Friendly excellent service.

Quiet and nightly patrolled. One way in and out so office knows if anyone shady is up to no good. Room smelled good and linens was clean. Good location also.

Clean, quiet, good price through Priceline. The beds are comfortable. I would highly recommend Quality Inn.

Hotel staff were friendly and very helpful. The hotels location was right off the highway. Room was clean the shower head was perfect after long day.

The rooms were very clean and very nice. Overall a super nice stay. I am taking a star away for the breakfast. I got this hotel for the hot breakfast but I was very disappointed when the eggs tasted like they were powdered, the bread was hard, there were no side meat options and there were no fruit options either. We stayed 3 nights but only had breakfast once. So if you don't care about the breakfast it is a wonderful place to stay at!

After being on the road 15 hours all we wanted was a nice clean room to grab a few hours of sleep to get back on the road. I walked into the bathroom to shower and I saw a giant dead cockroach in the corner. I absolutely hate bugs so I freaked out and my husband threw it away. When I called the front desk they offered to switch rooms or come threw away the bug. My husband took care of it and he was too tired to switch rooms. From his point of view if it's already dead in one room odds are there in all the rooms. My husband drove the whole time so he was exhausted and just wanted to go to sleep. My daughter and I were debating on sleeping in the car. For the next couple hours my daughter and I just looked around and made sure there was nothing crawling around. Did I mention I don't do bugs? We finally went to sleep but we kept on all the lights! Breakfast was definitely watered down (juice, waffle mix, etc). You can't go wrong with the pastries if you like those because they're pre-packaged. We just went and got muffins from someplace else. At least this morning my husband said I was right to freak out because the thing was huge and agreedvwe should have just slept in the car.

It was a decent hotel. Staff was friendly and courteous. Rooms were a little dated but overall not bad.

It was clean and comfortable. Staff were very courteous. About thirty minutes after check in they called to make sure we have every thing we need. We were pleasantly surprised.

My husband and I was contracted out to work with Georgia Power we did that for 3 years and Macon Quality Inn in Georgia was our home base. Homebase as in they always made sure that there is plenty of room and clean and just downright enjoyable people. Mr. Keaton and his Employees are the best in Macon Georgia. Always on top of everything spic and span always full of food so everybody has plenty for breakfast they are a very caring and loving motel room that makes you feel comfortable while you're there. We was on vacation and we had to stop in at our home base to visit everybody and it still feels like home as it always has. If you like that kind of feeling in a motel room this is definitely the most awesome place to stop they have plenty of room for truck drivers as well as individual. Plenty of parking spots for truck drivers as well. I advise anyone to stop in on your way through and enjoy that atmosphere of being at home at this Motel.

Newly renovated, clean rooms. Clean grounds and pool area. Friendly staff. Good spot for an overnight stay when traveling to rest up and regroup.

Room was very clean, beds weren't terrible. Blankets were very nice, as we're the pillows. I was extremely impressed. We usually stay at Marriott's, but we were just stopping through on our way to Orlando and we were getting their after midnight, so we decided to do a cheap Priceline deal. It was extremely quiet when we showed up, so that was good. Breakfast wasn't the best, but it was good seeing as we have 4 kids and the price for the night was only $60 after taxes. Overall, I would definitely stay here again and would recommend. I wish I would have gotten photos, but we got in so late and left early, but it was really nice.

Friendly staff — Dave was welcoming and friendly and knowledgeable. Room was clean and tidy. Good overnight place to stay. Breakfast was a little short on options.

Fabulous — best Quality Inn we've ever stayed in. Everything looks new and clean and updated… even though the freeway is close to one side of the Inn, we didn't hear any noise because it was well insulated. Will definitely stay here again.

Good except for TV channels and night desk person didn't understand English well.

We had rented room for 3days. On the 4th day we overslept about 30 mins. They called room phone and we told them we would be up to office to pay in 10mins. Before we could get up there they were banging on door with the police. They wouldn't even give us opportunity to pay then. Our entire stay the shower would turn scolding hot to freezing cold the entire duration of shower. Staff was unfriendly and rude.

Rooms were clean and had been recently updated. Bathroom was small. Sink outside the bath area. Shower had a huge spa like showerhead. Doors open to the outside. Area is well lit. A golf cart marked "security" was parked at the front when we checked in. Breakfast was included and had hot and cold options. Seating was limited. Area was clean and well managed.

I was quite pleasantly surprised. The owners have made real effort to update the facility. The facilities are well painted, clean, well appointed, safe. Modern furniture. Everything worked as it should. Not a new building at all, but it has been maintained so as to not look worn. Best Quality Inn I've encountered in memory. Would stay here anytime. Wasn't sure what to think when initially booking and I'm glad I took the chance!

I stay 250+ nights per year on the road for business. This is my favorite hotel to stay in. The staff is great, rooms are clean, and have a microwave and refrigerator in every room, the breakfast is great. This hotel is so nice, that my wife would enjoy staying here. You may find a lower rate in the area, however, it will not have the extras that this hotel has. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! Also has a very large, and secure separate parking area for large vehicles and vehicles towing trailers.

My family and I here a couple weeks ago as we evacuated for Irma and were very pleased! It is an older property but very well maintained. The rooms were what you would expect as far as dated, but very clean and the beds were comfortable. The kids enjoyed the pool which was very clean. We were there for a few days so we met quite a few of the staff members and they were excellent! They were courteous and very helpful. The owners were there on site and were very helpful as well. Thanks!

Excellent hotel and staff. Excellence seemed to be their moto. We stayed here while Hurricane Irma was heading for us, beating down on us, and after it passed. The staff continued to provide everything they could within their control. The Housekeeping staff worked, even as the Hurricane was beating on us! The room was very nice and clean. I can't say enough about our stay here!

Pretty good stay. Pool could have been cleaner and neighbors could have stayed in line. But overall nicely accommodated. Close to Waffle House boy did we pig out there lol. Nice, fun, great customer service and affordable. Don't go to regency inn down the street unless u want bed bug bites. Fair warning!

Basic. But, exactly what I was looking for in a stopover motel for my family. Inexpensive. Clean. Relatively modern — for a discount motel chain (renovated in 2015). The included breakfast was good. The three staff members that I interacted with were competent & friendly. We did not use the outdoor pool. But, it looked very clean & well maintained (walked by it twice). Basic & smallish — but nice. I had no complaints. But, I only give a five-star rating when something clearly exceeds expectations. This Quality Inn did a very good job of meeting all of my expectations.

We had a very nice stay at this hotel. The staff were friendly. The room looked as if it was recently renovated as we were very surprised that it was that nice. Please don't let the outside look it the old stereotype fool you. This hotel is actually very pleasant. The breakfast was also good. The location served us for where we were needing to go. It has quick access to interstates that can get you around Macon pretty quick. If definitely return to stay again, in fact I am in 1 week.

I 100% recommend this place. From check in to check out the hotel and staff were absolutely amazing. My room was spotless along with the rest of the hotel. Thank you for taking great care of us :)!

My brother and I stayed at this hotel this past weekend and I was pleasantly pleased with the hotel. The room was clean, the furnishing updated and there were plenty of towels to go around. The next morning we enjoyed a wonderful breakfast. I would recommend this hotel to anyone traveling thru this area. The staff very friendly.

I wish all of the Quality Inn were this nice. I'm so tired of going to other Quality Inns and they are dumps! It is very rare to find a good hotel like this one! The truck parking is huge and quiet. I see that this hotel got the choice gold award two years in a row And it shows! Wonderful staff and comfy rooms that are pet friendly.

Enjoyed our stay at Quality Inn Macon. Every single staff member we met was friendly. Clean room with enough towels/washcloths for all four of us. Good, full breakfast. Would stay here again.

The room was clean, had everything we needed, and the continental breakfast was perfectly stocked and tended to. It was a very good place to spend the night.

This was a terrific hotel for the price. The rooms were spacious. We called ahead and asked for a roll-away bed and when we arrived they had already rearranged the furniture and set it up. Sheets clean. Beds comfortable. Nice pillow selection. Fridge AND microwave and coffeemaker. Bathrooms were clean and… there were four towels, four handtowels, and four facecloths. Great choice for a mid range hotel with a modest price. Breakfast was included. This is clearly an establishment where the owners, managers and staff care about their customers.

Your best option in Macon. Easy access to hwy, the staff was super nice. The sheets were clean. The room is updated and well decorated. Great breakfast as well.

This is the reason my family and I stay here when we come to town, whether it is for work or play. Great customer service, very friendly and helpful staff, clean rooms, pet friendly (Diva thanks you) and yummy breakfast. Again Congrats.

My daughter and I came to Macon for a college visit at Mercer University and, since Quality Inn was nearby, we chose to stay there. Wow, did that turn out to be a wonderful decision. I was immediately greeted by a cheerful employee, David, who provided my daughter valuable advice, which served as extremely helpful. Our room was clean, equipped with essential amenities, and had an amazing flat screen television. My daughter loved the huge outdoor pool, which was right next to our room, too. It was a fantastic experience!

I stayed at the Quality Inn on my way to South Carolina. I have to say, my stay was perfect. The rooms were spotless and, additionally, complemented with an elegant variety of furniture. In the morning my wife and I enjoyed a (free) delicious breakfast. Congrats on the Gold Award Title!

Excellent. Rates were not an indicator of the quality of the hotel. Clean, hot water, tub, flat screen, Mr D was very helpful in where & how to park our trailer. The breakfast was outstanding — waffle maker, biscuits & gravy, cereal, Danish coffee juice. We will stop on the way back!
