby and front desk staff were friendly and professional, the elevator was clean, and the room was very clean and comfortable. We had a king-size bed with nice pillows and sheets. The breakfast could have benefited from some fresh fruit, but the eggs and bacon were good, as was the coffee and orange juice. All in all, a very nice place for a rest on a long drive.

The hotel was clean and the bed was comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful. They made sure that we were on a pet free floor as requested. There were many tasty options for breakfast. We would stay here again.

My exposure to the entire facility was limited as my stay was brief, but the room was well-appointed and modern. The showerhead was a little lacking, but everything else was spot on. I would gladly stay there again.

They got us in an hour early and we're very prompt to any request we had. Clean rooms, good staff, excellent stay.

GPS is not correct for the location but it is right off i-95. The room was clean and service was good.

The wife and I were there for a stop over to cruise in Florida (12/12/15). We found the room was very clean and comfortable. Fantastic breakfast in the morning made the stay even better!

We usually try to stay at a Hampton Inn when we travel because they are consistently great. This one is no different. The service was great, the room was very nice and the beds are extremely comfortable. The location is right off of 95 but it's heavily congested. We have stayed at this particular Hampton 3 times now and will do so again. This Hampton also allows pets up to 30 lbs to stay with you, they give you a bowl and treats for your dog!

Hampton Inns are always consistent and good quality, one of the best rates around for the franchise on i95. Couple of issues with spots on the linens and no bags in the trash cans. Breakfast was full and good quality. Will stay again when in the area.

I had a great experience at this Hampton Inn. Staff was friendly & helpful. Room was clean, bed was comfortable. They offered a fantastic complimentary breakfast. I really enjoyed spending a couple of hours in the rocking chairs at the entrance each morning.
