Great experience! Best hotel I have ever stayed in… definitely a 5 star stay! Safe and quiet location with a great breakfast and spacious suites. Made my birthday weekend perfect. Our destination was 40 minutes away in Helen, GA but we chose Commerce because this hotel looked great and it lived up to all expectations. Would recommend it to anyone looking to stay close to this area.

The indoor pool was fabulous the workout room and hot tub all indoors.

Very friendly staff, the lobby smells like fresh cookies, as if I just arrived at grams.

Love it! I've stayed here three times passing through GA and each stay was relaxing and pleasant. Most hotels have that hotel "smell" and "feel" and you just can't relax, but Comfort Suites is different — it feels like home! I have panic disorder so the feeling of home is very important to me when I'm traveling and must choose a hotel. Comfort Suites just nails it; the design and layout of the rooms, the smell of the bedding, the atmosphere of the lobby and breakfast area, it's just great. The staff have always been courteous and friendly, too. You couldn't ask for a better hotel.

My stay at this hotel was very pleasant. Staff was friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and comfortable. Their breakfast was very good. The on site pantry was very convenient for purchasing snacks and supplies.

The accommodations and amenities were nice. The breakfast buffet was an added bonus. The staff was courteous and ready to assist you with any questions or issues.

Easily accessible. Room was clean, bed was comfortable. Breakfast was plentiful. Overall great stay.

Really nice hotel. Has a sizey pool and hot tub. Good quality breakfast with a fair selection. Biscuit & gravy, cereal, toast, bacon, cinnamon rolls with more than enough condiments. They also have a nice selection of frozen food and snacks you can buy in the hotel on floor 1, which are priced good actually. Drink machines on every floor. Nice spacey rooms. Only thing that could be better is if they had more channels to choose from; very basic channels, a lot of channels I like to watch they didn't have. Still satisfied with the stay.

Extremely nice, comfortable, friendly, clean, and a good value. Easy on/off the highway with nearby restaurants. I stopped at a competitor first but walked away because the price was too high. What I found at Microtel Inn was nicer than what I would have expected at the overpriced competitor up the street. I travel a lot for my job and have stayed at many hotels but this one I have been to several times. I will be sure to stop at this hotel again on my next journey.

Only met with friends in the dining area. It was very friendly and comfortable for our group of ten.

Very well keep, quiet and peaceful great staff always smiling and laughing. But in the same time professional, super helpful easy to talk to and ask questions they also knew alot about the local area enjoyed my stay and interested in coming again.

I normally don't leave reviews, however this definitely deserved one. Clean smelling, rooms were immaculate, staff was friendly and accomadating, breaK fast had almost anything you could want. Great stay.

This place was beautiful. I stayed for one night just because of the Jacuzzi in the room with you. Amazing.

Nicely renovated rooms. The hotel is close to the outlet mall and lots of food options.

Room & staff was excellent. Breakfast bar had nice selection, but coffee in dispenser was barely lukewarm & a very moldy orange was in the fruit bin (I threw it away. ) Nice assortment of places to eat within walking distance.

BEAUTIFUL room, my husband brought me to the area for some shopping as a Valentine's gift. I was pleasantly suprised with this super clean, reasonably priced room, so convenient to the outlets and to Atlanta. What else could you want?

The internet is decent, better than other hotels I've stayed at, but not as good as it could be.

I wouldn’t have left this message but two days in a row they were out of whatever was good that they were serving for breakfast. One day they were also out of juice. You can’t charge people for 100 for rooms and be out every morning. Against my better judgment we stayed another night (very clean hotel) again woke up with them being out of gravy for the biscuits, the person working blamed their manager and walked away. That’s three days we stayed at this place and three days out of something for breakfast.

No complaints, but nothing particularly special. A perfectly fine hotel experience.

Everything was great from start to finish. Very friendly at the front desk, the room was excellent, and a very good breakfast.

Beds are on the hard side, could be a little softer to sleep on. Other than that, the rooms and the price for a stay are great. We would do it again.

We stayed at Comfort Suites in Commerce, GA in August 2017. We were very satisfied. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. Our room was comfortable and clean. The free hot breakfast was excellent. There were several restaurants within walking distance. Overall, this was one of the best hotels we've stayed at for the price point. Highly recommend.

Clean rooms, clean heated indoor pool, outdoor furniture nice and in good condition, breakfast was good and had plenty of time to wake up and enjoy it. All in all, very good experience, would recommend!

It's sort of tucked behind another building and the parking lot is a bit rough, but the room was very clean (and no weird smells) and the bed was very comfortable. All the staff were very nice. I'd definitely stay there again.

Spent one night here for my son's birthday so he could swim in January. Very nice hotel. Clean rooms and the indoor pool and hot tub are so nice! King suite with huge jacuzzi tub is amazing! Staff is very nice and helpful.

The rooms were very nice for the price we paid. Loved the staff and the complementary breakfast was pretty good. Overall I would choose to stay there again in the future.

Hotel is nice and clean. I love that they allow pets for only a small one time per visit fee. Everyone is really nice and friendly. Indoor pool looks awesome too. I didn't give 5 stars just because I need Internet for work and their Wi-Fi Internet speed was horrible. Fortunately, I had my Verizon Hotspot that when placed in the window was enough for work.

We had a very nice stay. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the room was clean. There is free Wi-Fi of reasonable speed, and a free hot breakfast. The location is great for overnight stays right off the interstate. Enjoyed the stay and would recommend!

The pool was closed! Very disappointing. The rooms were very clean. And I loved the shower pressure. Breakfast was not the best. Sausage and gravy tasted horrible.

Offered me everything I needed for a comfortable night, bed was huge and comfortable. Definitely would recommend!

We used the Hotel for an overnight slumber party for my daughters 13th birthday. We had a great time and the stuff was super friendly and helpful with arriving guests. The breakfast was delicious! I have recommended this Hotel to my family and will continue to recommend it to others! Thank you to all the staff for making our stay there enjoyable!
