Very nice staff clean room comfortable bed room service good breakfast fitness center pool area everything was awesome I definitely recommend it.

The man looking lady with the short hair is races and very rude she lied and told my sister and I that she had no pool when in fact there was. She then followed us around the hotel while we look for my cousin room we arrive to my cousin room but she told us she haven't made it yet so we told her we will go down stairs in the lobby to wait so the lady won't think of anything strange the front desk lady then approached us telling us we are trust passing, and she's going to call the police on us. Never have I ever experienced anything like this not one time I've been to a hotel and been followed around she just assumed that we were up to no good I will definitely tell people about this experience.

Nice room. Not really worth $130 a day but I needed a few days away from home and it was available. There was a pool outside and my daughter and I had a blast. However the housekeeper knocked on the door at 8 a. M. When check out is noon.

Roomy, great countertops & furniture, comfy beds. No complaints. Didn't use amenities so can't comment on those.

It was nice. Friendly staff clean rooms. My only complaint would be that the workout room was closed at night.

The hotel was pretty good. I wish they had more breakfast options, plus they need to fix their juice machine b/c I tried the orange juice and it tastes watery.

I'd give — 5 stars if that was an option. Stayed there one night. I left my wallet and a necklace on the bed by mistake. Called to check on it. The lady working the desk said she would call me back after asking the staff. 2 hours I hadn't heard, so I called. She said no one reported anything. So I asked to speak with a manager. Su, the general manager came on and started telling me she saw my girlfriend come in with a dog. All because I said if the staff didnt turn in my items. They stole it, and was letting her know I was going to file a police report. Now my girlfriend, funny thing is, I'm gay. I had a guy friend come see that night. So no dog. I asked upon checking out if I could be refunded. They called said yes. Then when I realized I left my wallet all this started. Not only did she undo the reverse charge for pet. She charged me again. Worse customer service place ever even the representative from choice hotels were shocked. She cursed and hung up. Said I called repeatedly. I called 4 times. That includes the choice hotel reps number. Bad bad bad for business.

Room was fine and quiet. However, the breakfast was not very good. Cold rubbery eggs, pastries left a lot to be desired — not up to Comfort Inn standards!

If you bill 3rd party… Make sure they have the correct fax # for invoices. I am just getting settled for the 2nd time. I got here at 10 and room was cancelled. I had to go online rebook. Got into the room and I was called and told to come downstairs and pay. They jad the wrong fax# listed yet I was on the pho e about an hour or so because of their incompetent staff. Room is nice but thats about it.

They have really cozy amazing one bedroom suites for a reasonable price, we'll stay there the next time I'm in town for business.

Worst place I've ever stayed at, I work for this company in fl and know all policies and they were trying to make me feel stupid on my Christmas holiday. The owner sue should not be able to own with choice on the hotel. She hung up on me because she was in the wrong and even choice said she was wrong. Her customer service lacks but this because she is from a different country and she feel because owns a hotel that she can treat people like dirty on her shoe. Some of her staff is rude and Incompetent which is probably from the lack of people skills she has and then they assumed that I said her housekeeper stole something of mind and that I need to make a police report when I've never said that they stole it. This is a prime example of trash. The breakfast was horrible as the customer service. I hope choice removes them from there services.

Very good and affordable hotel. Everything is clean and modern in the rooms, and they look great, too. Vending is only on the first floor. But ice is one 1, 2 and 3. Staff is nice, however, breakfast could be better.

Only because of the owner Sue, very rude, very disrespectful and very poor customer service.

The reception is really lame, no reception.
