Very helpful and knowledgeable staff. Room a little outdated, but worth the rate.

Nice enough for one night. Very nice staff. Room wasn't super clean with a couple of wet stains and cigarette burns in the comforter. But it was fine. Was all I needed.

Never again! The only thing this place has I can say was good is the low price. If you book online — what you see in pics ain't what you see when you there. Room cleanliness… fail, front desk… lacking, 24 hour Courtney clerk for after office hours… disrespectful, rude… parking… cramped n cluttered w broken down box truck… laundry room… muggy, ice machine… broken MANAGEMENT — — — unprofessional, lack of common courtesy, lazy and doesn't care to address issues! I wouldn't stay there again if it was FREE cause it was that bad!

Maria has done a great job as has Justin. Much better place than it used to be.

Great staff… nice place. The manager was super friendly and the guy in the office went above and beyond to help my son and I.

Was here during a tough time for me and was treated with such kindness by all the staff. Especially the manager Maria and the guy in the office named Justin.

Cheap but super hot with the cops! The police would come thru there circling the parking lot lookin for people to lock up. Not just once a day either! Multiple times during the day, EVERYDAY!

Zero stars, the front desk (Maria) to be specific is so rude. Two times I have gone to pay and she does not look up and greet she doesn’t say a word just gives me the amount how many nights and boom. I’ve called up there to have them clean my room and again Maria picks up and she sounds so mad over the phone she is not the nicest at all she’s always got a an angry face. Btw they never cleaned my room. Why you working in hospitality Maria? You have so much anger in you, and should not be working in this “industry”. Not polite at all she has zero manners she can’t even say hi or have a great day. Idk but they need new staff or fire that lady she not happy there you can see it on her face and comes through when she barely speaks. Besides that, the rooms are alright, bed sheets are pretty old.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I work at night so I sleep during the day. I turned down housekeeping and a lady comes back talking about a "security check"? Beating on my door and yelling. I told her to go away and leave come back later when I'm awake. She says she was gonna call the police. So she comes back with maintenance. A guy who had a nicer approach. I open the door and this crazy woman who thinks she is somebody and acting "hard" wanna yell and try to get in my face talking to me crazy? And I'm staying at this dump for 10 days so they're getting paid alot of money. Don't come at me like that. It was very rude and ridiculous. She should have just come back later than be a little nagging crazy hot off the block gangster pssh. You got the right one lady.

Nice clean and nice staff.

Location is good. Service is okay. Rooms are very small. One room smelled like pot. When we arrived at the hotel, we were told the rooms had been over booked and they did not have our rooms. After I informed the manager that we had a two people in wheelchairs and had to have a room, they did get us two rooms, but they were not together as we had booked. The rooms were not cleaned and ready for us until 6 pm. Will not stay at Intown Suites again.

Very quiet and the staff are very nice and respectful.

I was visiting a friend at the hotel. The location is decent (next door to a Tavern)! The rooms are decent and it's pretty peaceful. I would stay there if I'm ever in the area.

It was ok. Good for a day or 2, but definitely not appropriate for extended stay. Employees tell you upfront they are the cheapest around. Staff can be rude. Toilet seat broken. Had to ask staff multiple times to fix.

I will never stay here again it used to alot cleaner and it was nasty with stains on wall floor was dirty and I had to buy my own sheets first night pillow case had a stain and sheets had a blood stain it pretty bad you have to pay for your own sheets yep I will never be here again.

I happen to love this place. It was rough the first few nights. Been here for almost a month now. Everybody has been very nice and I haven't had any issues getting help. The people that I've met that stay here are beyond helpful usually. It's the people that are only there for a day to a week that I've had a problem with so far. The office has been very kind and helpful every time I've gone in. Nate is without comparison. Very nice gentleman. Keeps on top of things pretty well. The cleaning ladies have been very helpful. They didn't fuss at me when I nearly growled at them for waking me up… I wasn't very nice and they've overlooked it. :) since then we get along really well. Very nice ladies. It's not ritzy. The place is mid transfer and has had to go through an awful lot to bring it up to where it is. You think it has issues now? You really wouldn't of stayed here before.

InTown suites (though their sign still Sun Suites). Terrible. Just, wow. Overall the place is dated and not very clean, the office and laundry room needs a good scrub down and the rooms were so-so (trash under the bed, bathroom and kitchen floors were half-a**ed swept. First night we moved into the room there where no towels or wash rags that were supposed to be provided. Not that big of a deal but the front office closes at 7 p. M. (Rediculous for a motel). Luckily, the security guard, Nate, was very helpful and supplied some towels. After that it was a fight to get them to clean the room (which they only do once a week) there was always an excuse. They skipped a week completely when I was there. The front desk attendants (when they're there) are very apathetic. We left a night before our actual check out. Cleared out the room completely (even made the bed and took out trash) and left the key cards on the dresser. There was no one in the office to notify that I was leaving. When I check my bank account I found that they had illegally charged my card for a full extra week. When I contacted them about the charge they said that I never told them I was leaving and that there are no refunds. Awful place, awful people. Don't waste your money.

I can't even give this place a 1 star. 5/29 a family member was left laying in the breezway, while a man walked around him doing nothing to help. The so called courtesy office is not "security", he didn't even do chest compressions to try to revive him. I can't figure out why it took so long to call 911. This happened while the office was open! The cameras work, it Management doesn't care. Horrible experience. There are drug dealers here, teenagers drinking, the police just assume if your staying there, your part of it. Beware of the place. 10.00 more a night somewhere else is far worth it!

Horrible customer service They don't care for taking care clients Amy as a manager had no customer service skills to resolve a issue I don't recomend this hotel to my enemy. There are many other ones close by that are better and not much more Believe me don't waist your time Value place in McFarland is 10 times better and the same price.

Nothing stinky and said th took pets got there they said no. Take it off your site if you don't want them. Lost a good well trained dog. Highly upset.

Old hotel, but clean. Room smelled, but the front desk clerk, Stephanie, was very helpful and provided an air freshener spray. I had an incident where a guy tried to get in my room in the middle of the night. I called security, Nate, and he was there immediately to talk to the guy (he had been drinking and miscalculated which room was his — — understandable). Nate had a very calming affect on everyone and handled the situation very professionally.

Not a safe place. You should not stay there and never bring your kids. The manager does not follow the rules. People have come on the property with guns. The rule is that you can't have guns on the property. When I told the manager he did nothing about it. The night security guard is a drunk. He starts drinking at 8 in the morning. It is a very bad place and should be shut down.

I could not say what this location is like when we arrived to stay in our pre paid room through Expedia the front office was locked up and closed at 11:30 pm we called # they had posted for after hours and the person on other end told us we were out of luck they were closed for the night no one would be in to check us in so we slept in our car we tried the next day to get our $$$ back and they basically told us your shit out of luck on that so I have nothing good to say about this location they are thieves and Expedia lost a customer as well what Hotel in America closes at 11:30 pm.

Absolutely horrible. Non-smoking room wreaked of cigarette smoke. Room was disgustingly dirty. Neighbor had an all night revolving door party and smoked pot all night which came through the vents to our room. Checked out the next morning and stayed at a different hotel. Found out from my cousin who is a deputy for that area that they raid the hotel all the time for drugs and prostitution. This hotel should be condemned and no one should be allowed to stay there. I am forced by the system to provide a star which it does not deserve.

Shit hole! Nasty! Heater doesn't work properly. Rude staff. Crack heads all over the parking lot getting oral sex.

My Family rented 3 rooms while visiting the Dahlonega Gold Rush Festival. The hotel is very worn and dated – That was ok for the price we paid… but the thing that makes me give this place a 1 rating is this: my 75 year old grandmother woke me up hysterically in the middle of the night because she was covered in bugs. Turns out one of our rooms was infested with bed bugs. She has welts and swelling all over her body. Google “bed Bugs” – these blood sucking insects are active at night and bite and suck your blood out while you sleep. I’m not expert but judging by the large number of bugs in both beds I have to think we couldn’t have been the first person to tell them.

Had to ask the front desk 2x why my room wasnt cleaned.

They allow my border coile; they're good in my book. It's not a creme de la creme place and it's not supposed to be. People are nice rooms are good and what u pay for.
