We stayed here one night while passing through GA on our way home from Disneyland. We picked this hotel as we stayed in another hotel by Wyndham while in Florida and loved it. This one, not so much. The room was a decent size, but had a weird smell. The beds were awful. Just by looking at them you could tell where they sloped. You could feel the springs the second you laid down. The beds sloped down in the middle and made it hard to get comfortable. The sheets felt like sandpaper they were so rough. My biggest complaint was that I took my ring off to shower and left it on the entertainment stand by the T. V. In a rush to get out of there and back on the road I forgot to grab it. I noticed I forgot while we were driving and immediately called the hotel to let them know. Whoever answered the phone didn’t seem to care and just asked me to call back in a little bit so they could ask house keeping. They didn’t want to take my contact information to call me back. So when I called back they said they didn’t find it while cleaning the room. Yes, its my bad for taking my ring off, but I know for a fact that I left it right there by the tv. It’s frustrating because we’re not local so I couldn’t go down there and the lack of empathy from them was awful. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone. Not even for a quick overnight stay like we had.

Decent hotel. The shower lining in the bathrooms are unsanitary. I hate that cheap cloth they use. Great for a 2 night stay. Overall my room was clean. And spacious no real complaints other than the shower lining.

This was a very nice hotel. We paid $72 plus tax and it was well worth it. We did not use the hotel to stay for an extended period, just passing through. The room was clean, staff was very friendly and the complimentary breakfast was good. It was easy to get an uber to and from historic savannah district but not in the traffic and right off I-95. Every hotel is not perfect, but if just stopping through it's worth the money.

This is a great and cheap (for the area) hotel with extremely nice staff and great breakfast. The rooms are great to with comfortable pillows and beds, easy to use TVs, and great extra stuff to use.

It was a nice place that wasn't expensive. The people who worked there are pleasant and nice. The bed was comfortable. Breakfast was okay but included.

The front desk receptionist was very polite. Comfortable beds, clean rooms, hot shower, easy check in also. Decent for the price if you’re ever in Savannah.

Nice hotel, very clean and close access to I95. Staff very helpful and friendly… really enjoyed my stay, will stay again.

I'm very upset. I accidentally let my ring in our room, and one of the maids stole it. I put it on the nightstand before I went to bed, and then we were in a hurry to leave because they kept rushing us to get out. I'm 100% sure that I left it there, so I called on the way home to see if they could go look for it. The front desk said that she couldn't at first, but then she finally went up there. She said it was no where to be found. I KNOW IT WAS THERE! Someone needs to interrogate the maids and figure out who took it. It's a silver ring with a ruby in it, and my bf gave it to me 18 years ago. I would do anything to get it back.

Good location for the trip I made. Clean and quiet even though there were many hotels and businesses in a small area. Staff was very polite.

When first got to room it had an antiseptic smell. In the middle of the night the room started smelling really bad and the stench also came from the bed when I moved. Bed also creaked. Needless to say I was up the rest of the night. I told the front desk the next morning and she said I should have said something when it happened. We were weary travelers and either getting the room re sprayed or switching rooms was ridiculous at 2am The pet friendly hotel needs to give separate rooms for non pet guests. Truly disgusting!

Very undependable. We booked online and received an email confirming that the room was booked. When we arrived at the hotel we were told they didn't have a room for us because we booked through a "second party". Ok, how were we supposed to know they weren't gonna hold the room? She saw where I booked it and that it was confirmed to be held but said "we don't hold rooms that are booked through second parties"… ok I'm very well aware that that's a lie (and I know WHY she said that) but bottom line, if you don't book through Expedia, Priceline etc. … then take your hotel off those sites. Don't have people driving for hours only to be stuck with no place to stay. P. S. Red Roof Inn across the street was cheaper and VERY nice.

One of the worst hotels I've ever stayed at. I could have stayed at La Quinta, or Super 8 for less money, a better room, and treatment. I was told twice at the time of making the reservation through corporate, there was only a $20 dollar extra charge for my medium size dog, which doubled at the the time I got to the hotel. The double charge pet policy was not online to read. Whitish, dried substance on laminate flooring near one of the beds, which we called the front desk attendant to remove. One of the beds sounded like metal moving, and a horn honking, every time my sister sat or turned on the bed. The second bed made no noise. There were three, not four small towels to dry off after showering. Night attendant did not bring the extra washcloth and economy bath towel we requested. No attendant was at front desk at 0530 to let the dog and I in, after I left the key card and did not want to wake my sister, thinking someone would be at the front desk. Though breakfast was to open at 0600, the morning attendant was just getting started at 0640. The place was just so poorly run, and apathetic. We will never, ever stay at a Baymont, or affiliated hotel, again.

Looked nice and clean but there were bed bugs in my bed in room 202. My room mate didn't seem to be bothered. I noticed itching the next morning but blew it off. Then, devistation hit: there was no coffee at 8:45 AM the next morning! The morning after the second night I had a few more bites and knew it was bed bugs. I told the lady at the front desk and she said she would tell the manager. I never got a formal apology. They ran out of juice on both mornings but she let me fill my 16oz thermos with coffee after I checked out. I would almost rather have slept in my car and saved the money. My luggage is still in my she'd in fear of bringing bed bugs to fester in my house. I'll not go to another Baymont.

Good breakfast, clean room and friendly staff. What more could you want from a low budget hotel. I would definitely stay there again. It it dog friendly with is a huge plus for me.

Room was clean. Nice bed and restroom. Some things like coffee was not stocked. Other than that, was a good night.

Nice & Clean. Better then all of the other hotels in the area. ZERO Complaints.

Clean, comfortable and convenient to restaurants. Included breakfast was good! Great value for price.

Stayed one night, people were nice. Average hotel breakfast. Room had a musty smell but it was clean. Walls and carpet were tired. Bathroom was nice. Paid $100 for one night, probably should have been worth $65 but what are you gonna do.

Had bed bugs saw them crawling in the morning on the bed. Would give it less then one star if I could. For real the worst felling ever my child slept on that bed and I left my youngest son's pack and play there gross.

Clean and mostly comfortable. Overall the hotel felt cheap. Included breakfast stinks. It's better then nothing when on the road but for the same price an Embassy Suites is far superior. WAY overpriced.

This has been a very good experience here the people here are very helpful and good to you and the rooms are nice even the handicap rooms. It's right down the street from a bunch of restaurants and the outlet mall here at 95 and 204 Savannah Georgia. Only breakfast is served but with all the restaurants around you don't need a restaurant in the hotel.

Drove up from Jupiter, Florida en route to Maryland, greeted by a friendly, welcoming face, rooms comfortable and a well deserved complimentary breakfast. Best for our stay, 'pet friendly', and our cat Cody gives you a BIG THANK YOU. Easy access from I95 N… highly recommend a stay at Baymont Inn… no hesitation.

Great staff, decent breakfast including eggs and sausage. Sausage was kinda greasy but tasty. Room was excellent.

As expected. Nothing fancy, wanted to use the extra money I saved on booking a 3 star hotel at the historic district. Cozy, clean rooms. Leaky shower head in room 209.

This was a nice hotel. Small but clean pool. The bathroom could have used a better cleaning. The breakfast was just okay.

Solid for a value priced hotel. Clean and comfortable for an over night stay and close enough to most things to do in savannah. (20 minutes from downtown and most other things)

Staff was ok and hotel was pretty good and essentials provided and very secure. Nice room. All amenities and continental breakfast.

Decent hotel experience, in my room we had hot water nearly immediately, and the beds were quite comfortable. No stains or smells that I could pick out. Unfortunately heard some banging in the middle of the night, very odd. Over all I'd reccomend it but remember to get your room before the weekend or they will up the price to the $120 range.

I could feel the springs in the bed, noisy during the day, skip the complementary breakfast & for to Dunkin Donuts and the food went up by 2 grades. But ok for the price… would I go again? Only if there was no other choice.

The breakfast was better than most. The room I stayed in had a fair amount of stains on the furniture, bedding, and carpet. That always leaves you with an uneasy feeling. But everything was in working order and besides the stains seemed clean.

It was a cheap-for-the-area place to lay our heads on the way to Orlando! The beds were terribly uncomfortable and the continental breakfast was lacking compared to even a Super 8 or LaQuinta. The 3rd floor smelled funny the first night we were there. Almost as if someone had been cooking in the hallway. The next morning, the floor smelled like someone was smoking meats somewhere on the floor! Not altogether unpleasant, but odd for a hotel Stay here if a cheap but not too cheap hotel is what you need. Otherwise, look elsewhere!

Breakfast was from 6 9 hate that and wi fi goes in and out.
