One of the Hampton’s newest footprints, the bed was excellent (as usual), the room was well laid out and perfect for traveling or destination patrons, and the price was decent for the area! As for The Hampton’s new “self checkin” application one can now practically never deal with the front clerk! Just checkin and turn your smartphone into your room key all within their app! You can also chose the room you desire! I’m also somewhat of a neat freak — I can tell you our room passed the “Blacklight” test, no untoward stains anywhere! Hats off to the cleaning staff, the front hostess (yeah I couldn’t just walk on, spouse needed a key and I hadn’t done the e-checkin before), and breakfast area clean and a good variety. One last thing, we just LOVE the new furniture layout, each desk had plenty of electrical connections for charging today’s electrical devices; smartphones, smart pads, wireless headphones, etc!

Seems to be a newer build so it looks great. The front desk is helpful and friendly and goes above and beyond with any requests. Breakfast buffet room was small, the sitting area outside of it was bigger, but had the right mix of food options for everyone.

It's a good hotel. Not as good as a Hilton but pretty close. Staff was friendly and the roo. S are clean. Standard free continental breakfast. It's right off i85. Pretty easy to find if you turn in between the longhorn steak house and the waffle house.

This hotel is showing its age. The elevator makes strange noises and the carpets etc… are a bit worn. Pleasant staff. Difficult to see from the main road.

The hotel was well run, neat and clean. The staff was friendly and helpful despite being booked to capacity for the Great Eclipse. Breakfast was hot, fresh and plentiful every day. My experience was flawless.

Remodel either needs to be finished or started again. Room was nice after the first one was discovered to be soaked around the a/c unit when I walked in. A/C in the lobby and hallways was not working. And the remodel part pertains to the halls and lobby. Dated & worn carpet/walls did not coincide with decor and finish of the room/s. Excellent staff also.

I had a wonderful experience after driving all day and all night. Christina was so nice and accommodating. I normally do not post but tonight I thought it was well deserved! Thank you.

Great place to stay… Clean rooms and great location.

I arrived behind another person trying to find a room, two other couples arrived shortly afterward, all late at night. The computer system was down. We're all tired and just want to go to bed. Suzanne. It's all that needs to be said. With a genuine, warm smile, a light positive presentation, she demonstrated the apogee of customer service. Each of us was acknowledged repeatedly, informed of the delay, engaged, and made to feel accepted and appreciated. She was forthright and honest to us and to a caller who she asked for their number so she could call them back. All I wanted was a cool, comfortable room. I received that and one of the best representations of how to manage challenges. Well done!

Booked a room with 2 queen beds months in advance and get there no mention of things changed! We received 1 room with a king bed. We I went to complain we received apologies and they said we overbook the 2 queen bed rooms. The gave us an additional room with a king bed brown the hallway. This is not the way to have a family vacation at the race track. Lady in the am was very helpful and understanding in the issues and will follow up with us at a later date. We will see if they do!

I have stayed here twice. The first time was a nice stay. Comfortable bed, nice staff, clean room. My second stay was a little different. The door to the rooms don't automatically close like I normally find at Hampton Inns. There was no latch to lock the door. Just the typical door handle. Apparently the doors have been replaced with a cheaper version because you an hear every step someone took in the hallway. That made for a restless night when some folks down the hall decided to have a hall party at midnight. I'm not one to complain but this was a bit much. If I had to stay in Commerce again, I'll probably pick one of the other hotels on the other side of the interstate.

Room was ok but hotel was a mess during remodeling.

This place was terrible. Doing construction and everything was filthy. Did not have cable for the 2 nights we were there. Rude front desk girl one night and nice one another. Place did not smell that great. Would not stay here again, rather sleep in car.

Great staff, but in need of maintenance, and the exercise room has a funny smell.

Rooms did not come completely as advertised like a missing couch and they only had one rollaway bed. All in all it was a good experience the little time we were there. The beds were a little to bouncy but everything seemed clean. The elevator was a bit sketch but everyone was very nice. It was a nice cheap place to stay.

Room was comfortable but hotel was very understaffed and somewhat unprofessional. AC in breakfast area was out in the morning. Still Hampton amenities just not one of their better hotels.

Friendly folks and great service!

We have stayed in other Hamptons, and this one was smaller than the usual for this area. There are no suites. The important things were all covered. The beds were clean and comfortable, the shower was very clean and the water was hot. There were tons of towels and extra pillows. The staff was polite. As for the extras, we had an in room coffee maker, microwave, mini-fridge, Wi-Fi, tons of TV channels, a desk, and a reading corner. The room was a little small, but still comfortable. There were dressers and a wardrobe. The decor was a bit bland, but that doesn't mean much to me as long as I am able to get a hot shower and a good nights sleep. I was able to get coffee in the lobby and hot chocolate for the kids in the evening. There is a decent breakfast in the mornings. A two bed room ran us $74, which wasn't bad considering. We did not use them, but the hotel also offered a gym and a pool. There is also an outlet mall within walking distance, as well as many restaurants. There is an excellent Chinese buffet right across the street. I would use this hotel again if we were ever to stop back in this area.

Loving the stay here it is really clean and the check in ways awesome the people here are great will stay again they make sure u are well pleased and I am.

Everything was fine until I went to take a shower. There are 2 cockroaches that are about 3in in length. This is disgusting! I travel all over the country and stay in most Hampton Inns. I will NOT stay here again and I recommend you not as well.

Very nice staff and very clean place. However, I stay nearly a week ago and the "security" fee that was charged to my card still has not been released back to my card. I was not informed of this charge at check in and when I inquired about the two seperate charges to my card and neither amount matched the amount on my reciept they exolained it would be credited back upon check out. Well nearly a week later the charges are still "pending" which means my money is "tied up" and unavailible. Other than that it was very pleasent with a nice breakfast and staff.

I really liked my stay at this hotel. The staff and service was great. The room was comfortable and also the place had free Wi-Fi which is absolutely great. I recommend this hotel to anybody because if the great price and service.

Stayed for 5 nights during a recent business trip. The service level was excellent and the entire staff was very friendly and professional. I enjoyed the pool everyday and also has the continental breakfast every morning. The local area also added alot to the stay. There are about 30-40 excellent places to eat within a quarter of a mile. I would HIGHLY recommend this hotel to anyone. Enjoy your stay.
