Stayed here for two days for a soccer camp July 2018. I reserved a 2 queen room months in advance. I arrived early and checked in, and was not told I was being given a different room. When I got to the room and it was not what I reserved, I called the front desk and was told they would come bring me keys to the right room. The manager and assistant showed up, very apologetic, and said that they did not have any rooms available. They offered me a few things. 1, a free two night stay 11 miles away. That would not work for us, we picked this hotel intentionally. 2. A "TON" of points (I assumed more than free two night stay worth) to keep this room and they'd bring us a roll away bed. I agreed to number 2, reluctantly. The manager was very awkward. Ne never came back with the bed, as he promised. He never delivered the points. We tried to make the most of it, brought our own air mattresses for the kids to sleep on. The room was not in very good shape — the desk was broken, and the king mattress was past the end of it's life. Hotel staff and breakfast were fine. Others have said good things about the hotel, so maybe they've just not updated all the rooms yet? Have a back up plan is my advice…

Stayed at this Hampton for over a week. Beds were comfy, bathrooms are a terrific size, room is adequate size, and overall hotel is clean. Seemed the rooms could use some upgrades but overall it’s time for Hamptons to upgrade. Front desk was nice and this is close to many amenities including the highway. Great stay for the money.

I stayed here for 5 days each of 3 consecutive weeks, great consistency and service!

This is a well-maintained Hampton Inn. It's always clean and the staff is super friendly. I stay there a few times a year for work.

This is the second time staying here, and this stay was excellent as well. Large rooms and very bright, clean bathrooms. Great staff.

After several stays over the course of the last several years, at various hotels in the Conyers area, I find myself gravitating to this Hampton Inn. Staff are always extremely friendly, helpful and accommodating. Rooms and entire hotel are very clean and well-maintained. I'd have no hesitations referring this hotel to anyone requiring a stay in this area.

Excellent customer service! We literally feel like it's a home away from home! The manager is incredible the way he runs this place with such fluidity like clockwork it's cleaned and prepared. The hostesses are beyond hospitable! The housekeepers can't do enough to ensure we're comfortable and happy. I honestly have to say this has been my BEST experience at any hotel in my life! They should be highly commended by their company and guests for the genuine effort they put into caring for the guests here. And the manager is very compassionate in also arranging the rooms to be priced and placed in a way that is affordable to the guests as well as physically accessible for those of us who are handicapable! Great job!

We enjoyed our stay. The staff was kind, room was clean, and the breakfast was tasty. Would suggest this place if needing to stay in the area.

Was the worst customer service over charge and they made like this is normal I always stay at the Hampton and never had to side my card three time and then the young lady said I just put it back do you see it and my husband said soo you put it back today she said no it will take a few days then management try to say they call me when I clearly told them to call my cell so the same young lady at check out this morning now said it will be up too 5 days which is bull so note to self never stay at that one again I will drive hour down the road because clearly the help do not know what there doing and the shower needs to be clean the furniture need to be polished had something on the tables.

The staff is super friendly. The rooms were pretty clean but most importantly the beds were clean and comfortable and didn't feel old and slept in. The breakfast was free Continental breakfast and there was a decent variety that was kept warm. I would absolutely stay here again.

My family gave my grandsons birthday party there and everyone had the best time. It's our second year using them. Thabks for everything.

Touring musician Mario Nelson stayed here recently while performing nearby, and had a fantastic stay in a quiet and clean room! There was plenty of parking and a very friendly staff, especially since checking in was very late due to the performance. The free breakfast was a great way to check out and hit the road in the morning!

I've stayed at many Hampton Inns in the South and Midwest. The Hampton Inn Conyers has the nicest staff, hands down. Southern hospitality at its best!

Location is surrounded by stores, restaurants, and near interstate access and exit ramp. Rooms are with basic amenities, extra toilets, and free breakfast. Service was accommodating to more towels from personal experience.

Wonderful experience! Excellent service. Staff very friendly, knowledgeable with area, and helpful. Location near interstate access and restaurants. We were attending a horse show at the Georgia International Horse Park the Hampton Inn was easy to get to. Place was clean, very pleasant atmosphere, beautifully decorated. Food has been great so far and our rooms extremely comfortable. I love the beds and comforters.

I'm impressed. The structure sucks. But staff was awesome.

The guys at the local Hampton Inn in Conyers were more than accommodating when we needed a place to shoot a training video. Instead of giving us the business room they allowed us to use the meeting room free of charge. Now that's customer service!

It is one of the nicest places I've been to lately that has treated me special.

Park anywhere near here and face a $500.00 fine and a boot on your vehicle. Doesn't even matter if your in the vehicle. Happened to me, could happen to you. Shady, shady business going on around here.

We enjoyed our stay here. Located very close to restaurants and shops and the highway. Front of staff was polite and the lobby was nicely furnished. There was coffee, tea, and hot chocolate available all hours. The room was very clean. The bed was extremely comfortable as were the pillows. Also the brand of amenities was Neutrogena which was a nice touch. The bathroom was well illuminated and the shower pressure was great. Continental breakfast was decent nothing to rave about. My only comment is that they ran out of lids for the complimentary coffee. All in all I would definitely recommend it!

Location was central to local shopping and eateries. Hotel was clean and guestroom bathrooms were recently remodeled. Mattresses were not typical of Hampton properties (at which we frequently stay) — — were quite a bit more firm than one would expect from Hilton chain. Front desk staff were most courteous, friendly, and efficient.

Delicious contenental breakfast, friendly staff clean comfy room. Entrance is easy to miss and apparently the police lay in wait on thay strip pulled me over insisting I was drunk and seemed disappointed that I wasn't gave me a "warning" very odd.

Very friendly and professional front desk personal. The facility is immaculate, they have a business center that guest may use anytime they wish. Breakfast is delicious.

Hamton Inn is a very middle of the road hotel. Most of the locations are mediocre in quality and semi outdated. The breakfast is very basic, but the service is good. They are willing to help you in most ways that the can. Overall 3 out of 5

I love Hampton inn in conyers and eversense 8-24-13 Because the service was great and the food and so was the employees.

I stay here one to two nights a week for business. Every stay has been pleasant. Out of all those stays, I had two that were less than pleasant. In one, the air conditioner had leaked condensate and the carpet near it, including the desk area, was wet; in the other, I could hear my neighbors until quite late. I also had one experience that was better than pleasant. On this occasion, the hotel offered free dinner with beer and wine in addition to the normal free breakfast. Every other visit has been exactly as expected.

I have bites all over my legs and arms. The 4th floor room smelled of chemicals when I entered like it had been sprayed for insects. This did not take care of the problem. I suspect it was bed bugs. The shower mat was soaked and had been used before. Towels were not clean. No tea bags in room. Most substandard room I've had in last 20 years. Would not have bothered to write a review were it not for all the bites.

The rooms were great and service was great. My only complaint was that the second floor hallway was sweltering and it took our room quite a while to cool down because of it. I would definitely stay there again though.

Everyone was polite and very helpful. We will defiantly be staying there whenever we go visit the family. I will recommend them to all I know.
