Hotel had a very nasty odor, as I approached the 3rd floor the odor was obnoxious. Reported it to front desk. They offered my a different room on the first floor but couldn't move me until the next morning. They gave me the first floor room which the no English maid said was "clean". Arriving at room I noticed a do not disturb sign, room NOT cleaned. Breakfast was not any better, cold coffee, stale bread and cereal. Not worth the rate. Way overpriced and the WORST Comfort Inn I have ever stayed in. I would recommend to find another place to stay.

We had the worst time. On the last day, we confirmed bedbugs in the room. We we're comped our week long stay, then the hotel charged the card 3 days later … twice. The hotel was not honorable to their word. To get it straightened out we had to go through our credit card service provider, they required 10 documents. Finally with no help from the hotel, we did get our justified end. The bedbugs were found in 7 other rooms to our knowledge.

Nice place. A bit overpriced. Typical breakfast, nothing spectacular, adequate. Outdoor pool.

The rooms were very musty smelling and made it so you didn't want to spend time in your room. Food was tasteless and therefore we didn't eat breakfast at the hotel. The manager was very rude. We booked a group rate (which was the same price I could get online). My family tried to modify our reservation 12 days prior to our stay and the manager wouldn't budge. We had 12 rooms booked with our group for 4 nights each and they wouldn't change one day. Charged us for time we couldn't stay. When we arrived they said they rented our room out for the night even though we didn't stay there and were charged for it. During the thunderstorm rooms leaked. Lost us customers for good!

The staff was very nice, the room was very clean and spacious. The only thing that I did not care for was the fact that they do not have vending machines and what they did sell at the front desk was overpriced. But for the most part it was a good experience!

Raj and the team at Comfort Suites Cumming were incredible. The hospitality provided on this trip was above and beyond what one would expect from a 3 star hotel. I know where I’ll be staying in Cumming, GA moving forward!

You cannot beat the location if you need to be close to the hospital, but overall, the hotel is expensive compared to what you can get in Alpharetta. The exterior and interior is all dirty and outdated. The lobby is depressing and there is only one old elevator. The Hampton inn and Holiday Inn Express are much better, but also more expensive. The best value in the area would have to be the Fairfield Inn up the road near the collection. Much better hotel. There's nothing wrong with the Comfort Suities, it's just tired. It needs some work done besides some furnishing. My money will be going to the Marriott for future stays for family members.

This hotel is awful. When we checked in the room was 85 degrees. Front desk associate said they aren’t allowed to turn the air on in the rooms, only the guests, according to the new owners. The carpet was coming up, bathrooms had holes between the counters and walls, dirty toilet paper nooks in the counters. The worst part was that the rooms smelled so badly of mildew you could hardly breathe thanks to no air circulation. No way could we stay there. New ownership is cutting corners, it is not worth it at all no matter how much you may save. The front desk receptionist however was very, very nice and did everything she could to help us.

Very nice hotel, but big complaint is with they're Air conditioning not working properly.

My wife & I love the Comfort Suites on University Drive in Huntsville, Alabama. The rooms are clean, comfortable & priced right. They have the Best Breakfast. We try type stay in a Comfort Suites Inn where ever we go.

Angela is amazing! She took great care of our family tonight with a last minute check-in. Excellent customer service!

Staff was so rude especially Angela, the front desk lady. She had the worst attitude and worst customer service ever. Never going back and don’t recommend unless they do some major customer service training or replace her, cause honestly — SHE WAS SO RUDE. Took our business elsewhere.

Very happy with rooms and good pool for relaxing by. Easy access to shopping and highways.

Have not stayed there yet but prices are very reasonable. Convenient location to shops and 400.

I the front desk was friendly large assortment of food on breakfast wasn't like home cooked but relaxing friendly conversation. I went for relaxation and that's what I got. The room was very clean as well.

A wonderful stay! As soon as we arrived, we were greeted with a smile, prompt, courteous service and was immediately upgraded on our room… and we didn't even request it. I was FLOORED, actually. The staff was prompt, each morning in turning down our room. The continental breakfast was fresh — each day. The dining area and food prep counter spaces were clean, very well organized and someone was always available to assist. You can tell this is a mom & pop operation, but the service and professionalism resembled what you'd expect in a larger chain. Our room as clean, the air handler was quiet and very efficient, water pressure was perfect. Sheets fresh, PLENTY of fresh pillows that offer great support, and a really comfortable mattress. Just an overall great stay! Will definitely come here again.

No wired internet connection. The room was a bit damp, and the hotel had a stuffy feeling in general. There's a woman who regularly hangs out and knows the staff, who I'm pretty sure is a hooker. It wasn't a terrible hotel, but not that good either.

A fine stay. The room was clean. The bathroom smelled normal and was clean. The continental breakfast was great with protein of eggs and sausage. Service was quick with no problems. I also had a few restaurants nearby to chose from.

Don't stay here. There were cops in the parking area because there were things going on that shouldn't have been going on. We had people trying to get in our room in the middle of the night because the person at the front desk obviously didn't know what he was doing and no queen beds so if you want to be squished all night, it may be good for you.

Stay was very pleasant. Staff helpful. Recommendations: thumbs up.

Very nice hotel. Friendly staff. Great breakfast. Fast check in/out. Location is right across from another hotel which makes the parking a little cluttered, but other than that great experience.

After a 8 hour drive with 4 kids, we didn't care where we stayed, but this was a nice surprise. The lady at the front desk was so very helpful, sweet and made sure we had adjoining rooms. The rooms were clean and already had the air on. Bathrooms were nice and clean as well. The warm breakfast was nice and the pool was open and clean.

I'm a truck driver and when I'm not working I stay here. All the staff is very nice. About 6 months ago I was in the ICU in the hospital with multiple blood clots in both lungs and the actual owner of the hotel was calling and checking on me to make sure I was ok. They are like family to me. I love this place!

The manager of the hotel "accidentally " gave someone else a key to our room. Lady came in and turned on the light. Our service dog alerted and may have scared her as much as she scared us. Manager was apologetic but insisted she didn't. Actually get in the room or turn on the light. Also, staff and management here Do not have accurate training in service dog protocols. They ask for documentation which is against ADA policy. Room is not carpeted and not particularly clean. Wasn't recognized as a diamond member. This may be the end of my choosing choice hotels.

Because. It is a place. Very quiet. Very cleansed. And Its Rooms. Also beautiful And Very Comfortable. I Loved It. And Very soon I will be there THANK you COMFORT SUITES.

Clean room. Front staff okay. Pool very small. Air freshener in room smelled strange. Overall okay but not great.

Rooms are great. Only thing is they need to work on getting breakfast set up in time and making it good.

The night manager was very nice however she said she was going to give us a 5% discount and didn't. The rooms were as expected.

The entrance to the hotel is poorly located — very difficult to turn in from the right. Rooms were clean and staff were courteous.

Very clean place for a low star hotel. The front desk is very nice and welcoming.

Hotel is in a great location and after a long days travel or work they beds are a blessing to lay in.

I enjoyed staying here the staff was nice and friendly rooms was cleaned up everyday just a nice hotel all round.

I stayed two nights. The hotel is clean and safe. The staff is friendly and accommodating. My room was clean. The mattress, pillows and bedding are very comfortable. The fridge was clean. Coffee and tea in room. No disturbance during my stay. The pool was cleaned each morning and ph tested. Hot and cold breakfast. Everything in my room worked.
