Dirty mold smelling room stains on walls ceiling and doors. Housekeeping did not clean the room or change sheets during my stay. However they did steal my lighter. Wi-Fi is horrible. Outlets are a fire hazard. Only reason I stayed was because all other hotels was sold out or to far away. They are working on some of the rooms so maybe once their done it might be a decent place to stay.

The worst place to stay room had mold, toilet didn't work right, couch had rips in it, bedding had rips in it, there was roaches in the room. They didn't have soap and shampoo and conditioner like other places. The employees were rude and didn't care about your stay. The pool needs maintenance it's so green that you can't see the bottom of it. For the price you stay there you could almost camp out and enjoy that more for multiple days compared to one night there. In my opinion they need to be inspected by the health department.

A big dump stay clear please don't bring your family here.

It was loud dirty burn holes in the floor bed and covers in the non smoking room the pool was disgusting I dont think it was open but it wasnt covered and I dont think it was ever cleaned and the gate to it was open there were bad patches all over the walls the shower head was clogged and the towels had stains on them.

The hotel doesn't have much to see it built and the truth is falling out of ugly. Dirty ay moisture everywhere. I don't recommend it. The sheets had dirt, they weren't changed by the paint on the ceiling falling. I'll get in my car outside the motel.

I have stayed in 100s of hotels and this one is by far the worst. I had a front desk clerk literally unlock my door and come in my room because I didn't answer the phone. It was Sunday and in the morning. The amount of attitude I get from the staff around here is unbelievable. Maintenance men will do what they can to help you but that's bout all this hotel has to offer. I would not recommend staying here for more than a night.

Quality of the room was much better than I expected for such a low rate. Owners are very personable as well.

Very dissatisfied and disappointed with this hotel asked for two pillows for myself and wife as pillows in room were horrible took two to equivalate one pillow abruptly awoken at 2am to ppl across the way fighting and yelling loud as possible breakfast was horrid waffle was spoilt syrup didn't work hardly my wife was unable to eat all I could eat myself as a diabetic was a bannana no sugar free options the kids only could get a tiny bowl of cereal also not to mention upon check in bathroom light didn't work had to have matienence rewire light (should have moved us but didn't) bathroom reaked like something was spoilt in there white residue on tile walls of shower my wife had to clean and disinfect bathroom herself asked front desk politely bc no dnd door tag was in room to not bother us we would get fresh towels and such when my wife and youngest son got back from poultry show this evening as I was resting and caring for my eldest son who is suffering from sinus and allergy issues only for when my wife returned they had at some point came into the room anyhow removed dirty towels left the trash overflowing didn't attempt to change it or clean anything all without our authorization or consent didn't hear them knock or anything! Very dissatisfied for spending 145$ for two nights! Our next trip here we will not be staying here we shall go elsewhere that we will not have this kind of problems!

This motel room looks horrible. I called the attendance to see if she could get us a better room. She said you have ten minutes to cancel the room. This room is not worth 72.20. I wouldn't suggest you to go here. I would rather sleep in my car. It don't deserve one star but you got to give it a star in order to post. Roaches are bad they are out real bad. The lady at the front desk don't care.

Worst motel I have stayed at. Bed was like concrete and pillows were awful. Room was not very clean. No soap, toiletries of any kind. Outlets did not work throughout the room. TV was blurry. Carpet was filthy. Clientele was less than desirable and rather active in the lot late at night. Thier were no vending machines, ice machines or amenities even a hooker motel would offer. No Wi-Fi and breakfast was non-existent. Let the front desk no we were checking out a day ahead of schedule… they showed no concern. Currently awaiting a refund for the final night we chose not to stay. Driving back to Michigan overnight following a funeral was more appealing that staying another might in this dump. do not stay here.

We were booked for a three night stay here while attending my father in laws funeral. At first glance the hotel seemed realitivly nice for a budget friendly hotel. The room looked pretty maintained, sheets looked clean and there was a huge tv. The bed was very firm which I enjoy. Well, after visiting family for a while we came back to the hotel for a nights rest out first night at the hotel. We get comfortable and kick back to watch some tv, just to find out the TV is out of focas, blurry and had about 8 or 20 channels. This was fine, we weren't gonna be watching much TV anyway so we turned it off and turned in for the night. Which became what is possibly the worst night sleep I have ever had. I love a firm bed but this was truly similar to sleep in on lumpy concrete covered with sheets and don't even get me started on the pillow, it was like resting my head on a stack of printing paper. So we wake up exhausted the next morning ready to get a hot shower to relax our sore bodies just to find that there weren't even soaps being supplied by the hotel. So I had to get dressed and drive to a store in the freezing cold for shampoo. After the shower I finally locate the hair dryer tangled and thrown on top of the coat rack, I'd say it is in that location because the bathroom outlet along with every other outlet aside from one in the room was nonfunctional. I had to unplug the refrigerator to dry my hair.

Big clean rooms great price and location.

An old room, but had everything you need and a comfortable bed. The tub had safety features on it. It had a safety bar and a non-slip bottom. The room smelled like urine when I first arrived.

Totally acceptable for the price. This is the perfect place to get a good nights sleep on a budget. There are no bells and whistles but the staff are friendly, rooms are comfortable and the guests (mostly) quiet. Also, pet friendly, 10$ per night per animal.

Cheap and comfy. I had to request extra towels which they had me walk all the way to the office to get them. Last day we found a roach in the hotel room.

Horrible! Bed bugs all over the pillows when I woke up. I told the front desk about it. They seemed like they didn’t care. They wanted me to stay for a few more hours until management came in. They did not offer me a refund. I changed rooms 4 times because their old school TVs weren’t working properly. I wouldn’t recommend anyone a room here. This is by far the WORST Hotel experience of my life. Please run like a bat out of Hell before you consider this Hotel!

This hotel was the worse experience ive ever had at a hotel first we was given a room with a horrible ordor then once place in another room we soon found out ther was roaches and some other type of bug as well customer service was horrible as well.

Good value for the price, some rooms nicer than others has been my experience but it's clean enough and the beds are comfortable (they really do need to invest in new pillows). I love it that they have a mini fridge, microwave and a coffee maker in the room… this lication looks like they have started doing a little remodel to some of the rooms.

This place was absolutely terrible. There's no Wi-Fi, none of the outlets work in my room to charge my phone, I had bedbugs and the rooms are rented, The shower was some what moldy, and my legs have been torn up by BED BUGS! The worst absolute worst hotel motel stay I have ever been at now that I am home I don't know if I should burn my clothes to prevent them from spreading or just throw them away I feel absolutely disgusting. If I could because the price was I guess cheap I would give them a. 5 not even at 1 star rating.

DO NOT STAY HERE! Unless you like drug addicts, drunks and nasty conditions. The owners have to be involved in the drug activity because it's so obvious. If you do stay here, have someway to protect yourself, YOU WILL NEED IT. I say again do not stay here!

The worst hotel Q You can visit, we wanted to steal in the price. And with cockroaches in the bathroom.

Dirty dirty… rings in tub… filthy… roaches… breakfast a joke… old hard bread… just awful… god knows what that was behind the night stand. .

Pro's — easy interstate access, flat screen TV, microwave and mini-fridge in a decently clean, affordable room. Con's — exterior access, no Wi-Fi, bathroom needs repairs.

I got a room for me and my parents after Hurricane matthew. The guy said he would hook us up. I believe he over charged for the rooms, each was $77. My room had a smell, carpet was wet, felt dirty. Bathroom had a lot of rust. My parents would not bathe in the tub because it was so rusty. Will never go there again.

Pros: It was okay. I didn't see any bugs (except for one small spider beside the sofa I later found dead after I'd sprayed the entire room with bug spray). I sprayed the room with bug spray just to be on the safe side after reading some previous reviews which mentioned issues with bugs. I came across those reviews after our room had been reserved, and I didn't know what to expect. So only coming across one tiny spider was a breath of fresh air. I wouldn't say it's a slum, but I probably wouldn't stay here again. The cable and internet were good. The room and bathroom were pretty clean for the most part. The bed was comfortable and linen was fresh. We felt safe. Cons: The pool was covered and not useable. The carpet was filthy. My son's socks were black on the bottom after being up and about playing with his toys in our room. The ice machine wasn't working at all, which was a major inconvenience being that having ice available when staying in lodging is always a plus.

This is a motel not a hotel but for the money paid it is a good value. It is a older motel but they just remodeled it has fresh paint and new tv's. We had just flown in from New York and needed a place to stay overnight the bed was very comfortable the room had a microwave, refrigerator and coffee maker. They have Wi-Fi available as well if needed. We booked the room through a site that show's the motel after you pay so we were quite worried after reading some bad reviews. This was mentioned to the owners when we arrived they assured us they had done a complete remodel after those postings and he even came to the room to make sure we were pleased. I think if you want a good place overnight for a cheap rate this is your place.

I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. This was the Newnan Ga location. The bed looked as if a 4yr old made it, only two lights worked, only one socket worked which was in the bathroom, the floors looked as if they hadn't been vacuumed in months, the toilet wobbled when you sat on it, the wash rags were dirty, the tub had a ring around it, the tub itself had dirt in it, and the blanket had burn holes in it and there roaches crawling on the walls. You can't expect much for the price but the cleanliness could have been much better than it was. I will never return to this hotel.

Arrived after midnight on Monday night May 2nd and asked for first floor room since I can't do stairs and tire very easily. The room was very far from parking so by the time I got my things to my room I was exhausted. This meant there was no way I could check out by 11:00 so I had to stay another night. Wi-Fi kept locking up so I was unable to accomplish any of my research for my next room nor for the RV I am trying to find to be my home. I couldn't even use my phone and tablet's data because the room blocked it. Too bad it didn't block all the noise made by housekeeping. My dogs perceived them as a threat (they knocked and passed by every few minutes) and would not stop barking which made it even harder to get my things out and to the car. The front desk did not communicate the extra time they gave me to pack up and housekeeping did not understand my explanation that the more they push the less I am able to accomplish. This was the Newnan, GA location. By the time I got my things to the car I could barely walk and was unsafe to drive, I was in so much pain.

I haven't actually stayed at an America's Best. I work for a company that tests one of their location's water. They always seem very clean and very polite. Their rates are good and I would stay there if I had a need to.

This place got to be closed down! Our room was smelling like cigarettes and literally roaches was everywhere. Never even consider staying there for an hour, the worst place I ve been to!

This place is such a joke… breakfast is stale mini donuts, wal-mart orange juice and sour tasting milk. Rooms smell, phone works when it wants to, the mattress on these beds have to be 20 yrs, lumps humps and wires sticking out on the edges. Plus the lovely drunks, crack heads and ladies workin' for $10.00. Spend more and go North to the next exit!

My daughter & I stayed three nights. The staff were MORE than helpful. We had Wi-Fi trouble at first, and the young man behind the front desk worked with us (even AFTER his shift ended) until our laptops were fully functional in the room. We enjoyed free hot breakfasts each morning. The room was clean. Everything worked. The price was right. We even had microwave & refrigerator… great value! We would recommend this hotel.
