First day no a. C. Bad smell in hallways. Offered no night or even upgrade. They took my personal towels when they clean the room trouble with my reservations they close too early before I got off work trying to kick me out I think I found dead bed bugs in my room really and truly if I could afford it I would not be here.

Mediocre at best; rude staff & management, smelly hallways and dirty rooms, broken and outdated furniture/appliances, and a nightmare of a place to work at (8 mos). The Hilton Inn up the road is clean and friendly, has a great breakfast and a clean pool.

Nice place to stay. Has everything you need… air conditioning, kitchen, full size refrigerator. Excellent, friendly, courteous staff. This hotel DEFINITELY could use a regular maintenance plan, remodeling, and an upgrade or three. You aren't paying for luxury though.

Great all around. Nice rooms. Very clean. Great staff. Best place I've ever stayed at.

I would not suggest staying here. It smelled funny and my 11 year old daughter was offered weed in the hallway. We did not stay left and went to a different hotel. Have not seen a refund even though we were supposed to be contacted.

Nice weekly hotel. They clean once a week. But no big deal on that the price was right.

Extended stay place, not like a hotel. Has a kitchenette but bring your own dishes and cookware if you want to cook. Nice and quiet though. Price was better than most hotels around here.

Pros: friendly staff, large rooms, currently the furthest eastern hotel in Columbus Cons: walked in to lobby at night and it reeked of “pot”, pillows were HORRIBLE (old, flat), there is a kitchen in the room that is not stocked with plates or kitchen “stuff”, our room had only one towel. The room would have worked out great for a family stay as it is a nice large room… the family said the room even felt kinda dirty. Because Columbus was full, I think we were also charged a high rate…

Very nice room, shower and jacuzzi and full kitchen. Laundry room and pool as well. On your own for hangers, silver ware and glassware.

The hotel is suppose to be non smoking. It reeks of smoke and the people in the room next door were definitely smoking. It seeps through the walls. Not the cleanest hotel either. Good for the price but definitely would not recommend this hotel.

My family stayed there at InTown Suites for about 2 months it's close to everything just keep my kids school the grocery stores the mall everything you need it's nice being on the Northside of Columbus.

The staff was very friendly. The only complaint I had is the air conditioner; but I think the unit was not big enough to handle the room, because the was very spacious. The front desk worker was willing to move us, but we managed. The room was good for the price. Room was clean. If I had a fan I actually would have giving them 5 stars. Be prepared to drive to get something to eat; there is only a store in walking distance.

DO NOT STAY HERE if you expect anything more than a 1 star motel… This place was pretty terrible. Staff was rude, no cups plates, pots or pans anymore. The office is inconveniently only open 11 am to 7 pm. I'm assuming just one of the many ways they have used to save money by not having to pay two shifts. Our toilet got clogged, and while we were out, instead of unclogging the toilet or atleast even leaving a plunger, the staff decided to leave our towls outside of the bathroom and ignore the issue completely. The grills outside were absolutely unusable and should have been scrapped a long time ago. Hadnt been cleaned in who knows how long. It seems like the staff lives at the hotel. Oh, plus the paper towel roll was empty when we came in and was never restocked. Not to mention shadyness everywhere. Luckily we were just two guysworking in town and werent picky, otherwise I would expect a refund… no breakfast at all. No coffee maker in the room… OH and the back door to the hotel doesnt have a door henge at all. So anyone can walk in at anytime.

They have an unbelievable Jacuzzi room for an amazingly affordable price.

The room & lobby as well as all of the other areas of the hotel that I saw were very well kept & clean. The hotel is a little bit outdated as far as the decor but that is just my opinion. That didnt affect the rating of the hotel. The employees were all very friendly & willing to assist me with anything I needed even after the office had closed. My first visit to this hotel was for 9 nights. I would definitely recommend In Town Suites to my friends & family & also stay at this hotel again myself. They are also pet friendly which is always a plus.

We rented two rooms. The double queen room was much larger than our king room. Everything was in good repair and the rooms were clean. However, our room smelled like cigarette smoke and we are non smokers. The whole hotel is supposed to be nonsmoking. There is a large gazebo out back and a small pool. The pool was no open while we were there even though it was mid June. There are charcoal grills for cooking by the gazebo.

For the price, it's ok. $210 a week, $281 with tax. Pets allowed for $25 a week more and not incredibly noisy. My room smells like a Chinese restaurant and the hallway smells like burnt Chinese food or a combination of foods and weed. There is black mold on the bathroom ceiling, little spots all over the whole thing. No coffee maker, no complimentary snacks or anything. No bugs so far and the beds are comfortable. Pull out bed in couch is horrible. That's all I got.

DO NOT STAY! I REPEAT! DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL! ENTER AT YOUR OWN RISK! Google should have a option for NEGATIVE stars! I never thought I would say this but… I would rather stay outside then to stay at that hotel. I would be a lot safer! FLEAS, MARIJUANA, MOLD… etc. This place is the worse! It used to be REALLY nice though. A few years ago that is… with people who cared and provided breakfast. But that no longer exist. Looks are deceiving… from the time you step foot in the front door it smells like all people do is get high and never shower! You know a place is BAD when the corporate office doesn't care. It is truly an extended stay but who would want to extend their stay after staying 1 night!? That place needs to be investigated by a higher power. It needs to be shut down and rebuilt!

THEY STOLE OUR MONEY! We attempted to stay but never got to. We called saying we were running late and the lady said that would be fine. We told her we'd be arriving after 10:00 pm and she said since she was leaving she would have to charge the card on the reservation we agreed and she gave us the instructions to get in. When we showed up around 10:30 we tried to get our room and guess what THEY DIDNT HAVE A RECORD OF OUR RESERVATION! The money had ALREADY come out of the account and we had a reservation confirmation number but yet they lose our reservation?! And we called the reservation and booking number for the company and they were just as useless! DONT STAY HERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE ROBBED!

It was nice and the rooms were clean but the lobby was smelly.

Room stunk, room not cleaned, front desk and staff disrespectful. Would not reccomend this hotel to anyone.

Absolutely terrible stay, no staff, no coffee pot, loud heater and loud bathroom fan. Found Marijuana in the night stand! … stay away from this hotel not worth the money. Used to be a good hotel, stayed there twice a year from the last two years, but they changed name and owners and has gone to crap. This is Thanksgiving Day, there is NO DESK STAFF… they just leave a number to call if you have a problem. Told we would be charged two two nights because it was booked for two nights… ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE… STAY AWAY AND TELL YOUR FRIENDS.

To start off with, I stayed at this hotel with my stepfather, mother and 3 siblings. We reserved a room with a queen bed, king bed and sleeper sofa, but instead got a room with a queen bed and king bed. They ended up giving us an extra room free of charge — the only positive thing that came out of this place — which my 13 year old sister and I shared. So when opening the sleeper sofa, I found a bottle of water shoved inside in. Then, when I went to take a shower, I looked in the drain and found a medical gauze in the drain, which absolutely disgusted me. And to top off our wonderful stay here, when I was rummaging through the drawers, I found A BOTTLE OF LUBRICATION… Now, I'm only 16 And I was pretty disgusted when I just happened to stumble upon this. Other than those few things, it was alright I guess.

Can't believe I stayed at the same place as these other reviews! Roaches in the room and the staff just shrugged it off. No coffee pot in the room (advertised) No breakfast (advertised) Not even any coffee in the lobby in the morning (come on! ) Not clean, not pleasant and not again. Located near liquor store and a 7-11. Would rather have a beating than to stay here again.

I was told there is no trash pick up or house keeping on holidays. Also told the company does not provide decaf coffee so they don't make any… The website said they have breakfast, a big fat lie! There wasn't even fruit! just apple juice, breakfast bars, cheerios, packaged muffins (only two available) and cold packaged sausage biscuits that you could microwave. That's it, literally, the orange juice was out. Don't stay here, big waste of money. I paid 80 bucks a night for a 40 buck a night quality. To top it all off, there was some gangsters hanging out in the parking lot and the front desk could care less, luckily for the gangsters, they left before I could call the police.
