Very clean an pleasant atmosphere. Plenty of television stations.

My family and I booked several rooms here for my Grandfathers Memorial today. He was a Army Vet so we had not only the hearse and law enforcement escort us from hotel to cemetery, but also several fellow Vietnam vet’s following on motorcycles. The staff was extremely considerate and friendly with it all. Our rooms were clean and super cozy. Indoor pool is nice, beds are comfy, bathrooms clean and it was very quiet. Very pleasant stay.

Booked thru Travelocity, was charged for room by Travelocity. Then motel charged a $100 deposit. So room was higher than advertised. Had to listen to dogs left alone in a room next to us all day barking and whining. The motel was not full so they could have placed the dogs away from us. The bed was very firm to the extent of being hard. Very uncomfortable. Breakfast was the usual hotel warmed up frozen eggs and sausages. Nothing you can't find even in cheaper motels… wall were scarred and needing repainted around the bottoms. Doors to connecting rooms have an a lot of space under them so you hear a lot of noise from other rooms.

Rested up and the rooms are so clean and comfy. Now time to go enjoy the breakfast.

I have to say that this was one of the best Hotel, County inn & suites where I have had the pleasure to stay! As Radisson Reward member, we frequent stay Radisson brand hotels. My husband and I came to visit our grandson. We booked a suite. Separate living room and bedroom, Our room was exceptionally clean, comfortable beds, Really loved the 49’’ tv, Delicious breakfast in the morning. Kim and Isaid were beyond accommodating! Kim went above and beyond to provide me with a special extension cord that I needed while at the hotel. We will be returning again. Confident that it will be an equally enjoyable stay.

Lobby and Rooms look great after renovations. Largest 50" LG LCD TVs I have seen at any hotel in the area. Comfy beds and clean rooms as expected.

This was an excellent hotel. We were traveling across the country and needed a place to sleep but also wanted a clean hotel, nice bed, and hot breakfast. This hotel had all of that and more! They also had a noon check out which worked out great because we had been traveling for 3 days and really needed the extra sleep. We travel frequently and will definitely go here again.

When I called to reserve a room, I asked specific questions such as if there was a pool, laundry facility and breakfast. I was told yes for all 3 and given a rate of $185 plus tax in which I booked. It wasnt until after checking in that I was told about the laundry facility being out of order which was only 15 minutes later at most. I expressed that I asked and was told it was available. I also expressed that I had been on the road for a few days and had no clean clothes as I was expecting to be home already. They offered no solution and just wanted the $215 they charge per night with taxes. For what I was told and what I paid, I feel unhappy with my selection. They lied to get money.

Booked the hotel for a meeting. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. However, they were redoing their air conditioning in the lobby so the room was well over 80 degrees. I wish they had told me this was the case so we could have made other arrangements. We had to leave early. I won't be back.

Not a fan of Country Inn. I have tried them twice. Both places had high levels of noise from adjoining rooms. Ice machines are not on every floor. Service is erratic. Building structures are not aging well — floors and walls creak. Although advertised as including an iron and ironing board, my lastvroom in Canton, GA had neither. TV Controller worked only partially. Bed was comfortable, hiwever.

It's hard to give a terrible review when one of the staff members of the hotel gave me the best customer service I've likely ever received but here goes: Checked in at 3:30p with a very polite attendant named Summer. Went to the room and housekeeping was there telling my wife and I that we couldn't come in the room and to go get another one. It was very hard to understand them through the very broken English. My wife needed access to the bathroom quickly because we were a little behind schedule for a wedding we were attending but they just weren't having it. We went back down to the desk and informed Summer who apologized and even upgraded our room to a suite. All was well for a few minutes until my wife tried to take a shower and noticed that the tub was slimy, gross, and obviously hadn't been cleaned. She had no choice so she jumped in the shower and noticed that the tub also wasn't draining. Too late to do anything about it we left for the wedding, stopping by the desk to let Summer know about the issue. I showed her a pic of it and she apologized profusely; told me that she would have housekeeping come clean while we were gone. When we returned from the wedding we found that there wasn't a single parking space in the entire lot so I went to ask my favorite person Summer if there was any overflow parking and she told me that there wasn't. However, she actually insisted that she move her own car and that I take her spot!

My team came up to play in a golf tournament in town and so we decided to stay at this location and I am so glad we did! Manager Nick, front desk reps Kim, Jackie, and housekeeper Ana took such good care of us! Our check-in was smooth and rooms were all assigned close together. When the staff found out that we would be leaving before breakfast officially opened, they made sure that it would be ready… AN HOUR EARLY! They also put together goodie bags for the team to enjoy during our golf match. What wonderful service! This is all on top of the comfortable, clean rooms, relaxing pool, etc, that the hotel has to offer. This hotel is awesome and I know that we will definitely be staying here again next year when we come back for the tournament again!

We stayed here while looking for a place to live and then again when we were waiting for the moving truck to show up. We asked if there was any way they could accommodate our 2 small dogs. We were willing to pay an additional fee or whatever it took. They told us NO WAY. Yet, saw at least 2-3 other families with dogs. Breakfast is ok. Staff is somewhat friendly. Manager isn’t as friendly and accommodating as he should be. Complained about being slow several times and that the staff should work for free. The elevator is overdue for inspection by over a year. And they were servicing it several times through the stay. It would stop and shake, just a little alarming.

Stayed here when I was in a friend's wedding. We held a tiny little bachelorette party, and I don't think they were too mad that we left an empty helium tank in there (there was no access to a dumpster). Continental breakfast every morning, but not much variety (though I guess I can't complain about free breakfast). Biggest complaint was how many times it would take me to get my room key to work. Quite frustrating.

We had a total of 3 rooms. Lovely hotel with a very good position in the heart of Canton. Close to shops, restaurants and any kind on amenities. Staff is very nice and accommodating, and the rooms are clean, large and comfortable. Really recommend it!

Innkeepers very friendly, hotel clean, rooms nice, linens nice, good breakfast, horrible pillows, nice inside pool, yummy cookies in lobby, convenient location. When I reserved our room on line I was unable to print a confirmation so I assumed one would be e-mailed however one was never received. Upon arrival we realized our room was not what I reserved which was a King Bed with a Pull Out Sofa. I specifically needed a place for a third person to sleep and one of the reasons we chose this inn was because this type room was available. When I asked about it I was told I didn't reserve a room with a pull out sofa and all of them were taken. Of course, I had no printed confirmation to present. I asked if a roll away bed was available and one was; for 10.00 extra per night! I thought surely it would be complimentary due to the mix up but it was charged to our credit card. Our stay at this inn was pleasant and enjoyable and the only reason I'm posting about the reservation mix up is so readers of this review will know there's a possibility you will not receive a confirmation of what you reserved.

Called and talked to owner or manger and asked for a reservation for two King beds. He didn’t take my name down, but instead said they would have the rooms for me. I get there and the lady at the front tells me all King beds are taken. About that time her comes the man in charge and she turns to ask him about these two Kings beds I’m talking about. She tells him the system says they are sold out. He simply shrugs his shoulders and says yea I guess we are. I get no sorry or anything. Thanks for lying buddy! I’m a club member so with my payment I hand the lady my club card. They have no excuse to not put my membership info in the system so I get my points. They fail to do that as well lol. I had to call club Carlson to get my points added for this stay. I’m leaving this because when I tell someone I’m going to do something I do it.

Great stay for us. Very clean and comfortable. Staff was extremely friendly.

Great room, quick last minute booking and was accommodated. Eating area was a bit small downstairs and there were rude single patrons taking up complete family tables just sitting on their phones and wouldn't give up the table for a family with young children.

I will never use this hotel at any location in my lifetime. My family and I were Hurricane Irma Evacuees (2 adults 2 elderly and 3 children) and we were not able to reach this destination because of Gas Shortage. We called the hotel and the manager DENIED a cancellation. 24 hours later they charged us $226.86 for a room I'm sure they were able to fill almost immediately because of the HIGH DEMAND of hotels in ATLANTA, GEORGIA.

My family and I had a great time. The service is friendly and I love the breakfast options available. They have wonderful coffee and clean rooms. I will gladly stay there again if I have the opportunity to do so.

Went to a graduation party in one of the rooms on the lower floor. The room was beautiful and clean. It was very comfortable and great for a small gathering.

I stayed one night while attending an event nearby. The rooms were up to date and very clean. I really had no issues and thought the stay was enjoyable. The breaskfast was stocked fairly well and the staff was all friendly.

Rude know it all guy checked me in. Then I get to my room and try to connect to the Wi-Fi with my iPad, and can't get online. I called the front desk, and an equally rude woman answers the phone. After I explained the situation to her she finally ask if I have an apple product and then tells me oh our Wi-Fi doesn't work with Apple products. Then told me to lower my firewall and all kinds of other stupidness… was no help and unapologetic. I'm a rewards member and stay with best western 5-12 nights a month… this is by far the worst BW I've ever stayed at. Oh and the lobby was a disaster.

We arrived at 9:45 pm the night of our reservation, after traveling all day from Virginia and visiting family. We were worn out and ready to retire for the evening. Gave them our credit card to pay for the room, the credit card machine doesn't work, so the clerk gets on the phone and calls the "owner. " We stand by patiently. After 15 minutes of this, I explain to the clerk that we will be in our room, just bring the receipt when you complete the transaction. He tells me that he can't give me a room until the credit card is charged. It's like he thinks I made a reservation 3 weeks in advance and took out his credit card machine with my telepathic powers so I could get a free night's stay out of them. So we went back to waiting patiently. Meanwhile, I'm looking around at this place, it's kind of dim and creepy. After 10 more minutes of this phone conversation, with me expressing impatience to no avail, I tell the clerk to forget it, we will go somewhere else. We leave and check in with no problem at the Holiday Inn Express across the street, which was a wonderful stay, gave us a discounted price, had a great continental breakfast. So I get the next credit card statement and find out that Best Western charged my card AFTER WE LEFT. For the full amount of a 3 night's stay. Never mind the ethics involved with this, it's a criminal act, fraudulently charging a credit card for services not received.

Absolutely terrible! We booked two nights then decided to cancel one of those nights before our reservation date. Upon checkout we had to swipe our card again because the woman we spoke with previously never cancelled our reservation, instead the room that we paid for was a "no show" because they ended up placing us in a different room than what we had previously booked! We have called five different times and spoke with four different people, including "a manager" who did not even know what was going on and was not going to give me my money back, claiming that the mistake was on my credit card company's end! Therefore, we are charged for three nights when we only stayed one night. This has been going on for a month now and we still do not have our money back after being told five different times that it will appear on my statement in 3-5 business days! Save your money and time and go elsewhere!

I had my folks in town for a wedding and they stayed here for the weekend. The room was ready when they arrived and the bed and bathroom very clean. There was a small but free breakfast each morning and the price can't be beat. Chris the manager was very helpful in setting this up for me.

Nearly impossible to get through to make a reservation. Even harder to cancel. I have stayed her in the past (about 3 months ago) and the hotel was slightly above average. I would have been ok with spending $50-70 for a weekend not and not over $100. The accommodations are functional and the place is clean but that is all. Only stay here if their is no other choice available.

Do yourself and refrain from the headache. Although hotel is in good condition, service is horrible. Dont take my word for it, try and call them.

I have stayed at the Best Western on business trips and for many days. I disagree with the others here. The hotel is very clean and fresh smelling. The front desk people really care and go out of their way to make my stay wonderful. The beds were very comfortable and the TV channel selection was larger certainly than the Holiday Inn Express, or the next door Hampton Inn. I would suggest to the management to add a waffle machine which would provide a hot food alternative to rolls toast and cereal. But other than that very NICE.

You better think twice before you go to this place. There are bed bugs and the owner does not care. We stayed here and we couldn't get out of this place fast enough. The owner takes no pride in this hotel. If you can believe this we saw ants and they gave us a can of Raid and told us to spray ourselves. One day at lunch we saw ants everywhere. Last but not least the sheets and towels feel like sandpaper You have been warned.
